Hi, this is Donna Brandenburg, Brandenburg News Network. Welcome to our show today. It's the first day of May, twenty twenty six. And this was kind of a nice surprise today. Yesterday, we got the news that all felony charges for Stephanie Scott and Stephanie Lambert have been dropped. And it is my absolute privilege to bring on Stephanie Lambert this this afternoon. And hang on just one second. You have difficulties here. Hey, Stephanie, how you doing? Good. How are you? Thank you so much for having me on. Good. Really good. So congratulations. This is so exciting. Thank you. Well, it's exciting in the sense that the court system and the law worked as it should. Judge Lisney in Hillsdale County actually read the law and made an appropriate ruling. So that's exactly what's supposed to happen. And it's just sad that it's taken two years for this process to resolve itself. But finally, we're here where the judge made a ruling on the law. And we talked initially when everything was, you know, new, when Stephanie Scott was charged, when I was charged. And, you know, I told you that we've done nothing illegal and they're essentially making up the law as they go. And that's what they did. And finally, the court put it in an order yesterday. They're messing with the feed. I can hear it's coming in like robotic. I'm sorry to do this, but could you start that over again? Because for some reason it's kind of skipping on me. Sure. Is this better? Can you hear me? Yeah, I can hear you now. I'm trying to figure out why it's not... why it was skipping around but it was sometimes they do that if they don't act and it looks like one Well, OK, I'll just continue. You know, I just to summarize what I just said, when we were initially charged, we spoke and I told you they made up the law, which sounds outrageous. It sounds like something that wouldn't happen in the United States, but it did. The law was made up for the purpose of weaponizing against Stephanie Scott and myself. And we were charged and yesterday the judge issued an opinion in order where she reviewed the law and ruled that they were making it up. They were trying to add this confidentiality term to the statute that didn't exist. They were essentially making up the law. I don't know that I can see you. Yeah, there's a glitch going on right now and we've got some sort of attack going on. Can you see me now? I can. Should we log out and log back in? Does that help? Let's try that. Just hold on there a minute, guys. We're going to log out and come back in and see what's going on here because this is kind of strange. Be right back, okay? Stay with us. This is important, okay? Let's see if she comes back on if it'll work. Because I think this is working on my side. We'll see. Sometimes they are running. I'm going to close a few things here too and see if that will actually help us. Stay with it. We'll continue on a minute. I expect it won't take her too long to get back in here. Might be that we have to restart computers because that was a pretty epic crash of the system there where it was coming in and out. I'm assuming that you guys can see and hear us here. I'm going to make a couple more checks to make sure that we've got everything going good. And this is really exciting though. I mean, think about this. This is going to lead back to Dana Nessel and the fake prosecutions that have been going on in the state against anybody that questions the elections. And it's unfortunate, but this is just the way it is. We just got to keep fighting and keep going on this. So let's see if she gets back in here a minute. I'm going to assume that this was on her side because mine is still up and running. So let's see what happens here. So I got a chance to talk to Kurt Olson last night, which was really a privilege. I was pretty excited to talk to him about all the good things that are going on in Michigan and also across the United States. It is an epic time to be alive. I think all of us can be very, very thankful that we live at this time. It's a fun time to be alive. It's a fun time to see what's going on here. All right. Let's see. Here we go. Now everything is kind of messed up. Now we'll get on, we'll keep going here. Better? Okay, let's see if that works, okay? Hang on, hang on one minute. I've got to get Jason to send me some videos here so we can get that up. Sometimes you just got to punt, right? That's right. Well, I'm sorry. This is why we should have hand counting. We can't trust technology. That is absolutely true. Technology is wonderful as long as it works. And it doesn't always work. And there's all these crazy things that get involved and interrupt things. And that's unfortunate. But we'll see if we'll see if I can get this to come in a minute. Hang on. All right. So anyway, do you want to start talking about it? And I'm going to see if I can find those videos a minute that are sent to me and we'll bring those up. Sure. Well, several years ago, Stephanie Scott was getting attacked by Jonathan Breeder, the Michigan Department of Elections director. And he was sending and this is public record. I'm not going to talk about anything confidential as it relates to my representation of Stephanie Scott. Scott, the Adams Township clerk, but some things are public record. And she was getting attacked and she was being told to delete data, delete her poll book data, turn the tabulator in for an update. And she was concerned about preserving data. And he was attacking her to the point that she needed an attorney. And her township attorney said, I'm not qualified on these election matters. You need outside counsel. And she called around a number in many attorneys. And essentially, I got a call from someone and no one would represent her. They didn't want to deal with the Secretary of State at that point. That was, you know, You know, at the height of the attacks that were taking place under the past administration. So I did represent Stephanie and it's a violation of federal law to delete the data. And she had an expert, Ben Cotton, that analyzed the data. And he was able to show, and this is why we were attacked, Donna. This is the key part. It's fantastic that we won, but this is what people need to understand why we got attacked. The data showed the eleven and a half percent discrepancy as to who voted. The EPB, the poll book data records who votes in each precinct. And that's the very data that Jonathan Brader wanted deleted. He told every clerk in the state of Michigan to delete that a week after the election, after the twenty twenty election, when federal law says you're supposed to retain it. So Stephanie did not delete it. And she was concerned she would violate a federal law if she did delete it. And she did the right thing. She did the right thing, absolutely. And when the data was analyzed and there was a FOIA request to the state as to who the state had recorded as voting in Adams Township for the same election, it was off by eleven and a half percent of unique voters. So the data is swapped at the state level after certification at the local level. This happens after because her data of Adams Township matched what the county had recorded for Adams Township for the election. It changed after that at the state level. And then Jonathan Brader testified and he admitted that they don't retain a permanent record at the state level of who voted in each jurisdiction. So he's telling the local clerks to delete it, the only copy, and then the state intentionally doesn't maintain the data. And it's forever deleted. And so that eleven and a half percent discrepancy extrapolates to approximately the exact number that Jonathan Brader inflated the voter roll just prior to the twenty twenty election. About eight weeks prior to the twenty twenty election, the Bureau of Elections sent out a newsletter to every clerk in the state of Michigan and said, we're inflating at the direction of Eric. Now, remember, Eric is the statewide voter role. OK, that Jonathan Brader was also the director of for the twenty twenty election. So he had dual hats. He was the director of Eric and he was the director of the Michigan Bureau of Elections simultaneously. And he was responsible for a seven hundred thousand person inflation on the voter roll in September and October of twenty twenty. So when you look at the eleven and a half percent room to play with the voter roll, OK, now is this making sense? This was a big discovery by Stephanie Scott, the Adams Township clerk. So, I mean, if you think about the collateral consequences, she lost her job. She you know, she she was the duly elected clerk. you know they targeted her she lost her job as township clerk she was recalled as a result of the lies i it's just it's just awful what has happened here and it's been several years and they wanted to tarnish our reputations and make people doubt what the evidence showed and it was the cover-up the prosecution was the cover-up here Anytime they want to, they want to, they will attack people who are not in the system and that are not playing ball with the cheat. So like the people that I see that have been attacked, eliminated or whatever, those are the ones I really want to talk to because they're probably honest. And they're the ones that they go after. The state has been involved in so much bad stuff. It's incredible. All I got to say is I am so proud of you and Stephanie Scott. It's just amazing that you gals stood through this so bravely and saw it right to the end. The performance of Kurt Olson was absolutely stellar. I love that guy. You know, you watch him in a courtroom and he is so professional and goes right down the line improving, improving the criminality that happened. Do you expect there to be more prosecutions now of, say, Jonathan Brader, Jocelyn Benson and Dana Nessel? All of them had a hand in in the elections deal that's been going on, in my opinion. Well, you said a lot there, so let me respond to it. Yeah, I kind of gave you a compound question with a million things. Ta-da! So Kurt Olson is fantastic. He did a great job. I am so thankful for him coming in. The judge in her order said I read every line of the transcripts. She read the entire case file from the district court. And what you should know, Donna, is the very first thing that Dan Hartman, right, our first lawyer, that he walked into court and he said, Your Honor, this is a FOIA statute. That they're trying to misuse to prosecute them and the FOIA statute doesn't say that it's confidential. Everyone's wondering how did judge get to this conclusion yesterday? Well, it's been settled all along to the district court. Dan Hartman filed motions. He said it in every single court hearing that the statute does not have a confidentiality requirement that they're making it up. Kurt Olson said the same thing. I said the same thing, right? We said it over and over again to the district court judge. It was, you know, really clear in the court file and in the transcripts. And so Judge Lisney read all of that. and I think she read every line of Judge Jonathan Brader's, not Judge Brader, the judge read Jonathan Brader's testimony, and I think she saw right through this, and this is not a law violation, and she saw what was going on. So Jonathan Brader testified that they don't keep the data, And he knew that he was giving unlawful instructions. OK, so, you know, he's lost five cases before the Michigan Court of Claims, the Ganetsky case, the O'Halloran case. All right. There's a number of cases that Jonathan Brader, where the Michigan Court of Claims has said, Mr. Brader, you don't have this power to tell the clerks that they have to do X, Y and Z. These are not promulgated rules. They're not in statute. So he's lying over and over again. And right now we have Vicki Bishop that's being targeted. I'm sure you've heard about that. The Antrim County Clerk, right? Isn't that interesting? They're trying to charge the Antrim County Clerk with something. They don't have anything, right? She hasn't done anything wrong except for look at the data and want it to be accurate. But do you know what the reason behind that might be, Donna? I'm not sure, but I would say that it's, It's tied to what was going on up there with the tabulators and such. Well, she certainly has access to all of the data, doesn't she? She sure does. Right. Isn't that interesting? They're targeting her the minute. So that's what happened with Stephanie Scott. Stephanie Scott sent some emails that were part of the public record in this court file where she was letting the Bureau of Elections know that. that she found fraud. She found this Chloe, and I can't think of the last name, where the registration didn't match. And so she was saying, I'm researching this. This is a problem, right? And so she raised a red flag to the BOE. Uh-oh, Stephanie Scott is in the qualified voter role looking at the registrations, trying to see if they're accurate. we have a problem. So that their response naturally is to tell her, reminder, she has to delete everything. Like, we're going to come get your tabulator. We want to update it. And that EPB, we hope you deleted that too. You know, what a red flag, right? Stephanie Scott is like, why do they want me to delete everything? I'm trying to make sure the data is accurate. And MCL-. says that a local clerk, the township clerk, can do anything necessary to make sure that her voter rolls accurate. OK, so every single time a clerk starts to look at this, this is when the state attacks them. And what Stephanie ended up showing here is is critical. Eleven and a half percent. How could the data be off by eleven and a half percent? So let me break that down. The poll book shows who voted. The state data after the township certified, and after the county certified what the township said, then those, those two records match. It was off by eleven and a half percent. They have different people at the state level recorded as voting in the township. Wow. Right. Right. And that's what Stephanie discovered. That was her job. And she preserved all the data. And they went and they lied about her, charged her when they didn't have any. She didn't break any law and had her removed from office. It's just awful. So, I mean, there do need to be consequences and I, I do know of some investigations that are open that I've heard about. I'm not going to reveal anything specific that I've heard. Okay. Um, but. Let's just say Mr. breeder is not going to be able to continue to attack these local clerks when they're just doing their job, preserving the data. That's awesome. That's awesome. I just I just got finally got the video through I was trying to figure out how to put this up. And could be really interesting to show everybody what exactly you know what exactly you're talking about here with the Jonathan Braiders testimony. Let's see. Would you like me to play that now? Sure. Can you hear that? I cannot hear that. Yeah, the volume on this is very low. I can put that in my Telegram channel. But if you can paraphrase what he's saying here. I can't get that where people can find it. That's important. He's trying to justify that he has authority to tell the clerks to delete data and do these illegal acts that he doesn't have. Right. So he's being confronted with law by Kurt Olson and he's trying to dance around what his authority is, which is really, really limited. um you know something needs to be promulgated as a rule for civil purposes and the reason it's a promulgated rule is so that clerks and any jurisdiction can contest it right just like a statute um if it's not lawful jonathan brader seems to think that he can send emails and memos to clerks And threaten them and give one instruction one week and change it the next week for this clerk to that clerk. And that's just not the way the law works. And I just want to remind you, he's not a Michigan attorney. He's not barred in Michigan. He's been committing unauthorized practice of law all along. I heard that. And it's kind of like disturbing that people can just walk in and do what they want. And you know, it's really one other thing is really disturbing about this is that you can't tell me that the people around him didn't also know that. And didn't blow the whistle on him, didn't hold him accountable. Anybody in that Bureau of Election, including Secretary of State Benson, they knew. And they allowed this to continue on to target Stephanie and to do the things that he was doing. I mean, shouldn't this be like throw the book at him? Every single law violation he should be charged with. Absolutely. And certainly you're correct. He wasn't working in a silo in isolation. Everyone knew what he was doing. And the Secretary of State and the Attorney General, if they don't like the law, they have a remedy. They can go to the Michigan legislature and say, you know, from our experience, We see this as a problem. We think it should be confidential, right? They can do that and they can move to have the legislature amend the law, right? That's what they should do. But they didn't do that because it's not what the law says. And this is a cover up, right? They can't go to the legislature and say, actually, They've exposed a really important issue here. The data doesn't match. You know, it was a cover up. They targeted us because of the data. And that's just it's it's awful. I don't know what else to say. It's just been a horrendous two years, you know, where they've tarnished our reputations, confused people. Right. The whole community in Adams Township, they recalled Stephanie. Scott, she was the one preserving the data like she was supposed to preserve it. And what they were doing was illegal. They should lose their bar licenses over making up the law. And Judge Stuyvesant did not. This was all in the closing argument. It was brought up by Dan Hartman. It was brought up by Kurt Olson. It was brought up by myself that this law does not have a confidentiality requirement. And Stuyvesant just ignored it. This could have died at the district court level, and it didn't. Thankfully, Judge Lisney read the whole file, which you followed this. This took years, right? That's the one thing I am thankful to Judge Stuyvesant is she patiently allowed us to create a great record in the district court. We had a number of different dates for hearings where we got to cross-examine Jonathan Brader, but the law just doesn't have a confidentiality requirement. And if you remember how this all started, they wanted to come and take Stephanie Scott's tabulator because she saw the contract, said it's not due for an update, yet they wanted it updated. And so she was saying, well, is this going to wipe the data on it? I'm required to preserve it for twenty two months. So when she wouldn't give it to them and when she wouldn't sign a document in advance saying that the logic and accuracy test worked as it should when it hadn't taken place, they wanted her to sign that the logic and accuracy test was good when they hadn't done it yet. So she said, I can't sign that yet. Everything she did made sense and was lawful. So when she wouldn't give them the tabulator, they came and got it by search warrant. When she's supposed to keep it under lock and key, right? They came and took the data. Isn't that crazy? It's just, it's still shocking. Watergate level stuff. This is like breaking and entering, you know, and, and taking whatever they want just to cover their tracks. That's exactly right. I'm sorry. That's okay. You know, this is one of those things where you sit down and you have coffee with each other on Brandenburg News Network. This isn't too uptight of a, of a network. You know, we want to get the truth out there. And, and sometimes, sometimes getting the truth out there isn't, doesn't look like canned news. It's a little messy sometimes, you know, sometimes the technology or dog barks, you know, and such, and that's, that's fine. At least you're authentic. I just think it would be really interesting to go down the list of all of the things that were done illegally and wrong, honestly, and make a list exactly of what happened because I'm not sure that people can get their arms around this at all. I really am not sure that they can follow because there's so many ways they cheated. I think we're on a dog rescue right now, guys. So hang on a minute. We're almost there. You there, Stephanie? Yep, definitely a dog rescue. I lost your camera and I lost your microphone. I'm sorry. I took care of the dogs. That's what I thought. I figured that was a dog rescue of some sort. So that's no problem. Dogs and pets come first. You know, news can come in after we get that handled. So... Yeah, no worries. So I would love to see a list. Do you have like a short list of bullet points of exactly what happened in this and how this progressed? Because it's so convoluted. And I mean, I was there going through this, you know, kind of following it and going through it and being there with you guys through this process to a certain degree. I mean, of course, I wasn't sitting at the table when you were doing law stuff, but when it was in court and that sort of thing. And even for somebody who followed it, it's a little hard to follow because there's so many moving parts to this. It does, it also, besides having a list, I'm going to give you another compound issue here. The other thing that really concerns me is the fact that she was the only one No. Okay. So is there another one or are there other people who refuse to capitulate to the criminal Jonathan Brader? He's a criminal. To his unlawful directions. I mean, he's a criminal. Benson's a criminal. Nestle's a criminal. They all had something to do with the stolen elections. Well, Donna, let me go through a timeline here. Okay, perfect. So first Stephanie Scott was going through the voter roll. Remember she didn't run the twenty, twenty election in Adams township. She started right after the twenty, twenty election. And so she's really smart. She's like an engineering background. She's a data person. Very, very smart. And so she was just, especially when the country was going crazy, it was trying to learn how do I do my job? You know, look at every document. Look at every contract she wanted to learn as much as possible to make sure that she understood what she was supposed to be doing. She was following the law. And that she was doing she was preserving the data as she should for the township. OK, and so the the first thing that she did to cause attention at the BOE was she was looking at the voter roll and making sure that it was accurate and she found. an inaccurate registration where the signature did not match the registration. It was literally spelled wrong. And so when they, you know, they gave her kind of like an answer to placate her and say, oh, don't worry about that. We fixed it. And she's like, no, that's not fixed. Nobody would sign their name with a misspelling. This is fraud. Okay. And so when she was, you know, adamant that she had a bad registration and let's look at what else was going on at that time. the OAIG was doing an investigation on the BOE, okay? And so the BOE was trying to cover its tracks there and telling the local clerks, you don't need to cooperate. This is just an investigation on the state level. So that was suspicious. She was contacted by someone at the state that needed to comply with this audit. And they said, hey, we don't have the EPB data at the state. Do you have yours? So she's learning the state has destroyed evidence, right? And she's getting emails from the county clerk who violated a bunch of laws here, Abe Dane, that says, hey, everybody, check your registrations. we have a number of them off in the county, right? So this is like a widespread issue is what he's essentially saying at the time. And so she's looking at her data like she's supposed to look at it. And she didn't really ask for this job. She moved to this area and people said, you know what, you'd be good at it. The township needs a clerk. And so she thought she was serving her community and it turned out to be, you know, just the most thankless job in the world. So she sends these emails to the state, says, I have a problem. And as she's raising the flag, she was too persistent. They end up locking her out of the qualified voter file. Oh, my goodness. Right? They don't want her to see. Sure. They don't want to investigate the criminality, so they just shut the door so everybody's in the dark. Right. So that's not suspicious at all. And then they want her tabulator. And she's going, wait a minute. I'm required as the constitutional clerk to maintain it and preserve it. So they get the search warrant. And they misrepresent the law and the search warrant to judge divers and who signed it. Okay, so that count, we got dismissed at the district court level, the tabulator charge. So literally everything that they started their investigation on was dismissed at the district court level. And then we were left with this made up law that there's some confidentiality requirement that doesn't exist about the poll book. And that's what finally two years later was resolved. So I hope that helps a little bit. There's a ton of moving parts in there. But every single attorney that evaluated this case said the same thing. I came in to protect Stephanie Scott as her criminal defense attorney initially. And then she filed litigation saying the state's trying to interfere with her doing her job. But everybody said no one did anything illegal. And we're like, we know. Of course not. So everyone came to the same opinion. But there are investigations that are taking place. And what I'm noticing is I think there's new investigations I'm hearing about. on the people within the government trying to prevent the investigations. OK, so this will be very interesting as they're investigating what's going on in Michigan and otherwise when there's someone trying to destroy data. And we just saw this with Fauci's adviser, right? He destroyed data. He was just charged with a federal crime for destroying the data. So everybody should just be honest here. That's around Jonathan Brader and come clean with what they know is my opinion. They all know, they all know what was going on there. So there's, you know what I mean? It's like, no, but nobody, nobody, you know, save yourself and be a whistleblower rather than go down with a ship here because his ship, his ship is thinking fast. Right. There's just a ton of movement I'm hearing. I'm hearing even that, you know, the three letter agency that starts with a C is trying to block and tackle money laundering investigations that are going on with these election vendors. I'll say it, the clowns in America. You got it. America, you guys better get on the right side of the of the law here because y'all are going to go down to with the ship because there's you know, the thing of it is and is an encouragement to everybody out there. When you get into this sort of arena, the political arena. You see the worst, the worst possible lowlife scum you never thought were possible, right? Normal people don't think this way. But on the other side of it, you see some of the best and some of the bravest people that you will ever see in your life that are fighting for this nation. And it's a battlefield. It is truly a battlefield. And it's not just a mental battlefield. It's a physical battlefield, too, that they're getting into. You know, yourself and Stephanie have been right in the crosshairs. You know, other Stephanie, Stephanie Scott, have been right in the crosshairs of this for now, you know, years, as you said. But you didn't capitulate. You didn't give up. You kept going. And, you know, we've got so many heroes to look up to, such as yourself, General Flynn, Admiral Rogers, that literally laid their lives down in critical ways to save this nation. And so for everybody out there, when you hear the bad stuff, realize the only reason why good stuff is happening is because there are people like Stephanie and Stephanie that are willing to fight. And Kurt and, you know, the rest of the brave people that were working on working on your cases, you know, Dan Hartman and such, you know. Well, you have an excellent point. If this could happen to us, this could happen to anyone. Exactly. But they were hoping to use us as an example. And. that just failed wonderfully for them. They were hoping to silence every clerk in Michigan, and make each clerk think that Jonathan Brader is their boss, which is false. They're constitutional elected clerks, and they need to know the law. Jonathan Brader's been misrepresenting the law. So they're hoping to silence every clerk, get the data deleted, and then should any attorney wanna actually help a clerk, which I wasn't looking for this case. Someone begged me to take it and help her. They said, she needs help, please go help her. And I did, you know, and I ended up they targeted me because I effectively represented her. So she's not giving up the tabulator without a search warrant. You don't have a legal basis to get a search warrant. Well, they went and misrepresented the law to the judge, and she's not deleting data in violation of law. So it's just awful what happened, but hopefully this will have an impact where it actually empowers other attorneys to step up and defend people, and it empowers clerks to actually follow the law. And also, you know, to your point that if this can happen to you and Stephanie Scott, it can happen to anyone. And how many times do we hear people say, you know, well, if this happened to me, then I'd really get in the fight. It's like, uh-uh, that's not good enough. Because if you wait until it's on your door, you've already lost so much ground. that you're fighting and clawing your way back. Every single person has to get in this fight when they see somebody else's rights have been violated or they see this type of criminality. You have to stand up. You have to see something. When you see something, you have to say something and be willing to do. Well, that's exactly it. You're just supposed to do it. I didn't do anything special here, Donna. I just did my job. I think you kind of did, but I'll say that, you know. but but i just followed my oath right i i knew no one wanted to represent her the township attorney didn't even want to pick this fight with the state right and so he just said oh i'm not qualified right and said go get out outside council um no one wanted to help her she was on an island I didn't do anything special. I just did what I was supposed to do as an attorney. There's an oath, right? You're not supposed to leave someone that can't find representation to fight it themselves. So I just did what I was supposed to do. I still think it's an extraordinary and a brave, brave thing. So the celebration has started, I'm sure. And from everybody that was involved in this, and I'm assuming that Stephanie Scott's doing very well and pretty happy right now. She is. She's very happy. And we had two teams that were going to try the case if it ended up going to trial. And David Coleman did an excellent motion for her before the judge who actually read the law in circuit court. He did a great job. I still have another battle that I'm fighting. There was four. Remember, I was the local counsel on Sidney Powell's Michigan election case in twenty twenty and they filed bar grievances and asked that I be sanctioned. And I was. But I won that on appeal before the United States Sixth Circuit. So I won those. And then they charged me in Oakland, right, where I was Matt DiPerno's assistant attorney on the Antrim case. And they charged Matt and myself. And then I got charged for representing essentially Stephanie Scott here. So I've won three and I still have Oakland, but Oakland I filed an appeal before the Michigan Court of Appeals. And this is extremely rare. They usually don't take any legal issues prior to the trial taking place. Usually you appeal after trial and you list every error that took place at the lower court. And then they consider the errors. But because they're once again making up law that doesn't exist in statute to charge us with, the Court of Appeals said we're taking it now. So in advance of trial, the Court of Appeals is considering that. So our briefs are in and we're waiting on a hearing date from the Michigan Court of Appeals. Man, this is also the job that everybody has today is to just stop what you're doing. Thank God. Let's thank God for this. And then ask for his blessings on you going forward. Are there any other things that you want people to know that challenges for the future that everybody can, you know, sit down, stop and ask God into the situation, pray for for you guys? We appreciate everyone's support, Donna. We appreciate your support. We really do. And I guess what I need to be thankful for is the very issues that they wanted to suppress and the evidence that they wanted to suppress, they've actually highlighted. That's what everyone needs to focus on here is the evidence. The, the eleven and a half percent discrepancy, right? So Stephanie Scott went through this to show you that essentially. Okay. So everybody needs to take a look at what's going on in their local community and not be intimidated by these. you know, witches at the Secretary of State's office and look at the data and demand accountability and accuracy because it dilutes everyone's vote when it's not accurate. And it's not a political issue. We've talked about that before. This was never about politics. They called me all sorts of things in the paper, a Trumper. And, you know, no one ever stopped to ask what I actually think or believe. I just got labels as a result of standing up for people. Yeah. Isn't that amazing? It's like, instead of being able to discuss issues, that's how they, that's how they gaslight everybody into shutting up as they tell you who they try to tell you who you are instead of actually wanting to understand. And that's, that's unfortunate. Well, I think, I think this is a, an amazing, amazing victory for the state. One other question I have is, so we just got a criminal conviction. The attorney general's office did. In a case that was, you know, I was, let's just say a victim of, right? It was another victim of the state. And I was accused of not checking sources on a signature gatherers, which I did. I called the state and they lied. They've lied about this and asked and they gave an implied endorsement. And in the wake or before that or in the wake of that, there was a criminal conviction that was handed down, felony conviction on all counts by a jury for the twenty twenty two election. And according to what Assistant Attorney General Chris Kessel said, that this changed the history and the future of America. What they did in these criminal elections has literally changed the United States of America going forward. Now, I believe that your case also has enough weight, force and weight of law to prove that they rigged the election in twenty twenty. Do you think that this has enough enough weight in order to reverse that twenty twenty election? And all of the seating that happened then. Well, Donna, you asked about the EPB, okay? So Stephanie Scott was not the only clerk in Michigan to maintain that data. It's under investigation with the government, okay, in more than one place where that data has been reviewed. You know, it was really gross at one point during the preliminary hearing, the assistant AG Cunningham was essentially implying like Stephanie had manipulated that data herself, right? Well, no, of course not. That's good. There are more copies, right? And and we we know she didn't one because she wasn't the twenty twenty clerk, right? He just didn't do his homework to it matched exactly what Adams Township had certified. Okay, so the data that he was accusing of potential manipulation matched what was certified. It also matched what the county certified for Adams Township, but where it differed was the state data. So there was no, right? And then when you have different jurisdictions where their EPB data is also off, not by eleven and a half percent everywhere, some places twelve, some places four, some places eight, right? That extrapolates and it changed at the state level to exactly what they inflated the voter roll by. So you're asking about evidence. That's some of the evidence. Remember, I represented Yehuda Miller, who did the Detroit FOIA on every ballot document, everything that took place from twenty twenty. And there's been preliminary reports that came out, one from Eric Spikine, where he's talking about how some precincts had more ballots than envelopes, more envelopes than ballots. He analyzed a lot of the data and wrote a report saying there's problems here. And even the clerks that were fulfilling the FOIA in Detroit the assistants were saying, hey, these ballots don't match, right? This doesn't look like a real ballot. And they're making these comments and they don't care, right? They didn't do anything wrong. They're just fulfilling a FOIA, right? So they're making comments on the paper that they're looking at as this FOIA is being fulfilled. So we have Detroit, then we have Antrim. Remember Antrim was counted four times. Not one time did the results match. They just stopped after four. And then she went and said, oh, we've recounted Antrim. It's accurate. Well, no, there were remote logins to the Dominion system that Cheryl Guy deleted, the clerk at the time. She was never charged by the state. She admitted on video that she went in and she deleted records in the Dominion system while there was active litigation and ongoing investigation. And the results never matched. Right. So we we've never actually verified anything in Antrim. And that's why I suspect that Vicki Bishop is being attacked right now. I think she's being attacked because she has access to data that they don't want her to have access to. And so they'd like to be able to allege something and do the same shenanigans that they did with Stephanie Scott, attack her and try to remove her and lock her out of her office where she's the duly elected clerk in Antrim County. Well, I guess the overriding question is, maybe I'll just put my own little horse gal logic to this. The logic is that we didn't have an election. We had a selection. And they manipulated the entirety of it. So how can we let any of this stand? And so I guess my whole thought on this is it's sort of like they killed the election by manipulating all of the data, by inflating the voter rolls. It wasn't an election. An election is every vote gets counted. And it was a dilution of vote. and or nothing we can count on from what I can see. So I guess my question here is, is this enough to turn that election over? I don't know. But this is interesting. Stephanie went dark right there. I don't know if that's the camera or I don't think it's the camera. I think they killed the feed there. But anyhow, Donna's little farm girl analysis of this is that just from what Stephanie has said is that, We had so much fraud in that election. There's so much fraud in that election. How can we look at this with any intelligence and say we had a choice, we had an election? And is this and the convictions in the twenty twenty two election enough to reverse those elections? and have everything done over again. It's my opinion, and it is my opinion, that if a murder is accomplished or if a murder happens, you can't just look at this and say, oh, it's okay. We're going to go forward. We're not going to look at this. We're going to let this slide. I don't think we can do that in our election process at all. I don't think that we should let crimes slide. I think we need to take this to the logical conclusion that we didn't have an election. It will look like an election. possibly had some points of election or it looked like it, but it's all theater. And so when we look at the theater of the elections, not true elections, I'm not sure that we can continue on until we write those crimes that were that were committed and prosecuting Jonathan brader that's like a chip shot in a golf you know oh great you're back so I just wanted to say thank you I have to go but um I we got disconnected again but thank you Donna for everything that you've done and for covering all of these issues you're one of the only real journalists out there so we really appreciate you and your support Thank you. Can I tell a real quick story that I think is absolutely hilarious? Sure. So I think this is funny. This is when the real fight starts, is when people are willing to stand together with good people and make sure that their rights are being protected. When we were at one of the hearings in Hillsdale, And it was kind of funny. You came out and you and Stephanie came out and the other reporters were going after you like a bunch of frickin sharks with a piece of chump, you know, thrown in. And it was it was really pretty brutal. And I was watching this and I turned the cameras on. And I'm like, OK, big shots. How's it feel to be in front of the camera now? And I kept the cameras on. And it was like it was like I just sat there with my camera and I'm like, how's this working for you? You know? What was really, you know, it kind of allowed you guys to kind of move on and get out of the line of fire for their criminality because the news is just as guilty as the ones that are committing the crimes. Well, I'm glad you mentioned that. I've emailed NBC and all of these national stations that covered this attack on us with such pomp and circumstance for all these years, right? And they said, you know, by the way, we've won. I'm looking forward to your article and your update on your, your, you know, news post, whatever it was, whether it was in writing or a video that we won, right? This has just been awful. They tart, you know, and it has impacted my ability to represent my clients, right? I've gone into different courtrooms and they bring it up in California and whatever state I'm in. Oh, no, that's the attorney that is charged in Michigan. Right. With a fake charges everywhere I go. It's a problem that I have to explain that, you know, I'm being targeted, which, you know, doesn't sound legitimate because usually prosecutors are ethical and. But here we have one of the most lawless, unethical prosecutors in the history of the country. I'm not in that camp with you on lawful prosecutors. I think most of them are little Soros puppets and they suck. Oh, it's just awful. So, you know, I'm asking for updated articles because how do I get, you know, this has harmed my reputation and my ability to even practice and help my clients. And, you know, some clients are like, we want her. She's the one that understands the election. So it's been really harmful. But thank you for being there every step of the way, Donna. I'm so sorry I've got to run. No, that's OK. Well, thank you so much for coming on. Maybe we can have you back on. I know you're going to be on some other interviews here. And I just want to thank you and Stephanie, other Stephanie, for what you guys have gotten, have accomplished. And God bless you. And when you get off, I think I'm going to say a prayer for you because I know you have to go. But thanks for being on. And you can come on anytime. You know, I'm in your corner because I know that you are truly an honest person. And anytime you need a voice, you just give me a call and I'll flip those cameras on for you guys. And we're going to get it out there. And I know there's a lot of good people out there that will continue to help get the truth out. So God bless you. Have a great day. And we'll be talking soon. Thank you. You too. Thanks. Bye. So with that said, everybody, you know, it's such a huge win and congratulations. Let's take a minute to pray for them and thank God for what he's done and then also protect them going forward and opening doors. Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you so very much. What a wonderful day to celebrate the fact that you do defend and protect and you are with your children and those that are fighting for your good and honest purposes. We are so grateful. We're grateful for the protection that you put around Stephanie and Stephanie and Kurt and all the other people, the Coleman's and all the other people that stood with them, Dan Hartman and Matt DiPerno and all the people that have been targeted in the system that we have. We ask that you stand with them strong, give them your protection and open those doors that need to be open. And I ask that you take this to the next logical conclusion, which is prosecutions for those who have broken the law. who have hurt other people, who have damaged their reputations, who have wasted so much time and money. And we ask that you would be with them every step of the way. Thank you so very much for being good to us and always being with us. Let everybody out there know that you're truly fighting for all of us and that they don't need to despair when they see things going in a bad direction. We know that you're in charge, you're in control of this. And maybe sometimes we're just being taught lessons when things don't go right. We get smarter every time we fail, which is a good thing, and are able to tackle and handle greater challenges. You're growing us up. And we thank you for that very much. We ask that you know that we ask that, I don't know, that we stay close with you every step of the way. We love you so very much. We want to honor and glorify you in all that we do. and let you know we love you so very much. In Jesus Christ's precious name, we pray. Amen. So with that said, I guess that's the end of it today. I think I'll do my little protest, which I always do at the end of my show, just so everybody knows. Ding, ding, ding, ding. Go to brandenburgforgovernment.com because I'm the best non-conceder who has ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump in cowboy boots. We'll see who wears better. I'm going to win that one because I wear them every day. And then we'll talk about all the good things that we can do to fix the United States of America. I had a very wonderful conversation just a little while ago about somebody else who's like me that likes to do off the grid things. And, and it was kind of interesting. It was very interesting. I'll be bringing this up next week on Brandenburg News Network to more off the grid stuff and technology. And let's just say things that maybe most people don't know about that, that I'm working on. I know there's a lot of other people out there that are working on solutions so that if things go kind of bad in the future, whether it's in law or things we need to survive or grow food or anything like that. Remember, God can make anything bloom or provide food in the desert. It doesn't matter. We have such abundance here. And the only reason why sometimes we go to fear is because they've gotten in here. They've taught us the laws of scarcity here. They don't exist. And so we have everything we need. And we don't have to be afraid going forward into whatever comes next. It's going to be awesome. The best is yet to come. Have a little faith and have a great day today. God bless you. God bless all those whom you love. And God bless America. Let's go be a part of this thing. Smile at everybody. Bring goodness into all situations. And guess what? We got this. Don't worry about it. God's got us and we've got this. Have a great weekend.
