Today we have John Tater on with Lawful Defense at nine o'clock and ten o'clock. Pro Se Mike will be on. So this should be a fun show that we are learning more about the republic and how to defend our rights. Morning, John. How are you doing? I'm good. Always good. Anything special you want to talk about today? It's foggy outside. It's foggy outside. Okay. Well, that works. I've been outside yet today, but I was awake all night last night, so I just had so much on my mind. You know, we had our township meeting, and the township here is pretty much, how do I say it, realizing, I think it kind of sunk into them last night, that though there's a couple of people that are trying to duck responsibility, like Peggy Sattler, our clerk, They are realizing that they have created a disaster area here. We are now up over twenty wells being ruined. I think that we've got up to twenty-three wells right now that have been ruined. And people still don't understand the crux of the problem here, that it's theft of private property rights. the theft of our water, the deprivation of water for our homes and our farms that's going on by developers, builders, appraisers, and realtors. That's what's going on here. And the amount of tears that were shed at that meeting last night, there was one gentleman that spoke up that was talking about, he came from an island off of Australia, said that He said, you know, he said, I never thought I would see something like this in the United States. He said, this is third world type stuff going on right now where people are taking showers, bucket showers. They have no water. One family whose wife is in chemo is going to the cemetery to get water. And another lady stood up last night. and said, I have no water. She had a walker with her and she goes, I don't think my heart can take this anymore. And the people on that board sat there absolutely smirking, did not care whatsoever, no plan. and think that and are trying to reassure people that uh uh reassure people that they would get their water back by december somehow those glacial aquifers are gonna that they flush over a billion gallons are going to be refilled magically by december and they know that i i don't understand this it's like it's like they're lying there's no way that they can assure that that water will be back by December. And that's asking people to go without water for five months that they've stolen. And I don't think people really understand this. So we're going to go through that today. But anyhow, what's your thoughts, sir? They need to go to jail, tried for treason. Lots of people are ignorant. Lots of people are ignorant and they're ignorant because of school, because of life, because of TV programming, because people have not studied or concerned themselves with history and tradition. Their own history and tradition within their own families are weak. They don't talk about government and politics. You never talk about government. Oh, it's government. It's politics and religion. You never talk about those two subjects when you're at the kitchen table, right? That's exactly what we were supposed to talk about it. And you can't fight City Hall. Remember how many times we've heard that? Can't fight City Hall. And so people are brought up in this bubble that they go and they plead and with these public functionaries that are in the council, why are they pleading? Are they- I demand it. I said last night, I demand you stop this project. I'm not asking you, I demand. You are ruining our home. You call the sheriff in. You tell the sheriff to arrest these people. They're violating their- The freaking sheriffs are worthless. Well, you've got to start somewhere, so you start with the sheriff. You start doing criminal information about these people because if you don't do that, in other words, you've got to set up the public functionaries who are violating the law. You got to set them up. You got to file criminal charges against them. You got to file civil charges against them in the courts, with the police departments, and letting them know that you're all upset. But one of you is not enough. You have to have a lot of you that are out there doing that same thing. And they're all, I don't know what they're waiting for. They're waiting for their, their own water system to go away before they're going to do anything. Well, I think that they're so afraid of retribution because they're, they've already been retributed, but, but they, they ratcheted it up. So like, well, I've been out there documenting it. and their crimes, the contractor called the sheriffs on me yesterday and they lied. They said that I was getting in the way of work, which was a lie. I never stopped the forward process. Prove it. Prove it. Well, the sheriff said, too, they said, I told them that you had every right to be out there and document and do whatever you want to do. So the sheriffs have held my right to be there. But the point being is that they'll follow you around and they will also. I mean, it's just it's just gotten crazy out here. You're protected. Let them follow you around. You're protected from the violations of the public functionaries that are out there doing the crime. Well, I'm not afraid of it, but I'm going to tell you that most of the neighborhood is afraid of it. Oh, that's why maybe a neighborhood meeting would be something useful where you get all of these people together and you say, look, as numbers, we have all the power. They don't have any power. How many councilmen are there? Five? Yeah, five or six. Okay, so if there's fifty or a hundred of you, the five or six don't amount to very much. And you're all filing charges against them, criminal charges. You're talking about a great amount of situation where these people have to fight those charges on. And you destroy them in the public and you can do that, but you got to all get together and you got to be organized. That's why the Democrats were able to pull off this crap against the country. They're not big in number, they're small in number, but they're organized. And you're not organized. It's just you out there fighting. Well, you'd be surprised. We have way over a hundred people. There's a lot of people coming to those meetings. Yeah, if you're coming to the meetings, you've got to have your own private meeting first. We have, and we did. We've had several of them. So, I mean, we have been fighting in that way and then going in front of them. But it's a process because people don't know their rights. And how somebody gets up in front of them and and goes kind of after them verbally and lets them know what their rights are. They're so afraid to speak. But every week there's been more and more people that have come forward and have gotten the courage to talk. because, um, I think it was really, it was because that first time that I, I refused to sit down and challenge the sheriffs as well as the, as well as the board, it's a process. And so, but we have a lot of people, you should see all the text threads that are going around every day. Just about, we'll have a text that's going out and there's a gal in the neighborhood, Renee doing a really good job keeping up on that. And so we've kind of divided and conquered. I said, you know, I'll handle the, the legal part of it and the, you know, the part of it that we need to hold them accountable in the court system as well as making sure that everybody knows their rights. If you can continue to communicate with them and keep people involved and increase the numbers here, then I said, I think that's it. But we've got a great group of people that are working on this, documenting it and such, and it's going quite well. Okay. It's a little rough. The contractor's a is an absolute jerk. He's an asshole. What's that? Of course he is. He's got the power. He's got the power of the council at this moment, and he's got the power of what he thinks of government. They hide things from each other. This is exactly what Biden did. Biden had the power at that time. So Biden could get away with telling you you have to get a vaccine and telling you that you have to stand six feet apart and wear a mask because he had the power. He was in that position because we put them there, not them. us necessarily the democrats uh the the deep staters put them there because they had the power or the or the structure of the government where they could get away with doing that and you might have the same illegal voting process going on in your system so you have to deal with that process too but eventually that's going to crumble but in the interim what are you going to do well If you were assembling a bicycle, for example, and you found out that after you put it all together, you had a handful of bolts and nuts and maybe a handlebar that you didn't know what to do with, what would you do? One step at a time, I guess. Get a plan. Yeah, go to the plan. Go to the assembly diagram and find out how it was done. Go back to the basics, right? Yep. Well, what happens when we have a government that's malfunctioning? We go back to the basics. We go back to the written documents that gave those people power to be in office to begin with. We go back to the power of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and put those people in their oath of, they violated their oath of office, they should be all sued for the violations of their oath of office right off the bat. That's the easiest thing to prove in court is that you violated your oath of office. because you stepped outside your delegated authority. And that's number one where people should be going. Can you write that as one case or do you have to call it out each separately? Say again? Well, if you write a case out like that, I just want your opinion on this. Do you need to do each case individually or do you just put all their names on the same case? You're talking about all the people that are fighting or the people you're suing? Sueing. Oh, I have a list of people that I sue. I don't like to go in for just after one. I go in for five or six or seven. In fact, when I'm suing the judges, I'm suing three judges and maybe very soon I'll be suing Berg, fourth judge. and the prosecutor or and the defending attorney at the same time which is the ag i'll put all of them down and i'll sue them that way It doesn't pay to sue each individual. You sue them all at once. It's four hundred dollars filing, four hundred five dollars filing fee in federal court. So you sue all five or six. If you sue them one at a time, that's four hundred and five dollars each. You don't want to do that. That's silly. That's not necessary. if you can prove that and if you have the information to prove that these uh five six judges or five six uh Council members are violating their oath of office are violating their their agreement turns in terms of agreement with the public what which is what the purpose of them being in there if they're doing things that are um Self-enriching, those are the things that you put in the lawsuit, and you just write one law, you know, twenty-five, thirty pages of it if you have to, and put each individual in there and what they did. And then you have a lawsuit against all of them. Yeah, they failed to protect our water rights and our private property rights for sure. Let's bring up the Declaration of Independence here. What is the function of government? Serve we the people to protect our rights. Yes, and that comes from Declaration of Independence. Let's take a look at that second paragraph. You got it there? I'm working on it. You get to sit there, John. It's great. It's like John gets to sit there and go, you're wrong. And I've got five screens I'm working on here. I only have one screen, so second paragraph. I've got five, you're a piker. Second paragraph. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these rights are life, liberty, And the pursuit of property while happy. They've got happiness on this one in this part, but happiness was brought in to cover property rights and everything else that fits in it. If they were to put just property and they probably should have said property and happiness, but they didn't. So property and happiness, if they take your water away, does that destroy your happiness? Big time. uh-huh okay so it destroys your life too because without water you're gonna die that's right and most cities will say that if you don't have water on your property it's condemned and so that may be where they're going that to secure these rights here we are the big words governments are instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That's us. We're the governed. We have set these public functionaries in office to take care of the government process so we can go out and lay on the beach or do whatever we want, go fishing or enjoy life. That's why we hire these public functionaries to take care of these government functions. But those functions cannot destroy our life, liberty and property or life, liberty and happiness in the process. They have to abide by that part of the Constitution Declaration of Independence. That whenever that whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it and to institute new governments laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its power in such form as to then shall seem... I'm going to flip the page here. Most... likely to affect the safety and happiness. Got it? Got it. Let's put that aside for a minute. So they're violating the Declaration of Independence right there off the spot. What is fascism? I've been called a fascist. Can you believe that? By some, I don't even know what to call her, some uneducated. Village idiots. How's that? We'll just call them what they are, village idiots. Ignorant person that has no idea what fascism is. So what is fascism? It's economic. It's like an economic takeover, really, where communism is pool everything. They're kind of the same, but fascism has more of an economic capture to turn the world into a corporatocracy. That's how I understand it. All right, that's close. Let's say we're not at a left and a right. You kind of meet on the other side. There's no right communism. There's no right fascism. It's a circle. Right. And both fascism and communism are at the top of the circle. That's their process is to control the public, to control the process. So now what is fascism? Fascism is when the government and private industry combine and work against the public. And public-private partnership is fascism. This is, who was it, last governor before Whitmer got involved. What's his name? Starts with a- Oh, we have Snyder. Snyder, Snyder. He's the one that was pushing public-private partnership in the building of the Mackinac Bridge, or not the Mackinac Bridge, but the bridge to Canada. And so that's fascism. when the government and a corporation get together to do something. Now, what's going on in your particular system, your particular county over there? Byron, you've got the... Builders, developers, and realtors and appraisers, they're all making money off of this out-of-control development. Wait a minute. We've got to look at it as to what it is. We've got the council, which is supposed to be governing the body, and we've got the private industry merging together to become one. And that's fascism. So you have a fascist government right now in Byron Township. That's what it is. By definition, that's what it is. So what do you do to fix that problem? Well, the fix of the problem is in a couple of folds. First of all, obviously they are violating their oath of office. They're violating, and if you can make a case for that, I would put it on paper and I would take it to the sheriff. They are violating their oath of office. They are violating their terms and agreements. They are taking your property rights based on U.S. versus Cosby, where U.S. versus Cosby says... if they take your property and make it unusable to you, then they are, it's called a taking. And when they're doing a taking of that property, they are responsible for paying you for that taking of that property. And in the Cosby case, it's about a chicken farmer. And it's about the Air Force. The Air Force didn't do anything but build an air base right next to a chicken farm. But it was the sound of the jets taking off that destroyed the chickens from making eggs. And therefore, it was a taking of the guy's economic rights by destroying his ability to make a living, his ability to run the property. And therefore, based on that, the Air Force was held responsible and they had to pay for the taking of this guy's property. Well, you've got exactly the same thing going on. It's not chickens, it's not eggs, it's water. They're taking of your property, and this case is a Supreme Court case, and this would be added to my, I would spell out exactly what's in here that fits your narrative, which is quite a bit, and take that to the sheriff and let the sheriff deal with this because that's the sheriff's responsibility. What's the function of the sheriff? Peacekeeper and to protect the people. To protect the people. That's the sheriff's responsibility. He's hired by the people through voting, and his whole responsibility is to protect the people, not to protect the government. He's our shield against the vile government that exists out there. He is there to stop anything, any actions by the federal government, state government that will violate the people in any way. And so that's his responsibility. And maybe he needs to be taught that. Maybe he doesn't know that because most of us grew up without talking about religion and government in front of the kitchen table. And most of us have no idea what the Constitution says. And most of us have no, I haven't read the Declaration of Independence in years. So he may be ignorant too. And, of course, he just graduates from high school probably. Maybe he's got some college behind him. But college doesn't teach this stuff either. College only prepares you to get out and work and learn in life. That's what it's all about, how to – read and study and investigate and do those kinds of research that's necessary in order to carry on life and make life possible. But if he's not been doing that and he probably not my bet my bottom dollar bet you that he isn't he just got this job he's got this gun and he's got this badge and he says i'm going to enforce the law but he doesn't even know what the law is to enforce he thinks it's catching speeders and people that go through traffic lights or stop signs, but that's not his function. That's not what he's there for. He's there to protect the public from a runaway government, which is what we have, a runaway government. You have, and Byron over there is a runaway government. It's terrible. It really is. And I think that people don't really understand the issues here. It's a private property rights issue, and the water goes with the land, and they've literally drained it from so many. John, it was just heartbreaking. One woman got up there, and she was just sobbing. Like I said, another woman, she was up there with a lot. It was so sad. But this didn't put any mustard with anything. You can get up and cry, and it doesn't do anything. Well, I think it does do something. It does, John, because people don't understand how serious these issues are within the government. And if they don't see the damage that's actually happening to individuals, they just go, oh, civics is boring. I don't want to get involved in government. But when they see somebody who's truly been hurt, then it's like, oh, my gosh, this is actually happening. And they're shocked because we can't do it with one or two people in the world. We've got to do it with all of us. And maybe this will open people's eyes to say, you know, the government does matter. There's consequences, you know. That's true, but in the process of consequences and courts move slowly and justice moves slowly, you're going to be without water, like you say, until December maybe, and maybe beyond that. That's what they said, and I don't think they know what they're talking about. How are they going to do that, get out there and do a rain dance or something like that? How are you going to predict that we're going to have water back by December when they've stolen water from a glacial aquifer? good luck let's wait for the mammoths to come back and have the freaking ice age to come back again i don't know it's just crazy well that's my point is the point is that the tears are great uh for emotions but it's time to stop the tears and it's time to start start grabbing the pitchforks and start making making uh direction with the pitchforks because, and I don't mean violence, I mean there's enough, the pen is mightier than the sword and I really believe that. It's going to take time and I've been at this since two thousand twelve regarding the internal revenue with a bunch of moron judges that never read the case, but decided that they're going to rule in favor of the internal revenue. Why? I don't know, because they think they should. And the courts will never rule against us. This was this was the comment made by William Mayer, one of the internal revenue agents that was working on my case, government will never rule against us. And so far that's been a true case. But these public functionaries, these judges that I'm suing have all violated their oath of office, have all violated the sanctity of the judicial system. And have all lied. I mean, it's obvious. And eventually they're going to get caught in it. And eventually they're going to get burned by it. But it's a process. And it's a long process. But you know what? I don't give up. I'm going to keep going. True story. And that's the case that people need to do. People need to decide that this is a hill worth dying on and get busy with it. uh like i say crying and walking to the grave i if it was me and i had a uh water problem with my i would go to the builder's house and take his water open the spigot in his backyard and fill up my cans over there and say oh And if he calls the police on me or the sheriff on me, I would explain to the sheriff, sheriff, they took the water off my property. I'm just replenishing my water system. Well, what is really becoming really evident to me is how few people have the courage. to stand up for themselves. It's kind of shocking. Go to a political event and be part of a group, even if the group is going in the wrong direction, they would rather stand with a group than stand for what the truth is. I really can honestly tell you that this is kind of one of those things that was and still is very shocking to me. That as long as they're going along with a group, they don't really care whether it's right or wrong. Yeah, it's no skin off my nose. It's the old story that I heard when the Germans came after the Jewish people and arrested them. The Christians said, well, I'm not Jewish, and so I don't care. Oh, did you hit on a subject? Or did you hit on a subject? The point and how absolutely... Now we're seeing kind of a revival and people turning around to God with the death of Charlie Kirk, okay? I'm seeing people that actually are saying this is wrong that we can't sit down and talk and just go to hostilities to the point of... killing somebody who we agree, we disagree with. Okay. Everybody can see that. No, it's wrong. Absolutely wrong. But I'm going to tell you what, the Christian church right now is wholly gutless and cowardly when it comes to dealing with the issues. It's been that way for a long time. It's like, oh, you know what? It's Gentile Jesus with a lamp sitting on his foot going, we don't want to offend anybody. Come on, let's go get cookies and coffee. It's like, This is so much crap. We are to the point right now where we are in a war. Our very country is still being stolen. And we need to be able to stand up and say it ends and it stops now. Stop now. And don't, you know, don't make apologies for what you're saying. I had somebody last night after Peggy Sattler came, got up at the end of the meeting and started bringing up something from two or three years ago to deflect the attention from the water theft that's going on. And there were a few people that came away from that said, I'm so offended by what Peggy did at the end of the meeting because she was just bringing up an issue of three years ago when they can't even deal with the immediate problem or emergency with no water here. And that person said, the gloves just came off last night. I'm like, good, because then I won't be the only one up there calling a bunch of, you know, you know, psychopaths because they are. Well, you want to bring that up for a moment and probably we should take a look at it. I believe that the churches are gutless and they've been gutless for a long time. And why are they gutless? What made them gutless? Because they're in it for money. That's why. It's like they don't stand for anything. And you look at the churches, the five or one C three churches that shut down during COVID. They should have been the ones that were saying, come on in. You do not wear a mask here. But you know what? The money's involved in it. And they become that's a government church rather than a church of God that stands for something, an assembly of people. That are there to support each other, not to go sit like a bunch of cowards in the corner. And honestly, when you believe in God, you don't have that fear. You're like, OK, I guess I'm just going to go on and God will provide the way or, you know, he'll make a different way or something. But you don't sit back cowardly and do nothing. That's not what it's about. And, you know, people will hang it on. It's time to wait on the Lord. Does that mean sit back and wait or does it mean serve like a waiter? In my opinion, it means serve, not go ahead and sit like a neutered pup in the corner somewhere. First Amendment says Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. And that's what they did. Congress shall make no law. What did President Johnson do while he was in office? He created the five or one C three organization using the internal revenue, the thugs of the internal revenue to raid terror on the churches of all of the churches in America, saying that if you don't become a five-oh-one C-three church, we're gonna tax you. How can you tax a right? You can't tax a right. So see, our freedom through the churches were given away back during President Johnson's time. Why do I even call him a president? Johnson, LBJ's time, gave or put the churches under the control of the government through the final one C three program. And ever since then, they have been cow towering to the government rather than doing their mission, which is preaching the word of God. All of the churches. It's all about money. It became all about money. And when people worship money, they can't follow God. It's more than money, but money, yes, obviously is. How can you tax a right? You can't. You can't tax a right because if you could tax a right, then you lose that right. It then becomes the control of the organization, of the illegal de facto organization. In this case, it's the Internal Revenue. They're de facto. They don't exist according to Norton versus Shelby County because they are not constitutional. So we go all the way back to that, but you have to have people that understand that. And people don't understand that. People go to church and they listen to this whatever bilge of these preachers who are not giving the correct information to the public. And it all goes back to they are under control of the government, of the federal government. Never meant to be that way. But it was turned that way before my time because in the sixties I was too young to even understand what that was all about. But our parents dropped the ball and now we are suffering the consequences of that. I don't think they knew either though, John. They were very naive and this is built through generations. That's right. The grandparents and grandparents and great-grandparents, I agree. They were all ignorant of that, of understanding. They didn't study the Constitution. They didn't know what it meant. Things were going better in America than they were going anywhere else. So the public didn't pay any attention to that. But I'll tell you what, if you don't pay attention to government, government's paying attention to you. Whether you like it or not. They use our good natures too against us. We wouldn't think they're like, they're psychopaths. Okay. They don't care about us. It's all for what they can get, what they can have. the power and the money. Normal people don't think that way. We look at our neighbors and our families and we try to be helpful. We try to do nice things for people. We can't even imagine stepping on the neck of another human being just to be in power as well as to take their stuff. But that's how these people think. They feel like they're better than us and that they have the right to us. And we're just peasants. You know, that's how they look at it. Well, the other problem is that we keep voting these people back in. Well, I don't know if there's anybody that's willing to step up that is a person that's going to do the right. How many people do you know? I don't know that many people stand up into this. That's the problem. That's where we have an issue. So if you don't want to stand up and run for office, then you bind them with the chains of the Constitution. Ben Franklin said that. We're going to bind them with the chains of the Constitution. We're going to bind them with the chains of the Declaration of Independence. But we, the people, are too busy being programmed by the television. Going fishing instead of learning because we don't really want to be involved with government. It's too yucky. It's too much, too hard. It's too difficult to read and understand what's going on. I always love it when they go, I'm too busy. I have kids. I have this. I'm like, you think all of us don't have kids or family or something like that? We all have stuff that keep us busy. But you have to make a concerted and bring the kids along. I mean, if you have kids, bring them into the discussions, bring them along, help teach them. It doesn't have to be play all the time. Some of the greatest lessons in life. were the ones that I know I worked alongside my dad and my mom. We worked along them as, you know, like a farm family. We worked with our parents. I learned more working with my dad than all the college I have or any schooling I have ever been through in my life. The things with the practical knowledge, the way the world works, the ability to stand and have integrity and what that looks like. to do the right thing under all such circumstances. Where the schools, no, they're just bringing up little snowflakes. Well, I agree with you that I worked alongside my dad. I pulled wire in houses. In fact, when I was sixteen years old, I wired my first house completely from having the boxes of wire and the plugs in the switch boxes. And I put the whole thing together myself. I was sixteen years old, right out of high school or eighteen years old, right out of high school. And my dad says, you're going to be the electrician. You're going to do the wiring. So he happened to have a friend, his name was Chet, worked in the city of Livonia. And so Chet would come over and he would say, do this, do this, do this. And on that day, next day, I'd wire it the way he told me to and he'd come back and he'd say, well, this isn't quite correct. This is not right. You can't do it this way. And so then I would rewire or fix those problems. And I learned how to become an electrician at the age of eighteen years old just because I wired my own house. And I eventually took on other jobs. As you know, you say, hey, this was no big deal. I can do the next job. I can do the next one. I can put in a service. And I eventually got my journeyman's license. I didn't. get a master's because I wasn't really interested in becoming an electrician, so to speak, but to wire my own house and so on and so forth, that was important to me. We put in the furnace and all of the ductwork and I learned how to do that. At the age of eighteen, plumbing, we did all of the copper soldering and so on and so forth. uh that house still stands today so it's a good it was done well uh and so i learned how to do a lot of that hands-on stuff with my father uh and and he he never knew how to wire a house that he knew a couple of things about it but he really didn't know uh as much as i knew about electrical and eventually in time he'd ask me hey howdy would you do this or how would you do that because that really wasn't he was a general contractor So he would build up this, he would call all these subcontractors in to do the work and he would do finished carpenter and we did. And then when my first house in When I was eighteen years old, we did everything. We roughed the house. He actually drew the house out, made the plans, got it approved. We did the plumbing, heating, electrical, drywall, insulation, roofing, everything. And I learned that at that age, at a young age. I could have went into that area and became a mechanic, but I chose to go to college and get a teaching degree. Eventually, I taught home construction to kids. was teaching school in Livonia. We built houses and I'd have a crew of, I don't know, we started at twenty. I ended somewhere around twelve or thirteen kids because a lot of them couldn't take it. A lot of them were nasty. Some of them I kicked out. Some of them just didn't want to do it. It was too tough. So we had a group of kids that built the entire house from the ground up, did everything. And a lot of them went on to construction one form or another in their life. Some of them moved out of Michigan, went to other states and worked over there. But this kind of training was, you know, far above and beyond the regular high school situation. And a lot of kids have learned a lot of stuff through this process, which I'm so happy that I was able to help the students do that. Yeah, it's all the hands-on practical stuff. I think anybody coming out of high school should be able to have a trade. I think you should be able to earn a living without having to be employed by one of the corporate entities. You should be able to do something and produce. That's right. I agree. So many people that I know, men and women, and I had only one woman in the entire, let's go, twenty years, fifteen years that I taught that program, or twenty years, I don't even remember how long. Only one woman took that class, and she had a belt and a hammer and all that stuff, and she was good at it. I tell you what, I didn't take a home ec in school. I took shop. I always took shop when I was in school because I, I liked the power tools. I wanted to know how to build things and draft things out. I was more interested in that. And I'm like, I already know how to cook and can and do that sort of thing. And so, so I'm like, it would have not really been very profitable for me because I already knew how to do that. And I thought, well, this sounds pretty adventurous, something I don't know. I don't want to know what I know. I want to know something. new and different. And I had a great time in, in my shop classes. I was always the only girl in there. Well, that's good. That's good. It was the way it was. It didn't grade it then, you know, when you're an old duffer, it was just, I mean, things really have changed so much. Yeah. Yeah. They really have changed. And you learn something in the process. Yeah, I think there should be an ability to learn airplane mechanics or mechanics or welding or home care, things that have a skill of taking care of people, things that there's a metric there that has to be met or a standard that it is actually something you could earn money and, or earn a living on. You go on and do other things too, but you should be able to do those other skills right now. So many people that I've talked to coming out of school will come to me and go, I'm really afraid. I don't know how to be an adult. And I first time somebody said that to me, I was shocked. I said, what do you mean? You don't know how to be an adult. They said, I don't know how to be an adult. I don't know what that looks like. I could never survive on my own. I don't know how to balance a checkbook. I don't know how to get a job. I don't know how to live. And it's like, wow, our society failed our young people. They should be able to walk. You know, when before, well, before I was here, people were educated enough to work at the age of twelve and be competent. That's right. And now people get out of college or high school at eighteen, seventeen, eighteen. They can't do anything. They have to go to they have that they go into an entry level job or Or they go to college and spend another four years and still come out not knowing how to do anything other than fitting in as another cog in the machine somewhere where somebody is telling them what to do, pushing papers, most of it's administrative, but they never produce anything. They don't know how to do, make, create. We don't even have as many engineers as we used to. That's all going to China. Well, I agree with you. The educational system is broken. As I was leaving, as I was in high school at Stevenson High School in Livonia, they were removing the metal shop. They were removing the welding shop. By the time I was ready to leave, they were down to two classes of woodshop, which I was teaching. And it wasn't because the kids didn't want it. It was because the counselors and the process was directing them in a different direction. different area. You don't want to work with your hands. You want to go to college. You want to get some degree in general studies or DEI or some stupid program. And then you'll be set for life four years later when they get out of college with a DEI degree, there's no place for that. What is that? What are you going to do with gender studies, for God's sake? Go out in the pasture and look at a cow and go, yeah, pretty extra sure that that's a male. How much do you have to understand for gender studies? I don't get it. I don't get it. Degrees or what is the liberal arts degree? A liberal arts degree is good if you plan on going on to something else. If you were confused and you didn't know what to do and you wanted to pick a good area to work in, then you go to general studies and you learn about different areas and you say, gee, this one resonates with me. I'm going to stay with it. But if our idea is to just get the degree and go on and find a job based on a liberal arts degree, you're going nowhere. You're going nowhere. It's not a degree in anything. It's a degree in nothing. It's a study of nothing. It's a study of a little language and a little social studies and a little history and a little biology and a little chemistry, but kind of a jack of all trades and master of nothing. process. And then you're going to say, okay, I'm employable because I got this four-year sheepskin from this university, which doesn't give me any specific training in anything, just generally. That doesn't help. Now, the whole thing needs to be revamped. I know that they took out, I think there's only two school districts in the area that still have some sort of shop classes. We've got a pretty good skill center here, which is a great option for people to learn a skill, you know? But if you do that, then, of course, that tanks your ability to get into college. And they keep telling everybody that's the only way. But if you go to college and you get three hundred thousand dollars in debt or something like that in a place where you might be lucky to make fifty grand a year, if you come out of the skill center or become a plumber or an electrician, you're going to be in the six digits and it's going to be pretty darn fast because there's not enough mechanics, electricians, Plumbers, plumbers, roofers, for gosh sakes. If we had more roofers, it would really change everything because you can't find enough roofers to save your soul around or do that sort of work. Carpenters, try to find a skilled carpenter around. Can't, but you can find the people that'll push the papers around and make sure that they comply with all the regulation. It's absurd. Well, I did all of that. So I actually got my hands dirty. I swung the hammer. I know you did. I have a lot of respect for that. I actually put roofing on houses, roofed houses, did all of that stuff in my lifetime. So we need to roll back the clock so you're about twenty years old so you can get out there and haul tail on this stuff, right? I really enjoyed the teaching process at getting kids up on the roof and getting kids to hang rafters and, and, uh, rough carpenter and finished carpenter that was great when i could see kids use the power tools and do the work that was required to produce a house and we produced some very nice houses they weren't shacks they were they were uh thirteen hundred to twenty three hundred square feet uh depending upon the size of the class that we had and they did like i said they did everything they did They went into the basement and they dug the trenches to lay the underground plumbing and they did the copper plumbing and they did everything. And so to watch these kids and they knew it. I mean, there were days of our vacation days like Christmas or Easter or where we had five days off or something. That whole crew decided they wanted to work that day. One of those days, one Easter day or during the Easter break, they wanted to put in an eight-hour day of work. And they came out to the job site, every one of them, not just a handful, but every one of them came out and decided that they were going to put that eight hours into doing something on the house. So they were happy and proud to see this house grow. And that's what it took. I'd love to see people even just start out building chicken coops, you know, build a couple of chicken coops. You can learn a few, you can learn stuff out of power tools with that. And you know how to put a door in, hang a door and, and create nest boxes and such and see if you can get a few people in your neighborhood to raise chickens. You can all have eggs that way and then learn to make the feed. It's not that difficult. So I'm going to bring Mike out a minute. Let's say hi to Mike. Hey, Mike. How you doing? Hey, morning, guys. How you doing? Not bad. Not bad. I started off as a caddy at a country club. I started out at about seven years old filling trucks and shoveling and working with my dad. Well, To back up a little bit further, I think my parents knew I was going to be my own business owner and such. My mother would find kids at the back door wall where I was charging admission to see my new baby sister. And then that was when I was like five or six. And then I think it was around ten, eleven years of age. I ran a casino out of my parents garage neighborhood casino. We had roulette, blackjack, poker and pony races. That is absolutely fantastic. That's hilarious. That was probably more fun than me because when I was a junior high student or junior high kid age, I was hanging siding in the dead of winter. freezing my hands and fingers off. You know, you have to hold the nail. What a mess. I tell you, when I was eight years old, I decided I woke up one day. I was that kid too. I was like you, Mike. I woke up one day and I said, well, it looks like a good day to start a bakery. I went out and I sold the neighborhood on forty dozen donuts, came home, slapped the money on the table and said, well, mom, I decided to start a bakery today, so I need to figure out how to make donuts. Yeah, well, I'm still swinging a hammer to these days. I'm still out there, you know, on the site doing stuff. So haven't stopped. That's good. I think, you know, and I think construction, what I think is amazing because, you know, we own a bunch of companies that do construction. What's really amazing is to see the difference between people who just want to run equipment and people that want to get the job done that aren't ashamed to pick up that shovel and dig or are too good to get in the trenches, you know, that really just get the job done, figure out how to do it and do your part and help the team and, that's going and do actual work. That's a beautiful thing. Well, what people have to realize is that we've been tricked in the terminology. We shouldn't be declaring our income because we don't make income. We get reimbursed for our time and efforts. And there's the difference because being reimbursed is not taxable. It doesn't fall within their scheme of taxation. That's why we weren't taught that. I know, I know. That's something we have to learn later on in life that you are giving up your time of life and money is just a form of exchange. It isn't a profit or a gain to you. It's just a form of exchange for your time of life. That's all. And it's not taxable under the income tax law because the income tax law only taxes profit and gain. There is no profit or gain when you change your one hour of service for fifty dollars of fifty pieces of paper. There is a. Yeah, I say shame on all the accounts out there for hoodwinking everybody to believe in this crap. Well, they're part of the problem. The accountant system is part of the problem like the attorneys are part of the problem. And we can pick on the doctors too. They're not any better. Well, let's just pick on everybody. I mean, we might as well turn this into a South Park type format. Let's just go after everybody. So you just before I leave, you just heard a few days ago that in Texas they fired one hundred and fifty teachers because they spoke up against Charlie Kirk because they said bad stuff about Charlie Kirk. They should have been fired. They shouldn't have been in the in the teaching profession to begin with. They're teaching. What what are they teaching to the kids at that point in time in their life? Yep. I tell you, I had a friend that had a discussion with her daughter the other day we were talking about. And her daughter, who is about forty some years old, absolutely came on glued about Charlie Kirk and told her mom, you know, basically what a what a fascist, pathetic individual she was because Charlie Kirk was evil and that sort of thing. And it's like, why are people losing their minds? I mean, it devolved down to screaming. for her having an opinion. I don't understand that. I really don't. How is it that we have to all agree on everything like a high school popularity contest instead of standing there like statesmen should be having a discussion, but giving people the respect to listen to them and not devolve into some sort of demonic screaming banshee out there. I don't understand it. We're not being taught how to think logically. We're not being taught how to think and discern what's right and what's wrong. We are following, we are regurgitating what the teacher and or prof in college, professor in college is telling you. In order to pass my exam, you have to regurgitate what I say. Whether it's logical or not, whether it is correct or not, it's immaterial. It's what I tell you, and if you don't say what I tell you, you won't pass my class. That's the process that we have evolved to in the educational system. And the teachers that are in that educational system, for the most part, and not all teachers are that way, but a lot of them are, they do not want to step outside the box of what they've learned in the university. Before you go, I want to talk about something this weekend. I was at the Mackinac Conference for the Republican Party. I went up there for a couple of days, and I didn't get a chance to tell everybody what I saw up there because I do think that this is kind of important. I was a guest of somebody who's on the board there, plus also being in there for Brandenburg News Network just to watch what was going on. I did a few interviews and that sort of thing. before the meeting and such. But they ended up having a discussion on an endorsement conference for the party, talking about how much expense was into this and on and on and on. And one after another after another, people came up, and really nothing got done. But when they came to voting on it, they asked for a vote, and it was just like, yay, nay. You couldn't tell who was winning there because it wasn't about voting. It was about outshouting each other. That's what it was about. And all of a sudden, Senator Runstad said, I think we need to go to a vote, and he dismissed. everyone who was in either the media or guests and said, well, we need all the guests in the media to leave the room for the vote. And I was like, don't, I was done right there. I mean, I was so done the rest of the weekend. I was just like eating fudge and ice cream and going, this is pathetic. And I mean, it was really, really pathetic. The behavior of the people in the party was, Nothing got done. There's just one big party and fundraiser after another. And I'm going to say that I really can honestly tell you right now that if this is what's going to represent the state, the virtue signal, just like the left does, it's like the right and the left are the same. They virtue signal on how righteous they are. It's both of them. Oh, I'm so righteous. I'm a conservative Christian, blah, blah, blah. Oh, I'm so righteous. I'm a, you know, a social, social conscious individual. And you know what? They're not getting a damn thing done. And it's like I was really shocked when they did that. And I'm like, so you're going to tell me you stand for transparency. Why is this any different than the House or the Senate, what they normally do, doing a closed door meeting or a vote? You know better. And so I just I was kind of like done with it. It's like I talked to people. And then at that point in time, I just tried to get people to talk. But, you know, to maybe get them to talk, it's like at this point in time, unless we get people that get their minds out of their biases, we're going to have a big problem. I can tell you that right now. Republican Party is no better than the Democrat Party. In fact, I think they might be worse because they use things to disguise the message to get behind instead of meaning it. It's just like the township praying to Jesus last night and – Love is on here today. And it's like where she said the same thing. They prayed to God, but then they turned right around and screwed everybody in the township last night. And I was done with it. I literally called them workers of inequity because they don't care. They've stolen. They've hurt so many people. And I think it's got to be called out for what it is. Republican and the Democrat parties are terrorist organizations who have taken foreign money to rig our elections. And a story. They shouldn't exist. I was a delegate once during Ron Paul, when Ron Paul was running. And it was the same thing. I'm not a delegate anymore. I was that delegate one time and they said we'd make a difference as a grassroots movement. We went to the delegation in Lansing and the person at the platform running the show called the shots. We had nothing to say about it. And so I said, you know, this is not a democratic process here where we're voting and we have a right to make our points known. This is a follow the leader process. It's a cult because what they're doing is they're vetting people to get in and stand at the top with them. So unless they're able to control you, compromise you, or you'll follow the leader there of the Republican and Democrat cults, you'll never get in. And that's exactly what I saw every time. They pick their people that will deliver the messages still. They pick their people that are involved. And I was kind of done with it. I was really disappointed with some of the stuff that I saw, but I did make some progress in the meetings. I actually invited somebody who has been using slander and libel against me to sit down at the table and talk, and we ended up having a really nice dinner. That was kind of interesting. But overall, the process, I don't know if people really understand the small group of people that are calling the shots for our elections from the political parties. Who is actually controlling it? And I was sitting in the back of the room with a couple of guys. One guy was doing security. He had worked for the FBI. Nice guy. It was interesting to talk to at any rate. And at this point in time, I don't really have anybody I follow. You know, I listen to everybody, but I don't, I'm not in, I'm not like, how do I say that? I'm not. The only person I worship is Jesus Christ. Let's just put it that way. And there were several of us sitting back there just going. I cannot believe the childish, immature behavior in these meetings where nothing gets done. And these are the people that are determining our elections. Unbelievable. And these are the people that are in office once they're in. It's kind of shameful and it's embarrassing. If people would see what they were doing, they would be embarrassed. I don't know if the general public would even understand it at this point because they're not involved in politics. They turn a blind eye to it. So as long as they're going to do that, they'll never understand what's going on. They got to get involved. People have to get involved. Yeah, Curtis, I see that you're commenting over on the Rumble channel. I can't comment there sufficiently, but if you want to put it in X, we have the discussion there. So it makes it easier for me. Okay. I, unlike everybody else out there, am managing like five screens right now. So I can't, it's got to be made a little easier for me if you want to have the comments up and down. So there's so much going on in the the the world right now, legally and communication wise. I mean, do you ever wake up every day and go, how did I that we're in the twilight zone or something like this? Crazy. Being that I've done this for so long, I wake up in the morning and I ask myself two questions. What is the cost of freedom? And are you willing to pay the price? Bam. There you go. That's what we were talking about. When they wake up in the morning, people show up for the free coffee and the cookies and the party and have another party to have a fundraiser, have another party. But when it comes to doing the work, It's amazing to me how people will say they're a patriot, but they just show up to complain, to bitch, to do this, that, but they won't do the work. Anybody can talk. Anybody can talk, right? But the people that have done the research and have things to back what they're saying, I'm impressed by that. But I got to tell you what, there's work that has to go along with that and showing up every day to do what needs to be done. It needs to be part of our lives, in my opinion. We should consider our civic duty a part-time job. Freedom is not free. There's a cost to freedom. And it takes your participation every single day. Now, granted, you can't control everything. Granted, you can't participate. Keep track of everything. That's okay. But start in your own backyard. Keep track of what is going on in your own backyard. Start there. Don't worry about the three-ring circus in Washington. More than likely, half the stuff that goes on in Washington, the stuff, the rhetoric you hear on the news programs, the entertainment stupid box, whether it be Fox, CNN, MSNBC, two, four, seven, it doesn't matter. You're not understanding half the language that's being used there. Case in point, my dad's eighty-eight years old. And I've been teaching him the word salad that they use. And it's to the point now where when he watches these programs, he actually understands more now what they're saying than he did before because he didn't fully understand the word salad. Okay? Case in point. You hear the Sean Hannity or you hear Laura Ingram, oh, government overreach. it's usurpation okay that's the that's their word salad for usurpation so you have to understand that they're they're tricking everybody with the with their word salads okay um right down to things like united states or united states of america which which one is it okay there there's there's they have their own definitions of words and You have to understand how and when to use those. Words have meaning. And this is the trickery that goes on even in the courts. The judge will trick you into saying something to change the jurisdiction. There's eighty eight different jurisdictions in a courtroom. And you have no clues to which one you're being dragged through. So even the best of us get into that courtroom, we may actually accidentally, just out of habit, say something. Well, guess what? Bam, the judge goes, I got you. It's happened. So, okay, fine, you got me on this one, but you know what? I'm gonna get you back because I know what kind of shenanigans you're pulling. So this is the stuff that's going on. You guys were talking earlier about trades. In the churches, in the five-oh-ones. Yeah, since when did all occupations become illegal absent a license from the state or the federal government? Right. The whole thing is absurd. Where did that come from? It came from the Trading with the Enemy Act in They changed the language in that trading with the enemy act from the, they changed it in . Who was president? Oh yeah, the socialist FDR. So since then they've been playing these word games, these word selling games. Now here's a good example. And I'll put this challenge out to anybody out there who thinks they own their property. Look at your warranty deed. Does it say you're a tenant? Well, if you're the owner, why does it say tenant? And if you're the tenant, who's the owner? Why can't you get an MCO for your car? Manufacturing certificate of ownership. You get a certificate of ownership. Well, who's holding the actual title? The state. Why? If I paid cash for that car and I own it outright, do I really? If I'm not getting the actual title to that car, I'm getting a certificate? The MCO is what you need, not some state of Michigan across the top of it. State of Michigan is retaining the ownership. You wanna see, you wanna have some fun? Go into the Secretary of State and say, hey, I need the MCO for my car. Oh, no, no, no, no, you're not allowed to have that. Oh, really? Well, then here you go. Here's a bill for five million dollars. Well, what's that for? Maintenance and upkeep of that car over the course of ten years. Now, you either give me my MCO or here's the bill for maintaining the state's car. What do they say? A couple people have tried that. They actually got their MCOs. Really? Yes. Wow, that's amazing. Because they understand. They know. They damn well know what they're doing. The judges know. The clerks know. They all know. What they're doing is wrong. But it's the shenanigans. It's the show. It's the game that they want to play. You just got to understand how to play the game to use their rules against them. That's all I ever do. I use their language, their rules, their codes and statutes against them. Drives them nuts. Because they don't know what to do now. Well, wait a minute. You're using my shit against me? Well, how the hell am I going to get out of this? They can't. So they try and lie and cheat more. And I just keep slapping them back into place. You know, I played hockey for forty years. You know, I never played goalie, but I understand the concept. You knock them back into play. So this is this, you know, I'd like to know, you know, if that's, you know, that, you know, those positions are a trade of sort, the trade of lying. Yeah. Like the trade of lying. Who taught them to do this? I'd like to know where, what school taught these people. They came out of high school. Most of these people are our age. They came out of high school. Where did they go to get educated on how to lie, cheat, and steal from the American people? Where were they taught this? I wasn't taught that in high school. Nope. You had integrity. Did they go to college? What college did they go to to learn how to cheat, steal, and rob and everybody and put people under threat, arrest, and coercion to do so? I want to know where they're being taught this. I had a funny feeling. I know the common denominator on this, the Bar Association. And as a matter of fact, in a conversation I had with a township supervisor, he could not make a decision without consulting with his bar attorney first. You want to know what was really funny last night at our township board? What was really funny was that the city attorney is usually sitting right there with them on the zoning board or on the township board. And they look at them in order to have any questions that are given to them while we defer to the attorney. And I told him, I'm like, are you going to tell everybody about the fraud that you have foisted upon us by hiring someone who has no license to practice law? All of a sudden last night, there's no city attorney there last night. And I'm like, I don't know where he went, but he wasn't there. I thought it was very interesting. Yeah, they don't want to address that issue. No. No. This is the scam, okay? The sixty-three constitution. We know it was improperly ratified. We know it's a joke. It's not enforceable. But let's, for the sake of conversation, the sixty-three constitution is valid. How much of that sixty-three constitution is repugnant to the U.S. constitution? Almost all of it. Does everybody realize that the Bar Association manipulated the language within that Constitution to control the judicial system? Article VI, Section XIX requires a license to practice law for someone to sit on the bench as a judge. Why? Why is that a requirement? To my understanding, Justice Roberts isn't a Bar member. And he sits on the US Supreme Court. So how is it our state courts require this? Now, now that they've made that requirement, what department or agency of the state of Michigan issues that license to practice law? None. We've already verified that through different FOIA requests. So if no license to practice law is issued, we know that it actually doesn't even exist, then who is sitting on the bench? Imposters. And that is called, there's actually a legal term for that, and it's trespassing upon the bench. So why are we not arresting these imposters? Why is the sheriff's department sitting with their thumbs up their ass, not doing their job? Because you just said it, they're not doing their jobs. How many constitutional sheriffs do you think we have in the state of Michigan? Actual? One hundred percent? Zero. Now, Darleaf does his best, but he can only go so far. And I've had conversations with Darleaf and he's been pointed on the fact that he goes, I can go around and arrest everybody. But who's going to prosecute him? Yeah. Nobody. Nobody. The AG is not gonna do it. The local county prosecutor, nobody's gonna prosecute them. Look at what's going on even in Washington. How many investigations are we conducting into this person or that person? How many have been arrested? How many have actually been arrested? Has Hillary been arrested? Has any of the other ones from the FBI been arrested for what they did? Who's been arrested? Nobody. And until someone actually gets arrested, this problem is going to continue. The can is being kicked down the road. And eventually, over time, people forget about it because something else happens in the world that draws our attention to it. And now the media dwells on it so that you forget about the things that we're actually supposed to be concerning ourselves with. So until someone is actually arrested for these crimes, we're never going to get remedy on this. Never. It's just going to continually get kicked down the road generation after generation. We need to put a stop to this. And we need to put a stop to it now. We've got two and a half years to get this done. And I'll come back to why I say two and a half years, because I hate this, history has a way of repeating itself. And I'm really hoping that history does not repeat itself this time. So everybody out there needs to understand that we only have two and a half years to move and get things done so that doesn't repeat itself. So, what was I gonna do with that? You know what, I'll just go, I'll just stick with that. What I'm referring to is Grover Cleveland. President Grover Cleveland used Norton v. Shelby County to get rid of the deep state in Washington. How did he do that? You know what? I have not fully done a deep dive on him as far as his tactics on all that. But from what I've read and what I've looked into, he used Norton. He's the first two-term, non-consecutive two-term president ever in our history. Trump is the second. So Cleveland used Norton to clean out the deep state, get rid of stuff, and try and straight out Washington. After he left, along comes Wilder Wilson. What did he do? He started flipping everything back around the other way. And then down the road, we got FDR, the socialist, and he really foobarred the system. Now we have Trump. And we know Trump knows about Norton because of the Florida case. Right. Or special counsel, the Office of Special Counsel was deemed de facto pursuant to Norton. We know this for, you know, we know that's that sentence in stone. So we know they know about it. And it could be that, again, remember the word salad. They could be enforcing it by means of Doge or other. I mean, he's firing people. He's getting rid of these different departments, agencies. So he's cleaning house. He's cleaning house. Now, he's not right out coming saying, oh, we're going to use Norton and this is going to be how it's going to be. They may be trying to hide it and disguise it. Um, so that my guess is that they're fearful that if they just come right out and just, you know, bitch slap the system into compliance, that's going to cause too many problems, too much chaos, and people are just going to be completely, um, unraveled by the, by the whole thing. Well, I look at the toilet paper. Yeah. Look at the toilet paper craziness that went on. People fricking lost their minds in that. And I almost think that was a test. So if things were righted the way it should have been, the biggest threat we have is the American people losing their minds when with change that has to happen. We want the politicians and the people in charge to make the big changes, but are we going to stand behind them? Are we ready for those changes? The changes need to be made, but they need to be made in an extreme way. The American people have been manipulated without their knowing it over a course of many years. This wasn't every couple of years. This was over the course of a couple of decades that the people have been conditioned to and they have been manipulated into compliance. Case in point. And I don't wanna get too deep into the weeds on this. Go ahead, Mike, do it. Do you remember the Boston Marathon bombing? Yes. Okay, now those pressure cooker bombs were not really meant to cause a great mass of death situation. They were designed to injure, okay? And then the one was killed and then they did a manhunt for the other one. Do you realize that for the first time in American history, that a city, an entire city was shut down and they did a door to door search with the military. It was a military search door to door. And everybody opened their doors. Yep, come on in and search my house. Make sure the guy's not here. And they did it. They shut the entire city down. My opinion is that that was a trial run for COVID. They took the entire city and shut it down to see how... I think they did it in New Orleans too, didn't they? I'm sorry? When they went and asked for the guns in New Orleans? Yes. Yes, they did the same thing there. Yes. Hand over your guns. That's when you look at it and say, get the hell off my property. These were all test runs. Right. And I believe it was a test to see, okay, let's shut down an entire city and see how the people react. And then comes along COVID. Well, now we're going to shut down the whole country. We're going to shut down the whole world. Let's see how the entire world reacts to this. And they use threat, duress, and coercion to get everybody to do it. You're right. The churches should have told the governor to go fly a kite. But who was standing there behind the governor and the AG? The Michigan State Police. What are the Michigan State Police? Their private military? They're de facto. They have no authority. But yet they were using them under threat, duress, and coercion to get everybody into compliance. Now, what's the definition of domestic terrorism again? Hmm. Yeah. Yeah, this crap has got to stop. It's got to stop. And it's going to stop. I guarantee it's going to stop. Well, you know, I think, Mike, too, people have to realize that when something happens, you can't look around and say, when is somebody going to come and help me or fix this? Guess what? Tag, you're it. You have to stand up for your rights or you don't have any. If they come after you, you've got to be strong and say, No, you, but you got to know the law and you've got to know what rights you're standing on so you can defend yourself. How many people out there have ever read the constitution? I have no idea. Independence. I would say probably very few. I can probably probably probably count on one hand. Um, I know somebody that has memorized. I'm sorry. I know somebody who's got it completely memorized. People got to get out there and get aware of what's going on, okay? Here's another example why. You hear them talk about democracy. Oh, we're a democracy, democracy. Where, and I'm going to refer to our five founding documents, Declaration of Independence, Northwest Ordinance, Article of Confederation, U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights. Where in any of those five founding documents is the word democracy? Zero. Zero. Zero. Where in any of those five founding documents is the word corporation? I don't know. Zero. I would say, I was going to say, I didn't know if there was anything in commerce there. And I'm going, I'm racking my brain. I'm racking my brain. I'm like going, I'm going to fail this one. Zero. Where in our founding documents does the word charter appear? Zero. Zero. So how come we have chartered townships? Why is the state a corporation? Where did they acquire the delegated authority to do so? They didn't to any of it. Now, in our Constitution, it says we are to have what? A separation of powers. The who holds office in one cannot have the powers in that of the other. Okay, there has to be that separation of power. A. L. H. Eister Poultry, B. U.S., the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Congress cannot delegate its authority to the executive branch, which would also mean the judicial branch. One branch cannot delegate its power to another. okay there has to be that separation of power i did a foia to a chartered township ask them two two questions give me a list of all your executive members and give me a list of all your legislative members guess what they're the same they're the same so where's the separation of power Because they call themselves a charter, what's the definition of charter? Corporation. Because they claim that under a charter, they don't have to do the separation of powers anymore? No, because they're operating as a corporation. And under the Articles of Corporation, they don't have to follow the Constitution in that manner. So they're playing, again, the word salad. They're playing the game. that they can delegate this authority back and forth to each other. Now, through the APA, the Administrative Procedures Act of the year, they're able to proclimate rules and regulations without having to go to the legislative branch because it's all done in one neat package. And these administrations now create these rules and the courts are enforcing it as if they're laws. That was never legislated. And the rules and guidelines that a charter township create are for them only. They can't impose those rules and regulations on we the people, and yet they do. They call them ordinances. Those ordinances can't end up being enforced upon us. They were never properly legislated even if they wanted to claim it as a law. So this is the big usurpation of authority that they are committing. And they don't have the authority to do this in the first place. So how do we haul them back in when they do this sort of thing besides suing them on their individual basis for violation of their oath of office and usurping their delegated authorities? What do we do? Well, I'm going to refer to a line that was used in the movie Trading Places with Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd. How do you hurt rich people? You make them poor. So with that said, how can we hurt them the most? There's two ways. One, stop funding them. If they don't have the funds, they can't do what they do. Number two, cut the head off the snake. And the head of the snake is the Bar Association. You've said it just recently. You went to the township meeting. Oh, we got to defer to our attorney. Why are you deferring to the attorney? Because they're running a show. He's not the elected officials. So why does everything have to go to the bar for confirmation? Why is the bar dictating policy? So let's cut the head off the snake. They're a domestic terrorist organization. Funny how no attorney out there will challenge me on that. No attorney out there wants to have a conversation on this. I wonder why. I challenge any judge out there to have a conversation with me on this. They won't. They're too chicken shit, because they know the fraud that they're placing upon the American people. Now, here's a positive note. Here's how we're gonna start turning shit around, and everybody should take notes on this. There's a gentleman who just was elected to the state office this past November, Jason Wolford, W-O-O-L-F-O-R-D. He's the fifty-first district representative for the state of Michigan. He also sits on the committee for the weaponization of government to put a stop to that. Now, we met with him just recently and gave him a whole bunch of information regarding the use of the term sovereign citizen and how sovereign citizen versus terrorism, my paper on that. We gave him the public laws and a few other things. We gave him a ton of information to review. And so we're giving him a little time to digest it, and we're going to get back with him on this to see if he will sit down and have a deep dive conversation and look at how we can get remedy on this. So if he is willing to do what that committee is supposed to do, then we can start clamping down on these municipalities and shut down the weaponization against we the people that they're committing. um there's too many of these departments and agencies out there that are just milking everybody dry and causing all kinds of problems and it's got to stop and we got to do this this is going to be a process it's not going to happen overnight unless i was in office um Or me. Or you. It's like, let's go in there and start. I would just walk in there and assemble everybody and say, okay, raise your hand if you've been acting de jure in your office. Yeah, nobody. Okay, you're all under arrest. You're gone. And we're going to have a special election and refill all the seats. So, yeah, I would shortcut that real quick. So, but yeah, this is a process that's going to have to happen. Now, there are things that you need to do. And this is one of my, this is where I start preaching. And I preach this because, as you know, I continually bring up the fact that you need to protect yourself, protect your family through doing trusts. And I want to bring to your attention something that went into effect as of January first, twenty twenty five. There were something like eighty six million bank accounts that were shut down without notice. And the reason why they were shut down was because the banks were requiring the owner of the account biometrics. For real? Yes. And this happened in Vietnam. So we're looking at this as they are testing the waters. It's eventually going to come here. We're already starting to see some of that come here. So this is where I urge everybody to get everything into trust. And with, with, with that, the, the putting everything in trust, that includes your biometrics. Put your, create a biometric trust. I have a biometric trust. So that if the banks, I'm going to be notifying my banks with a certificate of trust, a fee schedule and such, so that they, by assumption or presumption, try and institute this biometric procedure that they want to do. So, oh, if you don't give us your biometrics, you have no access to your bank accounts. You cannot do any banking. Well, that's discriminatory, number one. Number two, it's thievery and piracy on their part to do so. And so this is something that we need to shut down before it even gets a foothold here. And I urge everybody to start getting their trust done and include a biometric trust. Do a biometric trust for your kids and get them secured. Do a biometric trust for your parents if they're elderly and especially if they're in a nursing home type facility. Get them protected because if the banks start pulling this crap here in the United States, what do you think is going to happen when people can't access their bank accounts anymore because they don't want to give up their biomechanics? They're forcing you into a system that they have no authority to force you into. And if they get a hold of all your biometrics, what's next? Now they have complete control over everything and what you do and everything you try and do. They can control your medications. They can control whether or not you're in a nursing home or not. And we've already talked about how the probate courts are robbing people blind through these corrupt judges and attorneys. So the bankers, in conjunction with the Bar Association, are looking for a massive power grab here, not only of control of everybody individually, but of their assets. And this has got to stop. We have an opportunity here to slam the door on this before it even gets a foothold here in the United States. Because if all the world banks are doing, all the other banks are doing this, doesn't mean we have to. And if our banks here are gonna try and pull that crap, you know what? We're gonna shut them down. We'll start our own community banks. We don't need them. We may have to go to, hey, you know what? We're supposed to self-govern in the first place, aren't we? So let's create our own banks and get rid of these clowns. If they're not going to do proper banking, like they're supposed to, then we need to get rid of them. And right now they're not doing proper. They're actually, people would be surprised that every time you supposedly make a deposit, you're not making a deposit in the sense that you are, you're making a loan. You're giving that institution a loan and they're using your signature and monetizing it to make more and more money because people don't know how to endorse something. Look at your checks. Look at the line that you actually sign. It's not a line. It actually says something. I'm not going to tell you what it is. I want everybody to go look for themselves. So this is the trickery that they pull. And people have to learn how to deal with this. There's different people out there talking about, well, you got to do some of the processes doing a status change. Yeah, you need to do a status change. You have to claim whom you are because under assumption and presumption, they get away with telling you who you are. You need to declare who you are. You have the authority to do so pursuant to the Tenth Amendment. I'll be right back. Keep talking. Okay. And you also have the power and the duty to do so under the U.S. Supreme Court ruling of Cruden v. Neal of seventeen ninety six. So you need to declare whom and what you are, not allow them to dictate who you are. And this is the first step in getting back your rights. Because if you're allowed, if you don't declare who you are as a man or a woman created by God, then the courts and these administrators deem you as an artificial entity. Your all caps name is a business and they treat you as such. And that has to stop. We have to declare who and what we are. When I was put in the jail the one time and they said, well, what's your last name? Well, I don't have a last name. Well, they couldn't process me through their system because the last name is the taxable name that they need to do what they do. And because I declared I wouldn't have a last name, that I don't have one and that they can't use it. they couldn't process me into their system. And they had to eventually release me. So this is how we know what we know. This is how we have been able to determine that their fraud that they've been placing on us does actually exist. And this is what we need to do to stop that fraud. It's a process, it's not easy, but it can be done. And so, Yeah, this is what we're doing. Now, we put together a group called the American Equity Group, and we are currently having Zoom meetings on Thursdays. And we cover a variety of information. Right now, we're covering trusts. We got this Thursday and I think one more week, we're covering trusts. But we're going to get into case law. We're going to get into the travel package. We're going to get into debt discharge. We're going to get into a lot of different things. We're going to teach people how to do a FOIA and the power of the FOIA. We're going to teach fee schedules. We're going to teach how to take ownership of a court case and make the court and its clerks the fiduciaries and give them fiduciary instructions on what to do. So we have a lot of information that we're going to be giving out on Thursday. Now the information given on Thursday is only a summary glossy type type situation. We're still having a couple of technical difficulties with our Zoom meetings. We're about to figure that out. And then we're starting to open up on Tuesdays also. So it'll be a Tuesday Thursday scenario. The Tuesdays is a more in-depth dive into these subjects where we get into the forms, how to write the language, and that kind of process. Now, getting back to Jason Wolford, people should be calling him today saying, hey, the government has been weaponized. We need to stop this. And what are you doing to do to stop this stuff? And everybody's got a story. Everybody has things that's going on now. I can tell you this, and I don't want to, I got to be slow on the presentation here on this. I received a letter yesterday from the Department of Justice. And there's information that was given to me through that letter that I can tell you right now, this is going to start breaking loose what's our fight back to getting back to the Republic. Things are about to break loose here. And there are officials now that are under investigation. They're under multiple investigations. And There's going to be a series of events that are going to be taking place here very soon that everybody, I'm going to make sure that people are given that updates as it happens. I'm not going to premature on this, but I can say this, that the DOJ and the FBI have now been made aware. And this is... now going to start making some changes. We're going to be getting with Jason on this and letting him know that now he needs to step up. He needs to step up here at the state level and start formal investigations and start arresting these people for what they have done. So that's about as far as I can go on that right now. So, but yeah, things are progressing. Well, that's good. It's kind of exciting. I know everybody wants to see the arrests and they want to see things moving. I think there's a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes that people are maybe not quite aware of yet. But I do think that there are things going on behind the scenes. But it's going to be awesome to see those arrests happen. If you were going to say the first big arrest out there, who do you think that would be? Who would I would like to see arrested first? Yeah. Oh, boy. Spin the wheel on that one. Well, I still have an open arrest warrant for Governor Nitwit and her sidekick, Nessie. That's Dana Nessel. Right now, I see, to really grab everybody's attention, to really get things rolling at the level we need them, I see several bar members and judges being arrested first. Okay, that would be a good start. Yes, and Houston County Board of Commissioners would be right up in there as well. I think the clerks need to be arrested that have participated with the judges because it's always the second tier that's probably committing more of the crimes and giving the one that's out in front plausible deniability. Well, the Board of Commissioners are the one funding them. So again, cut the money source, cut the money, you know, cut the strings for the money and watch what happens. No, I think you're dead on with that. It's amazing how much corruption there truly is in the state of Michigan. And I'm so disgusted with the economic corruption that's here and how much we funded the corporate welfare system and funneled money away from we the people and just made us debt slaves. It's unbelievable. And the sad thing is, is that nobody really knew it was happening while it was happening. Nobody picked up on it because they're pretty subtle about things. They don't just come right out and announce it. Yeah. I would like to give, you know, I got a phone call this morning and from somebody from one of our groups and they were telling me how they were able to discharge another debt. So they were successful in discharging a debt. So these are again, this can be done. There's many different ways with the courts. Pay them, give them, if you don't wanna fight the big fight, like what we're doing, that's okay. You can fight the little fight. You give them coffee beans. Give them Lima beans as payment. You get a hundred dollars speeding ticket, give them coffee beans. It's lawful tender of the obligation. Notice I didn't say legal, I said lawful. So you can lawfully tender that obligation with coffee beans. They're gonna throw a conniption. Let them, who cares? If they start threatening you, well, guess what? I would contact the FBI and let them know that, hey, Judge so-and-so and the clerks are sending me threatening correspondences through the US mail. Last I checked, I believe that's a felony. So, hmm. And then I would contact Jason Wilford and let him know that, hey, the court's threatening me through the mail. They're weaponizing the government against I. Do something. That's your job, right? As you said, you're on the committee, so let's do it. And I'll be happy to testify. I'll be happy to give you an affidavit. If something like this happens, write up an affidavit. Get it notarized. Now you've got a statement on and for the record that you can present as evidence. And do it while it's fresh in your mind, too. That's a great, that's a really great thing to remember. You know, I think there's so much, there's so many balls that are being kept up in the air right now that a lot of times we don't even know what to look at in order to carry out what we're seeing in front of us. So, you know, that's a, that's a great start is to compile those affidavits. And like you said, have them notarized so that you have them in your possession. Cause as you said, and as John said too, we're building cases. And that's something else we can teach everybody is how to do an affidavit. A lot of people don't know, oh, how do you do an affidavit? I need an attorney to do an affidavit. No, you don't. You don't need an attorney to do any of this. And we have a lot of examples of how to write an affidavit. Where do we find those examples? Come on Thursday. OK, talk to me on Thursday. I'll get you taken care of. So, yeah, that's that's what we do. We teach people how to do this stuff. And it's all about education. The more people who are educated on this stuff, the more we can fight back. The more we fight back, the more they're going to have to come into compliance. And, you know, we're going to get back to the republic. So that's the simple narrative of it. Simple and to the point. Hang on here a minute. Let me define something here. Man or woman acting as an attorney, who sometimes acts as an attorney, is not who I'm coming down on as much as their profession. It is their profession. Now, what plays into that are their morals and standards. if they'll don't have morals and standards and allow the corruption to take place. And they're going to say, well, I'll lose my, my, my, my bar status. If, if I don't do what they say, then you know what, what does that say about you as a person? Okay. The, the, the, you know, Corpus Juris Condum, volume seven, section four, our first obligation of all bar attorneys is to the court, not the client. Well, You know what? Are you able to sleep at night knowing that you've sacrificed all your morals and standards for that title? So that's what they need to consider. Yeah, I'm seeing a lot of people that are getting sucked in actually by fortune telling. A lot of fortune telling. I've seen for years a lot of witchcraft in the churches, you know, making deals with God. I am so disturbed by that is making deals. You know, if you say the right prayer, God's going to do what you tell him to do. Right. Doesn't work that way. And going to people to get some knowledge instead of going straight to God. Well, if you go to somebody else to get knowledge and such. who are you talking to? They're going to put parts of themselves into the conversation. Doesn't mean that people can't be used to have messages through God, but it's been my experience that when somebody actually is bringing a message from God, they don't even know they're doing it. If it's intentional, they're probably somebody who is peddling an idea or a manipulation of our minds or something like that. If you can stay true and truly go to God with your questions and then wait upon him instead of always consulting someone or being a respecter of persons, they're going to tie you in every single time. And it's going to usually be for power, money, A lot of people want to be recognized as some incredible guru that's got all of the answers to life and in the spiritual realm. And I got to tell you, beware of that because it can really... put you into a Jim Jones and a Jim Baker and one of those things where it ends up being a cult like the Republican and Democrat parties. If you can't go to God and listen to him, you're spiritually immature. You have to put that in check. Go to God and then just listen. Things will shake out. He'll show you what you need to know. But if you're asking somebody else to give you the plan or direct your steps, guaranteed you're being... emotionally and mentally manipulated every single time. Research for yourself. It's going to be important. So any last words here, Mike? If you want to know how credible a soothsayer is, ask them when was the last time they won the lotto. Oh, that's great. I love that. That's fantastic. You know, it's a, it's a, I don't know why people have got to have their clubs where the person becomes more important than God himself. And if the message doesn't come through that person or this group of people or whatever, if they don't have a stamp of approval on every freaking thing in their life, they they they're lost. And if they're lost in that way, they're not following God. They're lost. I can tell you that if you can sit down, have a conversation with God and be OK with it all the time, just be OK with sitting with God quietly and listening for his voice. He'll talk to you. He'll tell you exactly what you need to know. And you don't have to have the stamp of approval of anyone on that. That's truly freedom in Christ. And that's probably where you're not going to get manipulated. Trust yourself. He talks to you on the inside. Anyhow, with that said, let's go to that part of the show. And talk about the things that matter. This is honestly the one thing I said over and over in my discussions with the Republican Party on Mackinac. I said... You guys are so out of touch with what the people want because you're picking apart these little stupid rules so that this side of the Republican Party, that side of the Republican Party, because it's divided, is in charge. And who's in charge? I'm like, you're not listening to the people. You could care less about the people. It's all about the power and the money and the fundraisers to have more fundraisers, to have more fundraisers and such. It's sad. Go to God. Put him first in all things. And it's even in the little things that we serve God, that we show that we are faithful in what we do and that we trust him. We don't trust a party. We don't trust anything in this world. We don't trust money. We trust God. He will always make a way. And truly, it becomes a really good adventure at that point in time. So anyhow, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love. And you want to know about listening to people that want to make a comment on a situation that they know nothing about. They start looking really stupid and bad when they're just spinning things, when they don't know anything about the situation. Take one sound bite or one moment. in a long moment of instruction, we could clip Mike up, you know, clip up what he says on this show and take two or three word bites out of something. And you'll watch the village idiots come out of the cracks in the walls and attack anyone out there. Hold your peace. Hold your peace. Hold your tongue. James, it says, who can tame the tongue, right? Hold your peace. We don't have all the answers. We don't know anything that's being peddled out there on fake stream and alternative stream and social media crap that's out there. Most of it's bots. We don't have the truth. The truth is going, it's not here or here. It's somewhere out here. And if we're listening to the narrative, we never get to it. So serve God, follow what he has to say. And don't get taken hostage by these narrative peddlers out there that are trying to have us be captured assets. The biggest threat we have right now is a reactive American people. That's that's the thing that we have to watch. Be pro pro respond. But don't be don't be reactionary, because if we do that, we lost the war. And that's going to be a problem. You've got to think.
