9am Vicky Davis Technocratic Communism The United Nations as an organization is world communism. The strategy to impose world communism on the people of the United States (and the other countries in this hemisphere) has been economic rather than military as the people were led to believe it would be. It's our own leaders who were the Pied Pipers leading us to this demise of the U.S. I'm working on a timeline that shows the who, when and what. 10am Whitmer Kidnapping plot dominated the news in 2020. Bill and Mike Null, twin brothers, were among 14 men charged in connection to the 2020 plot. In the broader contest of the plot, and allegations of FBI entrapment makes us question the FBI involvement for questionable purposes. Bill and Mike were not among the 6 charged federally but were part of the seven charged in a state court. They will be recounting their story of entrapment through weaponized FBI informants colluding to produce evidence, funding activities, and ignoring suspects objections to kidnapping. Posts on X reflect public sentiment, with some users calling the plot a "FEDnapping hoax" entirely driven by the FBI, citing the Nulls' acquittals and informant involvement as proof of entrapment. Good morning. Welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg, and it is the fifth day of May, twenty twenty five. Happy Cinco de Mayo. It's going to be a good day today, I'm sure for all of us. And we were in Michigan here. We had a little bit of weather that came through. But you know what? We're coming out on the sunshine day. And once again, the meteorologists are wrong about ninety percent of the time. The rest of the week we have sun, which we weren't expecting. And so that's the way it goes. So this morning we have Vicki Davis on with the Technocratic Tyranny. And we're going to be talking about a subject that I don't know a ton about, which I love. I love being the person in the room who doesn't know the subject matter because that's how we learn. Right. And then after her, we're going to have on. The Null Brothers, that would be Bill and Mike Null. And if you remember, we had that, I'm just going to call it an entrapment, fake Whitmer crap, kidnap plot that went on here in Michigan. And whenever the FBI or these agencies get involved in anything, things go completely to hell because they really aren't in all ways... interested in the law, what they're interested in is pushing a narrative, which I think we can see what happened during COVID with Whitmer and all that. And I'm not going to stop talking about it because honestly, they committed crimes against the people of Michigan, totally unconstitutional, total tyranny. And we're learning how to deal with that every day by exposing it and realizing what kind of crap we're not going to put up with. And tyranny, overstepping boundaries, usurpations of rights, not happening anymore. But anyhow, we're going to welcome on Vicki this morning. Welcome, Vicki. How you doing? Oh, thank you. I'm doing just fine. So just so you guys all know, Vicki is like one of my favorite researchers. I've got a couple of, of favorite researchers. Jonathan Kaggle is another one, but Vicki has got the most amount of information I have ever seen compiled in my life. And we were talking before you got on this morning and you were saying that you're reviewing stuff. Yes. Um, Periodically, I review things. Well, the project that I was working on was trying to post all of the articles that I have on China together in one place, because we're having problems with China, but we've been having problems with China, and the news media doesn't explain anything to people. So it's all headlines. It's like that stupid X my tax nonsense going on in Michigan. Nobody's looking at what are the deficiencies in the plan, though the headline may be correct. What are the deficiencies? It happened the same thing with the ERISA Act, and I've talked about this many times because people want to hear what their biases are. So they want to have it reinforced. It's, oh, yeah, we don't want property taxes. Well, of course we don't. But is that what this is all about, or is this about using people or turning them into captured assets? in order to push a globalist agenda. I maintain it is. Yes. And what we're going to talk about today is the Helsinki Final Act that was signed in nineteen seventy five. And it's a government agency comprised of our elected representatives primarily. So you have members of the Senate, members of the House, And the name of the organization is the OSCE, the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe. And so, you know, they meet over in Europe and they come up with these plans and ideas that are slipped right directly into our Congress. they're not debated out in the public so we don't know if you don't know about the organization you don't know what's happening and of course the media never covers any of it and so it it it's like a shadow government in a way I've never heard of this one, but what it does is it really is the same feel as every World Economic Forum. It's a bunch of elite snobs that want to tell us what to do because they know better for us. And you know what? We have one organization in the state of Michigan, which I'm just railing against. It's called Destroy. We're going to call it Destroy Neglect and Neglect. and ravage the DNR in Michigan. And it's a bunch of elite snobs that are taking orders from somebody else to steal our resources and basically destroy America from within. Yes, and that's exactly what's happened. Look at their little smug faces. You can see it right there, little smug faces. Let me see. It's scrolling through the OSCE. Oh, yeah. Look at their little smug faces. You know what? And that is something that has just come through. We have all these so-called elites in Washington. But as I review everything that's been done in the name of our country, they have to be the biggest damn idiots in the entire world. And I don't care how many PhDs or masters or doctorates they have. They are freaking stupid in terms of the way the world works. And you can't apologize for it because it's stupidity as well as serving their own self-interest and building their little cliques and clubs in order to do things like a Koretsu, which we've talked about with you here before with a supply line monopoly. They're really trying to monopolize and control everything. So whenever I see something like this, when people are trying to control, it's a total absence of God, total absence of God, because you either let God control what's going on or you become the controller. That's the mechanism. That's what happens. So it's bad, you know? Yeah. Well, and the way that our country has been conquered, basically, is through the transportation system and the definition of ports. Ports can be either seaports or they can be inland ports. And the maritime jurisdiction... travels with a vehicle as long as it travels inland as long as there is an unbroken chain from the sea to the destination inland port and in nineteen ninety five vincenti fox's economic development plan included building a couple of ports in southern Mexico. Well, actually, it started out with the train. There's a train, apparently, that crosses the border at Laredo, Texas. But as long as there is an unbroken chain so that you have the start of the sailing to the destination port, And I say sailing because that's what the original Admiralty law did. You know, it referred to seaports. And that's how the British Empire was built, was through control of ports. Well, in nineteen twenty one, I believe the Barcelona statue defined under the League of Nations, but it carried forward to the GATT's agreements, the idea of inland ports, because there are some countries, around thirty of them, I think, that are landlocked. And in order to give them access to the sea, they defined the Barcelona Statute giving the landlocked countries access to the sea as long as there is an agree you know an unbroken uh route and agreements with the uh the whatever country it is on the seaport through to the landlocked countries okay so what they did to our country was to use that to build the uh the inland corridor from southern Mexico up into Kansas City. And then from Kansas City, if you consider our states as individual countries, then of course we have landlocked states. And so from Kansas City, Now, there was a program that was started by Eisenhower in the nineteen fifties, and it was called the People to People Program. Basically, what he was saying was that people should engage in diplomacy around the world. Well, that led to the establishment of the Sister City Foundation. Well, when you look at the transportation system and how you have to have an agreement between the beginning of a transportation route to the destination, the sister cities program, which was set up in the nineteen fifties when Eisenhower was president, became a convenient vehicle for the states like my state, Idaho, to sign agreements with Kansas City, the Kansas City smart port, so that you have a port and a port and an unbroken chain. So basically, that's how they've been pulling apart our country, is through these international agreements, which essentially disaggregated our country. Isn't Pompeo from Kansas City? I believe he is from Kansas. Yeah, which is kind of interesting. And then he got into the oil industry and such. And so I think that's pretty, for me, that's kind of interesting when you brought it up because, you know, we have to look at the patterns and connections between what people are involved in, who's connected to who in the zoo. and watch how they interact together. And you can start seeing these little crime syndicates, you know, it's like the, the, the global crime syndicate is like an organism and there's all these cells that make it up and they kind of play together nice as long as they're serving each other's interest. Uh-huh. And unfortunately for our country, this whole, um, Well, I say it begins with the transportation system because that's really when our country began being breached, when our border began being breached. Ronald Reagan signed a treaty with Mexico in nineteen eighty three. And I always call it the La Paz Treaty. But essentially it was about supposedly border cleanup. But what it did, it created an international zone on the border that goes from the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocean, meaning that the entire international zone could be, essentially is, an international port jurisdiction. Yeah. And isn't it funny how they use those headlines to mislead people into not fighting it or looking into it any further because it gives us a false sense of security that our interests are being watched out for and protected. But Quite often, that's exactly how they mislead us. They understand how people are. People just want to be left alone. Normal people do. Just leave us alone. Do the right thing. Do the things that I couldn't even possibly believe you're guilty of. And we're good, right? But that's exactly what they use against us because they will give us promises that they have no intention of keeping. Throw out a headline to us and hope that we're stupid enough not to question it. Yeah. Well, yes, exactly. They'll report something one day and then you hear nothing else about it, you know, for years maybe. And most people don't even think to put those two things together to get a bigger picture of what's going on. You've got to connect the dots. And no matter what you're looking at, the headlines should actually be pretty well ignored, in my opinion. Ignore the headlines. Here, I'm going to bring up your article. And look at things for what are the deficiencies or where could this go. Okay. And over and over and over, we get taken hostage by this. The last set of proposals that were passed in Michigan, there were three of them. They were incredibly poorly written. They also were very misleading. But they did pass, not saying that they actually did pass, because I do not believe that we have an honest election system at all. And I would love to debate anybody on that issue because there's so many – you could – decertify the whole thing based on one of the hundreds of deficiencies in our election system in the state of Michigan. First of all, starting with the Constitution and why there's a complete lack of adherence to the Constitution and the basis for why those things were in the Constitution. People don't even understand that. One day voting, vote in vote in private count in the public arena. Well, the machines completely destroy that. You can't, it doesn't work, but that's just one. And how is it that we have over a million registered voters more than what we have people that are eligible to vote in Michigan? That's a million. That should be shocking to everyone. But people are like, oh yeah, yeah, it's done, it's over. There's nothing we can do about it. Well, yeah, there is. We can't stop fighting. But, you know, I don't know. We could go on about this forever. And we've never hit the same subject twice. And we could talk for months about this. Okay, so let's talk about treason in Helsinki. Okay, well, in the year of the T-Rex, in the year of the T-Rex, in the year of the T-Rex, in the year of the T-Rex, in the year of the T-Rex, in the year of the T-Rex, establishing an organization, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. What they were supposed to do was to negotiate agreements with the Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc countries. The American delegation to that conference was the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe. and it's an independent government agency comprised primarily of elected representatives from Congress. Now, where in the Constitution does it allow members of Congress to be part of an independent government agency as well as an elected representative of their states? Well, it's just like the dual citizenship that we've got going on with Israel. And I'm sorry, but I'm kind of out on this whole, the way they're handling any of this stuff in the Middle East. I've got a lot of criticisms. Look right there. We've got Gerald Ford, President Gerald Ford from Grand Rapids. And I have a lot of questions about that because his VP was a Rockefeller, and he was taking full-time instructions from Henry Kissinger. Uh-huh. Yeah, and this was, the Helsinki Final Act was signed shortly after Nixon was forced out. And so I kind of suspect that maybe Nixon would not have gone along with the Helsinki Final Act, but I can't say that for sure. Well, we don't know really because they've done so much to cover up history. The people that really are telling the truth a lot of times are the ones they demonize and throw out because, you know, God forbid, could you have somebody in there that actually questioned what was going on? This is going on all the time. I got to tell you something that's really funny. I don't want me to get off base here, but I want to. So I started filing lawsuits. And this is really funny because my latest lawsuit that is in court right now, the state has made a couple of fatal moves on this case. They sicked five attorneys on me in this case, which is a pro se case for me to file and represent myself. Okay, so pro se is you represent yourself. The state sicked five attorneys on me. Which I'm going to say right now, that to me is evidence of the fact that they're padding the payroll at the state's expense, which shouldn't be done because this is against an individual in their capacity when they not only failed, but the case says advised others to commit a felony. Now, I would want to ask the question here because I'm going to start talking about this and the nonsense that I'm seeing in this. First of all, why is the Attorney General's office involved in protecting somebody that's a state employee? There's the first question that should be asked. The second one is, why wouldn't they be in this to investigate instead of defend someone when there is a case that states that there was a problem with, how do I say this, with conduct which goes against the law. They're there to protect instead of investigate and defend. And I was literally like, okay, this is how we're going to play the play ball here, I guess. Well, that's just great because now guess what? We probably have grounds for another lawsuit that's going to come up. Mm-hmm. They can't do their jobs. They're playing ball within a system instead of standing up and doing what's right, regardless what is expected. You have to follow your own code of ethics and decide what you're willing to do. Personally, I would have walked away from this, said not a chance. This is not the right way. Instead of jumping on the wagon and defending somebody, they should be investigating it. But that's what they do. They get into these groups like what's going on here. that we're talking about this morning, and they all jump in the pool together, and now they're in their own little cartel to protect their crimes. And use of the law as a weapon against the citizens, that's a tactic. Now, what I found out when I was researching, you know, in our state laws, we have a reference to, to a hague convention and they kind of they tried to slip it into idaho law very quietly at the end of the session but when when we found out about it I jumped in and just went heads down research trying to figure out what the heck is this about because reference to that hague convention brings that convention into Idaho law. And one of the things that I found out about is that our Idaho state government has a hundred and thirteen attorneys that are embedded in our state government. Exactly what you were talking about there. Oh, it's a huge organization and they protect themselves. They're not doing their jobs for the people of Michigan or Idaho. It's against the people of Michigan. It's an internal attack against we the people. It absolutely is. And this legislation that I'm talking about that put this reference to a head convention in our in Idaho law, it's in everybody else's state too. It's in your state, it's in Arizona, it's in Mississippi. Because it affected our state government, requiring our state judges to recognize this Hague Convention, it couldn't just be passed by Congress and have it imposed on the states. The states had to put it in their state law, which was what the whole push to get this embedded in our state law was about. What's the implications of this specific law long-term? Oh, huge. Absolutely huge. Because as I studied the language that was in there, What the issue was is international child support. What? Yeah, exactly. Now you would say we don't have that many custody cases that are international where maybe mom is in Great Britain and dad is here in the United States or vice versa. It was like maybe one percent if that of international child support cases. But they used that as the reason that they needed to embed this reference to the Hague Convention, signing onto it so that in an international case involving child custody, it could go through the Hague And the decision of the Hague court is imposed on our state judges. They have to honor those orders. Okay, now, as I was studying the language there, the international court can order, you know, finding out what property and what income and everything else somebody has in the United States, you know, a defendant has in the United States, there is a gigantic loophole in that legislation that allows them to look at the assets and property of anybody, anybody in the United States. Really? Yeah. So for example, I mean, they could, they could, uh, come up with some excuse they needed to look at your assets. Well, they've already done that. Last year, as a candidate, you were supposed to file a statement of assets and properties, a statement with the state so they could crawl all over your finances as a candidate. So I'm sitting here going, this is a bunch of crap, first of all. And second of all, why are they doing that? To see where they can find a way to either compromise you squeeze you or or steal from you I'm convinced that totally because anybody that's in there right now already knows how to hide those assets and it's not going to be in a personal financial statement they're hiding it under every foundation their spouses um some made up entities here and there they're not going to have that on a personal financial statement Uh-huh. Well, one of the things that the... It was the Helsinki group that came up with the idea for global systems. Okay, and they started out with the eleven pilot systems that are global, and obviously this Hague Convention deal would be one of them. But what our government did and it was Franklin Raines who did this when he was director of the OMB, is that they allowed our different agencies of government to work together to build consolidated corporate systems. Okay, so basically our government ceased to be a government that represents the interests of the people. And it became a corporatized information police state. Well, okay, so let's look at this. And I want to bring this up because we went back through the executive order that President Trump wrote on the police and immunity for police. Have you looked at the executive order? No, I haven't, but That doesn't surprise me. They've been working on that for quite a while. I mean, Clinton kind of got the ball rolling with community policing. And then the police force, they're just policy enforcers at this point in time. I'm a fan of the sheriff's office, and I think that the focus should be back towards the sheriff's deputies for community policing and run it from a county perspective instead of say like what they've done is aggregating that much power under the state police as well as um local police forces and such I really think that that we need an overhaul on this because there's there's it's not being run correctly at all it's not the way it was supposed to be and because they're unionized you get a bad cop in there you can't get rid of them and so now you've got you're fighting a unionized police force that's not okay well you can't even say that we can go back to county it really depends on the individual sheriff of a county and what his view of the constitution is. Agreed. Agreed. Totally. And most of them don't even know what the constitutional basis for the sheriff's office is and that they're there to be peacekeepers, not policy enforcers. Yeah. But so some of the sheriffs are great. They are as patriotic as you can get. Some of the other sheriffs are as treasonous and traitorous as anybody else in the country. And the communities have to learn to hold them accountable. If you get a bad sheriff or a bad law enforcement officer, you have to you absolutely have to hold them accountable. I have some questions about the executive order, though, because when I watch how I think President Trump is bait for every bad person on the planet, I really do. He'll throw stuff out like, did you see the picture of him as pope? He went through Greenland and then You know, Canada being the fifty first state. And I think it's absolutely hilarious. I really do. Because it's so outrageous. It's bringing the dummies out to play. The objective has been basically to break our nation state and to establish a regional governing system. Our region is the Americas, the continent of the Americas. Okay, so once you understand that is the game plan, and this goes way back, probably even before I was born. So, and they've been implementing this step by step, but it was really George Herbert Walker Bush with the New World Order, that got the ball rolling with the NAFTA agreement. And then was two thousand five, the Security and Prosperity Partnership, which I think another name for might have been the free trade area of the Americas. So the idea of a national police force really would facilitate some of the bad guys and prevent some of the good guys from doing what they need to do. to help us get our country back. I think there's a lot going on. Let's just, let's just put it that way. I'm not, I don't think that things are exactly what they, what they, um, appear. And I'm just kind of watching the show right now going, going, there's nothing that we can do any way to change anything except for hold our public officials, um, accountable, especially on a local level, and hope and pray to God that the good guys that are in charge right now are doing the right thing. Because this thing is so big. I'm looking for a picture right now. This thing is so big and so out of control that it's shocking. Yeah. Well, that's why I keep working on this, because I'll give you an example. One time I was working on an article and I wrote three thousand words or so on a concept. And then at some point it occurred to me, oh, you dumbass. Here is the word you need. There's one word to that describes everything I wrote in those three thousand words. And so that's what I try to do. is to, and these are complex subject areas. You know, when you're talking about how they've stolen your country right out from under you. Right. They have. Yeah. And it gets a little complicated. You know, you've got to have tenacity and dedication to detail to figure it out. But what I try to do is to make it simple. make it as simple as I possibly can so that people can grasp the idea immediately and and it takes work to do that you know it's um when you're working with something something that's complex breaking it down to an easy concept is not a particularly easy thing to do So that's what I try to do. Well, I think you really do a good job of it that, you know, to try to explain to people what the parts are that we're looking at, that we're actually looking at parts, you know, in order to paint the picture of what's really going on. I'm looking for this picture because I thought this was really interesting. And it proves my point that things are not what they appear. And I can't find it right now. It's a picture of Melania with President Trump and she is wearing flats. And in the picture, she is about the same height as President Trump. And I'm like, wait a minute. Melania usually wears, wears, you know, tall shoes here. I'm going to show you a couple of things here because I'm not buying the narrative. Okay, guys, I'm just not. So Melania and all the Trump women, they love wearing the big stilettos. They look great in it and they can walk in it. Well, when she was in Italy, what I noticed right away was she was wearing flats and her height and the height of President Trump were almost dead even. And I'm like, wait a minute. She is not six four. And, you know, it was really evident to me when you saw them next to each other that Melania, because you'll see pictures of them together where she's got tall shoes on and she's standing next to President Trump. And, okay, so she put, you know, five inch shoes on and she's a little closer to his height when you see Melania. the real president Trump. Cause I do believe that there's multiples there, but so here she's in flats. She's standing next to president Trump and he is definitely taller than her. Cause he's about six, four. Right. But when you looked at her in the, at the funeral in Italy, I was like, not a chance. So look here, she's about almost the same height and she's got flats on. I'm like, OK, what's going on here? There's no way here. She's got heels on and they're tall heels at the inauguration. About the same first one, about the same height. Now over here. No, not buying it. And and you can tell the real Melania, too. She's got an actually an adorable, for real smile. She has a for real smile. But I think there's enough fakes out there that, you know, and I can't say I blame them. I'm not saying that I'm discounting any of it because they got to keep President Trump safe. And so I don't think that you see them out in public anymore. I really don't. He's too much of a target. But I think the other thing is, is that we need to question these things and not just get tied into what we're seeing because I'm not buying it. And I'm not buying a lot of stuff. I don't know if you guys noticed recently, but, but the change in Alex Jones, come on, look at, look at the faces. You know, I started doing screenshots and doing facial comparisons. It's like there's, there's, it's not, not the same person. I guarantee you that. Hmm. But that was, I'm trying to find that picture because it doesn't make sense. And that goes back to the fact that when we see things around President Trump and what's going on here, there could be some really good reasons for things to be done. Our countries, and you and I agree on this, I know we do, that our countries already was taken over. We're fighting our way back. And the thing that happened is it was an attack. They said they would take the United States from the inside without firing a bullet back in the forties. And that's exactly what they've done. Well, they kind of did because they used the invasion of illegals and it was an illegal army that's invaded our country and not just the southern border, but through Canada, through the port systems, through the inland ports back to your country. point through Congress, through blackmail, coercion, subversion, and we got a mess here. Well, they started with the La Paz Treaty with Mexico, then Reagan signed the Free Trade Agreement with Canada, and then they started passing environmental laws like the Montreal Protocol, which was an agreement for international environmentalism. Okay, so they've done this step by step and in a way that the public could be told about it because the public wouldn't understand what preceded it and what the implications were. And so I have an article that has all the international agreements. And so they basically put us under UN environmental law. So it's always about the green energy and environmental nonsense. Does anybody understand with the regulations how much of of ancillary industries they've added for profits in order to money launder away from our public coffers. It's all through these regulations and such. They did the same thing with ethanol. But if you look at the energy sector, green energy, all of it, it's all about money laundering. There's nothing there that's about protecting the environment. And if you do an actual analysis of it, though, people get mad at me. Oh, no, Donna's not for green energy. Oh, no, Donna's not for getting ready property taxes. No, no, no, no, no. That's not what this is about. This is about looking at something that they're putting in front of the population who doesn't have enough time to investigate how many ways they're screwing us. Because they're just trying to survive because they're an organization of theft, coercion, and subversion that they're like, oh yeah, that sounds like a great idea. Well, let me just say this straight out. I oppose green energy. I do too. The green energy, everything, the war on our country, on our economy is is fought largely through our system of energy which includes our electric utilities so if you want if you want to live with candles rather than a light switch on your wall go ahead get your green energy But don't try to impose that on me. Well, don't try to sell me a lie either. I mean, that's the thing that really bites me is that it's that they want to sell us a lot. I think I think they break the rules at random for what they want to accomplish. If you look at I was going to ask you this because I'm on a rampage against the DNR. Right. The DNR in Michigan is basically destroying the state. They're clear cutting. They're they're draining the dams, which was built there because people in the forties were smarter than the people that are alive right now in an office. It was there to control the water tables. to control flooding and droughts. It's there to preserve the animals, the wildlife by having a consistent water supply that's above ground. And they put these, I was up in Gladwin and they're wanting to tear this dam out. This dam is so solid. You could hit that thing with a Mack truck and it ain't going to move. Okay. I saw it. I looked at it. And they're doing all the evaluations. There's no third-party evaluations. So they're taking, and you want to know where they're taking their orders from? Take a guess. The fraud it is. Coca-Cola. Nestle is owned by Coca-Cola. Nestle's ex-CEO has just been made the new Gestapo head of the World Economic Forum. Uh-huh. And they're destroying Michigan for the water, for the lumber. They're cutting everything up there that's above five inches in diameter. Five inches in diameter. They're cutting it. They're clear cutting. And they're leaving the stumps. It is an eyesore driving down one twenty seven up there. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Yeah. Well, the. They're. That's the nature of the asymmetric war on us. And it is asymmetric warfare. And so what are they doing? They're destroying the environment in Michigan. Do they need to do that? No. Well, they do if they're going to starve us out and make energy absolutely untenable. for the state. That's why that line five up by the Mackinac bridge was such an issue because they, you know, they, the Enbridge said that they put the, put the pipe in a new pipe and at their expense, no, can't do that. You want to know why? Cause Gretch, the wretch, the communist, the Marxist puppet wanted to cut that off to starve the people out of energy in the state. Well, what's going to happen then? People move. We get out of there because the energy costs get so high. You don't just throw a pipeline like that into service needs overnight. This takes a little bit of time here, people. But if they destroyed it and had another shift, drop an anchor, you know, drag it two hundred miles. wink, wink, who is dumb enough to believe this, to destroy that? What's the end game? The end game is to absolutely destroy Michigan for habitation by people. Yes. Yes, that is the objective. And that's how you know that... The whole deal with our electric grid is a fraud. Total fraud. Because they're taking down dams. There is no cleaner energy than a dam, than electricity generated by a dam. They're going after the nuclear power plants. They're going after the coal-fired power plants. They're going after everything. And then they're increasing all the electrical call on the grid. where are you going to get it? You got to burn something in order to create electricity, unless you have dams and guys. And so, so what, you know, what, what are you going to do? How are you going to pull this out of the ether right now? You know? Well, that, and once you understand what's going on there, their whole marketing strategy, that whole marketing BS doesn't work anymore. And that's what people have. You have to understand enough about this so that you can call them on it. And they can't call you a conspiracy theorist. They can't call you a nutcase. because you've got the evidence. Well, they have weaponized every single entity in the state of Michigan. The government of Michigan is a crime syndicate. That's all there is to it. They're all involved in it. When the legislature passed the last two elections, three elections, onto the Board of Canvassers, To certify this, they literally abdicated their responsibility to make sure that our election was actually honest. They abdicated their responsibilities. That puts them in the category of lawbreakers right there, which means that they violated their oath of office, which means they should all be removed and tried for high crimes. And it's not just one of them. It's all of them. Look at the FBI and the Department of Injustice out there and what they've done in our court system. That's a joke. The court system is an absolute joke. I mean, going back to them weaponizing five state attorneys to go to defend... a state employee on a lawsuit that I filed instead of going, well, guys, maybe there's some merit in this should be investigated because the criminal courts refuse to do their job. Yeah. Well, people have to understand that our governments are filled with people who are sociopaths. They can lie to you and not bat an eye. Whereas most people out here in the public, they don't operate that way. Right. And so when you're dealing with a state entity or a federal entity, just assume that they are crooks and crooked and they're lying to you. And also how many people are in there who have been blackmailed and coerced. I mean, I've got the Null Brothers coming on next, and I'm going to tell you what. I am kind of totally out on most of what I've seen with the neutered FBI that actually goes after real crimes. And then you see this crap going on, starting with Oklahoma, nine, eleven, all of this, that it was our own country that has attacked Americans and set them up. And then you've got all of this nonsense. I hate I you know, I hate these people. I absolutely hate these people in our government that have attacked our our citizens of the state of the nation. And all of them, all of them need to be cleaned out from top to bottom. I was kind of excited. Did you see that President Trump has re-spun up Alcatraz? I think it's funnier than, heck, I love President Trump, okay? I think he's hilarious. I don't always agree with the things he does as at face value, looking at it and going, oh, look at it, it's kind of not constitutional, you know, on a few things and evaluate it that way. on the basis of the law but with saying that it's also um it's also kind of funny because we've already lost our country and we're taking back a pretended pretended government a government that's pretending to be a government of we the people They've walked away from common law. They've walked away from everything. They put us under a, a, you know, civil action jurisdiction. They placed attorneys, they placed mayors. They've got political operatives in most of our intelligence organizations. So I'm just watching it saying the whole thing is a bunch of, I'm just going to say it. It's a bunch of fuckery right now. And, you know, you have to look at it and go, this is like, this is like total nonsense. So it's, If somebody's got the guts to take the country back after, you know, being completely attacked, I'm just going to sit and watch it. I'll say, well, it's not constitutional and point out the lawful way to do it. But I hate to say it. You know, we're in a war right now. And there you go. So, okay. Public Law Energy Independence and Security Act. Okay. Okay, now what this is, I would suggest that everybody scroll through the detail on this legislation because the government, through this legislation, is dictating the specifications for almost every electrical device there is. Okay, now we know that Congress didn't write this because it's too detailed. State Department and the large. Well, don't you think that they're involved in it to open up like factories? And have you ever watched what happened with Coca-Cola when in the process of Coca-Cola becoming this big multinational organization, which is basically at this point in time, in bed with the World Economic Forum and controlling our DNR in the state. Yeah, well, yes, that's true. It all works together. But this legislation had to be written by engineers in the electrical industries because that's how detailed it is. You couldn't get a State Department person to write this. Hey, they know how to have coffee. You know, that's what they do. They go and they have coffee. They hang out and they have coffee with people and figure out ways to subvert the United States. I'm sorry. I said it. Okay. Now there's a PDF in there that you can scroll up just a little bit. This is just a summary. Okay. This doesn't have any details. Just a summary. You have to look at the actual legislation. Where do I go from that? Stop scrolling. Okay. Sorry. Click on text. Yeah, that one. Okay. Okay, now scroll down a little bit. Okay, now. Hold on, hold on, hold on. Okay, yeah, yeah. Scroll down through there until you get to, you know, the sections. All right. Not the whole page. You've got to scroll. I had to get to it, so we're getting there. Keep going quickly for a minute or two. I'll tell you when to stop. Well, it's just like that dam up in Gladwin. They've got Eagle doing the assessment, and everybody involved in this is part of fisheries. How in the hell are they doing an engineering assessment on a dam or any part of it? It's like it's ridiculous. We've got unqualified people in office that think that they can make decisions on things that is way out of their league. Yes. And that's not an accident, by the way. Because it lets people in the background make the decisions and all the public sees is a face. And also the headlines. And quite honestly, they don't have time or they don't, you know, to look at it and figure out what they're actually doing because they got us busy chasing fireflies out there of stupidity. Yeah. Okay. Hold on. Go back up. Yeah, just scroll up a little bit where it says vehicle technology. The screen's not big enough here. Let's see. Vehicle technology. If you scroll down through there, you'll see where they're putting absolute specific details as to what manufacturers are required to do or to have in their product. Well, they throw in a Clean Air Act too, so that's going to obsolete a lot of the technology right there because then they keep changing the requirements. Right, right. And think of if you're a business and you've got a government agency that keeps changing the specifications on what you're supposed to do. Hold my beer on that one of the emissions requirements that we have to have on all of our heavy equipment now. It's happening all the time, but go ahead. I'm sorry. Yeah. This legislation, if you scroll down through there, it's absolutely stunning what they put into law for American manufacturers to have to... follow. I mean, you know, this is government dictating business. Right. And they don't, they don't apply that to say China or anything else. Yeah. It puts us out of business and just shifts everything to China where they've got absolute control over. I really think the goal here is to destroy the United States. It is. I mean, that's, that's what they've been trying to do for years is destroy the United States and our industry and make us into a third world country. Yeah, one hundred percent. And I'll tell you the way they did it. It doesn't those specifications don't apply to products coming in from China because of the NAFTA agreements that allowed foreign corporations to sue our governments. And I'm talking city, county, state and federal. It allowed foreign corporations to sue our governments if they were not allowed to do business in the United States because of our regulations. Go ahead, I'm sorry. So what happened is, and it first started with Mexico, and Mexican trucks, which did not meet American specifications for vehicles on the road, Mexico sued the United States and the NAFTA court. The NAFTA court sided with Mexico that we could not prevent Mexican trucks from coming into our country, no matter how broken down and dangerous they were. And they just like completely ignored the constitution. Oh yeah. Constitution's gone. With these internet, that's the way they sold out our country and our people. is through these international agreements that do not conform to the Constitution. Well, I'd like to have a discussion and a debate with anybody that is dumb enough to believe the Article V Convention of States nonsense that's out there. with them and what they're trying to do with that, because that is totally a psyop going on here. And if you go back to the Federalist Papers, the original intent and what was really going on there, you're going to find out that this is just yet another way that they're trying to destroy the only thing that we have yet in place that we can fight them on. Power Tyrant said, brought up, and this is a good point. Thank you. Stare decisis ex parte young, two Oh nine us one, twenty three, nineteen oh eight. If government officials attempt to enforce an unconstitutional law, qualified immunity does not prevent people whom the law harms from suing them. Guess what, guys? That's what we're doing here. Hire a lawyer to do that. Who's got nothing for a lawyer? Or you just figure out what I did and go after him pro se, which is the... I'm going to tell you, I've got a friend that he's got a two point six billion dollar suit around surrounding what happened to him in J-Six. And he's winning. And he did it pro se. And it's a pro se case against the United States of America for basically kidnapping him. unconstitutionally and what they did is he's the only black guy that got arrested and it was an immediate arrest he was the first one immediately arrested because he they wanted to have black white con a racial conflict in jail well the guys are all christian they were all sitting in there singing hymns and getting along just great and so it backfired on him and he's got a yeah he's got this this huge lawsuit. And I love Troy Smocks. He's amazing. So to be able to do this in a way that asserts our rights, our rights given by God, just upheld by the constitution and getting smarter about how we hold them accountable. And you know what, honestly, Vicki, this is what you and I and everybody on BNN goes through. It's not what is expected out of us. It is actually, um, You know, they want to shut us down. They want to make us quiet and such. And I think that once we, I want to read something here. Once we learn to stand up, then we're going to be able to hold them accountable. You know, think about this. Let's just say if President Trump and the good guys removed everybody, who's going to stand up that has put the time into how this is supposed to work or has the integrity to to hold it accountable. I don't know anybody that's actually taking the time to absolutely educate themselves to the point that they already know what the job is before they run for office. So they just rely on everybody to tell them what to do. Well, that's just round two of Puppet. That's Puppet two point all right now. So I'm going to read something which I think is incredible. This comes from NC Renegade. I like the post there. How many times have you held yourself back, dimmed your light, followed your truth just to fit in, not bother anyone and fulfill expectations? How many times have you said yes when everything inside you screamed no? Adapting may help you survive, but it starves your soul. Functioning may satisfy the world, but it causes you to wither. You aren't here to fit in. You're here to be real, unadulterated, alive and true. Your gifts are no accident. Your desires are no mistake. Your inner knowing of what feels right and wrong is your silent truth, your home. Adapting is easy. Living truthfully takes courage. But this very courage is your true power. Not to betray yourself to please, but to honor yourself to be whole. And I think that's something that all of us need to really focus on. It's time to stand up and say what needs to be said. And to hell with anybody that disagrees with it. If they don't like you, guess what? It's a badge of honor. And so I'm not here to make friends. I'm here to put the truth out here. And that's just the way it is. And I know you're the same way. And that's something I love about you. So any last words? And I'm going to go to a break because the Null Brothers are backstage. I can see you guys. Hi, guys. And we're going to talk about, you know, what really went on with yet another fedsurrection in the United States. You know, the fed napping hoax here in Michigan by a governor who already had weaponized every organization on the state from the state against its people. I literally hate these people, not the Null Brothers, but the ones that are within the government who have done damage to my peeps. These are my peeps, right? our people that live here and just want to be with our families. So I don't think we have an American government as we believe we have it. So, so it's good to get these stories out of how they are acting in an un-American way. And there's nothing, nothing more un-American than what they did rounding up the J sixers. Yeah. Yeah. And then they jammed the prisons full of foreign actors. We didn't even have Americans in the prison that were torturing them. And there was torture going on there. And so, you know, when you've got one hundred and eighty six days in solitary confinement, you people deserve Nuremberg two point all. Absolutely. Absolutely. Rip right through the government and start asserting that. So anyhow, well, thanks for being on today, Vicki. We'll be back on next Monday. I love your stuff. You're just amazing. I can't believe the time and the decades of work you actually have put into educating yourself, writing about what happened on the tyranny that's taken over the United States. This didn't just happen. This didn't start in the twenty and to twenty twenty. This has been going on. for over a hundred years, probably closer to almost two hundred years where they were fighting against us. And we can't back down. We've got to find better ways of fighting this and holding them accountable. OK, well, thank you, Donna. Thank you, everybody. I'm going to take a short break and we'll be right back with Mike and Bill Null. Good morning and welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg, and it's the fifth day of May, twenty twenty five. Happy Cinco de Mayo today. And we're going to cut right to the chase here and bring the Null Brothers on and Shelly Lake. Hey, guys, how you doing? Hello. Good morning. Good morning. We got a bit of a of a read. Are you guys in the same vehicle? Yes, we are. Okay. This is funny. So Mike and Bill are twins and they're sitting there. So we're going to have a little bit of feedback on it. So we're going to have to take turns or something like that with the microphone, if you guys are okay with that. And so we've got a lot to talk about, about what happened to you guys. And I went to the Freedom Circle and listened to you give your presentation there. I don't know how long ago that was. And I really appreciated what you had to say. So I guess I'd like to have some input. Shelly, where, and guys, where do you guys want to go with this? You know, I provide the venue and whatever you want to say, this is a zero censorship platform. You can say whatever you want. Well, I first want to thank Mike and Bill Null for coming on, for standing up for what's right and fighting the fight and being one of few who would fight it. There's been financial hardships on them, their families, they still owe attorney fees. There's that. I did send you, Donna, two emails. So Christina Urso is a freelance journalist and she's doing a documentary on the kidnapping hoax. So I sent you trailer one and trailer two, and they're very short. I think like trailer two, the first two minutes and six seconds are the trailer and the rest, the other three minutes is more talking about needing funding. So I didn't know. Okay. Hang on. I can play that. Just hang on one second. We'll put that right up there. It gives kind of an intro for them. Okay. Perfect. Earlier today, Attorney General Dana Nessel was joined by officials from the Department of Justice and the FBI to announce state and federal charges against thirteen members of two militia groups who are preparing to kidnap and possibly kill me. We're grateful to the FBI and law enforcement who discovered these domestic terrorists and stopped them. It's the sort of behavior you might expect from ISIS. You might see a number that high in a sprawling narcotics conspiracy that stretches from coast to coast and beyond. That's a pretty high number in a case like this. It really reflects, I think, how deeply the government has been diving into this investigation to try to make these cases. It was just literally a bunch of working class guys who, on the weekend, got together and, you know, exercised their rights and trained with firearms. So the FBI says, hey, we'll just pay for everything. Who arranged the meeting? The FBI's paid provocateur. Robeson was getting paid to set this up. and Adam's literally just sitting in the basement of a vacuum repair shop smoking blunts all day. You're going to hear that my client was the leader of this group. But I think you're also going to hear that there was an election held to identify the leader. And it was Dan. How can I frame this social situation to make this naive person appear to be a dangerous, violent terrorist? The whole goal was for the FBI to spend millions of dollars to create militia groups, record them saying offensive stuff, and then frame them in a fake conspiracy. Awesome. It looks like you guys are doing a good job on that. Yeah, she's working at it pretty hard. Oh, that's very cool. Well, where do you guys want to go with this today and tell your side of the story of what happened? I guess it's up to you. We just wanted to get the truth out there mainly. You know, there's the level of corruption in this case and the level of, you know, government interference and all of this is basically, I mean, that's pretty much the whole story. I just don't know where to start and end at, I guess. Well, go ahead. Why don't you start with the beginning and tell your story about how the event started to unfold. And, you know, like the Second Amendment is that the militia is necessary. It's the only thing in the Constitution that says that it's necessary. So it wasn't like you were outside of the law with the militia. It's been demonized because people don't actually understand why it's there and what it actually says about the militia. And so, you know, I just I don't understand the attack there, quite honestly, from the FBI. But can you tell what led up to this? And then also and you're free to say whatever you want and go in any direction you would like to go. Well, when it started. we, uh, we, we started in our group in two thousand fifteen because of, uh, well, you know, BLM riots and all that were happened the first time when Trump was running for office. Uh, and they were, you know, beating people in the streets and burning buildings. And we just started our group and we would go and, uh, just make sure everybody was able to freely protest, um, and not be harmed. Uh, We kept that militia going clean up until twenty twenty when the lockdown started and we were doing security for different events. Shortly after that, during the lockdowns, we had a picture of our group go viral. We had a front page news in China. There was a paper sent to our militia page. Germany that we were front page news there over the lockdowns and shortly after that we got invited to a cross-training event with a militia out of Wisconsin um turned out to be the FBI that's how it started uh the first training we went to over there um My family and I, we were on vacation in the UP, so I just shot down there. I took my son. They had a birthday party going on there for a bunch of kids there. I mean, it was a really family-orientated thing. Trying to suck you in and make you feel comfortable, it sounds like. Yeah. And it was, I mean, it was, there was nothing really crazy or out of order. Um, I didn't hear any crazy talk, but I was only there for like three or four hours. And then myself, my brother and my kid, we, uh, we took off when got dinner and went back to my, our wives and, uh, the other kids. So I didn't think anything of that. I didn't think anything was crazy. Uh, you know, fast forwarding it to, we got invited to another training. we went there. It was about the same thing, but there wasn't, the kids weren't there, but I brought my son because I thought it was going to be the same thing. And there was no crazy talk until like the end of the night. Then that, and then some crazy stuff started talking. Um, Steve Robison was the leader of the Patriot three percent militia. Um, and he was the national commander of the group because they had multiple chapters everywhere. Uh, He was actually a pedophile and he is worked for the FBI since like the eighties. So, um, when you start to learn about it, you know, I didn't know any of this until obviously in court, but, uh, the more he pushed in this and that at this other event, it's when we, you know, we started, we cut ties with the group and everything else after that. And then, uh, that was in like late August. And then September we, you know, or no, it was in September. I'm sorry. That was when the second training was. And then all of a sudden October we're all arrested and saying that we were trying to kidnap the governor. And it was crazy. The, uh, um, the lead up to it was just, I don't know. They, they started taking these guys out and, um, they were getting them drunk and having hypothetical conversations with them and, In court, they weren't allowed to, they're not even allowed to use the government's evidence against the government. They weren't allowed to do that. It's a hearsay evidence. If they use a recording, only the government can use that recording against the defendants. Because if the defendants tried to use the same exact recording against the government, the government deemed it as hearsay. How does that work? That's kind of messed up. Yeah. And while it's be like Steve Robeson saying, you know, he gets them drunk and high and then he tells them, well, what would you do in this hypothetical situation, blah, blah, blah. And then they get their responses. They're, you know, baked out of their mind or whatever. And then the court can play that, but you can't play the context of what they were talking about. And that happened a lot in a federal case, um, Before they even made it to the federal trial, they burnt Steve Robeson and called him a double agent. Well, he was the agent provocateur. He asked Adam Fox to start a chapter here in Michigan of that militia. So Adam Fox is a supposed ringleader, and the FBI is in charge of him. He had a couple of agents in his group that were supposed to be under him, and they just, they played that guy pretty bad. And he was, he was homeless in a vacuum. He lived in a vacuum repair shop in the basement, you know, um, Dan Chapel was another one. He was the leader of the Wolverine Watchmen. He was a, uh, he was an agent provocateur as well. He got paid pretty well, didn't he? Yeah. Dan, the last I knew it was at least sixty or seventy thousand dollars. That's what I saw. Yeah. And then, uh, Nobody knows what Steve Robinson made. We know for a fact that he made somewhere around twenty or thirty thousand. But I'm assuming it's more because the FBI paid him in cash. Oh, really? So there's no record? Not that I know of. I mean, there could be. I'm not sure. I know they used to bring him like envelopes of cash from Chase Bank. And that's how they would pay these guys. Oh, really? So did you see that? Did you see them, the envelopes and such? No, that was part of the stuff that was actually said in court. You know, that was other in discovery and stuff that they had shared. There's so much about this case that we still don't even know. You know, you just get bits and pieces from court and you start learning about it. For four years, they called Mike and I Wolverine Watchmen or the Watchmen twins. And we never knew the Watchmen and we didn't, I've never been to the Watchmen. We were Michigan Liberty Militia. And so in court, that's all they, Dana Nessel still has it up on our website that we're the watchman. Well, Dana Nessel has lost all credibility to Donna Brandenburg because she can't even do her job and stay within the constraints of what her job is as the attorney general. Oh, even worse, that woman is so corrupt. I have a, oh, so in talking to Christina, the journalist, This was a multi-state thing. They were going to, because she's been working on this for four or five years, and she has evidence from other states where they were doing the same thing at the same time. The idea was kidnap multiple governors at the same time. Yep, and she has it all. This woman is amazing. I'd like to know, Mike and Bill, when you were, so you were arrested already. Tell us about what they did to maybe your families. Oh, yeah. Well, when we got arrested, we went to a gas station to get fuel in the truck that I had just bought. They jumped on us. There was sixteen or twenty cops and they had aimed the guns at us and I didn't know what was going on. They arrested us, took us to the casino to interrogate us. While this was happening, my wife and my two sons were at home. My oldest was sixteen at the time. My youngest was thirteen. They showed up there. They drove an MRAP through the side of my house and blew the doors out of it and then pulled them out at gunpoint knowing that me and Mike were already arrested. Terrifying. Terrorizing your family and your children. Yeah. And the threat there, they're supposed to threat was gone and they did surveillance. They knew who was at the house. And I mean, they just, it was cowardice in my opinion, they were fucking cowards. They threatened to murder my dad. My dad is hard of hearing. He's come out with his hands up, tried to walk there. The Allegan County SWAT team was in Barry County and they, they told him if he didn't comply with every demand, they would put him down like a dog. Um, Yeah, so I have no respect for most law enforcement anymore. I'll let Mike tell you about what they did to his daughter. Yeah, after we got arrested, we told the police, because my wife was with us, that we just bought a truck in Lansing literally two hours before we got arrested. So my wife and I were together. And obviously they detained my wife. Um, we told them at the point that they arrested us, that our thirteen-year-old daughter was home alone. Uh, they wouldn't let us call her or anything. So, uh, they went there with an MRAP drove it over top of one of my cars, busted through my door and sent a drone in for a thirteen-year-old daughter. they finally get her to come out. He's trying to call off on the cell phone. So when she gets out on the front porch, they almost killed her. Thirteen-year-old girl with a cell phone because they're all pussies. Those type of people shouldn't be in law enforcement if they're that afraid of when they know that there's no one else there. And they can say whatever they want, but They knew who was in our houses. You don't just set up a sting or a raid like this without knowing, you know, planning beforehand. They were probably bugged anyway. Well, it's worse than that because we've even proved on our show that they can see through the walls of your house and see who's in it, where they are, and they use electronics to do that. So there is no privacy anymore. They know who's who in the zoo and where they are all the time. So, so I've got a question though, because you brought up the casinos. So one of the things that I've become really aware of is because the casinos, and this doesn't make sense that they, that they took you to the casino to interrogate you other than the fact that It's considered its own nation. And things can't be investigated when they go to the casinos, including the money laundering and child trafficking and such. So I've got a lot of questions there. There's so much money laundering going through these casinos. And you ever notice that there's a hotel right next door to it? There's been a few people that are investigating this, and I think that we're going to find that these casinos are dead center in the child trafficking business for the state. There's people that have investigated it. We know that there's stuff that's going on there, and I think it's going to come out over time. We can suspect it, and there are people that are compiling evidence against all of these entities. There's no secrets anymore. and so I'm just kind of curious that they brought you to the casino to interrogate you yeah yeah it's crazy they are twins go ahead mike um well I think they did what they did because uh after we got arrested and they took us to the casino to interrogate us and everything we spent two months in jail And finally got out. Gretchen Whitmer's sister-in-law was the magistrate that arraigned us. Oh, you're kidding me. No, ma'am. Jessica Whitmer. Are you kidding? You can't make this stuff up. Well, it's a movie. It's something written by the government. And then just, and we got to play part. But after we got out of jail, the lawyers, we finally get to meet our lawyers and The attorney general's office offered us a fee deal that if we turned on Dar Leaf, that they would potentially drop our charges. I think that's why Allegan County was actually in Berry County because Dar Leaf didn't actually know anything. We got our lawyers because my sister called Dar. Dar had no idea what was going on, didn't know anything about anything. So he reached out to a couple of people and that's how we got our attorneys. So- So Mike lives in, you live in Alleghen County, right, Mike? Yes, ma'am. Yeah, and then Bill is a proud member of Berry County. And I just couldn't love these guys more, but really give up the dirt on Sheriff Darleaf and we'll drop your charges. Do you guys remember, not you guys, Donna, do you remember that picture? Did you guys say it was at the Rosa Parks event where Dar was on stage and you were provided? Can you tell us about that? Yeah, that was Rosa Parks Circle. We were, Ryan Kelly, he had an organization. What was the name of that organization? American Patriot Council. He asked our group to help with security. Yeah, American Patriot Rally, yeah. Yeah, that's what it was. So we were providing security at that event. Dar was one of the keynote speakers there. Mike Shirky was a keynote speaker there. Um, and I would just on stage and I got a little badge that said I was working for security for the American Patriot Valley. Um, Dar was just on the stage, but that thing has been. They share it all the time. And it's like, oh, Dar and him are best friends and he's friends with kidnappers. I do respect Dar and I know Dar, but I've never even been to the man's house. You know what I mean? He's a good sheriff and I respect the hell out of him, but we're not that close of friends to where they're making this connection. So I think the whole purpose of us is they think that we were a lot closer people. So the government... We're trying to get him out of power because he was one of our only sheriffs that were actually standing up against her in these lockdowns. So I do believe that's why we were targeted as well is because of who we knew. And he was investigating election fraud. And he's a huge threat to them. They'll come after him any way they can. That just shocks me. I like Dar. Dar's a good guy. And, you know, it's like that's what cowards do is they're going to they're going to attack people by doing exactly what they did to you guys. The people that are behind the scenes attacking Dar and you and Dar standing with people that are that are still fighting the elections like Stephanie Scott and Stephanie Lambert. and such, you know, they're, they're, they're, you know, trying to, they're trying to do the right thing in the state. And then you've got these, these pukes in the state of Michigan that are pretended, you know, pretended government where the pretended legislation that are attacking Americans. And you know what, this, this isn't going to go on forever. Cause I'm pretty sure God himself is going to intervene with this and, and it's going to come to an end, you know? I have a question for you guys. Can you tell us a little bit about, not speaking of cowards, because I feel bad, but the status of the other prisoners who maybe took plea deal, no, who did take plea deals? Well, Ty Garbin was the very first guy, and he pled guilty before the discovery for the case even happened. He got some sweetheart deal, and they gave him two and a half years in jail. But... Within a year and a half, by the time the second trial or the very first federal trial was over, he was already out of jail. You can look into where people were housed. Nobody can find exactly where he was housed this whole time. So I'm pretty sure he was an FBI informant that pled guilty. Caleb Franks, he was another guy that pled guilty. I do believe he's out of jail already. They gave him like four and a half years to go and lie under oath on the stand to help the, uh, to help the FBI prove their case. Um, then we had, uh, Sean fix. He pled guilty. He was in our trial and Brian Higgins pled guilty. And he was also in our trial. Um, Brian Higgins, that poor guy got put through the ringer. He tried to kill himself five or six times while he was in jail. Um, They give him a plea deal for attempted material support. So they give him, like, I think he got three years probation. Sean Fix, when he pled guilty, they give him three to twenty-two years in prison. So that was for him pleading guilty. Who's still in jail? Yep, them guys. Well, they just got put in right after we won our case is when they got put in. Adam Fox, he was the supposed ringleader. He got sixteen years in prison. Barry Croft, he was... Supposed to not be the ringleader, but because he was a Christian and he preached a lot, in his sentencing, they told him since he was the spiritual leader, they gave him twenty years because he was a Christian. Really? They literally said they gave him twenty years because he was a Christian? Yes, because he was the spiritual leader. So because of his Christian faith, they gave him twenty years instead of the fourteen or whatever he was going to get. How about if we wager a guess and say it's because the top people in the state of Michigan are Satanists? It very well could be, but he did... This whole case hinged on Barry Croft, and Barry Croft had a friend of his get murdered, so he started talking a lot of shit about the FBI online, and that's how they sent a couple informants to their... The one informant was, I think, sleeping with him. She was supposed to be the commander of the Tennessee chapter of Barry... of Steve Robinson's militia. Um, so yeah, she, they, they played a lot of sick games and then the poor guys from Jackson, the watchman, there's three of them in prison right now. They all got, the one got like seven to forty-two years and the other one got twelve to forty-two years and the other one got fourteen to forty-two years. Um, so I doubt they'll ever let him out. And when you were acquitted, what'd you see? Like right when you were acquitted, didn't they move prisoners? Well, yes. Dana, or not Dana Nessel, Gretchen Whitmer is basically, she's the head of the Department of Corrections too, being governor. The three state guys, they were going up for their appeals. When we got acquitted, she shipped them all off to federal prisons outside of the state. And then for nine months, their lawyers couldn't communicate with them. So they had to use their power of attorney to sign a bunch of documents to get them transferred back to Michigan so that they could go through with their appeals. The FBI and they're all tied together and it's sickening what they can do. And once they got you in their custody, you're doomed. They spent a lot of time in solitary confinement, these prisoners. And I think Mike or Bill told me one or two of them still is. I don't know if that is trackable online. Actually, Barry and Adam are both in Supermax prisons right now in solitary confinement to last I knew. They're in Florence Supermax. For where? Florida? Florence Supermax in Idaho. They're in the worst prison in the nation. Wow, that's amazing. This whole injustice system and the prison system is just an absolute disgrace to the United States of America. I hope that they're taking names of every single person that has touched these cases so that someday justice will be served because this is incredible. I think you can only be in solitary confinement for two days without it being considered torture. I spent almost six weeks in there when I was when I was housed. I was in jail for two months and it was it was a solid thirty days in solitary confinement. And then they put me into like a max holding cell where you could get out an hour a day. And then I spent the next few weeks in a six man cell. How did you deal how did you personally deal with that with the conditions in the prison? Oh, I don't know. It was, it was rough. I did a lot of running around in a cell and pushups and setups. And I'm not much of a book reader, but I did read about five or six books while I was in there. You know, it was just crazy. I'm curious what the officers, like the guards, was, was there communication with them and what their thoughts were? Was that allowed at all? We talked a few times. Most of them actually treated us pretty good, or they treated me pretty good anyway. I had a few of them that were, like, disgusted because I didn't know anything about the case. I was kept in the dark. But my lawyers, they didn't want to do any communicating over the phone, obviously, because everything's recorded. Yeah. Oh, speaking of bugged, I'm sorry I keep butting in. Speaking of bugged, you guys tell me about your hotel room during your trial and what they were doing. Yeah, it was crazy. I have no way of proving it, but I know they did it. Mike's lawyer rented a hotel that had a conference room in it. So we went to that, we discussed the case. They had, you know, like, three hundred pieces of evidence they were going to use against us. Well, there was like thirty or forty of them that were just outright lies. So we called them on it in that conference room. And lo and behold, they altered the evidence or they just didn't use the evidence. But that they had just discussed in this hotel conference room. And then my one lawyer, Christina, she asked me what I thought the definition of militia was. So I give her my definition. Then Bill Ralston, the prosecuting attorney, said my words verbatim in court. And that's when Christina, they finally said that I wasn't crazy, that we were being recorded. We then moved to the basement. of that same hotel and we had our conversations there for about two or three weeks then we went on uh when we left for the the weekend I think they came in and bugged the basement because the very I was testifying um on that that that monday I testified and on tuesday they were talking about stuff or the, they were questioning me about stuff that was actually set in the basement. So I, yeah, I'm positive. They bugged us. Well, just so you know, as long as you've got a cell phone, you're being listened to. Oh yeah. I'm sure of that. I don't think you guys took your phones to the basement. Did you? No, they, well, we had computers there and everything else. So they ended up putting a VPN on their computers and, so that they couldn't be hacked into. But, you know, I mean, it's still the FBI you're dealing with. I'm sure they have very intelligent people. Yeah, they can hack pretty much anything. And they can use electronics that are within the house, the wall to listen to all sorts of things. Plus, you know, you've got like things like active phased array and antenna type stuff that's directional. It's amazing what they have for spying on us. and they should be ashamed of themselves. And we live in a surveillance state that is horrible. This is not the first time that I've heard a destruction of evidence within the state of Michigan by people that are supposed to be protecting our rights. I had one instance of it where one special investigator told me one thing, The next one said that it was they never had it. I'm like, you lying bastard. I know you did because I was told what you had. And I've got another friend that has a case that he says right flat out that evidence was destroyed within the attorney general's office. And so it happens. You're not the only one. It's happening because we have a criminal government that is actively acting against the people. Oh, I believe that wholeheartedly. How is your daughter doing Mike? I mean, I'm like horrified over this. Um, you know, she's gotten a lot better. Um, he, uh, he was afraid of the dark up until this recently. Um, and she was never, you know, like that she could go outside and go to the car and the dark man, and, you know, it's, you know, she couldn't go outside without me or, or an adult with her. And it's like, so they, they did a number on her, but you know, she's doing really good. Doing college now, early college. And so I'm pretty proud of her. Good. And how about you, how about you, Bill and your kids, your family too. And you're, I'm guessing that your families are pretty, pretty close to each other. Oh yeah. Yeah, we have Sunday dinner with the family every Sunday, no matter what. The boys, both my kids, they're doing better. My son works with us, or my oldest son works with us, and, well, he's a part of the Republican Party with me now. He's a good kid. Yeah, he tries. He's been through a lot. Then my youngest, he's, he's trying to graduate from high school, but yeah, he's, yeah, I think it messed him up more than, more than I think, you know, he's, he's a tough kid and he doesn't say anything, but he struggles to To actually do schoolwork, I fight with him all the time. He always finds something better to do. When somebody tells him to do something, he's staunchly against doing anything. I don't blame him in a way, especially if it's the government telling him. Yeah, he absolutely... despises law enforcement now. It's crazy. Um, if you see a cop just pulling by, he starts to get like a panic attack, you know, so, um, he doesn't admit to it, but I, yeah, I think it's got him a little messed up on that. Uh, so I, you know, I try to bring him to things and let him, you know, show him that not all cops are the exact same, but, um, it's good to have a fear of it. You know, I mean, it was law enforcement that did this to him. So, Well, that's what you have. I think this is one of their big problems is a unionized police force. You've got a real problem because you cannot put an organization over your duty. Unfortunately, the state police often uses the sheriff's department to mine officers from. They get their training in the sheriff's department, and then they go to the state police because they pay more. There's almost always, if you follow the money, there's always a financial reason why things get put into an unconstitutional format, and people are going to have to start once again, thinking for themselves and saying, this is not okay. I'm curious if there's any other things, any details or such that you assume or that you know people have missed about what happened during this thing. And you can say anything here. This is no censorship. You can say anything you want. Well, I can tell you right now that Dana Nessel, Gretchen Whitmer, the FBI conspired together to kidnap the governor of Michigan. And they did it because to demonize the militias, for one, and it was straight white males. Our group alone was just a mixed group of people. We had black folk in there. We had Mexican people in there. We had women in there. And the only people they went after were white people, straight white males to be exact. So they do that to demonize all us because the people were standing up. When we would go to rallies or anything like that, people would show up because we were there because they were afraid of what the law enforcement was going to do to them. Um, or like black lives matter was going to show up and start to beat people. Uh, so we were getting, we were getting pretty popular with the people. So again, you know, like Ruby Ridge or, uh, the Bundy standoff or anything like that, when the people start standing up, they have to put that down quick. So, um, that's, um, one of the main things, but then, you know, to the October surprise to try to get Trump to not be reelected, there was a lot of moving parts in this thing. Um, the other crazy stuff is like, they keep, they keep saying it was a conspiracy that everybody was a part of. Everybody knew each other. Ninety percent of us didn't even know each other. Um, they had pictures of us working security at rallies and like the watchmen were there in the crowd. Well, It's an open public event. I don't know everybody that was there. I was working security. The FBI took over the Watchmen's group and then trained them in firearms and then says that they were training for a purpose. Well, their leader is the one that instructed them on how to do things, and then he videotaped it and put that forth for evidence. I mean, we could go on for days on the amount of corruption that is involved in this case. Well, continue on, because I think everybody wants to hear the story, and this is a great way to document it, too, because, you know, I do think that's important. I think it's important for your story to get out there, and the details, you know, the details matter. Well, like... Adam Fox, they were trying to talk him into doing it. They had him, you know, the FBI sets him up as the Michigan chapter commander of the FBI's militia. They went so far as they put agents in his group. So to my knowledge, the only two people in his chapter that weren't FBI was him and Sean Fix, and they're both in prison. They literally took pictures. They sent an agent to the island and had them survey the the governor's mansion on Mackinac Island. They give him a plan so that he knew how to get in and out of the island to kidnap the governor. He said, that's crazy. It's all the FBI. They conspired to kidnap the governor. All the training's the FBI were in charge of the entire time. The FBI was the guys teaching people how to clear rooms. No one knew how to clear a room. No one ever done a room clearing. The actual agent himself was teaching people how to do room clearing. Um, that same agent, uh, was involved in another plot in Idaho where he took a black lives matter member and drove him around to, uh, try to get them to assassinate the attorney general. Same people. Yeah. So they did the same stuff in multiple states. The Frank Butler was a guy in Virginia and I believe it was Dan. So the same agents and same, same group of people, provocateurs, they tried to get him to kill Ralph Northam from Virginia. So it was supposed to go, multiple states all at the same time to make this some huge deal. And no one would commit to it. No one would be like, yeah, I'm down for this or anything. Bill and I only were involved in two things. They should have never targeted us. And I hope that they get to reach this. And I hope they really, really regret ever messing with us when it's all done. Wow. Hey, Mike, who was it in court or something that said you actually hadn't done anything illegal? So my attorney, sometimes he's got balls and he directly asked Hendrix Ampola, who was the acting leader of the FBI. He asked him, did Mike and I do anything illegal during the entire scope of your investigation? And he says, no. He had to admit it on a stand. They still bound me over and made me go through trial, even though they knew that we'd never done anything illegal. Richard Trask was the actual man in charge who signed all the paperwork, but he got fired from the FBI for beating his wife after a swingers party. So, I mean, yeah, so he got arrested and Uh, after he tried to kill her, she was able to grab his nuts and get them off of him or her after he bashed her head into a nightstand. So he gets in his car with a service pistol and drives drunk and they catch him at, uh, at Myers or something and arrest him. Shit that we would have all been in prison for just that, but he spent one day in jail and that's all he, that was time served when he pled no contest. Wow, what a nice, upstanding person that's able to use their power against people. That's horrible. That's just absolutely horrible. I think it's the average FBI agent. Yeah, I think all of us have kind of gotten to the point where we're kind of sick of all their nonsense. And I mean, that's all of them from top to bottom. I mean, when they're talking about terrorists and they had Biden on there calling you guys terrorists, there's your terrorist right there. Joe Biden, who weaponized and sold the United States out to China and all that nonsense going on with selling our land and our industry and importing. importing an army to cross our border illegally and enabling this, you know, through NGOs and all that other thing that we're funding. I mean, the whole thing is just one great big crime syndicate. Absolutely. So are there any other are there any other details that you can tell people that would pretty much shock them? I mean, I'm kind of shocked about the FBI agent that that, you know, beat his wife and got picked up and he only spent one day One day fled no contest on, uh, and they only charged them with, uh, uh, assault and battery with intent to do bodily harm, less than murder. And he got one day time served, um, because he's FBI. Um, uh, Robinson, he keeps getting busted, doing stuff. And every time they just give him another felony and a slap on a wrist. What's his name? I want to bring a picture of this guy. I want to see who he looks like. Uh, Steve Robinson. Um, he's been an informant since the eighties. Um, he, uh, he did a fraud charge during this thing too. He had a five Oh one C three and, uh, he got a van donated to him and he sold it, kept the money. They charged him fraud on that. Um, flap on the wrist. Yes. Yes, ma'am. Huh? He's a con man. He, he tells you, see, we got hooked up with him because he was telling Bill that, uh, that his militia helped law enforcement, uh, track down pedophiles. So he kind of, that's how they kind of got us lured in the van, so to speak. Hey, look at this birds of a feather. You got all these guys sitting there together. Wow. Isn't that a, isn't that a surprise? You got Hunter Biden in the same page with him just after, after a search. Was there anything about the physical, the looks of the, you know, the planted agents that would have told you they were different than you or they look different or anything? Well, they were all, uh, they all had bald heads and a giant beard. I mean, them were the FBI agents, uh, As far as the informants went, they all looked kind of similar to us. Most of them would have a goatee or whatever, but the actual federal agents were shaved bald, and they had a beard that was like a twelve-inch long beard. So they fit right in. Yeah, they looked almost like bikers, and that's probably what they were working for before was... Because I know some of them were actually in, you know, they've always been undercover, so they infiltrate different groups to try to stir up stuff, you know, to make the FBI seem relevant. Have they, yeah. Have they done that in the biker clubs? From what I know, yeah, they used to do it in Hell's Angels and all that other stuff, too. I don't know if these specific agents did it, but, yeah, they infiltrate any group like that, so. Donna, do you want to show the first two minutes or so of trailer two? I can do that. If you have time. And then I'd like to talk briefly about what you guys do for a living and maybe how this has affected you and your livelihoods. Yeah. Well, we're self-employed. And, I mean, we did a lot of work that was our own personal business that we, you know, for our own clients. What do you do? Well, we're licensed builders, so we pretty much do everything. We frame roofs, side houses, drywall. We had a bunch of our own contacts. Now I don't have any. Once they took our phones, I lost all the contacts. I don't even have the same number. We had to have it blacklisted. Um, so luckily the, the, the couple of builders that I had in, uh, the couple of contacts for the commercial work, they stepped up big time to help us, but we're still, you know, business is not what it used to be. Uh, but you lost contracts. Yeah. Well, I, I had a pot shop that we were supposed to build downtown. That was like a five hundred thousand dollar build. I lost that because I had to go to trial. We had fifty kitchens that we were supposed to do. I lost all of them because, again, I had to spend a month in trial. Yeah, there were just endless amounts that we lost that we'll never get back. And obviously, even though we were acquitted, people's, you know, the news don't portray that. So all you get is the stigma that you were an attempted kidnapper. And, you know, it's been a little rough there. But, I mean, business is picking back up. But it's, like I said, it just, I don't know if we'll ever recover, you know, fully from it. I'm going to go out on a limb here, but couldn't you sue the state for false allegations? What's that? Could you sue the state for false allegations for, you know, is there any recourse that way? If I could find a lawyer that would take the case and do it, I'm pretty knowledgeable, but I don't know about actually handling a civil suit like that myself. I would have to definitely do a lot more work to be able to handle something like that myself, but. Well, guess what? I'm working on trying to be an expert on that right now. So it's kind of an interesting path to go down. Would you like me to play this right now or would you like to ask some more questions, Shelly? Well, I did just want to throw out there that we are gonna be putting together a fundraiser. They still owe several thousand dollars each to their attorney. And so we're gonna be doing a fundraiser, a shooting competition to try to help pay off their attorney bills. And I would like to start some kind of crowdfunding for them. They're very, very proud men and they don't want to accept help. but you know, they need it and we, we can do that for them. So I would ask if once that is all set up, if we could come back on, I thought maybe Christina, the journalist would join them. She's got all kinds of good juicy stuff, but she needs a lot of funds to finish the documentary. So if you would help share that Donna, when, when that is set up, I would really appreciate that. Would you know brothers accept, accept that effort yeah uh again I I yeah I don't like asking for help but yeah I mean I I I could use it okay I gotta tell you this is funny we're gonna just shove it right in their face and have a shooting competition here and I I think you think that that's funny guys okay it's funny So let's put this up and we'll play it and then we'll talk some more after this, okay? Okay. And we go now to new developments in the plot to kidnap and kill Governor Gretchen Whitmer. Thirteen suspects arrested, including seven alleged members of a right-wing militia group. Who are preparing to kidnap and possibly kill me. The defense claims the FBI, through undercover agents and informants, were behind the plan, and that Fox and Croft were duped into going along with it. What the FBI did is unconscionable. It's almost like they have their evidence, have their facts. to attack our governors all at the same time. We can cloud the water. We can send everybody into disarray and chaos. He's the perfect chameleon. He knew exactly what to say, how to say it. Dan Chappell was the driving force of it all. He was there to lead. He was there to orchestrate. I think he viewed us as an opportunity. Everything here is a lie or a manipulation. It's almost impossible to fathom how brazen, how bold, and how dangerous these individuals were. Thank you to the fearless FBI agents inside the takedown of the FBI agent who led one of the nation's biggest domestic terror investigations. You can think of a synonym for patriots, think of terrorists. You're seeing the exact same methodology being used without difference. Everything about this case was a terrorism attack, I agree, by the FBI. Unlimited power, unlimited money. My biggest fear is being called a terrorist from the nation that I love. Your entire life could be taken away from you for something you didn't do. What they've done is destroyed lives. And I will not stop until he's free or I die. A saying we have in my office is don't let the facts get in the way of a good story. This is like five more minutes or something. Now you'll see Christina. of Kidnap and Kill an FBI Terror Plot, which you just watched the second trailer for. For those of you who don't know the story behind the film, let me just give you some background information. I'm an independent journalist who's been reporting on the case since these men were arrested for the past four years. We released our first trailer last year. We'd only conducted one interview at that time, and I used that to fundraise so that we've done multiple trips to Michigan. We've been able to interview over twenty different people across eight different states. We've been able to travel to locations of interest, interview eyewitnesses, interview family members, get the stories of these men. And now that we've released the second trailer and we've done that work, we still aren't fully funded. We still need to meet our fundraising goals so that we can edit the documentary, pay our editor, hire him an assistant, pay our colorist, pay a composer, pay a graphics person, pay for marketing and advertising. There's so much that goes into producing a documentary of this kind. It's such a massive and complex story. It's such a big story. It requires a lot of resources and we need your help in order to tell this story and to get it done in a timely manner. These men don't have three years to wait for me to raise the funds over that time to get it out. They need this out sooner rather than later. So it's super important that we meet our full fundraising goal, which you can find on our website, knkfilm.com slash donate. That will take you directly to our Give, Send, Go fundraiser. And any bit you can donate helps. This entire project has been a one hundred percent crowd source. We had no experience doing this before. We've never made a documentary before. We had no production company. We've had to teach ourselves all of this along the way. And I hope that you've seen all the work we've done reflected in this most recent trailer. And I hope that you guys help support this documentary. It means so much. I know to these men and to their families, but also to our nation. americans need to know what our government did four years ago they need to know what the fbi is doing to american citizens right now this story is bigger than michigan it's not just about these men what they did to them they want to do to you and so it's It's so critical. I know so many people donate to politicians that go down to Washington, D.C. to enrich themselves, and you don't really get a return on that investment. If you support our documentary, I can promise you you will get a return on that investment in the form of a completed documentary that I think is going to be historic. So with that, thank you so much for everybody who has supported this film, who's gotten us this far. I know we can get to our funding goal and that we can get across the finish line and get this film out very very soon thank you so much and I hope you guys enjoyed it very nice she has really dedicated her her last four years of her life to this and she has evidence across these eight states she knows things about the null twins that they don't even know um she's amazing and it does need to get out there as much as possible. Yeah. Wow. Well, that's quite a, quite a horrific situation and I'm so sorry for you and your families and the people that surrounded this. I, you know, there's a few, there's, there's details that just stand out to me. First of all, that they ran over a vehicle. What, why did they, why was there so much overwhelming force that they rammed into your homes and over vehicles and such? I mean, this, there's no words. So Christina had told us the second time, I believe that we met her, that the early reporting was as me and bill were in Jackson with the watchman and had a shootout with the police. So we believe possibly they were actually looking to kill us, to be honest with you. Um, because when they showed up to arrest us, they were amped up. There was these people have seen us for five years at the Capitol. either you know we always got along with law enforcement and they see that bill's on stage with dar leaf uh they could have handled the arrest a lot differently I'm sure if they would have just reached out to dar you know we knew we didn't do anything wrong I would have turned myself in and saved my family that kind of a you know chance of being murdered by the police uh But that's what I think. I think they amped them up so much that they, they went there with a mission of expecting to be into a gunfight. Wow. So though, this is just disturbing beyond, beyond all words. It's just disturbing. They do need to go after them for their kids. The trauma they put the families through and them and their lost livelihoods. But attorneys, as we all know, are very expensive. Filing pro se is great, but this is a really complicated case. I don't know if we could find a good attorney with... you know, guts, I'll say, who would do it at either pro bono or something that is affordable, then it can happen. But I know a few people are looking. That whole system is just screwed up right now. You've got bar attorneys that work for the judges. The judges only make decisions based on money judgments. Ninety-eight percent of the judgments made are money judgments, and they take eighteen percent to go into the retirement funds of those people that work for the civil action jurisdiction. This is absolutely a crime syndicate that's parading as a justice system. It's organized crime. It has nothing to do with protecting the people. It's how they're enriching it in back room deals with these handshakes and the gutless cowards from the top to the bottom that participate in this, are just as guilty as any SS officer was in Germany in World War II, what the Bolsheviks did, what was going on with Pol Pot, and all the other organized crime organizations that have happened utilizing government throughout history. They're the same. They can't justify this. They're a bunch of gutless thugs and cowards, all of them. And they all need to be prosecuted for treason to the fullest extent of the law and crimes against humanity. I mean, every single person that I can see that handled the case with you guys, there was no, absolutely no discretion. There was no professional way of handling this. They assumed that you were guilty and they treated it as such. There was no assumption of innocence. And the fact that they already had you and attacked your families, there's no excuse for this. No, that's why I said, I think it's absolute cowardice. Especially, you know, we both just complied. You know, normally, a big staunch of, I don't comply, right? But when you're just pumping fuel in your truck and then you got sixteen armed guys just freaking out, you're like, whoa, dude, what's the problem? And they tell you, you were buying bombs. And I was like, I even tried to make a joke with him because I just bought the truck. I was like, I don't think it's that big of a piece of shit. And the guy was like, this isn't a joke. And blah, you know, he just lost his mind. And then they go and attack the house. You know, they know it's just my wife's like one hundred and twenty pounds. You know, what is she going to do to this cop? And both of my kids were minors. They held him hostage for like six hours. Did they cuff him? Yeah, they cuffed them and threw them in the car. They sat in a car in handcuffs for four to six hours. Your children. They cuffed your children after they rammed into the house and drove over a vehicle. Yes. And the same thing with Michaela. She was home alone. And it was, you know, they held her there for hours until my nephew and I think Steph left. went and got her, but they kept lying to my family saying there was no minor children there when they were trying to get the kids. They finally released them after, like I said, four to six hours so that they could go to my sister's house while they continued to ransack our house. They just flipped things over. The wife had a wine fridge in our room. They just took and tipped it over on its face and shattered it, and it just... A bunch of cowards. That's the only thing I can say about them. They're thugs. They're like the Gestapo thugs at this point in time that are doing the bidding of a governor who has already proven to be a thug to the state of Michigan. There's no excuse for what Gretchen Whitmer has done. And I'm kind of amused because I think that President Trump is actually bringing her in there as a walk of shame for what she's done for this nation. But you know what? I don't care how much you try to put lipstick on a pig. I would agree. You can try to package Gretchen, the terrorist Whitmer, any way you want. She violated the law. She violated the rights of the people in Michigan. And we will never forget or forgive her. And, you know, it's like Queen Gretch, you know, and her squire, Dana Nessel. And then the Joker, Benjamin... You know, the joker in their court of shame that's been running this state. And you know what? In every single legislature that watched this happen is guilty as hell. They never stood up in any appreciable way. The Republican Party did nothing. The Democrat Party did nothing to hold these people responsible. They sat there and they let this happen. And I'm sorry, I know it's an unpopular thing to say, but we're going to have to tell the truth on this. We have to hold these people accountable. And I don't care what title you have or what you affiliate with. If you fall in with criminals to hide, protect, or refuse to hold them accountable, you're guilty by association. Well, and I will tell you, Christina Urso, not lawyers, she sent a complete package to Jim Jordan at the Fed level of the weaponization. Nothing, nothing out of him. You know, Dar sent him, I'm sorry, Sheriff Leaf sent him all of the emails released, about Dominion being, you know, in all these other countries, horrible, nothing. So there we've been let down again. Every single one of them have turned a blind eye and the cases that they're filing are laughably stupid. If you read cases that are filed, they're distraction. They have not gone to the source of the problem. So thereby, they're all of them guilty, every single one of them from top to bottom, watching how many things and how many crimes that have been committed. And they, well, whatever shall we do? And then they'll chip out something that's meaningless over on this way. Then the uniparty chips out something that's meaningless on this way. But nobody is standing to actually make any meaningful changes. And it's very disturbing. It's going to take... a bunch of us that literally are going to say, you know what, we're not buying into this establishment nonsense. We're not going to buy into the, the, uh, uh, the second string fake news, which is the alternative news. Most of those guys are being paid by USAID. What is it? We found five thousand news outlets in that were being paid by USAID. So now we got second string mainstream media. It's like, you know what? We're going to have to do this ourselves as far as to put the truth out there. And I'm not saying taking the law in our own hands and being stupid. I know Somebody out there is going to be going, Brandenburg saying, grab your torches and pitchforks. They're like, no, no, no, no. We're not talking that. All right. That's stupidville. Okay. That is stupidville. What I'm talking about is the pen is mightier than the sword. The law is on our side. We just have to find a way to hold them accountable and to hold them responsible for the crimes that they have committed. The law states it clearly, and we just need to go in that direction. And I do believe that it's a fixable situation. Yeah. If the people stand together, you know, it's the CIA project mockingbird with the media. And then you have, They divide us by race. They divide us by religion. They divide us by gender now. I mean, people don't even know what gender they are anymore. And that's all by design. And then they don't want masculine men anymore. People have to look past that and actually grow a pair. Yeah, I think that that's a good thing. You know what? I hate to say it, but I'm the one that says it is like bring on the toxic masculinity and you snowflakes out there that have a problem with it. It's time to just shut the hell up. If you need to go find your safe space in a coffee shop with a fat free cookie and a herbal tea or something like that. You know, I'm pretty sure that your opinion doesn't matter at this point in time because you're making excuses for thugs that are taking over this nation and trying to justify it. This isn't okay. You know what? I would really like to see some appreciable, no back down attitudes that will address these situations because, you know, the woke, This nonsense that's going on has disabled our ability. Did you guys know that this whole thing with Ukraine, I found this out, and this goes with this whole mindset of disabling. They were paying, I believe they were offering some of our military men, two thousand dollars a day to go to Ukraine through the military. And so the military is complicit in part of this, too, because they wanted to put our military men and women in the most the most danger and start eliminating some of them on a fight we shouldn't have never been in. That was, you know, all about money laundering, et cetera. I mean, we could go down that. So when we look at this, what are you going to do when there's no strong fighters out there to protect the herd? Yeah, especially when they keep bringing in foreign agents from other countries and placing them here. How many millions of people came across that border that our government knew? And I'm sure they funded that whole caravan. I mean... Donna? Yeah. So I will say, watching the government and the military, when you talk about the military... I am the proud wife. My husband, John Lake, spent twenty one years in the Navy defending our rights, putting his life in danger, sacrificing our kids, our family time, his family, everything to defend this great country. I what I said, what I was saying there, because it's not the men and women of this country, it's the people that are pulling the strings above them and putting us in these worthless, endless wars. Absolutely. It's like they won't even defend our brave men and women in the military. It is the military industrial complex that has put the lives of Americans that are in the United States, that are serving in the United States, that are trying to do the right thing in harm's way. And it's despicable. They are. And our veterans. can see what's going on and it is breaking their hearts. And, and, and the, the PTSD runs rampant and it's real. And I'll tell you, my husband and I will, we'll, never stop fighting to make this right and to make the military one that actually protects us and our rights and our constitution. And I couldn't be more proud of our military. My husband, my son-in-law had just joined the Navy. So I just, to all the veterans and all those active, thank you so much. And it's, we need, we need fighters. We really, anyone who's willing to stand up and just do even a small part to help us, we need it. Yeah, and I'm glad for the clarification because I don't want to be misunderstood with this. You know, when I'm talking about the military industrial complex that, you know, has been there to enrich, you know, organizations and companies like Lockheed Martin and all of this stuff that have had these big contracts, it's not our brothers and sisters business. who are fighting in the military and our husbands and our family members and such. That's not what I'm talking about. I know. Some of the finest people I've ever known. And it's a shame. It's a, it's an attack against Americans. Yeah. The military just is not what it used to be. And, and the members are not happy with what they're being told to do. So I have complete faith that Hexeth will be, will help this problem but no I did not take you right I completely agree and I love our military Yeah. And it's, it's amazing. I know my dad was a veteran and I watched how he was treated before he died. And I just, he was trying to make it work with the VA. And I finally said, I'm done with this. I'm just paying for everything because this is, this is substandard care for people that got into this to defend the United States of America and the care they were getting and what he was getting and his friends. It was a, it was a, shameful thing that I saw. And, uh, and our veterans, we, we owe them. We owe our veterans better than what they're getting right now. And our military men and women, I completely agree with that. Well, are there, are there any other words that you guys have to say? I have a, I have a video I want to play. I want to put it up here. Cause it was, it's kind of cool. Um, I would like people to know that like Daniel Harris was one of the guys that were acquitted in the federal case. He was a Marine, um, Paul Ballard. He's a young man who was out of Jackson County. He was a, he was Marine or army vet or whatever he was. He was in the military and they don't, the government and law enforcement don't care to for you if you're in the military. They will run you through the ringer and they will use your military experience against you to promote their violence that they're trying to assess. Paul Bellow, he was honorably discharged because I think he injured his back. He left the state. He wasn't even a part of the Wolverine Watchmen anymore, and they still went down and picked him up and brought him here to implement him in this case. Daniel Harris was getting ready to go back over to Afghanistan and they arrested him and charged him with terrorism. You know, it's so, yes, I support our troops and I support everything they do. Our, our family has got many people that are in the military or were in the military. Um, but you know, you're not, your country only wants you to go fight and die in an endless war. That, and they, when you come home, they don't care. We were a part of, uh, we, we started doing benefits with the ninety-two for twenty-two because there's twenty-two veterans that they killed themselves because the government does not care about these people anymore. And in my opinion, it is like the ultimate act of patriotism to try to serve your country. But when your country shits on you, it's, it's disheartening for one and it's crazy. the the level that they go and then you're a terrorist now the second you're out of the military you know it's it just pisses me off I agree I agree so um are there any other last words that you guys would like to say I want to make sure you have all the time you you need to say what you want to get off your chest here on what happened Um, I don't know. I get put on the spot, but yeah, there's, I mean, we could go for gays, um, just the level of corruption and, you know, watch your back. I, the crazy thing about this whole case was even the crazy talk I heard was, you know, I heard more crazy shit set in bars about what was going on than any of these men that were implemented in this case. Um, So when you hear somebody talking crazy, just assume they're up there or something because you don't even have to do anything and they can ruin your lives and there's no accountability to even make it right. And then financial gains, if you did sue and get it, I don't know that that's going to put your life back together either. There's a lot of these men that are still sitting in prison that are... They were... I didn't know them, but I don't think they did anything illegal either. They ran through a sham trial with corrupt judges. Intimidated. Intimidated. Some of these guys were scared to death and pled guilty. Others, I think, were actually involved, but it's... When you're going to like in the federal court, I believe it's a ninety three percent conviction rate. And most of the time they plead guilty because they just the federal government has endless resources. And they give you a court appointed attorney who, yeah, they I don't know if they're doing coke in the back room with the judge or what they're doing, but they they're not there for you. They just want you to plead guilty so that they can make more money on another case. So, you know, my advice is if you're ever in a situation like this, you definitely got to get your own attorney and it has to be not within the court system that you're going to. Like in Antrim County, when we got arrested, Antrim County had assigned us lawyers. We never asked for our lawyers actually had to fight to get on our case. Oh, really? Yes. Yes. So when we went through arraignment, some guy popped up on the screen. I didn't know who he was, and they ended up getting him out of there and put another guy in there that was representing me. So I never asked the lawyer, and they were just trying to railroad everything through as fast as possible. They thought everybody was going to plead guilty, but all of us fought. In a case like this, you have to testify on your own behalf, too, because the government will lie under oath. They proved it. Even in our case, they were doing things with timestamps and trying to change the narrative. If you don't testify on your own behalf, the government just gets to lie to the jury and When you're sitting there and you hear the story they tell, you're like, man, maybe we are all guilty. You know, I mean, they put forth this crazy ass story. And then when you get up there and you testify and you show them the proof of it, the jury just shook their head. And, you know, that's why we were acquitted. They knew that there was nobody did anything guilty. And they were just trying to put a story. And one of the jurors said something to you even after. Yes, there were a couple of them that could not believe that we were even put through this. Eric Molitor was another guy that he was in the case with us. The jury came out and gave him a big hug and told him, I'm sorry that you went through this. That was one of our jurors. Well, there's another point that you brought up is that I think it's important that everybody requires a jury trial when they're unjustly accused because there's a strength in having... And that's the way it's supposed to work. I mean, we're supposed to be tried... or go into any of these cases with our, a jury of our peers, that would be, you know, a peers would be people from the community that actually know the character of the people instead of a bunch of state and federal thugs that just want to prove a point to subvert, you know, you need to have people that actually know the people involved. Yeah, I would agree. Um, It was crazy. We're talking about the jury. The FBI hand-selected our jury with the prosecution. The FBI manufactures the case, pays for the case, and then they're actually the prosecution of the case, and then they're the witnesses of the case. Then, as you're selecting your jury, they've got twenty guys sitting off in the corner on computers telling Bill Ralston who to keep on the jury. It's the best thing I've heard about this was like the guys, um, he says, if you're a firefighter and you're running into a burning building and you're saving children, you're a hero. What are you when you're the one that started the fire too? So you're not the hero anymore, you know, and they're just doing it for, you know, to prove they need to be existent. Um, and that's why they're going to get a building bigger than the Pentagon now. So it's absolutely crazy to me. Yeah, well, I think we're going to come together and we're still going to be able to learn to fight all this stuff. We just have to keep going. But I really, you know, you guys can come on anytime you want. Just give me a call. If you have time to think about this over the week and say, hey, you know what? There's more things that people need to know about this that they're not going to know. Just you guys know how to get a hold of me. You have my cell phone. So it's like you just give me a call and I'll snap the camera on and we'll continue to bring this out there so that... people know, you know, in a very real way, some of the hardships and heartaches that you and your children and your wives and your dad that, you know, I mean, this is straight up thug behavior from pretended law enforcement. And it's not okay. Yeah, I would love to get Christina on here with you. Like I said, she knows more about it than I do. And during our case, they shut YouTube down because they live-streamed our case. So she was live-streaming off of YouTube and showing every time these guys were lying, she's pulling out documents saying that they're lying. And then YouTube did a copyright strike on her page. So it's just... Yeah, she's so knowledgeable on this case and she knows it inside and out. And she would be a great person to have. Well, if you guys want to come on next week, Monday at ten o'clock, we'll see if we can make that work. That's fine. But that's honestly why I created Brandenburg News Network, our own channel. And I mean, it runs on redundant servers and we've got them all over the United States for redundancy because I was so censored and lied about in the media that as well as you know, it was the attacks were just amazing. We actually found the name of somebody who was paid five point five million dollars to take my campaign when I ran for governor, because God forbid should you have uncontrollable Brandenburg out there telling the truth. And that's why that's why Brandenburg News Network started. And I don't get paid for this. We I do it all for free to get this stuff out there because of these big corporate entities. who don't want the truth out there and who are censoring everybody. They do it. They do it. Oh, it's a hate crime. No, it's not. It's just the truth. You just don't like it. And sorry, that's just the way it is. But if you want to, anybody that wants to come in here, that's been silenced on this, on this, you know, it's like, I'll give him a voice. I mean, you're right. You have a right to your opinion. You have the right to tell what's going on. And if they don't like it, well, too bad. I don't really care. And I don't think any of us care anymore. You know, it has to get out there. That's good to know. I would love to. I can get with Christina and see if she would be available and definitely get back to you on that. Yeah, I think that's good to know so that everybody can be warned. I actually, there is somebody in the state of Michigan here that taped me on a call and tried to entrap me. I'll call it entrapment by putting words in my mouth. And I just said to this person, I said, those were your words. Those are not my words. So don't try to put words in my mouth. And remember, this is a lesson because it happens over and over again. It's, you know, this is a great case for not just going along to get along, but speaking truth. And don't, if somebody's trying to tell you what you said or reframe your words, stop them dead in their tracks and say, that's not what I said. Those are your words and, and turn it, make sure that you defend yourself because it happens all the time. Yeah, absolutely. So, well, why don't we want to say a prayer here and end the day and then, you know, we'll, we'll come back on again. And I really appreciate you guys coming on today and Shelly for, for suggesting them to come on. And I just absolutely love what Shelly and everybody in Michigan fair elections is doing and talking about the, The crimes that were committed in our elections, too. I mean, this is one great, big, happy crime family that's going on in Michigan. Michigan is a money laundering state with pretended legislation. And it's big. It's bigger than what people can imagine. And it goes all the way from the top down into our townships with the zoning boards and everything. The third party consultants that are coming in, they're taking their orders from globalist entities. You know, it's just the way it is. And we're going to have to speak up about this. So Donna, I do want to also throw out there election integrity force is doing incredible work, too. I mean, there's many groups, but I'm tirelessly working. So I appreciate all of the all of the groups that are helping. locus standee that's another one locus standee with scott agni and and stephy um belting and all the people that are working in us I mean we have as much as the bad stuff that we go through to evaluate we have some amazing amazing people sandy kiesel uh joanne bacali the people in you know that you're standing with jackie eubanks to you know just to name a few that are out there. We have some very brave people out there that are standing and fighting and holding people accountable and gathering evidence and are willing to speak out about this. And this is what needs to happen. And then, of course, you guys for standing and not capitulating. I'm so proud of you all. I really am. I mean, what an honor to meet just good people. It's just an honor. And thank you for continuing to spread the word, Mike and Bill, and through your speaking engagements. And I only wish the best for you. And we appreciate everything you've been doing too, Shelly. Without you, I don't know. There's been a few things that I don't think would have happened. So we do appreciate it. And FBI and the Injustice Department right now, you guys are on the wrong side of the tracks, okay? We know you're on the wrong side of the tracks. And we all know what you're doing, okay? It's not a secret anymore. And so... You might want to make a right turn towards what's the right way to live your life, because there's going to be justice that's going to come eventually. You're either going to stand in front of God Almighty, or you're going to stand trial here in the United States before there. And I don't think there's any way out of this. I really don't. It's either here or there, but it's going to be. So with that said, let's say a prayer. And I'm going to ask for God's blessings and protection on every single one of you right now, because You're you God standing with us. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for Bill and Mike and Shelly and Vicki and all the people that I mentioned that are working on on our elections to bring the truth forward and every single person out there, the people who are fighting the DNR with me. And there are things that they're doing to destroy the state. We know what they're doing. And you're showing us every step of the way, the things that have existed for a very long time. We just didn't know to the extent of what was going on. But you're showing us now. And you're giving us a way to absolutely stand for your good and righteous purposes. I asked for complete healing in every single way. for the children of Bill and Mike and for their wives, that your blessings would just absolutely flood their lives and that any damage that was done by these people who I don't even have a word for other than thugs at this point in time, that all that damage would be washed away by the blood of Christ and by your mercies and by your peace that passes understanding. I ask that your favor would rest mightily upon them and everything that they do in provision for their lives and protection and giving them a voice and sending people alongside of them to help defend them and stand with them. I ask for the men that are still in jail or in prison that they would truly feel your presence with them and that they would find a way to turn to you for comfort and for help with the situation that's going on and that you would also reach out. And you always say, pray for our enemies. I pray for all of those in the positions in office, for Gretchen Whitmer, for Dana Nessel, for Jocelyn Benson and all those people around them, for Jonathan Brader, for the people that conducted these acts of terrorism against Americans. I ask that you would absolutely turn their lives around, that they would fall on their face before you and worship you as God Almighty, and that they would be repentant, say that they're sorry, and help to right the wrongs that they committed. We ask that you would also bless their families, that they would come alongside of them and that there would be complete healing in the United States of America. You know, it's really a problem here, God, with all the division that's going on around us. And we see it. It makes us sad. And I just can't even imagine how sad it makes you. I really hope. that today that you're blessed by anyone who's willing to stand for the truth, who is willing to put themselves out there and talk about forgiveness for our sins and the atonement of Jesus Christ, your only begotten son, who you sent to help us. Every single one of us has fallen short of the glory of God and your glory. And we know it. We're relying on you. And we ask that whatever the path that you put before us, that we're not asking for an easy path. We're asking for you to give us the feet to walk the path that you have laid before us to give us provision, help, guidance, counseling, and that you would carry us with your strength and peace in all situations. We love you so very much. We love the strength that you have. And we know that you're not going to put up with this forever, the destruction of your children and the victimization by evil. And we thank you for that, for standing with us and forgiving us and being with us every step of the way. We're never alone because you're here. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. Amen. Thank you. So, well, guys, this is part of my protest. I do it every day. So it's part of the show. Boys and girls, we go to go to this is my twenty twenty two protest for an illegal non accomplishment of elections, which didn't happen. And it hasn't happened in many of our elections. So I'm just going to say it. Here's my protest. Twenty twenty two election. Bam. Go to Brandenburg for Governor dot com because I'm the best non-conceder has ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with Donald J. Trump, President Donald J. Trump, the rightful president of the United States, which was so ever since twenty twenty. And we're going to do it in cowboy boots and see who wears it better. I wouldn't. Thank you, Donna. With that said, everyone, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love and God bless America. Make it a great day. Stand for what you believe in. Refuse to step down or stand down. Refuse to capitulate and never fall in league with a lie. Once they got you, they got you through life. coercion and blackmail. Stand and never make that mistake. And so stay on the line, guys. I'm going to go ahead and end the stream. I'll see y'all tomorrow. Be on with John Tater, studying the Constitution. And so have a great day. Thank you.
