good morning and welcome to brandenburg news network i am donna brandenburg and it is the third day of february twenty twenty six welcome to our show today we at first i'll be on here at nine o'clock with john tater with lawful defense and at ten o'clock with pro se mike talking about pro se processes and today we're going to be talking about exactly how corrupt the judicial system is because there is no justice in the state courts in the judicial system in the state of michigan i can tell you that you cannot get justice here And I've been told that by attorneys. I've been told that my people have been fighting in the court. And so we've got a real problem. And the problem is in the justice system. And I could write volumes about how corrupt this is and how corrupt the judges are. and having interfaced with some of them. And I'm sure, John, you could tell probably more stories than I can. But my disgust right now with the, I am more disgusted with the injustice system than I am with the politicians. And I'm pretty disgusted with the politicians, okay? I hate these people. I didn't like it when I ran for governor. I'm like, when I got asked, I said, are you kidding me? I hate everyone. They're all a bunch of crooks. And I don't like people, nice regular people. But these people that are in politics and that are in the judicial system, they're criminals. And there's just, there's no other way to say it. They're criminals. What say you, John? They have been criminals since about eighteen hundreds, certainly around eighteen sixty four. I was listening to a podcast a couple of days ago, giving a little history of when Q came on board and the generals that wanted to fix the system started in the eighteen hundreds. So this is not something that's been going on over our lifetime. This has been going on long before our lifetime. And unfortunately or fortunately, we have the Internet now that we can bring this information out. And prior to this time, when our parents were growing up, They didn't have any idea what was going on. And the system kind of overtook the socialist, communist, fascist, whatever you want to call them. The ism systems took over America or had attempted to take over America and revolutionize us. They want to destroy the Constitution, which they have been doing every day. possible way they can. And if they can't destroy the constitution, then they chip away at it. And we, the people kind of sit back and, you know, let's go to the park or let's go picnicking or let's go sit on a beach or whatever, rather than paying attention to what's going on. And this has been the biggest problem of our country is that the public, the people in general, the public in general, aren't waking up to what's going on. Because if we had the strength, and we are getting it now, thanks to Trump and his team that have brought it to the forefront, but there are still morons out there. There are still stupid people out there. They just don't care, and they don't have the ability to see that there is a clear and present threat. The United States didn't have refugee resettlement or any of this nonsense. They had an invasion. We had an invasion and an insurrection. They did it through replacement theory with a color revolution. And so we are literally right now, we're already invaded. Our politics have been invaded. The politicians are being blackmailed if there ever was anything good in them, which I don't necessarily believe in that because they're placed. We don't have elections that count, that matter. We do not have politicians that count and matter because all of them have been either blackmailed or they're being told what to do and they just follow instructions. The judges have no interest in justice whatsoever, none. And so there isn't a way to get justice in the current system right now, in state courts especially, because they're all hiding things. They're enabling each other. It's an organized crime syndicate, which is enabling each other to commit crimes, and then they hide them for each other. Oh, that's a fact. They protect each other. And really, the system has been set up to protect the system. It's not justice, and it's not by rule of law. It's to protect the system. And we have to, as Americans, fight the system and not give in all the time. A lot of people are giving in. They're paying their fees. They're paying their taxes because they're ignorant. They don't understand what's going on. They don't understand the big picture. And God knows I have relatives in my sisters and brothers. They don't get it. They don't understand it. And as much as I talk... Stupid sheep to the slaughter. I mean, that's what we have right now. And I'm sorry, that may feel a little abrupt, but it's the way it is. As much as I've tried to bring it out and explain what's going on, they do not get it. First of all, they've not been in the system at all. They kind of sit on the sidelines and they let what happens happen. They dig into their pocket and they pay the fees and they keep the system running. And that's where we have to stop. We have to stop feeding the lion or feeding the dragon because we are the only reason that the dragon exists. Because the parasites... If we stop funding them, what are they going to do? They're done. They're parasites. They have to live off a host. And it's like that's the entire problem. It's like anybody in government right now, they don't produce anything. They're parasites. They live off the work of others. They extort the taxes out of us. They're not following the law. And it's just like, we just sit there and say, oh, please kick me again. Please kick me again. Because that's just the way it is. You can't change it. So there's no way to fight it. I mean that how many times have you heard that about people? There's no way to fight this. So I'm just going to sit here until they put us in a box cars and throw us in concentration camps. And that that's what I hear from so many people and, or they're just clueless walking around like a bunch of dopes, you know, running into brick walls and going, Oh, I guess that hurt a little bit. I guess I'll try that again and walk back. It just, it doesn't, it doesn't make sense to me. Have you looked at your tax bill lately? I don't even like to look at it. I pay an unbelievable amount of property tax. Wait a minute. Do you have what they call an administrative fee on your property tax bill? You've got to look at that. I don't know. I'll have to look. You know what an administrative fee is? It's another tax upon the tax. They're all taxes. Well, where's the authority for them to come up with an administrative fee to file your taxes? Well, I'm fighting that. I'm fighting it right now. I just sent a letter to the treasurer, which is a certified letter. And I'm telling them, I need you to show me where you have the authority to charge me a tax to pay my property tax. And I sent it certified. And the first letter he didn't answer. Second letter, I'm now going after First Amendment, which is right to redress the grievance. Article one, section three of the state constitution, right to redress the grievance and his oath of office. So if he doesn't answer this, I'm going to give him one more swipe at it. And then I'm going to sue him, not for the administrative fee, but for not doing his job, which is not uh doing the first amendment are not protecting us under the first amendment or article one section three or his oath of office i'm going after him and that's the only way to do it is to go after these people that are sitting in this office and they think that they have the power to do whatever they want to do on all i'm asking them Four is the authority that gives them the right to charge me another tax. Because remember, Headley came on board sometime a long time ago to allow only so much increase in the property taxes or in property taxes themselves. And we were told by that idiot Engler that if we raise our property taxes, sales tax to six percent, we would reduce our property tax. But inflation. They're liars. They're all liars. But inflation, which is brought on by the by the Federal Reserve, made us all wealthy people now and brought the property taxes way back up. And so now they have more property tax money coming in. That's not enough money for them. So they have to charge an administrative fee to push a piece of paper around and say, hey, you paid your tax. That's nonsense. It's just like the the the Pfizer, you know, the Pfizer stuff, you know, or the FOIA stuff. You know, it's like you can't even get the information you need without paying for what you already paid for. Exactly. It's a racket. The whole government is a criminal. And John, this is what blows my mind. People say, well, I know this person. They're a nice person in office. It's like, I don't give a crap whether you think they're nice or not. They're criminals. Does he know what the jury means? If he doesn't know what the jury means, he needs to be out of office. Yeah, they're criminals, all of them. And the whole system needs to be cleaned out, top to bottom. If this was actually a corporation, which it kind of is the way it's run, it's a corporation. They even got EIN numbers for townships and things. It's crazy. There needs to be somebody that goes in there that's a CEO and just hatchets this thing apart. You know, you got to have a hatchet, man. Not for people. Nobody go out there and be stupid and say, grab your torches and pitchforks. But for going through the system and absolutely cutting all the dead wood out of this thing until we get anything that's producing an effect for the American people. The judicial system is just a complete and utter joke. It is it is such an abysmal situation that I think I think everybody should just look at this and go, yeah, we don't have a country. If you don't have justice, if you don't have law, if you don't have borders, you don't have a country. And the reality of the apathy is going to be you're going to get to what you get. That's right. You know, it's been said that we get the government that we voted that we want. And we've got it right now. Most of the people through stupidity that they just don't get it, just don't understand. And most people haven't read the Constitution, don't know what the Constitution says, do not know what their rights are. They don't have any if you don't fight for them. So that's pretty easy. They're just existing. They're living in a... in a fake system completely from the Federal Reserve on down. The whole system is fake. The laws are fake. The government's fake. And the judicial system is the most fakest. Fakest? Is that such a word? Of all. You can use it. Make up your words. Curtis is on this morning. Hola, Curtis. He says the sixty three Michigan Constitution turned Michigan into a for profit service provider. Absolutely. It's unlawful. By one tenth of one percent, which should never have happened, should never have been allowed. Thank you, John Engler. You want to know what, you know what that toad said to me, John Engler, he's a fricking toad. And so I met him at an event. It was, it was pretty, there was not that many people there. I think there was only like twenty of us at this event, but he was there and Doug Burgum was there and there was. You know, there was a, it was a, it was pretty, it was a private event and it was, it was interesting. He had the gall to come up to me and say, why did you think you should run for governor? He said, you should have gone and worked for Mike Rogers or, you know, basically what he's telling me is you got to work up the, the, you know, the ladder in the cult of politics in the United States to do anything because you are not going to get into any office. Americans do not have any chance of getting into office. None whatsoever. I can tell you that. No, this is what I'm saying. He told me I should go work for Mike Rogers. I'm like, I have no respect for the guy. Why would I go to work for somebody that I have no respect for the guy? He's an establishment guy. I mean, and so I'm not going to do that. I wouldn't do that. You know, I mean, here, in fact, I got this in the mail from, you know, Mike Rogers. And it's like, look at what's right on the top of this right there. Americans for Prosperity. I mean, you've got sponsorships. The sponsorships. This is like having a freaking car in a car race with all of the little stamped on who we've got allegiances to. And not one of the stamps or stickers says the American people. This guy is funded by... AFP, which behind that was the Koch brothers. So this is a corporate sponsorship that looks like it's under a nonprofit. Almost all of these stupid nonprofits and these money-raising pieces of crap, bottom-sucking carp organizations are being funded by a corporation like, you know, what the Koch brothers are behind. And, I mean, that's not the only one. We are literally – our country is being funded – by a corporatocracy. We don't have a vote. We do not have a chance to get an office. If you do not have the corporate sponsorships, kiss the rings or are wearing their logos as you prance down the aisles and betray every single one, every single American out there. That's what we have. And we have the judges covering up the crimes. It's a good thing you're not holding anything back. No, I'm, I'm mad. I'm mad. So this is what happened. So I didn't have any court dates on the, the, that were on the docket. And all of a sudden, my, my attorney who's represents me is found dead on December eight. It, and in the basement, he's dead in the basement. Okay. Four shots to the head. Now, I don't know. I think it was a heart thing. It was a heart attack or something. So here we go. We've got a dead attorney who died of a heart attack found in the basement. I couldn't get my files out and was told, don't go to the office. He had the files in his car. Not in his office. And so I finally got the files back last week after kicking and screaming to get these files back. And all of a sudden, the judges got us on the docket for February, and I've got to scramble like you always have to do to scramble to make this thing work, to have a defense of some sort. And this is my signature gatherer civil case, which I've got somebody who's a good person who I think I'm going to be fine. But why all of a sudden did this thing by the court system, the Seventeenth Circuit Court, Christina Mims in Michigan, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, all of a sudden become on the docket, push, push, push, push. We're not going to postpone things. And this is going to go through. And the first thing I heard about it, Because it's all going to the debt attorney that I can't get documents out of because I don't know why. And all of a sudden, we've got scheduled events on the calendar immediately with this thing being pushed through by the clerks, the judges, and everything else. That's not justice. That is not justice at all. This is rigging the system and hoping that they burn me out, find out or get me to a position where I have no options so they can continue the freaking steal. And so that's kind of where we're at, boys and girls, right now. And so I've got somebody who's helping me right now, and he actually wins Supreme Court cases. When this thing launches and we go for it, I'm going to freaking bury these people. And, you know, it's like, I think they've got me to the point right now. I am so pissed off at the criminality of what's going on. It's not just for me. It was just like getting kicked up for this, you know, the signature gathering nonsense. I testified in the case this last week and I'm still, I can't really talk about it. But the whole thing, the whole thing right now is in... It is an interesting process to see. I'm hoping that there will be some justice served. I don't know if there will be or not. I really don't know. And that twenty twenty two election. The twenty twenty two election, as well as the twenty twenty election, set the future course of the United States of America. And the people involved in the Steele literally set the course for the direction of the United States of America. And we don't have enough people that have the bandwidth, intelligence, able to see the problem, willing to fight to address this the way it needs to be addressed. So some of us are sitting out there off to the side, continuing to chip away at this. And it's really a shame. It's really, really a shame. But I don't know if we're going to get justice. We're going to fight. We're going to continue to fight. But I'm going to tell you what, we're kind of at a precipice point right now to see which way this thing goes. I pray to God that we have a few good men and women out there that are willing to take this thing to the end because we sure as hell have a lot of gutless cowards. So that's where I'm at, you know? It's going to be one of those days. I got to put some praise music on and say, God, I'm so mad right now. But we're going to praise you anyway. But you know what? I'm not liking the way things look right now because I hate bad guys. I do not even have any sympathy for these people because they knowingly have broken the law. Every single one sitting in the seats. who have been elected in and who are unelected. They're breaking the law. They did it with intention. They know that they're breaking the law, and they refuse to do anything about it. Well, here again, the problem that we have is the Federal Reserve System. It's fake. So as long as they can get the fake money and pay people off with fake money, the people are fake. The whole system is fake and rigged against the public. And it's been that way for a long time. So now we are trying to change it because we have seen the light. Some of us. I mean, I've seen the light a long time ago, but we have new people coming on board here and there that are starting to see what's going on and that are starting because most people won't be doing anything unless it personally affects them right then they're then they're going to get off the couch otherwise yeah life is going to go on and they're going to be more worried about their family and their food and their this and their that and not and not so much worried about what's going on in the country right and you know when somebody comes up to me and they have a whole litany of complaints and You know, I typically am fairly patient with people until I'm not, okay? And if somebody comes up and complains about what's wrong, but they haven't done anything except for show up for the free coffee and cookies, they haven't done anything to reach out or do anything meaningful, They've sat there and they complained about it because they think knowledge of what's going on is going to fix it with no action. I'm probably going to tell them to shut the hell up because I don't want to hear it anymore. It's like if somebody has a complaint, there's got to be action or there's no reason to complain. You are not just part of the problem. If you're complaining, you are the problem. And so that's kind of where we are. That's true. The problem that we have in general is that most of the people don't understand what's going on. They're going to the internet. They're listening to podcasters and fake news with fake information and they follow the fake information. They don't know about the law. I've had certain people say, hey, we don't follow Supreme Court precedent. We don't follow case law none of that stuff is important uh because but but it is the case law that brings us to where we are and there's nothing wrong with the supreme court because they're pretty much on track with what's going on uh the but the problem is that people won't look at the case law won't read it don't want to understand it don't want to pay any attention to it and they go off with some I mean, there's tons of them out there, podcasters that are saying these, that have these great stories. And these great stories are nothing but clickbait. They just need to get people. Yeah, they're just talking out of their behind, you know? Yeah, they don't know what's going on. And they pass false information, and then they get a group of people that are following them that are following false information. And we're not going to get any way. It distracts them. it's distraction from what the purpose of this government was and that's the republic and if we don't go back to the republic and we don't establish ourselves as a as a republican form of government we're never going to get anywhere because we got too many little groups we got the we got the rainbow people we got the uh Blacks, we got the whites, we got the Chinese, we got all these different factions fighting against each other. And the system says, yeah, let's keep them going because this is the way we're going to win the battle. And they keep us under control. That way, because this is another this is another Donna, a sick of their crap kind of thing when it comes to black, white, Hispanic women, men, whatever, seventy two genders. I don't care. I don't need to see somebody's pedigree. It's like having dogs tagged with a pedigree. And that's exactly what it is. What's your breed? You know, it's like they've made you into a farm animal. If you're going to buy into this crap with race, creed, color, religion, gender, whatever it is, you've just been pushed into an animal pedigree. And I just like, I'm like, I just don't want any part of it. What am I? I'm Donna. That's it. I'm, you know, at this moment in time, I'm an American. We'll see. I'm an American. That's the word that we need. I'm an American. I'm not a black American or African American or a Chinese American. I'm an American. It is ignorant. It is so ignorant. Exactly. Exactly. I'm an American, and that's how people need to be looking at this and stop the individual battles between races and stuff like that. Yeah, I don't care how somebody celebrates their holidays. That's great. Fantastic. I'm happy you found your happiness. I don't care what pedigree or what their papers say they are. Think about it. They literally make us present papers like a dog pedigree. It is insane. Exactly. so anyhow well there's the morning rant from two old guys that are completely sick of the of all of it you know it's like john and i are both old i was telling somebody that the other day i'm like you know i'm sixty one years old it's like you know i'm not i'm not a kid anymore and it's like i was talking to somebody about the the the uh doing things in the barn and you know when you're when you do things with with horses and such Fifty years of experience with horses counts, and it's like when you've been around horses all your life, that experience counts, but a lot of times people show up, and they think they've got this thing nailed down in two weeks of being around horses. It is the funniest thing I've ever seen in my life. When you when you've done and you've lived, you've had kids, you've been married, you've gone through all of this stuff. It's not like you're sitting in college. And I mean, I went to college and I remember, you know, in what I see a lot of times as younger people, they don't understand when life is lived and you get to be, you know, our age. We're not that we're not you know, we're what, fifteen years apart, fourteen years apart. How old are you? Seventy eight. So when you've got a lot more years experience than I do, which I love, I have learned more from you than I have from, I don't know, probably ninety five percent of the people that I've known out there because you look at things that matter. and things that really are the structure of things and how to actually fight things. You don't just show up for the free coffee and cookies. You actually are doing things. I've learned a tremendous amount from you. But it's like when we get in the fight, we have to listen to those people that have gone before us and have actual knowledge. You know, I see Sean Starry's out there, and I've learned a lot from Sean. Good morning, Sean. you know, he's special forces and he's lived one heck of a life and he keeps going. And the reason why Sean keeps going is because he keeps going in service to God. That, and I think really that's the only thing that keeps all of us that are fighting. You don't have to like what's going on out there. I'm not going to say, yay, I get to face another day with these morons in court. God, I'm so thankful. I'm not going to be really honest with you. I don't have that. I'm like, All right, you're going to have to carry me through this one because I can tell you right now to go in there with any joy whatsoever is going to be a stretch for me. you know, and, and God keeps us going. He keeps us going. Even when the situations are not good, we may not like the situations, but we've got to keep going and realize what it is that keeps us going. What keeps you and I going isn't that we're trying to be right. What keeps us going is we want to see justice and we want to see America restored. We want to see our family have a future, our, our neighbors, our, the people we know and care about, and we refuse to fail and leave these people to be eaten alive by a system that has no qualms about taking anything you have, taking lives. Like, I got to tell you, I know a lot of people who have been unalived. There's been tons of people who have been removed. Look at the Clinton count. And you think that we're going to be, if anybody thinks that we are outside of being unalived, they're joking themselves because they don't care. They have taken out millions of us with COVID nonsense. And that was intentional. And the clot shots, it's intentional. You can see what they've done. And so nobody is in a position right now of having tomorrow assured because they don't care. They don't care who they step on, what they take, or who they remove in using any force they see adequate. And people have to get that through their heads that it's a real thing. But anyhow, I digress. I'm too pissed off to be on screen this morning. But it is what it is. I still showed up, you know. You have Norton. I can find it. My computer actually crashed multiple times this morning. So if it crashes, have a great day, guys. We'll see what happens. This is a perfect segue into Norton versus Shelby County. Okay, let's see what happens. I really have no idea because like I said- This is about a governor who tried to bring forth his own minions to have railroad, to issue railroad bonds to people. And he got rid of the judicial, the- justices of the peace who had this job to begin with and brought in his own people so this is the same kind of stuff that's been going on in michigan uh for years for centuries for for years You know, I'm feeling better just having you say that because right now, you know, it's like I got on this morning and I was like, I don't really know if I should be on, honestly, but, you know, just showing up. But to realize that there's nothing new under the sun. No, no, this has been going on for a long time. But you see, the Supreme Court ruled in our favor and brought what is the treatise of the republic. in this norton versus shelby county case this is the most important case anybody could see and and if you understood it then you would look at these fake people on the on the television or wherever you're watching them and you would say oh and norton versus county shelby county says that this guy's a fake And so this is how we need to look at it. We need to understand those people like Mike Rogers, like Nestle, like, you know, you name them. They're out there. There's tons of them out there. And there's a bunch of them running for office at this particular time. So this guy is on these guys' leash. If there's money there, they're on a leash. So what are you going to do about it? I mean, what other options do you have? Slopkins, are you going to put her in? Well, I'm actually trying to seat the state right now through the taxpayer parties because I will not play ball with the Republican Party because they have taken foreign money in our elections. And it's like people who are saying, well, I always vote Republican. Great, fantastic. You just told me all I need to know that you are a gutless coward and you will stand with an organization who has committed high crimes against this nation. The Republican Party and the Democrat parties need to be abolished. All the parties need to be abolished. But I can tell you right now, the one that has not taken the foreign money to my knowledge is is the U.S. Taxpayers Party. The rest of them have sold out. I can't stand with an organization, and I won't do it. I won't stand with an organization. It's like eating, and I've said it many times, eating brownies made with dog crap. I'm not going to do it. And hopefully God will bless our efforts regardless because we're willing to stand. with honor and integrity instead of just capitulating because we and our own weakness think the only way to win is to jump in with the criminals. It doesn't make sense to me. It's ridiculous. It's absurd. Okay, so let's get back to Norton because this is the question that the U.S. taxpayer party should be asking people that want to run for office. will you be a de jure officer occupying a de jure office and if they don't know what that is and say you better go back better uh remove yourself from this position and go back and learn some stuff before we can even have you come on board as a u.s taxpayer because we have too many people that come on the system that are very ignorant as to what their job is they want to work the system They want to work with the system and thereby they break the law because once you break one law, you're all you're beholden to it. And so it's not, what do we get rid of? It's what do we keep at this point in time? We need to eliminate everything that is unconstitutional and then decide the people need to decide what do we need to keep? And if it's for self enrichment, they, they need to go down with politicians. Well, here again, this is a whole new way of looking at the world. And that's what we, as in the Republic, people that have looked at the Republic or understand the Republic should understand this case frontwards and backwards, because the only way they're going to be able to fix the problem is to understand what's going on. This is the treatise for the Republic. There's nowhere else in the entire system, has there been such a situation where the Supreme Court has actually spelled out the jobs and duties of public functionaries? They're not officials. They're not leaders. They're public functionaries. They have a function in government. And they're criminals. They have a function in government. So let's stay on track with this. and try to get through this because it's not a hard case to understand. It's only thirteen pages long. Actually, it's twelve pages long. The thirteen pages is a footnote, but it's only twelve pages long and it does and it's packed with a lot of very, very important points. So if you can scroll down to page six, We're going to start there because that's where the definitions come on board. But as you're scrolling, I want everybody to be aware that this was a government that was trying to change the system without using the Constitution. Just some guy that figured, hey, I'm a governor, just like the judges say, hey, I'm wearing a black robe and therefore I'm the boss. No, you are a public functionary. And you have a function in government. All right, we're on six. We're on six. Okay. So my point is this, that we have to understand who these people are. They're public functionaries. And we'll start with reading the yellow part of this part. Do you want me to go back up just a little bit? Yeah, because this case is... I'm not sure where you're at there. I can't really see your side. But it is contended that if the board and the commissioners were not officers de jure, they were nevertheless. Stop there. Stop. Because that's a very important word. And we got to be sure we understand what de jure means. It's de juree. uh it's there's three pronunciations it is not de jure it is de jure as the judges and the uh attorneys will call it de jure because they don't know any better because they're they they're ignorant to norton they're ignorant to the the the terminology and they are ignorant to the pronunciation of the terminology I've been in court where the judges or the attorneys say, oh, de jure, that's soup of the day. No, it's not. This is de jure. De jure means constitutional or by law. So if you ask somebody if he's going to be a de jure officer occupying a de jure office, he then he says yes i am constitutional and i will follow the constitution in my office so the jury is just a terminology that we need to understand and we need to use it we need to use it every time we talk to a public functionary are you going to be a de jure officer occupying that de jure office that you're being elected to And if he doesn't know what that means, you obviously know he's not the guy that you want to put your vote in for because he's stupid. Ignorant. I guess you shouldn't call him stupid, but he's stupid. Okay. It kind of holds sometimes, you know, so. All right. So read on a little more. They were nevertheless officers de facto and that the acts of the board as a de facto court are binding upon the country. All right. Stop there. Stop there. I'm going to keep interrupting you here because this is important. De facto means as a matter of fact. He was put in office not because he has the qualifications of it. Maybe he's not old enough. Maybe he's, in case of Obama, he is a Kenyan, not an American, and therefore he's de facto American. He should not be in that office because the Constitution requires that person in the presidency to be a natural born citizen in which he is not. And you can't fix that. You can't fix the fact that he's not a natural born citizen because that's something that comes from birth. When you're being born, your mother and father have to be citizens of this country. And if they're not citizens of this country, then you cannot be a natural born citizen. There's no way out and there's no way to correct that. Let's talk about some de facto things. All the judges in the administrative state courts, they're de facto. Because they gave a separate oath. The bar, they're a fraud upon the United States because they don't have a license to practice law. Well, that is one right there, one key. They don't have a practice license to practice law. And they're using that against us, saying that we don't have a license to practice law. And so it's a it's a dual system where they can because they have a bar card, thinks that they have a license. Yeah, they're de facto if a license is required. But see, the license is not required to practice law in this country. How can you follow the law and be part of the law if you don't practice the law? Something is ignorant and stupid in this whole concept of having a license to practice law. But they've used that against us, and they've kept us as individuals out of the court system to represent somebody. Now, the Constitution does not say you can have an attorney present. It says you can have counsel present. Who is counsel? Counsel is not an attorney, not a bar attorney, but they've used this system against the public. Well, and if you show up with, with anybody or you try to represent yourself, I can tell you the judges are just infuriated that you would have the audacity to come into a courtroom and, and, um, and try to defend yourself they'll have none of it because you don't have somebody to speak for you because you're a child to them and then they'll try to wield their power to shut you down I mean the one emergency injunction water wars thing she wouldn't even let me talk and it was like it was all over the place and I was like this is a total racket It's a closed system. It is. Of attorneys and judges. And it is a de facto system, but more de facto, it's a usurpation of authority. And we'll get to the usurpation in a moment. De facto means that you're not necessarily a criminal because you could get into an office as a de facto person and occupy it de jure. Okay. You could get into office because you're underage or you don't fit the total requirements, but you're in that office, but you're acting de jure, and therefore you can stay in that office and behave in that office as a de facto officer as you're occupying a de jure, if you have a de jure behavior and a de jure understanding. so those are two things that those are two words that we have to understand uh in order to understand what's going on in the system uh who's a de facto officer who's a jury officer the fact that you're in office and you violate the law you're no longer a de facto officer you're a usurper Yes. And that's a totally different animal. But we're going to get to that in a minute. OK. And the attorneys, it's like I had one attorney out there, quite honestly, that misrepresented the law. And, you know, it was like they always misrepresent the law. And so, you know, the whole thing needs to be absolutely clear. You know, redone, brought back to the Constitution, brought back into alignment with the law, because right now it's just a complete and utter it's a complete and utter shit show in the court systems. All it is is revenue generating for themselves, and they do not care about us. But that's OK. We all know what we got. You got what you got sometimes. OK, so move on from there. Where are we at? Okay. Our binding upon the country. This contention is meant by the fact that there can be no officer, either de jure or de facto, if there be no office to fill. Stop that. Stop that. So important. And that's what Jack, what was his name? Jack Smith was booted out of his office because there was no office to fill. So we have our governor and our mayors and stuff coming up with these offices. They come up with the office of ordinance officer, for example. Is that office, in fact, a de jure office or is it a office that doesn't exist? Is it something they made up? Now, how does it become a de jure office? It has to go through the charter. It has to go through the Constitution. It has to be part of the Michigan Constitution. And it can't be part of a Michigan Constitution that says the governor can make twenty five offices. No, can't be done. That's a that's a usurpation of the authority of the Constitution. You can't just make up an office. That office has to exist, and it has to exist by the vote of the public. So we have a lot of de facto offices in Michigan. And Mike will tell you about the state police. They're a de facto office. They've even admitted they have no constitutional authority to exist. They're de facto. And when they're de facto, do they have the authority to issue tickets to the public? No, they do not, because they are de facto and they are usurping authority never granted to them. So we got to get this thought process clear in our minds. How about the Office of Health and Human? No, they don't exist. And so how can they come to your house and take your child away from you? Because they do not exist. They're an office that does not exist. And you can never have a de facto office. You can never be either de jure or de facto if there's no office to fill. And that office has to be brought in by the Constitution. I tell you what, I'm really glad to see the human trafficking and the CPS and all this nonsense that's gone on start to be coming out where people are going, oh my, I didn't know that they did that. It's like, what rock were you under? I mean, the CPS is one of the largest human trafficking organizations on the planet. They have no right to take children away whatsoever. And when they take them away, horrible things happen to them. You know, it's like, I, I helped, I helped with one gal that was being kidnapped by the state, the CPS and it's not CPS, a different name in Tennessee. They literally took her out and trafficked her while they were, while she was in their custody. It's like, wake up people, all of these organizations and stuff. They're there. They exist to create crimes and hide them from each other. I understand. That's the aftermath of not following this process. The law. There is no law. If there is no office to fill, you cannot have somebody sitting in that office that doesn't exist. So we have to go back to that premise or the basis as to where this whole thing started from. They've created an office out of nothing, which like the Federal Reserve Bank creates money out of nothing. And then they use that against the public. So we have to understand Norton here and understand that if there's no office to fill, there cannot be a person in that office, a de facto or de jure officer can't exist. Boy, that would be a great lawsuit to just clean Michigan out. Just start naming names. Go right down the list of every department, every organization, every person that's employed in those organizations and just say, nope, Shelby, Norton versus Shelby County, gone, gone, gone, gone, gone. And, you know, just go right line by line by line, person by person by person and charge them with the crimes of theft. Because that's what they've done. And take their stuff. You know, they took our stuff. We need to get in there and do a little Robin Hooding here and take their stuff. So anyhow, where do you want to go from here? As the attempt, as the act attempting to create the Office of Commissioners never became law, the office never came into existence. It all goes back to the Constitution. It all goes back to the state constitution. It all goes back to the charters of the individual cities and townships. If it's not there, it doesn't exist. This is a Supreme Court talking. The Supreme Court made this decision, brought it out to the public. This decision is law. This decision is law. And if you don't know that, you got to go to Article III of the federal constitution and read the federal constitution. It says what the Supreme Court says is law. And here's the Supreme Court saying that if that office doesn't exist by law, by the constitution, That individual that's sitting in that office is usurping authority never granted to them. All right. You can read the next yellow. The doctrine which gives validity to acts of officers de facto, whatever defects there may be in the legality of their appointment of election is founded upon considerations of policy and necessity for the protection of public, the public and individuals whose interests may be affected thereby. Offices are created for the benefit of the public. There you go. It spells it out. So what does Health and Human Services or Child Protective Services or any of those organizations have to do with the benefit of the public? Nothing. They're revenue generators. Nothing. Exactly. Okay. Next. That's the problem with the court system. It provides no benefit. It just is a revenue-raising administrative nightmare. But the idea of an officer implies the existence of an office which he holds. It would be a misapplication of terms to call one an officer who holds no office, and a public office can only exist by force of law. And that's what it is. The CPS... is by force of law because if you don't do it, then they'll bring the gendarme on you. They'll bring the police department. They'll bring the sheriff in, and the sheriff is ignorant too. Sheriffs don't understand the Constitution because most of the sheriffs have never studied the Constitution, do not know what their duties are. and therefore they become a police officer, just an auxiliary police department of the state police or the local township police. Did I ever tell you about when I was interviewing the sheriffs in the state, I entered about somewhere between a third to a half of the sheriffs in the state of Michigan, and I actually had one sheriff when the guy that I was meeting with him went, left to use the bathroom. We were sitting in a restaurant. He kind of got over the top of me trying to be real threatening and he threatened me. And what he said was, what he said was some people don't know how to stay in their lane. You know, that's what they do. I mean, this was a sheriff. He's, I believe he's still sheriff in the, in the County that he's on. And I'm just going to say it right now for the record, I'll guarantee you, I'll guarantee you that this person is probably into child trafficking because it's a, it's a Harbor town. What's his name? I'm not going to say it right now because I just accused him of child trafficking. But it's like I guarantee you he's involved in it, especially when he threatened me. Well, we need to bring all of these people's names out to the public because the general public doesn't get it. I have to do this. I will tell you all the people that threatened me because there's been a lot of them. And, um, and, and I think people need to know, but you know, if, if, uh, you're in a Harbor town, I would be very cautious about who you have voted in office because, uh, uh, they're, they're looking the other way and, or they're part of it. Um, and I'm not saying all of them, uh, but, uh, but this, this one, I can, I can almost tell you with surety that this is that this is absolutely going on in that town. and they're hiding it, just like in the courts and the CPS and everything. They exist to hide the crimes. So anyhow, do you want me to keep going with this? Yeah, well, the next part is probably one of the most critical statements of all. An unconstitutional act is not a law. It confers no rights and imposes no duties. It affords no protection. It creates no office. It is in legal contemplation. It is inoperative as though it had never been passed. This is probably the most powerful statement that the Supreme Court has ever made. And it's an unconstitutional act. What does that mean? The Constitution is set up in our country to... uh spell out exactly what the powers of the federal government are and we went over that with what are the powers of the of the legislative branch there are only eighteen powers that the legislative branch has that's it and they're spelled out and well defined And they were meant to be that way so the government could not stretch itself beyond the limits of what they were told that they could do. The executive branch is also spelled out in the Constitution very specifically, and the judicial branch is spelled out in the Constitution very specifically. And the problem that we have is that they've stretched this Constitution We've had those morons out there that say, it's a living document. It changes with time. No, it doesn't. It doesn't. It's a dead document. It does not adjust to life in the way life is. The only way it can adjust is by an amendment. Otherwise, it is hard, fast rules. So any time that the judicial system or the legislative system or executive branch steps outside the Constitution, they are violating the law. And an unconstitutional act is not a law. It confers no rights. It imposes no duties. It affords no protections. It creates no office. This is very, very important that if we can bring the public functionaries to understand this philosophy, we would fix this republic overnight. there's too much money in it. And that's the thing is that very few people can stand. I'm gonna bring my mic on just a minute here. Very, very few people can stand when the carrot's in front of their face. It's one in a million that will turn down an advantage or money when it's presented to them. And it's a true test of character, of doing the right thing regardless of the consequences, whether they're good or bad. That's the true test of character. Though the heavens may fall, we will seek justice, though the heavens may fall. Yeah. So is there something else you want to go down in the Norton versus Shelby County? No, we'll pick it up from here. It's important that we do that and go over this. And we're going to go over this red spot one more time to try to drive it home to the public, to let them, to our listeners, to let them know that this is it. This is what we got to do. Is it in the Constitution? No. Then it doesn't exist. and it needs to be gone. And I mean, when we look at how corrupted the system has gotten over time, and it's sort of like putting a frog in boiling water or in water. You start the frog out in cold water and they don't notice anything's going wrong until all of a sudden they're like boiled to death in the water. Well, that's kind of what they've done as far as taxing us to death, taking our rights. how corrupt the court systems are. I mean, it is my contention that you cannot get justice in the administrative state courts. I do not believe it's possible. I have had attorneys tell me this on my multiple lawsuits. You will never get justice. And this is from attorneys. You will never get justice in the state courts because they're there to protect the system and revenue raised to go into their benefits. their benefits accounts. That's what's going on. And so it has to be exposed. People have to. I'm kind of glad that it happened to me. It's just like having them destroy my well. The township was responsible for destroying my well. VK Civil actually admitted, and I've got it all recorded on tape, that they knew that they were messing with the water table. I have the confessions. It's just, can you get them hurt in the state? No, because they're protecting them. And so that's where we're at. People have to understand how corrupt this is. And I'm kind of glad it happened to me, quite honestly, because I just get mad. I have two emotions. My two emotions really are, okay, let's just deal with problems until I get pushed enough. And it's like cocking that arm back. And then it's like, fine, keep pushing because there's going to be a recoil to the pushing on me. And that may be, that's not grab your torches and pitchforks. It's like you just accelerated the pushback. And so if I can't get remedy in the state courts and you don't want me dealing, you don't want to deal with us and do justice here. That's okay. There's other courts we can file in. And now you become part of the freaking lawsuit, right? and i and i think that that's what they have to understand is that they can keep screwing with us then they just get rolled into the problem and it will get dealt with so eventually we'll break through this what's that eventually we'll break through with this by the way we'll be on wednesday night uh ladies and gentlemen of the Audience should be joining us to learn more about these court cases, to learn more about how they can deal with it. There's a lot of people out there that are coming up against the system. And if you haven't at this point come up against the system, someday you will. It's going to happen. So you ought to practice. And if you fight and you're over the target with truth, you're going to be targeted. There's no two ways about it. And it doesn't mean you stop. It means you take the time to go through the process, learn what you need to learn, and then Oh, we lost Mike again. Let's see if I get him here. You learn what you need to learn by going through the process. And every time they knock you down, you get better at getting back up and fighting them. You get smarter. You learn the system. Nobody walks into this knowing what to do. The question is, is will you stay with it until you have that breakthrough? Or are you going to quit before you get there? That's true in business. That's true in anything. You have to decide. If you're willing to fail or if you're just going to keep fighting because you just know, you know if you just keep going that you're going to get things figured out. And that's the difference between winning and losing right there, refusing to fail. So thanks for being on here today, John. I'm going to quick go to a fifty seven second. And we'll be right back with Mike National. I call him Pro Se Mike, formerly known as Mike Bambus, but Mike National. And we're going to talk about Pro Se right now. We'll be right back in fifty seven. Exactly. Bye, everyone. Bye. Good morning and welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the third day of February, twenty twenty six. Welcome to our show. And I'm on with Mike National. Good morning. How are you doing this morning? Oh, doing good. It's like, you know, it's just crazy. It's like I think any of us who have done any amount of fighting in the courts are just done with this. OK, you know what I mean? It's like it's like you see so much criminality, not that we're done with the fight, but it's like over any belief in the system whatsoever. I literally am over the belief in the system that currently exists unless you go after all of them at one time. The entire judicial system has been weaponized against us. We're not just talking to courts. We're talking to law enforcement as well. Okay. And the problem a lot of people are having in understanding this whole process, especially those who have never been in a courtroom before, because they don't see it. They never had to deal with it. And that is this. And even those who have been through the courts, nobody is understanding and comprehending who the true enemy is in all this. They're so sidetracked with all the red herrings out there and what they see on the drive-by media or Fox or any of the others. I call them all drive-by media now, okay? When I hear Hannity and Levin talk about the democracy, Trump's going to preserve the democracy. No, we're not a democracy, guys. Why are you saying democracy? So you know what? Now I'm calling you a drive-by media. You're no better, okay? You're giving misinformation out there, and they need to stop. so the understanding who the true enemy in all this is is hard for people to comprehend okay now i can sit here and give you my opinion i try not to i try to keep my opinion out of everything that i do okay in in in the writings i do uh uh the information i put out there when i go and talk to people out there at different seminars when i talk to people at different events and that i'm not there to give my opinion i'm there to give you the facts my facts are based on what i have personally physically experienced and have done or someone very close to me who has done it and maybe i've assisted them in that process so i'm not here to just shoot out you know well in my opinion i read this and i saw something on tick tock so here's my opinion on that i'm not here to do that okay And I think that makes me a little bit different than a lot of them out there. Because I've done things that people are like, what do you mean you did that? How did you do that? So I've got no problem sharing that information with people. To me, that's educating the masses by doing that. You, myself, and John, we pay for everything, and we don't get paid for any of this, okay? This is all a civic duty, and people have to remember, if somebody is revenue raising or doing it for money, you got a big problem right there. Consider them drive-by media, as Mike says, okay? And it's like what Mike does here is he shares things. He has never, ever asked for one thing, never. And he freely shares it, which means to me, he gets quite a bit of weight in his, what he has to say, because he just wants the country back. Yeah. I mean, I've been, I've run and owned businesses most of my adult life. Okay. When I first started out as like, okay, I need to know if I'm going to run a business, I need to know what the laws are. I need to know how, how the system works. Okay. How am I going to run a business if I don't know this? So that's how I kind of got into this initially. And, um, One of the things that, again, going back to who the original or who the actual enemy is in all this, who runs the country? Criminals. Ask yourself that. Who runs the country? The banks. Who are the enforcers? The attorneys. The bar. They're the thugs that enforce all this crap. And the banks are the ones who control the country. And I'm going to bring that in a reason. There's a reason why I'm saying this right now, why I'm going to talk about today. And I have some other proof, additional evidence, physical evidence of what I'm saying to be true. So to back up a little bit in regards to the banks, let's start there. There's a lot of stuff, a lot of stuff you're hearing about the banks and reset and the collapse and all this crap going on out there. Okay, whatever. You know what? That's not what I'm going to talk about. What I'm going to talk about is how the banks are discriminating, how the banks are manipulating everybody. Well, last week, the silver that dropped, I think it was like forty one percent. And then that came back up a little bit. But it's like it's like when when you look, I think it was forty one percent. If you look at what happened and what's been happening with silver, there's no two ways about it. It's being manipulated. And I'm trying to figure out exactly what they're actually accomplishing, other than the fact of dropping it down, dropping it. And so that they gobble it all up when it gets low again. And then they're going to pop that thing right back up. And the investors that were real people, it's sort of it's sort of I don't know, it's it's a it's a thing. Well. Based on what I know about the silver, JP has been manipulating the price of silver for a long time. Yes. You had Trump sign in the Confiscation Act for silver, much like what happened in the year of the gold. Here's where I differentiate. I'm going to tell you, this is my opinion, okay, is that they're jacking the price up for that, for the confiscation of silver. Because they cannot take personal property without just compensation. So they're jacking the price up to confiscate the silver. That way there's just what they term just compensation for taking the silver. That's my opinion. I have no thing to back that up. It's going to the government of the world. Yes. But here's here's where I'm going with this in regards to the banks. Recently, I've been trying to set up a trust account bank account for my dad. OK, so they needed to see. And I normally I don't do this, but this time I did just just because I'm fishing. I go out there. I see an opportunity to milk information out of different ones and I will do that. So they needed to see a copy of the trust. Okay, no problem. Normally you just give a certificate, but they want to see it. I said, okay, fine. So we met with their private banker and their attorney. They reviewed the trust. And in this meeting, they had some serious issues with the trust. And so after our conversation, I said to the attorney, I said, is there any chance you can put all these concerns of yours in writing and send it to me? She said, sure, no problem. I said, I appreciate that. That way we can see what exactly it is you're talking about and we can see if we can't make the corrections that you're looking for. So she did, she sent it to me. The number one, the number one issue with the trust that they reviewed and what they're asking for us to do, it has to do with the jurisdiction of the trust and what they want to have happen is that they don't like the fact that God and the Constitution is the jurisdiction by which this trust lies. They want God and the Constitution removed from the trust. Wow, isn't that predictable? And what they want in place of that are the administrative rules of the state of Michigan. So what they want is the trust to be under the administration side of everything and take God and the Constitution out of it. So there's no jurisdiction under the law of the land. Now, I'm sorry. We have some serious problems starting right off the bat. One, it's a First Amendment violation. Two, let's see if this rings a bell. It violates Article I, Section X of the Constitution. Now, what else was, what just recently was going around that was looking to remove Article I, Section X from the Constitution? Oh, yeah, that petition called Ask My Tax. Ask My Tax. And talking about how Ask My Tax was produced through a trust, work with a trust attorney. Yeah. So are the pieces of that puzzle coming together now, folks? Mike, you're brilliant. So, in reviewing some more of it, they didn't like the fact that, well, you changed the definitions of some of the words. Well, damn right. What's the problem there? Well, you can't do that. Oh, really? Well, if you look at the codes and statutes that all you bar attorneys create... Let's just take United States for an example. United States, under under twelve USC, I think it's sixteen forty three or something like that, talks about the United States being the landmass, the continent. OK, that the United States falls on. But if you go over twenty eight USC three zero zero two point fifteen A, it talks about the United States being a federal corporation. Well, gee whiz, which one is it? Which definition are we using? What I'm getting here is they play the word salad. They change the definition of a word depending on which code and statute they want to apply. But they don't like it if we do that. Well, where do they have a monopoly over definitions? Legalese is not the same as the Webster Dictionary, okay? There are two different languages. You need an interpreter. If you've never been in the court, you've never had to deal with this, you need an interpreter. That's why they say you need an attorney. Go get an attorney. He'll interpret this for you. And it's all rigged because the judges are literally running the juries and telling the juries which laws they have to apply on it. The juries need to be going right into jury nullification and telling them, you don't tell us what to do. And that's a problem because people are so uneducated. The jury's got to go, wait a minute, we get a chance to look this up for ourselves and go back to the Constitution and make our judgment upon that. And so the judges are influencing the juries. Yes. And they're being instructed to do so. Yes. Do you know by who? Do you know who's instructing them? What's that? Do you know who's instructing them? I'm sure there's several, but I'm sure it's probably... I have a name. I have a name. I'm going to reveal that shortly, and I'm going to reveal... Who and where the source comes from. Perfect. So getting back to the bank. So they don't like God. They don't like the Constitution. They don't like the changing of definitions of words. And they want the other thing is that they didn't like is the fact that my trust that I use does not allow outside third parties to change the terms and conditions of the trust. They don't like the fact that there's a section in there that allows the trustee to challenge the jurisdiction of the court. There's a section in there that challenges the federal rules of civil procedure. Because within the civil rules of civil procedure, if the Supreme Court decides we're going to create a rule, and we institute that rule, and that rule is contrary to the legislative law that was created, the rules negate the law. Did you know that was in there in the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure? Wait a minute. Where did the Supreme Court acquire the delegated authority to legislate law by way of rulemaking? And then to say that the laws that were created through the legislators, well, we don't like those because we created a rule that is contradictory to the law. So the law no longer exists. It's no longer enforced. Really? Where did that delegated authority come from? They're little pea brains. That's how it happened. Unbelievable. Again, they don't like any of this. They don't like the fact that, you know, there's a lot of different things in the trust that they didn't like. Most of them fall under the number one that what they're trying to enforce violates Article One, Section Ten. They don't like the fact that it is is a closed net system of the trust. So where they cannot pierce it to gain access. to the assets within that trust. They went so far as to say, well, you're not revealing who the beneficiaries are. You're damn right, it's called a private trust. You don't have any reason to know who my beneficiaries are. Because they're going to figure out how to sue you to take what you have besides that. I want everybody to understand the enormity of what's being said here with Ask My Tax. We've been trying to tell people, but we're the bad guys, Mike. It's amazing. It's just like telling people during COVID, this is intentional. Don't capitulate, right? I don't think people are getting this because they like the fancy title. They're going after your assets. It's going to do the exact opposite of every single other proposal that's hit the ballot in the last I don't know how long. You're going to get the opposite of what they say. Yes. Yeah. This is nothing more than an asset grab. This is about money, power, control. And if you go through and you read the Michigan Trust Code, it grants to the probate judge the authority to remove your trustees replace them with a guardian who can do whatever they want at that point they can put your mother and father into a nursing home deprive them of essential care kill them and then while the judge goes well you know the guardian had expenses so all the assets now go to the guardian to cover his expenses you get nothing as the beneficiary Now, where did the judge have any authority to do this? The judge is there. A true probate judge is there to say, okay, does anybody contest the will? Does anybody contest the trust? No. Beneficiary, the assets are clear. Beneficiary is to get all the assets, and the trustee has a fiduciary responsibility to make sure of that. Okay? I got someone right now who's fighting in the courts, and I was at one of the hearings. I'm one of the trustees. Okay, of one of the trusts. And the judge would not let me speak as a trustee. Nope, you're not allowed to speak. As a matter of fact, my mic was cut off and I was kicked out of the hearing. Okay, so wait a minute, is that due process? Where's the due process rights being upheld here? Where's the equal protection under the law? There isn't any. The judge turns around and gives a non-party to the trust the assets and appoints them as trustee. Well, wait a minute. What about the beneficiary? I'm not a beneficiary. I was just there as a trustee to make sure that things are done correctly. The beneficiary is over here wanting to get what belongs to them. And the judge is like, no, we're going to give it to the trustee, and the trustee can do whatever they want with it. Well, that isn't how a trust works. That's not how a trust is supposed to operate. The trustee has a fiduciary responsibility to the beneficiary, and they're not doing it. The probates are interjecting themselves in there to steal the assets. Now, our founding fathers, by the way, they weren't licensed attorneys. wrote our founding documents, which is a trust indenture. We the people are the grantors and we the people are the beneficiaries. Our public functionaries are the trustees. They have a fiduciary responsibility to us. And they have abysmally failed. What they do is they flip it around and they name us the trustees and themselves as the beneficiaries. And that's why when you go into court on a victimless crime, especially, you have to pay a fine or you go to jail and they benefit from that fine. I got judge Bain in Livingston County where he was, he got pissed at me. He goes, I thought you were going to pay these fines. I said, judge, I did. He goes, we don't accept coffee beans. Well, then you just admitted on the record that you were paid in full. The obligation was tendered in full under Michigan law four, four, zero, three, six, oh three refusal of an obligation of tender payment is tendered in full. Didn't want to hear that. No, you're going to pay us. I'm like, judge. Yeah, we got a problem here because I fulfilled my obligation lawfully. You want me to do things under your legal administrative rules. Not going to happen. Sorry, that doesn't work. And I said, aren't you the trustee? Oh, he got pissed. He got pissed because I named him. I point out that he was a trustee. So I'm the beneficiary of all this. Not you, Judge. Don't twist this around. Don't even attempt to twist this. I'm not going to go. I'm not playing that game. I'm not going to play that word sell with you. And to this point, to this day, he's still pissed. He's still trying to get money out of me because, you know, he doesn't want me to set a further precedent over above Montgomery Ward of Eugene Glaser, which is a Michigan case where the guy paid in coffee beans because it just says, well, however you want to interpret that, you know, I don't care if you pay me in coffee beans. Well, the guy paid in coffee beans in the nineteen eighty two. Case has never been overturned, never been repealed. So it stands. That's why I tell people you'll go to court, you lose. Payment coffee beans. I mean, that's a precedent. That case, you know, if Judge Bain doesn't like it, then let him go get that case overturned. But until that day happens, here's your damn coffee beans. So these judges. Go ahead. I'm sorry. I was going to go off on another tangent on taxes right now and paying things. But go ahead. Finish, please. Um, so these judges are being instructed to do this. Okay. Someone had just sent me a video regarding a judge openly admitted as the secretary of state that is mandating them to enforce. The motor vehicle codes where they don't have jurisdiction to do so. So more than likely some lawsuits are going to be coming towards Benson and a few others because they're influencing the courts on enforcing this because it's all about money. It's all about money raising. But more importantly, and here it comes, here's the name. The guy's name, he claims to be a PhD. His name is Mark Pickovich. I'm going to spell that, P-I-T-C-A-V-A-G-E. And from what I found out, he lives in Ohio. And what he does is he goes around and he's attached to a lot of different organizations, law enforcement, does seminars for law enforcement, the bar, the FBI, all these different departments and agencies. And he instructs them on how the judges and the bar is to treat us and rule on our cases. Now, it doesn't sound like, you know, okay, the guy goes around, he tells these seminars, blah, blah, blah. Well, what makes, what I guess validates his process? Well, I have sitting in front of me on my screen right now, something called the Magistrate Specialty Seminar, July, the twenty-nineteen. And it is a. It's put out. Anyway, it's what it regards to. And it's entitled Sovereign Citizen Behavior in the Courtroom. So anybody who challenges their authority, anybody who challenges the judge, who challenges the jurisdiction of the court, who challenges a public functionary, they deem you, by way of the FBI report, I've talked about this before, of that you are a sovereign citizen. Well, damn right, we are sovereign. We, the people, are the sovereigns. Okay? But now they're trying to demonize that word. And this guy goes around and talks about this and does seminars and it breaks down all the things that they claim is a sovereign citizen, that this is a bad thing in connection with the FBI report. Now, as a, as part of that, you, if you're classified as a sovereign citizen by their definition, Oh, their definition. Oh, wait a minute. They get to change definitions of words again. Okay. Um, so if you're demonized as a sovereign citizen by their definition, You are considered an extremist and terrorist. How do you spell his last name again? P-I-T-C-O-V-I-T-Z? P-I-T-C-A-V-A-G-E. C-A-V-A-G-E. Yeah, he's a Senior Research Fellow Center on Extremism and Anti-Defamination League. Now, Well, there you go. Anti-defamation league right there. Now, the document I have in front of me is published and issued by the Michigan Supreme Court. The Michigan Supreme Court is validating this. And it comes through the Michigan Judicial Institute, Michigan Hall of Justice in Lansing. And so the Michigan Supreme Court is allowing this. to be distributed to the judges, to be put out there through the bar, and so that they can try and manipulate and control us. So what does that do? Well, number one, if you're considered one of these sovereign citizens, extremists, and terrorists, the banks... Go ahead. I'm just pulling up this thing to see what he's... you know, what he's attached to. Go ahead. So the banks, what they can do is if you're put on this list as being a sovereign citizen, if you're on that list, if your property is on that list, the banks can then close your bank account without notice and seize your assets because you're on that list. Do we know anybody that's on the list? Yes, we do. They're in court right now over it. They didn't even know they were on the list. We found out that they were on the list. We have the interdepartmental emails showing that how the officers were being instructed on how to act and intergage with them in the event that they ever had to go to their property. We have their emails. So we know this exists. They're trying to say it doesn't exist, but it's too late. We already have the evidence. And so the courts and then the bar attorneys are all being told this and their law enforcement's being told this. And they're doing seminars on this all the time. So what does that do as far as our courts? Well, that means that every court case is now biased. It's grounds for disqualification of every single justice and every single judge because it creates an impropriety. It shows that they already had a predetermined outcome of the case Regardless of what the evidence shows, that because you challenge, because you're what they deem a sovereign citizen, you're going to lose. You're inevitably going to lose. And we've seen this time and time and time again. So, and even those that are successful in winning their case, they go through hell. They go through hell trying to get through it. And even then, the judges are still trying to trick them into saying or doing something so they can drag them back into the system. So this is the nonsense that's going on. This is the corruption at the highest level. Well, this is interesting because he did come up under the Anti-Defamation League. Let's check this out a minute. So here are some Getty images, and I don't know if I can show them here. Maybe I should go back because they'll probably ding me for that. But he came up underneath. When I go back here to DuckDuckGo, there he is, and it's Anti-Defamation League photos. So that appears to be accurate. yes so poverty law what everybody should do with this from this moment forward okay and i have a universal brief that i put out there uh in some circles uh for anybody who needs it but you need to challenge the court right off the bat number one we have proof that these courts are being instructed and they're being taught all this misinformation by this PhD dude, okay? I'm trying to be polite here. Check this out. Cleveland Jewish News, one of the toughest challenges, white supremacists. Interesting. Had to put that up there because this is pretty clear. Now, this is the same guy that does seminars. Are you a white supremacist? I'm sorry? I'm sorry? Your sound went out for a minute. I said, are you a white supremacist? I'm not. I'm not either. You know, people are like, oh, are you biased? Well, look, I don't give a rat's ass if you're black, white, purple with pink polka dots. Don't care. OK, we all need to get along. We're all in the same world. We should learn to work together. If you're going to be a bonehead about things, then we're going to have a problem. Well, you know, I've been talking about it for the last few days because I'm sick of it. They've literally given us like dog breeding papers of what our pedigree is. Here, prove your papers. What race are you? Is that okay? Why don't you just say what little breed are you? Like they would livestock. I mean, that's what they're doing. They want everybody in a category. They want everybody in a category so they can put you against each other. Yes. That's all that is. So don't fall for it. Get rid of your breeding. I mean, get rid of your breeding papers. You know, you're not a freaking dog to be pedigreed. Right. Yep. So, yeah, you got to learn to stop filling out. When you go out to fill out a form or something, whether it be the doctor's office, whether it be whatever. And then you're asking those questions. Don't fill them out. You don't have to. You're not obligated to do so. I identify as a human being. I identify as a man created by God. Yeah. So you want to argue that point? Go ahead. Good luck. Good luck. But the thing of it is that these banks and the bar and all that, they're all working interconnected. It's all interconnected. So you got to be careful. You got to watch what's going on. I highly suggest people get a biometric trust. Because they're going to start forcing biometrics for banking. And you need to shut it down. You need to notify your bank that, hey, I got a biometric trust. So all your rules and policies, you make them all the rules and policies you want, but you violate my trust, you will be held accountable. Now, that needs to be expanded on as well. in the sense that okay we've gone after judges oh well judges have absolute immunity because what they do on the bench yeah yeah yeah really they don't we know they don't but right now we need to expand how we go after this and sometimes going at it head-on doesn't always work sometimes you got to do an end run so what i mean by that is don't just file the lawsuit against the judge under whatever you're going to file under. Go after the spouse. Go after the court clerk. Go after the bailiff. Hit them all individually as co-conspirators. Why is a spouse a co-conspirator? Because didn't that spouse benefit financially and otherwise from what that judge did? Sure did. That makes him a co-conspirator. It's because they benefited from it. Unjust enrichment. So they're all complicit. They can all be named in a lawsuit. Name the sheriff, the county board of commissioners. They're all complicit. They're all part of it. Who funds the court? Your tax dollars. Your tax dollars through the county board of commissioners. Okay? Livingston County, I think it was last year, had a lawsuit. The judges, the courts, were suing the county commissioners for more money. There's your proof. Right. Okay? And they got it. They won. The board of commissioners came. They go, well, it's too much. It's going to cost us too much to fight it, so we'll just give it to them. Yeah. It's extortion. What they're doing is extortion. Not only are they violating their oath of office to us, it's coercion, duress, extortion, and threat. This is why the entirety of the judicial system, the injustice system, it's a crime syndicate. And so is our government. Our government is organized crime. We have been taken over and I don't care how nice they smile. Okay. I actually knew somebody who showed up on one of my jobs that was the son of the main crime boss in Boston. Nice enough guy to talk to. He was there as a disruptor, but that's what they do. They show up with a smile on their face, hoping not to question them. Yeah, be careful of Greeks bearing gifts. So what we need to do again is file these lawsuits, include everybody in those lawsuits if you're going to try and sue them civilly. We also need to start hitting them with criminal complaints as well. And we have contracts, your sheriff's department, If you ask him for it, we'll provide you with a private contract for you to hire a sheriff deputy at, I believe it's the county charges, seventy bucks an hour. And I'm going to hire a deputy to go into court with me and say, okay, when that judge usurps his authority, when that judge violates his oath of office, you're to arrest him. Because that's what I'm bringing. I'm paying that deputy to come in there and do what I'm instructing, not what the judge is instructing. Because his oath is to the people, not to that judge. Now. And they typically, of course, they won't do it because, you know, they're not going to do it because they're under the pay, you know. And then you have to go after the sheriff's office. I mean, it's just like that. I was talking, I don't know if you heard me talk about it, but there's a sheriff in Michigan threatened me when I was running for office. And the same, the guy that was sitting at the table with me that wanted to be a meet with this guy, he went to go to the, you know, use the restroom and the sheriff literally is big, tall guy. And he got over the top of me. He goes, some people just don't know how to stay in their lane. And I was like, you couldn't have said a truer statement right there. I didn't say that, but it was literally, he couldn't have said a truer statement because I was just about ready to go. You know, not with a fist, but just say, you know, that nice little F word that we all know the use is over, you know. Well, I would have probably looked at him and said, you're absolutely correct. When are you going to start staying in your lane? Yeah. Okay? I mean, they give you an opportunity to do something. Don't ever pass on an opportunity. Okay? I don't think I had to say too much because I think the absolute defiance and, yeah, that doesn't work for me, you know, was fairly clear. But, yeah, I mean, we got to start, people have got to start getting more involved. They got to start doing some more background and educating themselves on this stuff. It's out there. All you got to do is go find it, read it, and you'll see for yourself that everything we're saying is true. It is factual. It's not opinion. I've got the document sitting right here in front of me. I'll email it to you later. But it breaks it all down as far as what they deem as a sovereign citizen for that FBI report, according to this PhD who claims that we the people are the scourge of the earth. Well, we the sovereigns are the ones who created this country. We're the ones who run this country, not them. They were supposed to work for us. We don't work for them. They're the trustees. We are the beneficiaries. I'm going to read something because Donald Williams is posting. Unofficial acts have no immunity. Acting without express granted authority is unofficial acts, not civil criminal procedures, only common law. Our rights are secured in fundamental law, not lesser derivative legislative acts. Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. So why are our hands being tied on things that aren't law? We've talked about this before. What are the elements of a crime? If someone does you a physical harm, if someone does property damage, or someone deprives you of your rights, those are the three elements of a crime. If one of those doesn't exist, there is no crime. So let's now apply that to what we're talking about here. Are they doing us a harm? Oh, yes. Most definitely. Have they caused us damage? Well, some people, yeah. I know people like the gal in Genoa Township. They forced her to tear down her deck because she wasn't privileged to have it. Okay, that's a property damage. Are they depriving us of our rights? That are unconstitutional is damage. That's right. And stealing people's houses. And are they depriving us of our rights? Yeah. Virtually, we all can show and prove three elements of a crime, three out of three. So now we now have to start holding them accountable. And it's time we... Do not try to do this in state court because you're going to lose. It's like the fox watching the hen house. You're asking the guys breaking the law to decide that they're breaking the law. No, it ain't going to happen. I'm glad that I went into this doing pro se and then also having other attorneys in the state. Because if I get turned down for anything in the state, then they're all going to get included in this. And it's a good process to see just exactly... How devastating this injustice system in the state courts, they're just administrative courts to take your money. How devastating. they are to people's lives it there it is to see it firsthand i got to tell you i am absolutely probably at the top of my sick of your crap type of mentality right now from seeing the devastation firsthand what people do when they walk into the courthouse and just even observing what other people are going through the threat The court system in Michigan is a clear and present threat. I'm going to wave an upside down flag here of distress for the military to come in and just take over. President Trump needs to invoke insurrection and go in and clean this crap out. Something has to happen. The military needs to come in and clean these absolute disgusting low-life bottom feeders, judges, and attorneys out and kick them to the curb. Here's something else. Here's something else I want everybody to pay attention to. You get a speeding ticket, a parking ticket. I don't give a shit what the ticket is, okay? First, who's the plaintiff? If it says the state of Michigan is the plaintiff in the case and you go to state court, you are in the wrong jurisdiction. How do we know this? The constitution says so. Article three, section two, clause two. When the state is a party to the case, the US Supreme Court has original jurisdiction. So if you get a ticket where it says the state of Michigan is the plaintiff, You immediately file to move that case from the state court to federal court before the U.S. Supreme Court because they're the ones who have original jurisdiction, even for a speeding ticket. If it's come, the ticket says that the city of dumbasses is the plaintiff, well, guess what? If my finger commits a crime, isn't the hand attached to the finger? And isn't the hand attached to the whole body? Well, the city is attached to the state. So now they are co-plaintiffs in the case. One is attached to the other. So you still move the case to the U.S. Supreme Court for original jurisdiction because they're all intertwined. is overseer of all the counties, the townships, the cities, and whatnot. So they're all interconnected. It's all part of the same body. They're all part of the same constitution. And everybody sitting in those seats or sees the crime is obligated by law to blow the whistle on this and start bringing action against them. If they don't, because people will say, well, you know, we've got a good right. No, you don't. Because we know the crimes that have been committed. And so if they failed to produce anything that holds them accountable, they're guilty. Roll them all in. Yep. So stop paying these state courts. If you don't want to do the fight, give them coffee beans. If they refuse by state law that you have tendered the obligation, they refuse it, it's tendered in full. That's the state law. And then if they say, well, we're going to issue a bench warrant, you know, because you didn't pay us the way we want to. Oh, wait a minute here. Are you asking me to break the law? I want you to put that on the record, Judge, that you are instructing me to break the law of the state of Michigan because you don't like how this obligation was tendered. And you want to use those words, tendered obligation. So no judge is going to want to do that. No judge is going to want to put that on the record. They're going to try and do everything else to try and do it. I'm going to hold you in contempt if you bring that up one more time. Well, judge, I don't understand. Ask him a question. Can't be held in contempt for asking questions. Judge, I don't understand. I don't understand any of this. The law says this, and you're asking me to break the law. I don't understand why you're asking me to break the law, judge. Get that on the record. That shuts them down. They can't come back. They have nothing to come back at you with. What are they going to do? Say, yeah, I'm asking you to break the law. They're not going to do that. But you've got to put them in that position. And you do it simply by asking questions. Are you asking me to break the law, judge? What specie of payment do you want? They cannot answer that question. They cannot answer it. So put them in that position that they cannot answer because they can't answer. They can't hold you accountable, meaning they can't make you the trustee. They're stuck now in the trustee position. And if you really want to go even further, say, Judge, aren't I the beneficiary here? Am I not the beneficiary of the Constitution? Aren't you the trustee? Just ask the question. More than likely, your case is going to be just tossed right now. Because they don't want to put that on the record. If he has a courtroom full of people in there and you pull that, get out. You're done. Case dismissed. Get out. Because he doesn't want everybody else behind you hearing this information. He doesn't want to put it on the record for everybody behind you to hear it and see it. Because what's going to happen? One after another is going to do the same thing. So they don't want this on the record. That's why when I go to court, I'm always the last one. Because they don't want anybody hearing what I have to say. So we usually tell people out in the hallways before we go in. I can tell you right now, I was going to talk about this whole payment thing. I absolutely know a whole bunch of people that are refusing to file tax returns this year for last year. And they're saying, I don't care if I go to jail, I'm not going to be funding these leering centers, the child mutilation centers and such, and I don't care if I go to jail over it. And I thought this was a really interesting development because the people have had enough and we're getting more and more people that are like, I'm not doing this anymore. I'm not going to fund these things. that are that are illegal immoral that's under threat coercion and duress and i think it's i think it's going to catch on i don't know how much of the population this is at this point in time but i do know that that is happening by groups of people right now and i've had i've been told by people that i know that are absolutely doing this and i thought it was really interesting because talk about getting to the point of seeing to all of the politicians All of these agencies, everyone, the judges and everybody, put me in jail. I don't care anymore. That's what they're saying. Can't be put in jail for failure to pay a debt. We don't have debtors' prisons. That's in the Constitution. Well, they're doing it all the time, though. I mean, that's exactly what they're doing. I understand that. But now they've caused what? A harm. They've caused damage to private rights. Now you have a lawsuit. okay number one number two if you're going to go down that route make sure that whatever money they're claiming you owe in taxes put that in a separate account put that in the mattress put have that money okay don't go out and spend it but put it aside for and i say this as a precautionary action because i don't know what you know And if you don't know how to stand in your square before a court that's going to hammer you and try and do all kinds of trickery, in the event that you do end up losing, you still have that money on the side to pay it so that they're not going to pull any more shenanigans with you. But if you know how to stand in your square, well, what were you guys just talking about before I came on? You were talking about North Beach, Shelby County. So what do you do? You send the IRS a FOIA. Please produce your de jure documents. Guess what? Oh, they don't exist. Oh, so you're an office de facto. Please show me where you have the delegated authority to do what you're doing. Oh, they can't. Okay, you want to go before a tax tribunal. Well, is that tax tribunal administrative or is it an Article III court? Oh, administrative. Oh, gee whiz, guys, you're O for three already here. Okay, that's how you break them down. The IRS is not there for us. They're not supposed to be a third-party debt collector for the government and the Treasury Department against us, we the people. They're for the public functionaries. That's who they're there for. Here's another statement by Donald. We can be in state court as the people, but it must be in a judicial tribunal moving according to the settled maxims. The judge is our advocate by law. The jury must be independent. The judge that I went in front of in the last case was absolutely prejudiced against a pro se applicant. A litigant. There's, you know, a pro se litigant, you're like lower than dog crap on their shoes because you just want to read the people. You're not in their little private membership mafia going on in the bar and all this other nonsense that has literally captured the justice in our country and spit on the Constitution. It's incredible. When you get a judge that's litigating from the bench, call him out on it. Judge! You know, I'm not an attorney, never claimed to be, but it sure sounds like you're litigating from the bench. Are you a party to this matter? Do you benefit financially for what goes on here? Ask them that question. You got a speeding ticket. I got Judge Bain to openly admit on and for the record, I accuse him of being a third party debt collector for the state of Michigan. He got pissed. I'm not a third party debt collector. That money doesn't go to the state of Michigan. That money goes to the court. Whoa, what did you just say? Yeah, moron. Guess what he just admitted to? He just admitted, on and for the record, that he has a financial interest in the outcome of the case. Sure did. Guess what that does? You're disqualified. Under Title XXVIII, Section four, five, five, if a judge shows any form of biased, well, financial gain is a biased. Therefore, he's automatically disqualified. You take that in conjunction with the rules of the Seventh Circuit in the case of Taylor v. O'Grady, in the case of Taylor v. O'Grady, in the case of Taylor v. O'Grady, in the case of Taylor v. O'Grady, in the case of Taylor v. O'Grady, in the case of Taylor v. O'Grady, in the case of Taylor v. O'Grady, in the case of Taylor v. O'Grady, in the case of Taylor v. O'Grady The judge is automatically disqualified. No motion needs to be filed. No affidavit needs to be filed. It is automatic. It is self-serving, and no judge has the authority not to recuse themselves. All orders issued by a disqualified judge are void with no bar of recovery. And if the judge continues issuing orders after being disqualified, he now risks being in violation of the Interstate Commerce Act, warring against the Constitution, and committing treason. Well, they've already committed treason by swearing an oath to the court and walking away from the Constitution. All of them have. Yes. Now, you've heard me bring this up. I've yet to find a single judge anywhere in the state of Michigan that has a proper oath of office under Article Article one or Article one, Section one of the Michigan Constitution. OK, no proper oath of office, no anti bribery statement, no foreign agent registration statement. And in Article six, Section nineteen, they have to have a license to practice law to sit the bench. The none exists. So they're not a judge, they're an administrator, but they violate the Constitution for which they allegedly swore an oath to. So, Judge, I accept your oath of office, even though it's not correct, even though it really isn't. But you know what? I'll accept it anyway. Guess what? Now, because you don't have a license to practice law, you just violated your oath. What did you just do? You committed treason. But all of that, all of that... now goes and surpasses the minimum standard set by the U.S. Supreme Court that a possibility of impropriety exists. We don't have the possibility. We can actually physically prove the improprieties. So guess what? All these justices, all these judges, they're disqualified by law. So here's a question. So the gal that dismissed the last case for some redisposition, If I go after her, and I know that's a tough thing to go after, but if I go after her for violating all of those claims, the oath of office, and disqualify her, all the charges or her judgment goes away, too, because she was literally committing fraud upon the population. So I kind of almost have to do it, don't I? Yeah. If you want to negate all her orders, then you show and prove the disqualification. And can you walk me through exactly what needs to be filed? Does it need to be filed in the state court or is that a federal court? I think it's federal. You file it and you start with the state court. You're going to file to all parties involved. You file it to the judge in question. And a copy also goes to the chief judge. In which court? Supreme Court? Court of Claims? Supreme Court. Are you in district court or circuit court? Circuit court was where the judge was. The chief judge of that circuit court. Yeah, I'm not sure I'm going to get any remedy there because that like, you know, absolutely. I'll tell you right now, you will not get remedy. I'm going to tell you that right now. You will not get remedy. What they're going to do, and here's the playbook. Their playbook is, well, according to the court rules, I get to say whether or not I'm disqualified. Well, what are they doing? They're saying that the court rules somehow supersede the federal law. Somehow the court rules have more power and authority than the United States Supreme Court. Really? Thank you. Put that on the record. Deny my motion for disqualification by your court rules. What am I going to do? I'm going to turn around and appeal that right up to the federal court. Because now you violated your oath of office. You violated and you're basing your violations on a court rule, which has no substance or authority. I have a debt attorney now that they found dead. Guess what? You fight these people, they're going to absolutely try to come after you. But it's like any war that you're in, you got to do the right thing, trust in God and keep going. And he will make a way when there is no way that looks like it's possible. It doesn't mean we stop fighting. It means that, yeah, they're going to come after you. Of course they are. You know, it's like a cornered animal because they're in the wrong. They're in the wrong, but that doesn't mean you stop fighting them, you know. Right. I've disqualified thirteen judges since, yeah, right around the year of twenty-ten. Get some courage. Be willing to stand for something. It's interesting. Go ahead. So, yeah, you just got to stand your ground. You got to understand what they're doing. Understand that they are the enemy. Accept the fact. I don't care how nice they are. Oh, you know, my uncle played golf with the judge, and they're a really nice guy. He gets along great. No. We grew up together. Your township, the people in your township, oh, they're such nice people. We go to church together. They're thieves. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That means they're like getting out and calling thieves friends. Not okay. Not a good look. So, I mean, if you can't accept that, if you can't accept that they are the enemy, then you're going to continue getting steamrolled. So. So there you go. What else do you want to cover today? This was great. You know, fantastic. Well, unfortunately, I could go on all day. You know that. Unfortunately, I got to go pay some bills. oh i got it i i get it i got to go down and get a transcript from the court in the court order because the stupid order that i got was basically well it was on the record it's like what does that mean so they don't even they don't even give you what you need so you got to go back down there and try to beg for these things or pay for them which you already paid for you can't just say okay email me a copy that oh i can't do that you know we're busy down here you know i i gotta go home and work because i just You know, it's just, there's just too much to do. You know, it's like unbelievable. They all need to be fired. You know, what kills me is, you know, you file a FOIA and they're like, well, it's going to cost, you know, the paper and ink and for the clerk to go find the documents that you requested. I was like, wait a minute here. That person is in that office for eight hours a day. Whether they're sitting there playing solitary or they're out doing something else, they still get paid for the same eight hours. So you want me to pay them. You're going to ask me for me to basically reimburse it. Excuse me. Okay. If I'm going to do that, number one, we're going to have a contract. Number two, I want all their information. I mean, their social security number, workman's comp, liability certificates. I need it all. Why? Because I'm going to have to pay them. You're double dipping. It goes to the department. It doesn't go to pay salaries. It's like, this is such... Who paid for the ink in the printer? Who paid for the printer? Who paid for the computer? Who paid for the paper? We the people. Why am I paying twice for something that's already been paid for? yeah well i i'm right there with you i i just i just can't i hate this system i absolutely hate the theft that's going on i hate it so well is why don't we why don't we stop there and we both have to go and get some work done and try to make it through the day without collateral damage at this point in time so and i don't mean grab your torches and pitchforks okay so uh Anyhow, let's say a prayer and go on to our day. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for Mike and John and everything that you have put before us to do. It's a really epic, crazy fight when you realize just how corrupt the corruption and how vast it is around us. And I would ask that you would uphold everybody by the righteousness of your right hand and give them hope and the courage to stand, even when bad things come out and we learn things that we thought were a different way. Give us the courage to go forward, not getting discouraged or demoralized, but to look at this and say, yeah, this is wrong. This is absolutely wrong, which is exactly why we need to stay in the fight. During this process, I ask that you would hold us up, that you would help us to be brave, that you would give us everything we need to get the job done, to bring this nation back into one nation, no pedigrees, one nation under you. Only pedigree we need is that we're your children. Good enough for me. And so thank you so much for everything you've done for us. And we thank you for the blessings you've given us. We thank you for always making a way, even when there seems to be no way. And we just want to let you know we love you for your honor and glory. May everything we do go for your honor and glory. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. Well, boys and girls, we're at that part of the show. My computer crashed today twice while I was trying to post. So there's no two ways about it that my phone went to zero within seconds. So there's no two ways about it that we're getting messed with. Mike couldn't get on. John couldn't get on. It took a Herculean task to get everybody on this morning because they don't want us talking. This is a real threat to them that we actually know the truth and we're willing to speak it. And I don't really care what the consequences are. You know, it is what it is. And I know you don't care what the consequences are. Neither is John. We're going to speak truth regardless whether anybody likes it, whether they like us, whether they agree with us. We'll bring the receipts and show you. What happens when you get into these actual fights? It's the way it is. So with that said, the rest of the week, I'm probably not going to be on the rest of the week because it looks like I got to do a little bit of computer work here to see if we can get around their roadblocks and getting the truth out. But it's still going to happen. And they're never going to shut me up. They're not going to shut Mike up. They're not going to shut John up. They're not going to shut any of us up that are in this fight for real. And it's probably going to return on them. in our quest for real justice. How's that? So at any rate, ding, ding, ding, ding, go to brandenburgforgovernor.com because I'm the best non-conceiver who's ever not conceived in the history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump, probably Melania too. I think Melania is amazing. And we're going to talk about Who wears the cowboy boots better? I'll win because I wear them every day. And then we're going to talk about how to fix things and absolutely kick these criminals out of here. All of them need to go to Gitmo and go through tribunals. This is not just a small crime. This is treason. They have usurped the United States of America, and they have to be brought to justice. And so that's, that's the plan. So there we go. So anyhow, God bless you all. God bless all this. God bless America. Make it a great day. Even if things go poorly. Oh yeah. Deb says drain the swamp. Yes. We need to drain the swamp. Even if things go poorly or if they go in a way that you don't like or that makes you upset, remember, take your minute to get it out. You have the right to feel the way you do. Every single one of us should be furious beyond all explanation and or fear. expressions that we should be furious at what they've done to this country and to our families and our friends and their attack on God Almighty, the whole thing. We should absolutely be furious. It's a righteous anger. Feel that, be okay with that, and then get a plan. Do something. Don't just talk about it. Don't just bitch about it. Go out there and make a difference. If all of us stand together with lawsuits, class action lawsuits, going after people personally, in a way that takes their stuff. You can sue people personally if they have created a harm upon you. And I think once they start seeing we're getting serious here, I think the behavior might improve a little bit. But anyhow, I'll see you next Monday. Have a great week. I'll be posting all week, of course, on my Telegram channel, which there's lots of imposters out there you have to go to. at brandenburg the number four mi if you want to see my real telegram channel and the same thing with x it's the same it's the same thing on x at at brandenburg four mi and you'll find me there so go ahead and look me up i'll still be out there and i might do some uh some uh quick clips on my TikTok channel too. So at any rate, we'll see you Monday. Have a great week and say a lot of prayers this week. There's a lot of battles going on by people who are actually in the fight, not just talking about it, but say a lot of prayers for all of us because we're definitely in the belly of the beast. So have a great day today and we'll see you next week.
