Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the sixteenth day of September, twenty twenty five and welcome to our show today. Nine o'clock. We start out here with with John Tater with Lawful Defense and at ten o'clock, Mike Bambus with pro se litigating in a pro se manner. So anymore. Anyhow. Morning, John. How are you doing? I'm good. Good. Always a good day, especially when the sun's shining. That's a good, that's good cheer right now because I'm like, what's that? And the temperature is as beautiful as it is. It really is. It's gorgeous out. So what's happening in John world? Oh, we got all kinds of things. I thought we would probably jump off the jump into the fact that our government would be at local or, or federal doesn't matter has been in the process of trying to divide the nation and so they could conquer the nation divide and conquer and how do they do that well probably the easiest way to do it is racism and push the racist button everything's racist uh obama did a great job obama the snake oil salesman is was perfect in trying to divide the nation. And people that don't figure they haven't figured that out yet, are still have their head in the sand. Remember what they say about ostriches that put their head in the sand. They make their rear end the target. Oh, I don't think I've ever heard that before. Oh, that's funny. This is what's been happening in our country ever since I can remember. Go back to the sixties, even before then. But go back to the person that they praised as being a great president, FDR. He was a person that pushed this kind of division among the country. And the thing that is interesting about FDR is he made a statement once. He said, nothing happens by accident. Everything is planned. No coincidences. Let's start there. Right. So if he's correct and nothing happens by accident, then all of these things that go on in front of our eyes are planned and for the purpose of division. and creating animosity between people, between neighbors, between people of color, between people of different races. And it's a plan to destroy the American way of life because once upon a time we said we were the melting pot and bring your, pour your wretched or whatever to America and we'll melt them into Americans and make the world a greater place. But we have, over time, divided our country in every aspect you could possibly think of. And those people that are involved in the process, and I'll go back to the attorneys and the judges, they're part of that problem. They're a big part of that they're all interested in dividing the public. If you're having a divorce with your ex, with your wife, And you can't sit down at the table and talk it out and say, okay, you can have the couch, I'll take the table and make those divisions so you run to attorneys. And then if you leave the attorneys at it, the attorney is going to make you hate each other passionately before this thing is over. and you won't get the table, she won't get the couch, you'll end up with nothing because the attorneys will take it all in their fees and whatever they don't get, the courts will get. So you have to be able to settle down and I mean, you got married, so you must have loved that person at one point. And now you can't even talk to each other. And if you hire an attorney, you go down that road, and you'll have an enemy the rest of your life. And I think God said one thing that was very important. You have to learn to forgive. And well, if you don't forgive that person for whatever indiscretions they did to you, then that person becomes the cross you carry the rest of your life because you hate him, you hate him, you hate him, you hate him, you hate him, and you carry that with you forever. And that's, first of all, not very healthy. Second of all, it doesn't fix the problem in any way, and it doesn't make your situation better. So you've got to learn to be able to forget and forgive and move on with life so you have a better way of living and not a way of hate, not a way of anger that you're angry all the time. Yeah, that's me. That's me right now because of the water wars thing that's going on. You know, seeing people whose lives are actually being hurt. I think there's a time for righteous anger. I really do. And watching people getting attacked. But this goes back to the core problem of having discernment and knowing what to be angry about and what to let go, you know. If somebody's doing the wrong thing, you have to stop them. You've got to stop them. For me, when I get upset about something, it turns into action. When I see something that's just wrong, I'll just immediately go... be annoyed with it or sometimes really pissed off. And what that does for me is it gives me the motivation to go out there and let them have it, right? I'm not saying don't fight, I didn't say that. But I'm saying that you have to learn and understand where you draw the line and where you fight. And in your particular case, it's a different story because they're stealing from you in broad daylight, and you can see it. We're up to seventeen wells that have been ruined right now. Are those seventeen people with you? Are they fighting with you? Yeah, they're all upset about it. One of the families has got his wife started chemotherapy on the day that the well failed. And so did their neighbor. Their neighbor's well failed on the same day. The township went out there and they looked at it. Marty Tillema and I think it was Scott Tabergan went out there to look at it. And they basically came out with a statement that says, well, it's out of the area where the engineers said that it couldn't possibly be affected by the dewatering. We are in a drought right now also, and they're not supposed to be dewatering in a drought. They're dewatering. Nobody cares. The Eagle will not come out and look at this project. We've had two people call. No, they're not going to come out and look at it. There's no oversight. So the developers, the builders, the realtors and the appraisers are basically just running rampant and using it. They're filling in the wetlands. They have dewatered and ruined three ponds and seventeen wells. And literally, no one that works for our government gives a rat's rear end. They are now a terrorist organization. They have been infiltrated. And it's from the top. It's from Gretchen Whitmer in the state of Michigan all the way down to the and all the oversight agencies supposedly like EGLE. They aren't doing a thing. They could care less. Did you read Cosby, U.S. versus Cosby yet? I did. And what did you find? Well, I mean, it goes back to the same thing is that all of this stuff is out there. But if they don't listen when you call them or you try to reach out to them, you can't. They are not going to act. It's more than that. that should be the number one argument on your on your court case going into the district court u.s versus cosby that's a federal court case supreme court and uh that case needs to be brought forward about the taking of your property because that's what they're doing they're taking your property and they're going to kick you off of it eventually because they're going to say why you have no water And when you have no water, it's not livable. And because it's not livable, you can't be there. We're going to condemn it. So you want to know how horrible these people are? The gal who's going through chemo and her husband, because they don't want to take responsibility for what they've done, they've decided that the township is not going to take responsibility at all. So the dad, the husband... is going to the cemetery and getting fifteen gallons of water a day so that they can stay in their house because the township refuses to provide, and the contractor refuses to bring them water. And furthermore, they close the road off. You can't even get through the road. These people are absolutely thugs. Again, you should have seventeen lawsuits. because you've got seventeen people that have lost their water. You have seventeen people that should be filing a lawsuit based on U.S. v. Cosby and, of course, Norton v. Shelby County. And they should be pushing that right now in district court. And when you lose in district court, if you do, then you take it directly to the Supreme Court. This is Supreme Court stuff. You bypass the appellate court and you go straight to the Supreme Court because this is a question of public concern. And if you don't do that, then you just, I mean, we have the laws on our side. We're not using them. We're not battling with what we have. We are trying to call the names. We're trying to push them in a direction. But the law is on our side that will work in that direction. Those people that have destroyed your property because they've taken your water, they owe you for that property. They should be paying for your property at fair market value so you can either fix your property or buy you out from the property, not buy you out at pennies on the dollar. They did this in downtown Detroit when it was poll town, the same thing. But we didn't argue it with arguments that we had. We did other things. Well, what did Coleman Young do at that time? Coleman Young reduced the property taxes, and everybody said, wow, our property tax is going down. Everything's great. And then when it went down to a certain level, they said, well, the value of your property is this based on your property tax. Get out. and that's the property for that price because they've devalued it through the system well we can change that but we got to get active we got to start we got to start fighting this you got seventeen people you've got seventeen people that should be filing in the district court based on U.S. versus Cosby about the taking of property, based on the taking of the water because they've drained the wetland areas. And because they've done that, they owe you for that. And that's U.S. versus Cosby. That's a Supreme Court decision. I mean, it's there. We should be using it. I've got a question on something. I want to show this to you a minute because somebody sent this and said this is Detroit, that this was a rally in Detroit. I want to show this to you and get your for Charlie Kirk because this goes back to them. If you don't do what they say they want you to do, that they will literally eliminate you and such. But I have a lot of questions over all of this. I'm really not believing or disbelieving anything I'm hearing. But I'm fairly skeptical. So somebody sent this to me and said this was a rally in Detroit. That was yesterday. I'm having a hard time believing this. Well, my attitude is if I wasn't there, I don't believe it either. I don't physically see it happen either. I don't believe it because this could be AI. This could be when they take photographs and they superimpose one over the other. And we have no way of really knowing that. This might have really happened, but I don't know. I don't believe this. I don't believe it. I don't even hear about this. No, it's like if they're supposedly had this many people, it was just like for in London and they said there were three million people there. I'm going to tell you that I have some, I'm looking at this and look at the color of the crowd. It's absolutely the same. That's not the way color works. To me, it looks like it's an AI-generated image. So I don't believe this at all. And so unless somebody can tell me that this actually happened, I mean, there was nothing about this even on social media. So how would you know to even be there? Right. I mean, I didn't see anything. And they said, oh, they've got three million people down there. I'm like, looks like some crap to me. I'm not really sure. I tried to zoom in on the billboards or the traffic signs there. And I'm like, you can't read them. And so I don't believe it. I really don't believe it. But the color of the crowds... and the color of the traffic. This is all like pink, the same colors that they used in London, the thing in London. And look at this, look at the size of this flag and this flag, even though they're a little bit apart, it's exactly the same size. It doesn't make sense. You never see that. Who said this? I have some friends from Detroit. I just don't believe it's real. So I'm just letting people know that some of this stuff that's out there, question it and question it. absolutely question it to the point where even if you're the only one saying, I don't believe this, this is crap. And I, I just don't believe it. And so, and that's okay. That's an okay thing to do. However, when I looked at what was happening with all the crap that Rubio passed on allegedly on is on Israel, I'm like, you've got to be kidding me a bill that said or that I don't know if you passed it yet but the bill that said that you have to uh they can take your passport if you speak out against israel and they're canceling defense contracts if anybody questions israel from the inside the defense department let them cancel all contracts all war contracts They should be not building weapons and stuff like that. The industrial war complex should be out of business at this point in time. Trump is trying to bring peace to the world, and the deep state is trying to bring war to the world. We need to remove the industrial war complex. That's where the big money is made. Make a bullet, charge a dollar for a bullet. You shoot that bullet, you shoot thousands of those bullets. at one shooting and how many millions of dollars or fire one of those half a million dollar missiles, who's making that money? Where's that money coming from? We're destroying the environment, we're destroying people, and the industrial war complex is making money. So if you can shut them down in any way you can, I'm all in favor of that. Yeah, the whole thing is just, there's just so much crap out there that you got to be really careful what you read. But somebody criticized me for something I put up last week. And I'm like, I look at everything. And I think we should put things up there that we believe to be true or false, either one, to have discussions. We aren't supposed to be curating content. And so, you know, people will say, oh, this just delegitimized you because we put it up there. I put it up there so we can discuss it, not because I believe everything I hear. But I do think that we need to I do think that we need to discuss things very much. Beth said now Israel is working on our state legislators. Not good. I think that there's when you look at when you look at, say, the banksters, everybody is focusing on Israel. And as a country, as a government, it's a problem. You can't have dual citizens, but there's dual citizens all over this nation, including Somalia with with Ilan Omar and such. So there's lots of it. However, when you look at the number of dual citizens that are in Congress, and how much money we're sending to Israel, how much control Israel seems to have over our nation. Beth just said, I think Rubio has dual citizenship with Israel. Does he? That would be an interesting thing to look up to see if Rubio does, because that would make some sense. Because I don't think we're dealing with a people. I have nothing against the Jewish people. But I do when they take over an identity or a nation and use that as a military operation to subdue the entire planet, which is what I think is happening right now. Do I have anything against the Muslim Muslim people? No, I really don't. But I do when people use that identity. to become radical Islam. No, these are people that are in it. Do I have anything against people who are gay or lesbian? No, but I have a big problem with paid protesters who damage not only people who just want to live their lives, but are absolutely just, I don't know, they're paid protesters and we've got them in every single identity subgroup out there. They're wolves in sheep's clothing. I don't think Israel is a Jewish people at all. I think it's a nest of globalism where the bankers hang out. They've taken the identity over. Okay, I'll buy that. Agreed, they shouldn't have a voice in our country. It is the individual, one-world people that are pushing the system. But we as a nation, our American people, need to understand this because this division that is going on, and they do it all the time, little subtle things that they say and do on the news make people... behave irrationally and not thinking about what's really going on. Because while they heard that on CNN or they heard that on MSNBC and they can recite that soundbite on NBC, or CNN but they can't tell you in their own heart what that really means or what's really going on because they're they're like well we call it programming they are programmed to behave a certain way because of the programs on television uh we need to wait that we need to change yes I agree We need to get rid of the Smith-Month Act. I don't really know if anybody remembers that or heard about it, but the Smith-Month Act is an act that said Obama removed it, saying that you can put out propaganda to the American public. At one point, you couldn't do that, or it was more difficult to do that. I still think propaganda was out there for years and years and years, just slanted a different way. But the Smith Month Act, when it was removed by the snake oil salesman Obama, he's the one that said, okay, it's free for all. Now you can say anything you want on television, and that's fine. propaganda or otherwise, it doesn't matter, truth or lies. And so that's part of the game plan to control the public. That's where we need to stop and think when we are sitting and watching a program or watching a news break, what is really going on? What is the real story? We don't know. not there we're not sitting in that office uh I don't know what they're saying about rubio and whether rubio's a good guy or a bad guy I don't know that I do know what they're saying about him is is that true and where's that information coming from yeah Well, and somebody could be doing a hit job on Rubio, too, for, you know, we just don't, we don't know. But there is an awful lot of stuff out there that looks like it's confirming it. But the reality is, is the amount of money going through Israel right now. And I don't think that, you know, I think we've got, well, let's use the right term, Zionists. And I believe that that's a proper term that we should use. And you look at people in the state of Michigan, they're absolutely in. It's an economic group of people that have tried to take over the earth to steal all of our resources and to honestly dominate us. And they don't really care about us at all. They could care less. The ones in Byron Township here, they're the absolutely same cut of person. And I was talking to somebody yesterday. She actually won the Nobel Peace Prize for her work that she's done in looking into water. Let's put it that way. And how they've done it. It was really an interesting conversation. And I told her what we were having happen here. And she said, this is happening all over the United States. And I'm like, absolutely. And she confirmed, she said, all the big corporations and the people who are beholden to them are behind this. And I'm like, absolutely. Someone is always getting paid off. And there's money that changes hands through backdoor deals and that sort of thing. So they try to make the people that are their front men, the puppets, look like they're I don't know, sort of guilty. You never see the ones that are really guilty. But the ones that are out in front, they're getting paid. They're definitely getting paid. I'm going to see if Rubio has a dual citizenship with Israel in it. Let me ask you a question. What's Amway's? What's the woman that runs Amway? DeVos, the trader. DeVos, is she Jewish? she's Dutch, but we've got the Dutch mafia here. That's part of the Zionist club. And I mean, that's really what it is. It's the Dutch mafia part and I'm part Dutch. So everybody just save it. Right. Oh no. Brandenburg speaking about the Dutch. Okay. Whatever. I'll clean out my own house first, but the Dutch mafia here is the one that's buying the Republican party off. Well, look, we've got the Russian Mafia, we've got the Chinese Mafia, we've got the Japanese Mafia, we've got the American Mafia. Open the road to China. It's Chinway. Let's not call it what it is. It isn't Amway. It's Chinway. My point is this. You don't have to be Jewish or you don't have to be part of the Jewish Mafia in order to be a criminal. The boss who was a criminal. What about Granholm? Is she Jewish? I don't think so. No, she's Canadian. But she's all of a sudden, you know, she never gets out of office. Once she got in as governor, now she's in as a transportation secretary or something like that. No. What is she doing? Well, let's absolve Rubio and say he might be blackmailed or who knows. But he is, well, he's Cuban. I knew that. And he became, who became naturalized in the U.S. in the mid-thirties. But he's a Cuban descendant. No foreign citizenship by birth or naturalization. So he's not Jewish. No documented ties with Israel's. Israeli citizenship. So it's like, why would he be pushing Israel? How many of these people? We don't know. See, I don't know. I don't know that. We don't know anything. We're not there. Somebody might just be trying to take them out like they did me in the election in Michigan. There's so much propaganda and the powers that be. let people through if they're going to be agreeable to the terms of contract, which means screwing us as they take the money and do whatever the heck they want. So we didn't have a voice, you know, but I'm not real happy with, with maybe he needs help. Maybe he needs somebody to help him. We could say that Rubio is a Cuban and he comes from the Communist Party and therefore he's probably a communist. I mean we can go on and on and on and make all kinds of different stories about people. We have no idea. What have they done to Trump over this time? And I don't say that Trump is our savior necessarily, but he is doing the right thing. And we don't know that Rubio is doing the wrong thing, and we don't even understand the money or the weapons or whatever he's given to Israel. We don't know what the end result of that is. It could be good, it could be bad, we don't know. But we're making decisions or we're making our process based on those kinds of things. We shouldn't be watching so hard what's going on on the federal level because we really have no control of it. We could hate Rubio, but it isn't going to fix anything. Or we can like Rubio, but it isn't going to fix anything. But we can deal with our local politicians, local public functionaries by either getting rid of them. And my question is, why do you have the same public functionaries in office in Byron for how many years already? And why aren't they gone? What they're doing is totally illegal, and it's a violation of the Supreme Court. You know what? You know what happens? People become familiar with people and they're like, oh, they're a nice person. My kids went to school with their kids and their kids and their kids. And it's like, wait a minute. If you see something that's not right and you're trying to excuse it because they're a neighbor or there's somebody else and they're committing a crime, are you not complicit in it? Yes, you are. You have to look at if a person... People should be on an interaction by interaction basis because you wave money in front of most people and you know what they're going to do? They're going to bite on it. There's very, very few people that can stand up to having money waved in their face and not being compromised. Most people will bite that poison pill. Going back to your local public functionaries, how many newspaper articles are being published about the water being sucked out of there? I'm not talking about... Zero. Yeah, that's my point. Why isn't that number one on the front page of the newspaper? And we contacted them locally. Nobody cares. The news won't cover it. All of the oversight agencies will not come out and look at what's going on out here and calling it out for what it is. They literally, all of them have turned their back on this area and nobody will do a thing. So I'm like, this is so criminal. It's not even funny at all. And most of these people are either realtors, developers, builders, or they're appraisers. They're all rigging it all. And it's all for their own gain. Of course. But the problem that I still have is what are the people, the We're trying. That's why they closed the meeting down last night. They said there was nothing on the agenda. So they made a notice last Thursday and they posted it to the website and they posted it inside the office where I'm sure everybody goes on a daily basis to check all the crap they're doing. If that was my property and they were sucking my water out, I would be calling those public functionaries that sit on the board every day. until they removed me from the call list, then I would get the next guy in line to make those phone calls. I'd be calling them every hour of the day and writing letters to them, certified letters, to be able to take them to court and sue them. And people need to get off their rear end. People need to say, you know, well, you know what's happening and what am I going to do about it? No, we can do it. We have the power, but we have to exercise it. And too many people don't. Well, I can't write a letter. What do you mean you can't write a letter? I don't care if you misspell half the words. It doesn't matter. Get your point across. If you are not articulate on a piece of paper, then get articulate. Start working at it. Don't wait three years from now and then say, well, I'm not articulate at it. Three years from now, you will be articulate at it. I'll tell you what, once upon a time when I was a little younger and I was married, my ex was a typist. She was pretty good at it. So I would let her do the typing. I couldn't type. I mean, even one finger at a time would take me forever. Then I get activated into the army for Desert Storm and they sent me in front of a computer, which is a typewriter basically, and they said, okay, everything you say and do has to be entered on the typewriter. Oh my God. You know how long it took? The first few weeks was a long process, one finger at a time. But eventually I started figuring out how to use more. Now I'm a pretty decent typewriter, typist. Not a fast one, but a pretty good one. I can do it. But it took me time and it was painful. especially for the first three or four weeks in the military. It was very painful. I said, I could write anything out here and you type it. No, we can't do it that way. That's your job. You get this on to the computer so we can. And back then in ninety one, you know what the computers were like. The programs weren't that great, and it took me a lot of time and energy to get to that point. But I can type. And same thing with my court cases. I didn't start out as a brilliant writer for writing court cases. I had no idea how to write them. And it took me time, and it took me energy. But now I'm pretty decent at it, I think. I can write a pretty good court case. But you've got to spend the time and energy. What's important to you in your life? Is it important to go out and play on the beach tomorrow and not do anything and not learn anything? Or is it important for you to spend some time and work at it? I find it very, very annoying when we go on our Wednesday night meetings and we only have twenty people show up. We got hundreds of people that have problems, but nobody wants to put the time in, do the homework to be able to bring themselves up to speed to be important enough that they should be noticed. and but that's what it takes it takes and if you have to do it at fifty sixty seventy it doesn't matter what age you are um and I had a person I said hey uh all you have to do is tune into our zoom and she says well I'm seventy something I'm seventy eight years old and and it's too I'm too late to learn how to use a computer I said what What are you going to do tomorrow and the next day? You're going to keep using that same excuse, and you're going to get further and further behind the eight ball. We are moving into the twenty first century at lightning speed. And if you don't keep up with us, you're going to be left behind in the dust and you're going to be walked over, stepped over and ripped off by. tons of people. You got to learn every single day. You got to spend some time doing some learning. You call yourself a Patriot. You should be supporting the program. You should be out there fighting the battle. But as my friend says, Patriots are lazy, selfish, ignorant, and cheap, and they just don't want to do the work. They just want to play. A lot of people just want to play. You know, they show up for the free coffee and cookies. and think that they're doing their patriotic duty. No, that's being entertained. That's not doing the work. And there's a big difference between that. It's just like going to one fundraiser to go to another fundraiser to go into another fundraiser. That's great. But does it stop there or do you carry the ball forward and do something with it? What are you doing? You know, every time I go to any event or I do anything, I always go in there with an idea of what I'm going to accomplish so that it's not just entertainment for me. I despise that. And, you know, it's like, it's like, it's got to have some go or there's no reason to participate. You know, it's like, I've gone to a lot of stuff over over the years here that are that's, that's like, political type stuff. And I'm kind of done with the pageantry. There's certain things. I'm not much of a prancing poodle, actually. I will do it, but it's not my favorite thing to do. And that's the truth. Prancing poodles love that kind of crap. To me, it's like something that I need to do to get a few things done. But it's not like, oh, man, it's my favorite thing in the whole world. What is it? It's probably staying home researching by myself. I love doing that. I like getting on this show because we actually learn things on here, like going through the court cases with you. That I find is very – and with Mike. I find that to be very, very valuable, a valuable way to spend time studying and realize that, well, we're not alone. We're all kind of disgusted with things, but that's – instead of just stopping and being entertaining, find something to do that either gives you a skillset or improves life for somebody else or holds people accountable. But, I digress. So I got to show you something real quick. Here's I got, I I'm collecting books and I want to give this an endorsement. I just bought this book and it's one of my favorite books that I have found talking about, um, finding things that I really rarely do this. I'm not getting any kickback from this. I just think it's a great book because this book has everything in it. If you want to know how to do anything, it's pretty much in here. Just like, uh, How to keep meatloaf from sticking to a pan. There is kitchen cooking tips, canning, household cleaning, home health recipes, gardening tips, livestock, crafting hobbies. It shows just soup recipes and not soup recipes, seasoning recipes and such. So like this one, it starts out with the basics. How to make breadcrumbs. And, you know, for people that don't have somebody older, such as myself, who's done this stuff for years, it's kind of one of those things that – here's a recipe. Aluminum-free baking powder. You can make your own. One-half cup of cream of tartar, one-quarter cup of cornstarch, and one-quarter cup of baking soda. Bam. And you've got a substitute for cream of tartar or for baking – Sorry, baking powder, which I thought was interesting. Corn syrup substitute, one cup of sugar, half cup of white vinegar, one cup of water, and a quarter teaspoon of salt. There's a carol syrup recipe in here. Cheese sauce. How to how to test how to test doneness of a cake with with spaghetti. I mean, I'm just odd stuff like that. How to store things. It's really there's really a lot of wisdom in this. I just thought I brought bringing that up for a little mental break here. So yeah. it's, it's a, it really is, you know, and that, that goes back to finding things that give us a break from all of these, this just bullshit that we're seeing out there in the way that the nation is run, pick a project, give yourself a few minutes to get away from it once in a while, because it'll start really, it'll really start wearing on you. And, and you really don't want to become that crazy person that does crazy things. You want to, Keep focused and be productive. And part of that is managing, managing how we look at the world and keeping ourselves in the game. I was listening to, I do a devotion every morning and I do it. It's a video devotion that I do. And talking about God winning our wars for us, that doesn't mean we stop fighting. That means that we fight anyway, and it makes us stronger being able to walk forward into the fire, knowing that he is there with us and gives us his strength and direction and such. But the first things first is getting your mind in the right frame of mind. before you jump into anything. Not to say that we're going to be absolutely completely furious at times. That's righteous when you see things that are done wrong. If anybody out there isn't absolutely horrified and angry to the point of radical action, I don't even know what to say to you with the amount of kids that are trafficked in this United States. You know what? The bad thing is the politicians are in on it. They're rubber stamping this stuff and they're turning their backs on it. Well, you know what? If we as citizens turn our backs on these things, we're just as guilty. We've got to get in the fight of these issues that need to be addressed. that part I agree with you that we need to get into the fight that people need to get into the fight uh and and they're not and unfortunately I've been at this for forty years trying to teach people uh we started back when we were fighting the internal revenue back forty years ago and it took a long long time to get people And we never did, never, never got to the point that we could overtake the system because we had too many people that were out for their own personal gain and not necessarily for learning how we get to this point. And lots of them got burned in the process because they, let's face it, the government has been playing us for, you know, way back when. They've always been playing us. They played us in the World War II. They played us in the World War I. They played us into many of the conflicts that we've had, Vietnam, et cetera, et cetera. Those were all, and Desert Storm, the downing of the two buildings. When I was at teaching school back at Stevenson High School years ago in, I think it was, and the towers were hit, the attitude of the public, of the teachers were, let's go to war, let's go, let's start a war against Iraq. And I said, you know what, this is another Vietnam going on. This is a false flag, and I didn't know the word false flag at the time. This is the same thing that happened during Vietnam and the Gulf of Tonkin that got us involved in a protracted war that lasted for how many years? And now we're going to be in another protracted war that's going to last for years and years and years. That was the Desert Storm War, although it didn't last quite as long as Vietnam, but it was still a war that never needed to happen. and it's because the government played us and the government has been playing us and they're playing us in the conflict right now they're attempting to. I think Trump is the only thing that's saving us from going to World War III because if it would have been Clinton, we would already be looking for a nuclear shelter somewhere. We would be in a very serious situation because they want war and we need to wake up as American public and know that we're being played. If there's money involved in it, it's probably not a place we should put our time. you know and and that there and therein is is the problem if you're not if we're not willing to do work without having to be paid or compensated for everything if it's all about fundraiser to have another fundraiser to have another fundraiser as big party going on all the time just so that we can be entertained you're probably on the wrong track if if we're contributing our money to stuff like the red cross and and some of these other organizations that said that they were there to help And we can prove that they haven't done a thing really to help. It's like you're probably on the wrong track, except for just raising money to funnel it somewhere. If you're not speaking out against the taxes, and I don't mean like in an ax my tax kind of way, like in a comprehensive way, tax abatement that's constitutional without adding more legislation, which is going to add more oversight and more cost and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah to manage this sort of thing. You're probably on the wrong track. You can't add more to what we have to fix the problem. You've got to take it away. You've got to nullify. You've got to fire these bastards that I think, I think, you know, to your point for Norton versus Shelby County, all of these oversight, All of these oversight organizations need to be abolished. All of them do at this point, and then decide what we want this to look like, because most of them are, they're not even being staffed. I mean, I looked at the court and how the court responded to me. Well, we're out of the office this week. We're working remotely. Well, why didn't you get the papers? Because you're not working, you know? How can you work remotely? You don't have to be too smart. How can you work remotely and have a Zoom court hearing? Court is not Zoom. You can't go on a computer and Zoom into a courtroom. The whole purpose of the court was to bring the two parties together into a room, into a building, and have you hash out the problem. and come up with a solution that was what the court system was set up to do and now they have a zoom court where most of the judges probably in their skivvies put on their black robe because nobody knows what's going on you can't see they're sitting home in their underwear yeah exactly my point and and the and the attorney puts on a white shirt and tie and because that's all you see and and these guys are in court Give me a break. Zoom is not court. If we use Zoom as a court, we probably could get rid of a hundred of the judges, thousands of the judges we don't need and save all that money that we wouldn't be paying these people that call themselves judges in court that are going on a Zoom trying to... decide a case. They can't decide a case. It's like the courts pull on me on the federal issue. When I do my documents, I do everything in writing and I send it in and they say, well, you've got enough in writing that we can make a decision. No, you don't. Because the opposing party can lie and I can't challenge that lie. Because I'm not there. I can't say to the opposing judge or to the opposing attorney, under oath, attorney, answer this question or by the IRS agents that I was going after. I can't put them under oath and say, now tell me this. Now answer me this question. I can't do that because it's in writing and they put their part and I put my part and the judge makes a decision based on that. That's not court. That's a lie. That's fiction. That's false. Well, they turn these township meetings to in a tribunal for them just to destroy or cancel meetings because they have nothing to say instead of listening to us is so backwards. It's not even funny. And then to have Peggy Sattler sit there and say, well, there was we canceled on. We've done what the law requires us to do. We posted it on the website Thursday, and we posted it in the office. Okay. Well, my bad. Maybe I should be watching this every second because these bastards are just about as slimy as you could possibly imagine. They're part of the game that we need to get rid of. My question is, how do these people get back in office? You know what it is? It's because people go, oh, you know, this person has been in office forever. They've really got to know what's going on. And then you've got an election system that cheats. Yeah, we really know what's going on. We really know how to steal from the system. Yeah, that's what they know. They know how to steal from us. We've become very well and very adapted to figuring out how to steal from the system and make money on the system. Grandma is a prime example. Once in office as governor, then she goes into the federal issue. She's never out of office. She's always in office making all kinds of money. And she's working in energy. She's working in, I think it's Edison or I got to think what it is, out in California, making all sorts of deals out there. And she made one point six million dollars on a stock trade. They don't get in office for the money that we pay them for the headaches for that thing without putting up with it because they know they're going to get a whole bunch of cash on the backside. That's the craziest thing ever. I want to show you something that's really kind of interesting. Let's vote for Granholm. Let's put her back in office. Yeah. Yeah, that's funny. Like John Engler. He's another crook that got away with all kinds of stuff, selling stuff and bringing us through the sixty-three constitution and all that stuff. He's a criminal, but he's got his own airplane. He's living the high life and he's living it on your dime. It's a crazy, crazy time to be alive. Hang on a second. I'm going to put something else up on my TikTok. You want to see something that's interesting. Now you tell me. You've got common sense. Here we go. Let's take a look at that. Mostly. Here's an old guy common sense moment that I want to show you. See if I can start it over again. okay let me show you this okay this is this is we're kind of in a drought right now and you tell me why these people are de-watering this is the grand river in in grand rapids michigan guys the grand river is freaking drying up And these builders are literally continuing to dewater to ruin the wells here. Unbelievable. They don't have a permit to do that. They never did. But I think everybody needs to be aware of this because guess what? It's coming to town near you. They're going to do the same thing. Well, until the public decides to make a change, it's going to continue. And eventually it's going to be the water wars, right? Where they're going to control the water and they're going to control how you think and behave and listen and learn because they've got control of the water. And if you don't do what they tell you to do, you're not going to have any water today. Live on a thimble full of water. That's all you're going to get. Wake up, folks. I mean, this is like you say, it's coming to the neighborhood near you. And it's not only about water, it's about everything. Land, our rights, our property, the ability to own property, the ability to make decisions for our family, for our children. I mean, look at every single proposal that has come out for the voters to vote on. They have always done the opposite of what the language says. None of them have fixed anything. If anybody thinks that these proposals or these amendment changes are going to do anything, they're just going to destroy. So, hey, Mike, how you doing? Good morning, guys. How you doing? Good. Good, really good. So I think you guys are being awfully hard on everybody. I mean, seriously, why would people, why would parents, why would mothers and fathers care? What happens to their children? It's much easier to let the government raise their children for them so they don't have to worry about any conflict and the kids protesting what the parents do. Let the government take care of it for you. I mean, there's much more important things to do, like watch football games. I mean, come on, it's football season. We've got to concentrate on whether or not our team's going to win this year. Let the government raise your kids for you. Let the government control your assets. Let the government tell you what to do, when to do it, and how to do it. I mean, that's much easier to do. You just hit a nerve with me, Mike, because these ridiculous morons in Byron Township that have stolen the property rights the water and have ruined the ability for people. Guess what? Now they're proposing a hundred and ten million dollar bond to build another football stadium and improve the classes. And now they're using the kids to get to the parents by wouldn't you want better classrooms? Wouldn't you want a new football statement or stadium? And guess who's going to get the contracts? The buddies of the people that are on the board. One of the guys is a construction manager for Voss Construction, I believe. It's like, I'm like, you can't even make this stuff up. So now they're weaponizing the kids against the parents. This is... For every person in Byron Township, it's three thousand nine hundred dollars of debt they will be responsible for. And that's all of the children and retirees and people in nursing homes and such. If you start looking at what the absolute it's going to be closer to eight thousand dollars or more. And that's just the principle. That's not even the interest that we're paying. For twenty eight thousand people to take on a hundred and ten million dollar bond. Explain this to me. See, the Civil War was supposed to end slavery. I got news for you. Everybody go look in the mirror. And what are you going to see? You're going to see the next generation of slaves. That's all you are. That's all we are is slaves to these people. And they have total and complete contempt for us. Yep, and their days are numbered, but people better wake up or you're going to be left behind. Okay, it's going to come down to those who will take action and those who will rather sit by and channel flick which football game to watch. Okay, those are the people who are going to get left behind. They're going to wonder how come they're not prospering. They're going to wonder why they're in the situation they're in because they didn't bother their ass to get off the couch and do something. Yeah, I'm like you, Mike. I'm really sick of it. I listen to people say, wow, if my well goes dry, then they'll really have a fight. Why aren't you fighting now? There's my question. When you see rights that are being eroded, it's coming to you. You're not going to escape it. So you might as well fight while you're strong and not wait until you're disabled. I got news for you. All those people that say that, where were they during COVID? doing exactly what they were told to do by the government. What happens with your kids and this DEI crap that was going on? Where were they then? Nowhere to be found. They didn't do shit. They were too damn lazy. That's what it boils down to. You got those who will get off their ass and do something about it, and then you got those who are too lazy and complicit. So you've got a split in the population, but you've got probably one percent of the population will actually do something. Ninety nine will sit there and wait for something to happen directly to them or wait for someone else to solve the problem for them. OK. That's just the way it is. You've got sheep and you've got sheep herders. Always have been, always will be. That's fine. I don't have a problem with that. I don't care. I'm going to keep moving forward. I'm going to keep doing what I do. And if you can't keep up, you know what? I'm sorry. Anybody who wants my help, anybody who wants to join in, fantastic. More the merrier. If you don't, you know what? Just do me one favor. Don't get in my way. Right. I'm going to have to disappear, so I just want to put in our plug. We're going to be at Nicola's on Wednesday, which is tomorrow, the seventeenth. Is that the seventeenth? Yeah, the seventeenth. We'll be at Nicola's. uh five to nine um I'm gonna put a invite for anybody that's in our group for anybody that I have an email for uh if you want information you can either contact me by phone uh uh seven three four nine six eight four seven one five uh or uh send me your email and I will add you to our mailing list because it's time to get off the couch. There you go. Love it. All right. Well, you have a great day, John. Thanks for being on. And hopefully this was enough of a grumpy session from all of us watching people sit on their butts and just complaining and absolutely no action. And my finger points directly at the Republican and the Democrat parties because they're the same. And they're terrorist organizations because they're taking money from foreign entities. There you go. Absolutely. So there you go. Bye, everyone. See you, John. See you. All right, Mike, it's you and I. What's happening? Okay. You don't know, no break commercial break. Nah, I'm going to skip it today. Okay. All right. Unless you want me to, I guess it could. No, that's up to you. Um, I sent you, uh, our, uh, American equity group, uh, contact information. So if you want to put that out there for everybody, uh, we have Thursday open meetings, uh, for anybody who wants to join in. Uh, we're still working on, um, trust information on, uh, what to do and how to do a trust, how to live through a trust. So we have a lot of information there for people who want to do that. We're going to be. Do you want to have the telegram one? Yeah. Yeah. This one. I emailed it to you. So I think that's it. Yeah. Yeah. That's it. So it's free. Anybody wants to come in, take a look at it, see what we're all about. We do other things as well. We're going to be getting into a lot of different topics. We cover a lot of area, a lot of information. So please join us. We welcome you. But right now, yeah, I mean, you guys are talking about the courts. We don't have courts. I've had this rant before that these are not judges. They're administrators. They're satanic morons wearing black robes. And they're part of a domestic terrorist organization in conjunction with the FBI. And so they have defaulted on my administrative process. I'm now inviting them to join me in court, and we're going to get this hashed out in the courts. And I'm bringing in, I'm going to be subpoenaing Kash Patel, Pam Bondi, and Donald Trump. because this all needs to be brought to a head. This needs to be brought to everyone's attention on this because this can't continue. These judges, they don't have a proper oath of office. They don't have an anti-bribery statement, foreign agent registration statement, and a license to practice law. It doesn't exist. So they're not judges. We know that the state police, city police, and township police departments are de facto. So where's any jurisdiction if it was a court? None. The Sheriff's Department, well, that's what I'm gonna rant on today. Friend of mine got a ticket yesterday. And the ticket wasn't for speeding, wasn't for misuse of a lane or anything like that. It's because he had a cell phone in his hand. He got a ticket for having his cell phone in his hand. Well, you know, I kind of wonder, How many tickets have they issued for people who smoke while driving? How many people have they ticketed coming out of a drive-through? Sucking on a Coke or even drinking a water while going down the road? I'd like to know those statistics. Would be interesting, wouldn't it? Yes, it would. And how is it that police officers allowed to use a computer while driving? They're allowed to use cell phones while driving. Because they're superior to us. And a lot of times they don't wear seatbelts and they don't carry a driver's license and they're the ones in commerce. So these are things that we need to start addressing here. When you see a cop on the side of the road and he's sitting on private property with a radar gun, Guess what? He is required to have written permission from the landowner while he sits there. So if you get a ticket, go into court and say, I need to see the written authorization for you to be on that private property. If you don't, then you were trespassing. You're committing an act of trespass. You didn't have the authority to be sitting there doing what you're doing. Now I need to see your, you know, you issued that ticket. It's a securities instrument. Where's your license to deal in securities? Oh, you don't have a license to deal in securities. Oh. And if you're issuing as a sheriff deputy, where is your delegated authority to raise revenues? as part of the executive branch. Isn't that a conflict of interest? Isn't that a violation of the separation of powers here? Because only a legislative branch can raise revenue, not the executive branch. So, hmm, we got a problem here, Judge. You don't have jurisdiction because I don't have yet to see your credentials. But that aside, what this guy's doing is complete violation of the Constitution. So I accept his oath. to the Constitution, if he has one. Well, we're going to assume and presume he does. I accept your oath, officer. So now you are bound by that oath. You are bound by the Constitution and you have failed to do so. So here's what we're going to do. We're going to file a lien against you. We're coming after your bond. We're coming after the sheriff of the county, after his bond. We're going after the judge's bond for entertaining this. We're going after the bond of the prosecutor. We start going after their bonds. What happens? If we hit their bonds enough times and the bonding company says, you know what? You're too much of a liability. We're not going to bond you. They have to resign. They can't hold public office without a bond. You want to get these people out without an election? Go after their bonds. How do you do that? What are the steps? Um, that's going to be, that's something we'd have to do a deep dive on, uh, as far as the procedure on all that. And that was, I'm not prepared to do that today. I didn't bring that. I was kind of curious if you have like cliff notes on that. We do have some cliff notes on that, but I don't have that in front of me today. I don't want to say something out of context on that part. I've seen people go after bonds, but right now most of them have umbrella bonds for the cities and such. So they don't even have the proper bonding mechanism, nor do they have the office. Correct. Yeah. And what's curious, I haven't seen it yet, but I'm curious to know if they've got an umbrella bond. If one of them gets tagged, does that affect the other ones? Does everybody lose their bond then under that umbrella? That's that's I'm not sure on that. Haven't seen it yet. We may end up finding out here. But, yeah, that's, you know. we gotta start dealing with these cops on the side of the road in these courts. You've heard me rant about the fact that the FBI, the bar is a domestic terrorist organization being funded through the county board of commissioners. Your tax dollars are paying for it. So yeah, we gotta do something about that. Let's talk a little bit about traffic stops. And this is something that we'll be getting into on Thursdays. And also we do deep dives on Tuesday. Are you opening up your Tuesday yet or not? We're very close. We're very close. I know I keep saying that, but yeah, we're we still have a few bugs on Thursday. We're working out. So we want to get them worked out first before we open up Tuesday and start a whole new batch of bugs. Hopefully the bugs we figure out on Thursday will take care of Tuesday as well. So but here's here's the thing about traffic stop now. There's many different ways of dealing with a traffic stop. And some people will, their position is, well, you don't hold court on the side of the road. That's fine. And that's their way of doing stuff. When I'm stopped by a cop, I don't care who it is, state, county, city, whatever, whoever it is, I don't care. I see it as an opportunity. And here's why I see this as an opportunity. I'm going to give you some examples of some of the things that I have done. And I've got videos on some of these. So the cop pulls me over. What's the first thing they do? Well, we need to see your license, registration, proof of insurance. Well, hold on there, Skippy. What's your RAS? What's an RAS? Reasonable Articulate Suspicion that a crime has been committed or is being committed. So what crime has been committed? Well, I just need to see your identification. Well, is there... I noticed that you have your lights on. Is there an emergency? Well, no, there's no emergency. Well, why do you have your emergency lights on if there's no emergency? You know, if you need it, if there's an emergency, I'd be happy to help you and assist you if you need it. So that's another thing you can bring up. Now, back to, you know, they want to see your credentials. Okay, you want to see my credentials. Are you ordering me? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You have to give me your credentials. I'm ordering you to give me your credentials. Oh, so you're ordering. No problem. That'll be five thousand dollars in lawful money. That means gold, silver, silver certificates, so on. And they're like, what do you mean? Well, you see that McDonald's over there? When you place an order for a cheeseburger, you got to pay for your order. You just placed an order with me. We're in commerce now. We're in commerce. We're negotiating. So my bill for that is five thousand dollars, lawful money. So you're placing an order. I want five thousand dollars. The look you get on their face is just precious. They stumble a little bit and then they're like, well, I still need to see your identification. OK, no problem. Are you ordering me or are you asking? Now there's hesitation. And well, I'm asking. Okay, that's different. Because you asked, I can't charge you the five thousand dollars. But because you asked, I get to refuse. So I'm going to refuse. Now they don't know what to do. Now they're really in a bind. Because now you've totally disassembled their script on what to do and how to do it. So. I carry with me a binder, and I have certain stuff that I carry in there. I call it my travel package. And one of the things in there is I have a form. And contained within that, it's a one-page form. And I said, you know what, if you want to continue this conversation, I need you to read this, sign it, date it at the end. And they go through and they look at it. And what it is, it's a form stating that any information that they acquire, cannot be used against me they cannot use that information give it to someone else to use against me or they will be held liable for that and there's a fee involved in this naturally they don't want to do that I'm not signing that well then we can't have a conversation how can we have a conversation if you're going to use anything that I say against I I have a right not to self-incriminate so Don't you follow the Constitution, officer? Well, yeah, I follow the Constitution. Well, then you understand I'm not going to answer questions. I can't answer questions because if you're going to use it against me, I don't want to self-incriminate. Well, I still need to see your ID. No, you don't need to see my ID. You're not required to even ask me that because there's no crime. What crime? You stated that there is no crime. What are the elements of a crime? Everybody should know this. What are the three elements of crime? If one of these elements does not exist, there is no crime. Was there any bodily injury? Did anybody suffer physical injury? No. Was there any property damage? No. Was anyone deprived of their rights? No, there's no crime. You can't have a victimless crime. The state of Michigan cannot be the victim. What do they do? They take you to court, the state of Michigan versus John Smith. Well, who the hell is State of Michigan? I want to meet Mr. and Mrs. State of Michigan because I do not have a right to cross-examine my accuser. The cop's name's not on there as the accuser. He's not the plaintiff. The State of Michigan's the plaintiff. So how did the State of Michigan become the plaintiff when Dingleberry over here is the one that pulled me over? So see, they played this game. And under federal law, you have a right of rescission. Now what's the right of rescission? Any contract you enter into, you have seventy two hours to rescind the contract. So when I get a ticket, I make sure that I put a notice of rescission in there with a brief explanation to the prosecutor and the court. I do not care to contract, send me to our rescission, federal law. I put all that in there along with the fact, and I put a brief together, that under the Constitution, as long as the Constitution has life and power, that this is what they're doing is unlawful. Not legal, unlawful. And I put a whole big explanation there so that the prosecution now has to answer to that. If they don't, and they drag you into court under threat, duress, and coercion, because if you don't show up, what do they do? Oh, bench warrant. They're going to, you know, the guys with the guns are coming after you. That's threat, duress, and coercion. So when you get in there and say, hey, prosecution defaulted. I filed a motion to vacate, send you to our rescission. Don't carry the contract. They defaulted. We're done here. Why should we move forward on this? We're still going to move forward, so says the judge. Well, wait a minute, judge. Are you sure you want to do this? Because now we can open up a whole Pandora box of things here. Now, sometimes some of the officers that pull me over, they know who I am. And we get into a few roadside conversations. And once in a while, I'll be on my way to a job site. I might even have some donuts in there, and I'll offer them donuts. And so they don't like discussing what is constitutional. That's one thing I have found. Ninety percent of the officers, it's like, don't want to have that conversation. So the question is, who's instructing them to do this? Who's instructing them and teaching them to completely ignore the Constitution and your rights on the side of the road? There's only one entity that does that. Right back to the Bar Association again. They're the ones that are instructing them what to do and how to do it. So the chief of police sure as hell isn't. And we know now for a fact that in the case of Green Oak Township in Livingston County, we had the emails of the chief of police Chief Kramer, to the officers in Green Oak, instructing them on how to interact with anybody they have deemed as a sovereign citizen pursuant to the FBI report of twenty eleven. We have the emails. So. What we now have to look at is, OK, what is sovereign citizen? Well, by their definition, we are extremists and terrorists. Now, that is not what Congress says. That is not what public law says. We've covered this before. So now what we have is the term sovereign citizen is a political status. So now the question becomes, are we all who challenged their authority deemed extremists and terrorists? Are we being demonized by political status? And do we now have to worry about being another Charlie Kirk on the side of the road? That's what this has come to, political assassination. And they're doing this to us, and nobody's paying attention to it. Everybody, this involves everybody. Think of your kid who just got their driver's license. They're on the road. And whether or not you know it or not, you may be tagged in their system, in the police officer's system, as an extremist and terrorist. So they pull your kid over, they give them a hard time. Why? Because they're instructed to do so. They're trying to provoke. They're trying to provoke a reaction. And if they get that reaction, that solidifies their definition that this is who and what you are. Well, and I don't think people understand how bad it is. Like I have someone I know who was brought into jail and they were laughing and saying, oh, we're going to have fun with her tonight because they had a plan to harm her in the jail system. People do not understand that they use those to actually torture people. And it's unfortunate, but people need to wake up and understand what's really happening here. Not only do they silence us by censoring or in the case of political assassinations, that's silencing, but they'll also throw your sorry behind in jail. And there's a lot of people that have been harmed terribly in jail. And they know what they're doing. They're using it for torture. Now. If you look on your driver's license, your birth certificate, social security card, your insurance papers from your insurance company, you'll see all the same thing. And that is that your name is in all capital letters. According to their styles manual, that an all cap name is not a noun. Okay? It's not a noun. So that is not you. That is the corporate fiction that they have created through the state. Now, why is this important? Because you need to change your status. You need to change the way and how you write your name and how you present yourself. And I can state with a fact, because I've done it, if you are put in jail, one, you sign nothing. Never sign anything. Never answer questions. Because you have a right not to. You can't be forced to do a contract against your will. That's contractual duress. No contract is enforceable under duress. So you sign nothing. And when they call you by that last name, that's not me. They cannot process you through the system without the last name. When I would, the one time I was in there, they're like, well, you're, you know, you're, you know, so-and-so. No, that's not me. What, you don't have a last name? No. Well, we can't process you without a last name. We need your last name. They kept harping and hounding for a last name, and I refused to give one. They couldn't process me into their system. The last name is what they need as a taxable identifier, and that's where the liability falls is in that last name. Your Christian name is your first name. The last name is not an actual name. It's an identifier. So without it, they cannot process you through their system. That's not you. That's a fake entity. And they went bonkers. I had the jail administrator showing up at the cell. Well, we know who you are. Well, then why am I here? Well, we need your last name. No, they need me to say it. They need me to consent to it. And I wouldn't. They could not process me. And they had to release. Now, you might be there for seventy two hours. But eventually you're released. They can't process you through their system. So keep that in mind, because there's a doctrine of Edom Saunas. It looks like me, sounds like me, but that's not me. That is that name is heavily prejudicing me because it looks like me and sounds like me. It's like, how many John Smiths are there in the world? Okay. When a judge issues a bench warrant for John Smith, well, what are they going to do? Arrest all the John Smiths? How do you know which one you're going after? What's the identifier? So these are the little things you need to know and understand and how their system works. If you understand how their system works, you understand how to put a stop to their system. So as far as having to identify, now we have, like I said, we have a what we call a travel package. And so that's not the one I was looking for. I have one here. If I can find the right one I'm looking for. Failure to identify. Okay. Police officers swear by oath to uphold the United States Constitution as officer of law. Supreme Court decisions are considered law of the land in regards to constitutionality, projected rights, and they cannot be interpreted or reinterpreted as they are state decisis. Now, there's a Supreme Court case. I'm not going to go through a bunch of these, but I'm just going to give you some examples here. Colander v. Lawson, in which the United States Supreme Court ruled that a police officer could not arrest a citizen merely for refusing to present identification. There is no such thing as failure to identify. You can sue the police officer for illegal arrest and resist arrest with impunity. That's from the United States Supreme Court. Wow. What was that called? I'm sorry? What was that called? Kolender, K-O-L-E. E-N-D-E-R versus Lawson, L-A-W-S-O-N, four, six, one, U.S., three, five, two of nineteen eighty three. Four, six, one, what was it? Four, six, one, U.S., three, five, two of nineteen eighty three. Now, in addition to that, an illegal arrest, I'm quoting here, an illegal arrest is an assault and battery. The person so attempted to be restrained of his liberty has the same right to use force in defending himself as he would in repelling any other assault and battery. That's in the State v. Robinson, ALT, two-sixty. State versus Robinson? Yes. And give me the numbers again, please. One-four-five, M-E, seven-seven, seven-two, ATL, two-sixty. So you don't have to identify yourself. Or if you want to, just give a first name. That's it. That's all you have to do. Who are you, Mike? Why need your CID? Why? Is there a crime? No crime? I don't have to do anything else. We're done here. We need not go any further. Because if you can't show me where a crime has been committed, why are you stopping me? Wrongful detainment or wrongful imprisonment is a civil violation that you can sue them for. And there's a Florida case on it, and it comes out to roughly one thousand eighty seven dollars per minute. That you can sue them for. For wrongful detainment, wrongful imprisonment. So you don't have to identify yourself. You're not required to do so unless a crime has been committed and they have to tell you what the crime is. What are you investigating? Well, we're investigating. What are you investigating? What crime are you investigating? Where you were speeding, that's not a crime. Speeding is not a crime. Running a stop sign, not a crime. Failing to use your turn signal, not a crime. Having a cell phone in your hand is not a crime. None of those are crimes. The motor vehicle code, hence motor vehicle code, who approves it? Oh yeah, the director of the Michigan State Police. What do we know about the Michigan State Police? De facto. The legislative branch cannot delegate their authority to a fake department or agency to determine what is lawful and what isn't. But none of this is lawful. This falls into the legal realm, not the lawful realm. Do you know how many people's minds have got to be blown by this right now? Because how far our nation has fallen from a republic into a crime syndicate which has enslaved the people. Yes. It's got to blow everybody's minds completely. And we've studied this for a long time, the infractions there and such. And every day, it's a new day and a new thing to learn. It's mind-boggling. I've been to the courthouse, and a Brinks truck pulls up. And they're loading bags of money from the court into the Brinks truck. What does that tell you? That should be very disturbing for all of us. So that tells you what kind of revenue they're extorting out of everybody. Because that's what it is. It's extortion, racketeering and money laundering. You thought Al Capone was bad. Al Capone's a Boy Scout compared to what these judges are. And it isn't just the judges. It's the prosecution and the court clerks. All three. All three are complicit in this. I think it needs to be noted that it's usually never the one that's at the head of the, you know, in the spear point. It's the ones behind them that are the gatekeepers and that are hiding, helping to hide the crimes that they're committing. Yes. Now, right now, and this is something we're working on. I know John's working on it about judges' absolute immunity. Okay. Okay. You know what? Let's put that on the back burner. And what I mean by the back burner is right now there's several of us that are working on piercing that absolute immunity BS. OK, so right now you don't I would not recommend anybody trying to sue a judge, even in his personal capacity. OK, put that aside for right now. But guess who's vulnerable? The clerk. The court clerks. So bring a claim against them for what they've done because they're just as complicit and they can't proclaim absolute immunity. So we go after them, we go after their bonds. And when you bring a suit, when you're bringing a suit against any public functionary, remember one thing, it's against them and their spouse. Now, why their spouse? Because their spouse benefited from what the crimes that they have committed. So it doesn't matter who it is. If you're going to file a suit against any public functionary in their personal capacity, you include their spouse because the spouse benefited from it. That way you drag them both in. So, but yeah, that's one thing we can do. Another one here in regards to car registration. Now, I've got a letter from the State Department to the governor of North Carolina. And contained in there talks about the State Department informing the governor that the police and the courts are violating constitutional rights because they're not recognizing and have accepted the fact that people have changed their status, including American nationals, And as an American national, there's an exemption form that they're supposed to be providing to exempt us from having to get a driver's license or register our cars. Now, a personal automobile is just that, a personal private automobile for personal household good use. It is not a commercial usage. A vehicle is a commercial term, meaning it's being used commercially. So, There are commercial plates. There are personal plates. So why, if you have a personal plate, are you being charged and basically demonized as a commercial usage? Does that exclude you from being able to get insurance on the cars too? No, you don't. Here's the thing about insurance. You don't have to get car insurance. You can go get a bond. You can get a car put on your bond. You can put a car, a bond on your house, your car, your boat, whatever. You don't have to go through these legalized extortion corporations known as insurance companies like that. You know, I would never have thought about that. So yeah, that's another way of doing it. So there's more than one way of doing something, but people have, you got to do some research. You got to go look into these things and, you know, spend some time learning how to do this. So, I mean, I could sit here day in, day out, trying to describe all the different ways of doing something. I mean, we could be here every single day, twenty-four hours a day for a week, and I won't even scratch the surface of everything that's involved and everything that you can do. Yeah, it's going to take some people's time. You know what? Good way to start. Oh, yeah, that football game you like watching, there's a halftime show. Well, the halftime show is jump on your computer and start educating yourself. Just thought, you know, a suggestion. So as far as car registration, getting back to that public notice, yeah, if you're an American national, you don't have to register your car. Now, where else is there? Now, I brought this up before. The U.S. Supreme Court ruled during Obamacare that the Commerce Clause and the Necessary and Proper Clause, that you are not bound, contractually bound, to buy products or services that the government provides. Now, outside of the Secretary of State, who else issues IDs? Who else issues a driver's license other than the Secretary of State? Who else issues commercial plates other than the Secretary of State? Nobody I can think of. Well, wouldn't that not be because they are a corporation? They declare themselves a corporation. They're a corporate body. Would that not be a violation of the Sherman Act, the antitrust laws, because they're acting as a monopoly? Sure is. Now, under that ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court regarding Commerce and Necessary and Proper Clause, stating that we don't have to buy their products and services, therefore, do we really need to buy a registration or a license from them? And keep in mind that when you sign that driver's license and they want you to sign it a specific way, they will not allow you to sign your driver's license, but only one way, because we've had people try. is because they're monetizing your signature. They're making money off of your license through bonds. So we know for a fact that when we've tried to... put on their authorized representative or any of the UCC codes in relation to that. Oh, no, no, no, you're not allowed to do that. So now they're giving you legal advice. Last time I checked, Secretary of State people, they don't have a license to practice law, do they? Yet they're giving you legal advice from across the counter and how and what to do in interest of that contract. Hmm. How come the Bar Association doesn't come down on these people for practicing law without a license? Interesting, isn't it? It really is. They pick and choose who they want to come after, don't they? It's all fiction. I mean, everything around us is an illusion and fiction. Yeah. Yeah. It's a joke. It's a joke. It's a joke. And I'm out of their system. I'm done with them. I will not contract with them. I refuse to contract with them. And you cannot. No court. And then they can try. But you know what, Judge? You're going to tell me I have to contract? And I did this to Judge Bain. He goes, you need to get a driver's license. Okay, judgey wudgy, I'll go to the secretary of state. So I went there and they're like, what's going on? I said, well, judgey wudgy wants me to get a driver's license. So we start filling out the paperwork. Oh, well, hold on. We can't do this. We can't contract with you. Why not? Well, because you don't have a permanent abode. Oh, what does that mean? What difference does that make? I'm a Michiganian. Can't contract. Okay. If you say so, back to court. I mean, well, did you get a driver's license? I'm not a judge. You know, I tried. They won't contract with me. What do you mean they won't contract? I said, they said I have to have a permanent abode. I don't have one. He goes, what do you mean you don't have a permanent abode? I don't have a permanent abode. All my stuff is owned through trust. Now, I didn't tell him that, but all my stuff is owned through trust. I own nothing. I own nothing. Therefore, I don't have a permanent vote. He's like, I said, Judge, it's real simple. Why don't you write a court order and order the Secretary of State to contract with me? He goes, I can't do that. Well, why not? You seem to be thinking you can do anything else you want. You know, require absolute immunity. You know, come on. He goes, I can't do it. It's not in my jurisdiction. Oh, not your jurisdiction. Well, gee whiz, I don't know what we're going to do now. Believe it or not, he actually stated this on and for the record. Why don't you go ask one of your friends if you can use their address to get a driver's license? Oh, now he wants you to lie. That's like the Republican Party and people. I had four people that came to me wanting me to run in the Republican Party. And one of them actually said, just lie until you get on. Then you can get in and fix it. Like, well, we have a problem because I don't lie. So, yeah, he wants me to commit perjury. Unbelievable that people think this is okay. A judge or anyone. Yeah. So he wants me to commit perjury. Yes. To get a driver's license to contract. This is the lunacy of these people. This is the lunacy. This is the BS. And they get away with it. Why? Because they're a corporate body. They're a corporation. They don't have to follow. You know, if you have a corporation, for those of you who have a business out there, okay, who makes the executive decisions of the business? Okay? There's executive position. There's a legislative position. Okay? So in a corporation, look at your charter townships. Okay, if you, and I've already done this, I've sent FOIAs into charter townships asking who lists all the members of the executive branch of the charter township. Now give me a list of everybody who's in the legislative branch. Guess what? They're the same people. Well, wait a minute, how is that possible if we have a separation of power? There is no separation of power in a charter township because the word charter means they're a corporation. Under a corporation, that all changes. Because the articles of the charter, the articles of corporation can determine that someone can hold more than one office. So this is how they're getting around the Constitution. They think they're being smart. They think they're being cute. Well, guess what? No, they're not. Because if you're a corporation, that means I can sue you just like any other corporation and you'll be held accountable and liable for it. And because you're depriving me of my rights, You are now liable for that. And that's what's gonna happen. That's what everybody's gotta start doing. That's what everybody has to start realizing and understanding. Gotta stop playing in their game and start using their crap against them. And that's all I do. I get a lot of people say, how come you don't do things in equity? Well, we can do things in equity. I believe that you have to have a balance between equity and the codes and statutes, between the private and the public. There must be a balance. You can't be just one or the other. I've heard people say, well, I just live in the private. No, you don't. No, you don't. Nobody lives a hundred percent in the private because the minute you do any form of commerce, you're back in the public. Number one. Number two, these clowns will yank you back to the side of the public any damn time they want. So the illusion that you're living in the private, a hundred percent is just that, an illusion. You can't. It's like people saying that I'm not involved in governance or politics. I don't deal with that. I don't get involved in that. You're already involved. If you're paying taxes, you are already subject to it. So why not be involved to try to change it? Right. I don't understand that. If you want to sit there and say, well, I don't get involved in that stuff. Yeah, you are involved. Every time you do commerce, you're involved. Every time you drive on the road, you're involved. Every time, you know, there's not one thing that you do anymore that doesn't involve you being involved in governance or politics. Right. Every time you send your kids to a public school. Government school. You're involved. Everything you do, you're involved, whether you realize it or not, to one degree or another. And you better start paying attention to what's going on around you. You know, the Three Ring Circus in Washington, D.C., you know what? It's a show. It's entertainment. Okay? Worry about what's going on in your own backyard. Clean up your own backyard. If everybody starts cleaning up their own backyards with these clowns, guess what? The state itself will turn over to being a republic. And once the state returns to a republic, guess what? Now we've got more clowns. authority, more power to have an influence on Washington to change Washington back to a republic, because other states will see what we're doing and will follow along. They'll do the same thing. But what we got to do is start cleaning up our own backyards, start going after these public functionaries who think they can do whatever the hell they want, who go around usurping their authority every single day, who can't make a decision Cannot make a decision without, oh, we need to get on the horn and call our legal counsel to tell us whether or not we can do this or not. Excuse me, who's the elected official here? Why are you asking a bar attorney if you cannot do something? Yep. Bar attorneys are the ones that are running it. And they don't even have an opinion on anything. They just sit there and, okay, let's just stamp that through. They, and they can't, they won't follow the process because the attorney will sit there. No, you can do this. It's like, no, you can't. They, they, the, the bar attorneys, um, especially at that level, have the mindset that, well, these people can't challenge us, and what are they going to do? What are they really going to do? If they come into the town hall meeting and protest, we'll just escort them out with our personal army here. Yeah, that's what they were doing it here. And like I said to him, I said, so you guys can sit here and let Antifa, BLM or whatever other terrorist organization run rampant. But when the citizens who are having their property stolen by the Byron Township, you sit there and threaten us with removal. I'm like, who do you serve? Certainly not the people. So now that rolls the sheriff's department in with it, too. So we need to start bringing federal claims against them. Need to start bringing federal claims. Go after their bonds. Shut them down. Because what they're doing with your water situation, whether it be there or anyplace else, that is stealing your resources. And they're violating federal regulations. Because we have the right to water. Yes. And they're violating federal regulations. Now, public law up to ninety two five hundred. which is the Clean Water Act. Keep this in mind. Every time they flush the toilet, they're in violation of the Clean Water Act. That's how simple that is. Now, there was someone who filed a claim against Donald Trump during his first administration. Donald Trump went to Congress and said, hey, we need to have this repealed. Because he understood what was going on. But because Congress in his first term were so anti-Trump, remember those days, because they were so, they were going to work with him no matter what he asked for. So Congress never repealed it. They never did anything with it. So it still sits on the books. So they are responsible as public functionaries to ensure that every time water is dispersed, that it meets the requirements under the Clean Water Act. So every time they flush the toilet, they're in violation because they're not doing and making sure that that water is being treated and processed correctly, which it's not. So in your case, with them dumping the water like they're doing, they're violating not only the Clean Water Act, but they're also in violation of, oh, it just blanked out. It has to do with the natural floodplain runoffs. Those are federally overseen. They're disrupting the wildlife, the habitat, the fish, the birds, everything when they're draining the swamps and everything in the manner in which they are. It's an environmental violation. Yeah, so the wetlands. And, you know, you got to wonder, where are all the environmental people that have been screaming about the spotted owl and all this other stuff when it affects human beings? They don't seem to care. We're just collateral damage. What it is is George Soros and his goons and his other morons, Bill Gates and all the other clowns, BlackRock, they don't give two shits because who's doing it? The Democrats. Well, and Republicans. I'm like so done with the Democrat versus Republican thing because it's all of them. They're all involved in it. Oh, I agree. I mean, we have Republicans just the same. As far as I'm concerned, the Republican Party and Democrat Party need to be abolished. I agree completely. And here's a little tidbit for everybody out there. The Republican-Democrat party used to be the same party back when the Whig party existed. And when the Whig party ceased to exist, the Democrat-Republican party split to what you have now. So they used to be one and the same. And they still act one and the same. Yeah, they sure do. They're giving you an illusion of two different sides when they're all doing the same thing. It's all theater. It's all theater. All of it. Yep. Yep. Our elections are theater. It's an illusion. You know, all of it is just an illusion at this point in time. Unfortunately, but that's really what it is. So, you know, you know, if you just want to sit on the couch and let the dummy box, you know, float over you, so be it. That's your choice. You know, I'm at the point now I really don't care who wants to get involved and who doesn't want to get involved because I'm going to keep moving forward. Those who don't get involved, those who don't do anything, they're going to be left behind. And they're going to wonder, you know, what do I do? How do I catch up? Too late. You know what? You're stuck. You lead the horse to water, okay? But the rest who do get involved, who want to move forward on this, we're going to keep moving forward. We're going to get results. We're already getting results. We're already able to prove things and shut down the courts and such. So we're not going to stop. We are not going to stop. I'll educate anybody who wants to learn. I got no problem with that. And Just that if you don't want to get involved, just do me one favor. Don't get in the way. Don't be an obstruction. We're trying to get this back to a republic. Don't be an anchor that causes problems in getting us to that point. Have you seen anything like that that's an anchor to you guys? Oh, let's see. Ask my tax. There you go. They've attacked you and me. The Michigan Trust Code. Here's what I do. The Michigan Trust Code. Here you go. Oh, boy. How much time do I got on this one? You can go ahead. I might have to get up and grab a coffee or something like that. Axe My Tax, the law firm Gossett, Dykeman Gossett law firm that was involved with the Axe My Tax petition are also the same ones involved in writing the Michigan Trust Code. The Ask My Tax is looking to get rid of Article I, Section X of the Michigan Constitution, referring to ex post facto laws, obligation to contract. And so if that goes away, it gives more power to the Michigan Trust Code to steal your assets. Because now they will be able to control the terms and conditions of your trust or will. They will be able to determine who gets to be a trustee and they get to have control over your beneficiaries. They will control your assets that you are trying to protect within your will and trust. If you haven't, sit down and read it. Read it. We did it in depth on this on our group meetings. And I went step by step on one of our Thursdays. It's recorded. So you go to our guest forum and all these things are recorded. So you can go back and take a look at it. I went in depth on the Michigan Trust Code and all the violations that are in there, written in there purposely to steal your assets, to control your beneficiaries, to determine who gets to be a trustee. This is nothing but a power grab on their part. It's slavery. It is absolutely slavery. And they want to take all of the stuff that we've worked for and then take it away from our children. Yes, yes. They do not want you to have anything. They want to take it all from you. And what the courts end up doing is they go, okay, guess what? We've decided... whether there's reason or cause or not, the judge says, you know what, I'm gonna appoint a guardian over your parents. And that guardian now has the authority to determine where your parents get to live, what medications they get to receive, and quite frankly, they'll kill them. Then they take all the assets, they'll sell the house, they'll sell the car, they'll sell all the assets and say, well, we're gonna take those proceeds to reimburse us our legal fees. So guess what? Your beneficiaries get nothing. Zippo, nada. And there you go. That's why, you know, it's like, that's why, that's why Ask My Tax has attacked us because we're speaking out against this thing, as well as Chris Long from the Republican Party. Man, he like sludged all sorts of stuff all over me to stop me from speaking out against this. They never talk about the issue. They'll go after the individuals who are questioning them. My offer still stands. The Bar Association, any bar attorney want to sit down, Carl Wagner, anybody want to sit down and discuss, ask my tax or the Michigan Trust Code with me. I'll have that conversation. Let's do it in a public forum so everybody else can watch and listen what happens. And I guarantee when the time of the dust settles, it won't take long, I'll make mincemeat out of them. Hey, I tell you what. How about this? How about me as the chairman of the Constitution Party, the U.S. Taxpayers Party? How about if we schedule that and we invite you and Carla to come and have a public debate? That's fine. She won't show. I think that would be a great idea. She wants to run for governor, so she should be open to the fact of showing up at stuff like this, right? Yeah, she should, but she won't. She won't show. How many times have I made that offer? I've talked to other people who are working with her to push this, and she won't even call them back now. You know what? You got to run and hide if you can't stand on your feet and then only hang out with the people that agree with you because it sounds good and who have never read what it's all about. It's a Trojan horse. It's a Trojan horse because by removing Article I, Section X, it enables the Michigan Trust Code. It's granting more power to the Michigan Trust Code to steal the assets of everybody. And this is what we teach in our teaching on our Thursday night right now. We're going over the information. We have things in place to put a stop to that, to protect your trust, to protect your assets, protect your beneficiaries. OK, we put things in place. I know it works. It's been court tested. So. The one mistake everybody keeps making is, well, I need an attorney to write my trust. No, you do not. No, you do not. We have the information that you need, and we will help you put together your trust. Okay? We have information that benefits everybody and puts a stop to the bar thugs from doing what they're doing. The bar thugs are not only the attorneys, but it's the judges, the probate judges. It's a mess right now. It is. It's a big mess. So, but, yeah, come on Thursday. We'll be, you know, we welcome everybody. We got people from all different parts of the United States pop on. So, you know, we're all invited. I put it out there on my Telegram channel, which is at Brandenburg number four MI. Just remember that. There's a whole bunch of people out there that are imposters. So you got to get the right address. Anyhow, there you go. So after that, like I said, we do all kinds of stuff. We're doing trust right now. We're going to have discussions on the travel package and what to do if you're ever stopped and what you can do to protect and get out of their system. We're going to be talking about how to get out of property taxes other than the Ask My Tax. We have another way of doing that. We're also looking at doing things like debt discharge. Just an overall a lot of information. How to change your status to get out from underneath their corporate fiction. And which is very important to do. That's something everybody needs to learn how to do. Because once you learn how to do that, once you get out of their system, they just don't know what to do. They get all wiggy and they just, you know, these judges just don't know what to deal or how to deal with me. I mean, when I have a judge sits there on and for the record stating he doesn't know who he's talking to. He goes, I don't know who I'm talking to. I don't know who you are. Well, I've told you who I am. Well, he doesn't want to accept that. He doesn't want to accept what I've told him on in the record because it doesn't meet his narrative. Because by my stating who I am under my current status, I'm not within his jurisdiction. And that drives them nuts. And they try to play all kinds of word salad trickery games to get you to get back into their system so they can have dominance over you. We don't have to comply with what they're doing and saying. And again, it's all about the money. This is all about money. So let's defund them. If you get a ticket, you know what? I don't want to fight it in court. I don't want to have to deal with all that. Or you know what? I'm willing to try this. Pay me coffee beans. Montgomery Ward, Eugene Glaser, nineteen eighty two. OK, if you need a copy of the transcript, get a hold of us. We'll get you a copy of the transcript to accompany your and an affidavit. I tell people I have an affidavit and a copy of the transcript. We submit that to the court. Here's the coffee beans. This obligation is tendered in full. And what does the court do? We're not dealing with this shit. So what do they do? They send it back. We don't accept this. Well, guess what? Under state law and federal law, an obligation that has been tendered and refused is tendered in full. Is there a citing that I could look up for that? Oh, man. Watch me. I just... Blanked out on it. I'll have to get to you. Okay. I just blanked out on it. I just had it on the tip of my tongue because that's where I was going to go, and I just blanked out on the MCL. I hate that when that happens. I know. That happens occasionally to me also. That's why I don't like, actually, I don't like tabs. I know. It's on my head, and I'm just, right now, I'm pulling a blank on it. Let's see if I can find it in a minute. I can get to you real quick. Hold on. But it's four four zero point three six oh three. Tender of payment, refusal of tender, as discharge, interest, obligor, ready, and liable to pay due. Let's see here. What it actually says is, give me one second. Is that, and where do I find that? Is it US Congress? What? MCL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL-DL- The effect of tender is governed by principles of law, actable tender of payment under the simple contract. If tender or payment of an obligation to pay an instrument is made to the person entitled to enforce the instrument and the tender is refused, There is discharge to the extent of the amount of the tender of the obligation of the endorser or accommodation party having the right of recourse with respect to the obligation to which the tender relates. So in simple terms, tender of payment refused is tendered in full. In other words, if you made the payment and they refuse it, it's paid in full. in the amount of what you tendered. So if the traffic ticket is a hundred dollars and you give them a hundred coffee beans and they refuse it, that tender of a hundred is now made in full. There's nothing owed. Well, there you go. So all these all these useful tidbits that we come up with, you know, on being on this is great. Well, I really appreciate. Let's see. There's also I just looked it up. It is based on the reference to the Michigan Compiled Law. This appears to point to a section within the Michigan's adopted uniform commercial code UCC, specifically for four zero. And I'm asking for one also for Florida to see if this transfers. There's a federal statute on it as well. UCC article nine and transfer act is MCL five, six, six point three one. Florida's adopted the UCC with similar revisions, codified and title, uh, blah, blah, blah, Florida statutes. So yeah, they do have it. Interesting. So fantastic. I really wanted to see that because because I've got it. I've got an area of interest down there, in fact. So this is a good thing to know. And it's good to start with one area and then look in other areas, too. I mean, Greg Martini does a good job of that, too. So, well, I think it's a great time to stop. I love this. Thank you for coming on today. I enjoy this segment so much. I can't even tell you. I just sit here the whole time. I just want to just smile and wave. Boys, this is hilarious. Go get them, Mike. It's great. So it's just a matter of using their own. All I ever do is take their rhetoric and I switch it around, use it against them. That's all I do. You know, you judge, you want me to tender this and this obligation? Yes, you got to tender this obligation. OK, fine. Here you go. Here's your coffee beans. That isn't what I meant. Well, that's what we said. I said I would do things lawfully. I've always said I will do things lawfully. When have I ever said I would do it legally? Never. I only say I'll do things lawfully. This is lawful tender. That isn't what I meant. Well, you know, then specify a species of payment. They will not say it. They can't. So it's by my interpretation. That is absolutely hilarious. So anyhow, well, let's say a prayer and then we're going to go on our day. Thank you, Heavenly Father, for this wonderful opportunity to come before you and for giving us projects to do. We need some projects. Give us exactly what it is that we should do to fight this unlawful takeover, this coup of America by Marxists, by people who want to take everything, put us into slavery. We thank you so very much for leading us out of this and teaching us the way it's supposed to be done. It's nobody's fault. We just sort of were captured along the way. And we thank you for pulling us out of this enslavement and capture by very evil people who are in it for their own gain. We pray for them also that you would open their eyes and give them the courage to walk away from what they've engaged in. They may not have even known that they have gotten into something that's way over their head that is unlawful. But first and foremost, they need to change their hearts so that they don't see people as just a stepping stone to get somewhere. This entire nation needs to turn around from its worship of the material world for things and money and power and such and turn back to you. And I ask you to pour out your spirit on this nation that we would all turn to you in everything thing we do every step of the way so that we can get ourselves right and the right frame of mind and service mind. Thank you so much for, for everything you're doing. When we have to really acknowledge that this battle is yours and the faith that we have in you knowing that, yeah, we're going through some rough times right now. A lot of us are angry and very angry about what's going on. We give that over to you because we can't carry it in a way that keeps us sane. And we ask that you would carry that burden for us and help us to keep our eyes on you as you lead us out of this absolute fog of war and this garbage that we have gotten accustomed to living in. We've been living on a garbage dump of, I don't know, just just unlawful actions and attacks by people that are bent on doing the wrong thing. And we thank you for leading us out of that. Help us to always question things and come up with answers so that we can understand and get closer to the truth. There's so many lies here and we're really sick of it. But thank you for shedding light on all things. We thank you. We worship you. We adore you. And we're grateful for every single thing that you've done for us. And the road's a little rocky sometimes, but it is a great adventure. And we want you to know that we love you. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. So there you go, boys and girls. With that said, you got any last words, Mike? Just, you know, be the one percent that gets off the couch and does something. Don't be the other ninety nine percent waiting for someone else to do it for you. What's your top ten list? If you told people what to do, what would you what would you do? Number one, get your trust, get your affairs in order, get your trust in order. OK, we'll teach you how to do it. We'll teach you how the process of what we what we do. We have different processes, but get your assets protected. Own nothing but control everything so that that can be used as leverage against you. And I mean, it covers a lot of territory that includes even your kids and yourself and your biometrics. Look at what's going on right now in the world about biometrics. So that's number one. Protect what you have right there. Number two is get educated. that's primary. I mean, you got to educate yourself on all these different things. So once you get that education, now you can pick whatever way you want to go, whether or not you want to go over your local politicians and what they're doing and the usurpations of authority that they're committing to what's going on in Washington, D.C. I mean, it opens up a horizon of aspects that you can go after. I mean, it's unlimited. So You know, I hear me talk on here and I cover, you know, I started about trust and then I talk about the travel package and I talk about debt discharge. I talk about property rights and the taxes and all this. There is a lot of information out there. There's a lot of subjects out there. And I'm I'm only grazing over a few. I'm only going over a few of them. I mean, there's a lot more out there that need to be addressed and looked at. And everybody's you know, everybody has their focal as far as what affects them directly. So learn and educate yourself on those subjects. And if you need help, reach out to us. Maybe we got someone who knows something about what you're looking into. They can help and assist you with those things. So I'm not claiming to know it all, but we have a variety of people that we can call upon, whether it be anything that I've covered, whether it be something in equity, whether it be something spiritually, we cover a wide variety. Okay. There's, there's different ones of us that we all work hand in hand and we, we pretty much cover a spectrum that I think covers just about everything. So yeah, just, just get going and get going and motivate and do something because if you don't, uh you're gonna regret it yeah you really will you're gonna wish you had gotten involved so rp post says so property tax paid in beans just so everybody knows this is not legal advice blah blah blah blah we don't play with the with the bar attorneys or anything like that so so uh I talk about things that I have physically done I physically that I have done and experienced okay that's why it's not legal advice I'm I'm giving you my experiences and what I've done Bam. And there it is. All right, boys and girls, we're going to go to that part of the show. Ding, ding, ding. Go to BrandonBufferGovernor.com because I'm the best night conceder who has ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. And I'd like you to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump. The Cowboy Boots, I wear them better because I wear them every day. And then we talk this or that. And that's my twenty twenty two protest to these illegal thugs that are in our state government and national, really. So and and local because they're a bunch of thugs and they're lying everywhere. to you full time. If their mouths are moving, they're lying. And that's just the way it is. So we're going to have to figure out ways to address that. So with that said, you know, I just wish peace for everyone. Peace on your homes and and in your lives and that sort of thing. And sometimes a little bit more motivation and possibly anger when it's justified. Because honestly, the whole narrative of Gentile Jesus with a lamb sitting on his foot is probably not representational of where God is right now. He was tipping the tables over. And when he when Jesus walked the earth, and I think it's probably going to be maybe a little bit more decisive this next time when when he decides to deal with this nonsense. He's not above he's not above flooding the earth out. And I think the next time you won't do it that way, but it might be a little bit more radical. We'll have to see. But in the meantime, judgment is not is is not is reserved for the wicked. The Bible talks about it over and over again. So it's important to get ourselves and our spiritual lives in the right order first before we do anything. Because if our emotions are all caught up in whatever they want us to react to, we are not going to think. We are not going to be thinking. And they're just going to push us around. No two ways about it. So with that said, start thinking. Get yourself educated. Make yourself a to-do list. It's not that difficult to do. And start... taking these tasks seriously one at a time. If you do something once or twice a day, all of a sudden in a year, you've got so much stuff done, it's not even funny. And when you really get good at it, you might be doing ten or a hundred things a year, like calling and passing Mike's information on, perhaps passing on BNN information. And because we have so many different speakers on here, And they're all doing good works trying to move the bar a little bit. And I don't mean the Bar Association bar, but move things back into the Republic. So at any rate, I encourage you to look up what Mike's doing and give them a look at any rate and continue to listen, continue to educate yourself, continue to get educated on this. It's going to be very important. So with that said, God bless you all. God bless all those whom you love and God bless America. Make it a great day. It's a matter of choice. Whatever we do, we still get to make the choice of sitting back and being lazy, going forward and actually doing work, showing up for coffee and cookies and being entertained, or being a mover in society that's not going to tolerate this in our lives. You have the ability and you have the right to do that. And I encourage you all to do that. So I'll be on tomorrow with Liberty Essentials. Bill's not going to be on tomorrow in the morning, but we will still be going. And then Greg Martini will also be on tomorrow. So I encourage you to join us. Have a great day. Grace and peace to you all. See ya.
