Good morning and welcome to Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the sixth day of May, twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show today. I hope you're having a wonderful day and a good start to the week. It's been busy here. It's been very busy here, but lots to talk about. So I'm going to start the day today on Brandenburg News Network with John Tater with Lawful Defense. And then after him, Mike Bambus is going to be on with talking about further talking about pro saying and the ability to know the law so that you can use the law to be informed, to defend yourself and to see what's really going on here. So I had a funny situation that happened here. I'm going to bring John on a minute. Hey, John, how you doing? I'm good. Good, good. I've had a funny situation with these lawsuits that I'm working with right now. And I think next week I'm going to be able to talk about them some more because honestly, you can't make this stuff up. They're literally making up the law as they go. It is absurd. It's ridiculous, which brings us into the FBI and the injustice system and what's going on with Alcatraz. That's good. What are your thoughts here, sir? Well, Trump is refurbishing Alcatraz for the judges. I think he should leave it the way it is and stick them in there anyway, as long as they have water and bread. Well, he didn't know if there's rats there. It's kind of like they've got a common family. So, I mean, what's the problem? That's right. Exactly. One rat or another rat, it doesn't matter. Yeah, it's kind of crazy. I mean, the things that we're seeing in the United States, did you ever think when you were younger that you would see the nonsense going on? Well, that's not what I was taught. I was taught that the government was good and they would never do anything wrong. And I still have relatives that believe that, that believe the government is good and it would never happen in the United States. They just don't know because they've not been... Some of them have had a little fringe... touch with the system but they have not really been involved in the system and they don't care to get involved they still run out and get the so-called professional criminals to do their work for them and that's the problem uh we we don't know and we don't know what we don't know in many cases and that's a lot of the that's a lot of the reasons why people aren't calling saying trump hey go hang them all Because there's some people out there that still believe that the system will fix itself or it is correctable or that they fall over. Who knows what they believe? I can't. I can't. I try to talk to these people. They just don't get it. They can give me sound bites from the TV and tell me exactly what CNN said, but they can't tell me anything beyond that. So they're uneducated, illiterate. Right. And you've got some people that say, come on, they're a really good person. They're good. Let's go get a cookie and coffee and that sort of thing, because they're just good people. We know they're good people. And it's like, no. And then you got the snowflakes on the other side that are like, you know, boo, you know, let's go get a fat free cookie and a herbal tea over here and hide from everything, not face problems head on. And that's a big problem. Or let's attack everyone else except for the issue. I'm seeing that all over the place. This is one of my biggest beefs with the political parties right now is the divisiveness of these parties. The Republican Party and the Democrat parties are criminal enterprises at this point in time. They have taken foreign money. And if anybody stays on this, whether they want to acknowledge it or not, out of ignorance, ignorance of the law is not an excuse. They are collaborating with an enemy of the United States. You know, I was in New Hampshire this weekend at the National... Constitution Party Committee because I'm the chairman of the Constitution Party in Michigan, which goes under the U.S. Taxpayers Party because Benson is an obstructionist and will not address the situation of us just changing our name like you would to any committee. And there's no lawful basis. It's an obstructionist move, but we are in fact the Michigan affiliate of the National Constitution Party. We are the Constitution Party in Michigan. And what I found out when I was there is I believe there's several other candidates that were taken out at the petition level, just like I was. And it's not just a Michigan thing. You can see me start talking. It was a national thing. hit job on actual candidates. The only candidates that got through were the ones that were playing ball with the establishment. They're establishment candidates. If you were not attacked, you're probably part of the problem because that means that they had vetted these people and figured out who was going to play ball with them, who was going to capitulate to their usurpations and who was not going to stand up to the tyranny. A lot of it has to do with, as far as I'm concerned, with the delegates that get elected by two or three people in that particular community. Those delegates, for the most part, are ignorant. They don't know what's going on. They're there for social gathering. They're there to be part of the crowd, whatever. Let's call it what it is. It is a cult. When you're told from above what you're going to do or what we need to do to stick together, don't buck the system. And I'm not going to say all of them are that way, but the structure is set up for that. A number of them are. I've talked to a lot of them. I was a delegate at one time. I was in the crowd. I saw how they behaved. I saw how they behaved in Lansing. The person that's at the podium runs the show and the delegates just sit there and they're yes people, most of them. There was an opportunity during that time period when the chairman of the committee could have been, we could have walked out on him. because he was corrupt, we knew it, I knew it. But nobody wanted to get up and walk out on him and they should have. And then that would be truly what the delegates are there for. They're to pick the candidates to run for office. That means they have vetted the candidates, not the structure, not the head of the organization, not the head of the delegates, but the delegates themselves. They have all been out there. They have vetted this guy, not listening to what he says. and his history, but getting out there and finding out who this guy really is. What does he do if he's running for office for the governor or whatever? That's their job, but they don't do it. So we end up with the criminals running for office. And of course, they're the ones that are vetted by the head of the delegation. And the corporatocracy. We get the crap that we get. Which is a perfect segue to my tirade on the DNR, which I think needs to be absolutely everyone that's played ball with the DNR need to be tried for high crimes of treason in the state of Michigan. And I can prove my case on this, on them clear cutting the state of Michigan, destroying dams, which the people in the forties that built these dams were way the heck smarter than the people we have in office right now. They knew how to control the water table for having fishing, for eliminating droughts and floods, And these morons are literally just going to turn them back into trickle creeks so that we have no fishing in Michigan, that we have no fishing, no food supplies. They're destroying it. They destroyed the fisheries. And now they're going after the dams and our water supplies, our water supply. reserves is what they're destroying right now. And I'm going to go back to this because Coca-Cola is a global threat to the world. They, they have the guy that's ahead of Nestle just got put in who is what, what they've been taking billions of gallons of water out of Michigan for two hundred and fifty dollars or so permit. He's now in charge of the World Economic Forum. And guess who owns Nestle? That would be Coca-Cola. And if you haven't watched anything on Coca-Cola's basically the conglomeration, how they're taking over the world, you need to start paying attention to this because the corporatocracy that is actually driving the bus. Well, you do know, or at least we spoke about it earlier, that Coca-Cola has now teamed up with Bill Gates, And they're putting fluorescent nanoparticles in Coca-Cola. I got to check this out. You said that earlier. The fluorescent nanoparticles crosses the blood-brain barrier. So Microsoft and Coca-Cola are now in cahoots with each other. And if you're drinking Coke, you better find a better option. or you're going to be a controlled robot by Microsoft. That's where this is headed. Yeah, it isn't there yet, and it's gonna take a little time, but that's what's going on. And now that Bill Gates is involved in Coca-Cola, you know, he bought how many acres of land to control the food production in Michigan or attempt, or not in Michigan, He's up to about twenty six hundred acres in Michigan. But right now he's they're working with the DNR. The DNR has been weaponized against the state and the people. And they are literally destroying this state. It is not it's not Department of Natural Resources. It's destroy, neglect and ravage. That's that's what it stands for. So here we go. I'm going to put this up a minute. I love your insight into this thing because it's like, I feel so not alone with you. I'm all into this too. So there were so many articles on it. There you go. Unbelievable. Foodborne particles, NPs, have drawn great attention due to human health concern. This study reports detection of the presence of fluorescent NPs, nanoparticles, about five nano enums in two of the most popular beverages, Coke and Pepsi, the NPs contain H, C, and O, three elements with a tunable emission and with quantum yield of three point three and four point three for Coke and Pepsi respectively. The presence of SP hybridized carbon atoms of alcohols and ether bonds was confirmed by NMR analysis. The NPs can be taken up by living cells and accumulate within cell membranes and cytoplasm. Evaluation of the acute toxicity of NPs revealed that BLA-B, C mice, appeared healthy after administering a single dose. Analysis of glutamate. I don't even know how to say these words. Okay, I'm just going to say it. Creatin showed that they were statistically, but not biologically significant. So they say. I think we know that they're putting this in our foods. They are literally, it almost looks like tagging an animal. That's what they're doing. They're tagging us as animals. Yeah. Spermicidal potency of Coca-Cola and Pepsi. I think we got a problem here. Well, we do, but it goes back to who's drinking that stuff anyway. Okay, I'm bad. I drink it once in a while. I haven't had a Coke or a Pepsi in I don't know how many years, nor do I plan on having one. But people that are hooked on that beverage needs to find another source of, and actually should be water, but if they don't want to do water, there's a whole bunch of other things they could use. Well, we got our water screwed up too. You want to hear something funny? This is absolutely hilarious. There's a bottling company that's bottling water, and I think it's called Instant Death. and they branded it on you know trying to make water look all kinds of you know badass but and not you know not um using plastics but what people don't understand is that their aluminum cans which all of the aluminum cans have to have a plastic liner that they spray on they're not easily recyclable because you got to burn that liner off and they literally paid for people to send their plastic bottles into the competition. So it's like, guys, get some reverse osmosis in your house or something like that and start filtering this stuff out and use glass because they're literally lying to you on every – level of sanity that's right and if it's if you're a youngin twenty thirty forty years old it's probably not going to affect you as seriously as as you get older but it accumulates in your body over time and uh part of our problem of the health issue is the plastic of our system We have so much plastic. All right, here, I'm going to play this real quick. See, I didn't check the source. You need to hear this if you're a soda lover. Shocking new findings reveal a hidden truth about what's in your Coke. In a groundbreaking study, researchers discovered fluorescent nanoparticles in Coca-Cola. These tiny particles aren't just floating around harmlessly. They can cross the blood-brain barrier, be absorbed and digested in the small intestines and colorectum, taken up by living cells and even cleared through the liver. This isn't just a freak accident, folks. Nanoparticles are intentionally added to various food products as flavor modifiers, additives, and preservatives. yet both Coke and Pepsi denied using nanoparticles in their soft drinks back in twenty fourteen. Imagine that, nanoparticles potentially affecting vital organs and systems in your body, all while you sip on that refreshing cola. Now before you take another sip, think about the potential health implications. Stay informed, stay healthy, and always question what's in your food and drinks. Subscribe for more. Question everything. Absolutely. That's what we do. How's your chickens doing? One of them was up at about six o'clock today crowing like crazy. I thought it was a rooster. No, it wasn't a rooster, but I don't know why. Once in a while they do that. Yeah, they sure do. It's generally the Rhode Island red that's the loudest, noisiest one. We have one of our roosters. He's a riot. He lost his buddy. We usually will put a couple of men together, and they're actually friends. And so, you know, people talk about rooster fighting. They don't fight just naturally, okay? That's such a dumb thing by somebody who doesn't and has never been around chickens. They generally fight. hang together. The funny part about it is that it was raining a couple of days ago, pretty hard, and they went out in the rain anyway. They came in and they looked like soap rats, you know. Yeah, our roosters are like, you know, hey, bud, hey, Phil, how you doing? That's great. Let's look around a little bit. It's like, you know, if they were guys, they'd be sitting on the sofa with a remote control in their hand and a beer. That's exactly how they act together. They don't sit there and fight. They don't have time for that. It's like, hey, this is our life, so let's just kind of hang together and enjoy our time. I mean, they actually get along real well. can you tell me why an egg that they may lay is not doesn't have the shell on it but it has the membrane you know so it's a full egg with the membrane uh I've had a couple of those eggs like that are you giving them are you giving them oyster shells yeah oyster shells and their own shells back to them okay um let me it doesn't happen often it just every so often I see this I've never had that with our chickens, but we also, you have to also have oils in the food. So you may want to throw some like the black oiled sunflower seeds in there. They get sunflower seeds. The black ones? Yeah. So, because that's got, we try to put enough oil in their food. I don't know. Let me see if I can figure that one out. We've never had that one. Or the other one is a tiny little egg, like a robin egg. And occasionally I'll get one of those. Not often. Yeah, I've never seen that. You know, when they're young, they'll start out and they have like real, the first couple of eggs they lay are real small and then they get bigger. And I don't know, we've got a few porcelains in the mix. We've got, we have a lot of chickens and we have a few porcelains in the mix. They're like a little tiny white chicken and it's kind of got a tail feather on it, you know, like a cute little tail feather. I mean, it looks like a fan, almost like a pigeon feather. You know, the white pigeons, but they're chickens. And those little buggers lay the biggest eggs you could possibly imagine. Smallest chicken in the group. And they just lay these monster eggs. You're like, dude, this is amazing. Well, I don't understand why I'm getting, occasionally, and it's not often. I mean, they're staying ahead of my eating the eggs. What kind of chickens do you have? I have a Rhode Island Red. I have a Wyandotte. Those are nice chickens. Yeah, Wyandotte. It's a golden Wyandotte. I have a Issa Brown and a gray one. What pack's the gray one called? You have a Brahma with feathers on their feet? No. Oh. No, just those four. Wyandottes are nice because they're friendly. I think that's some of our favorites is the Wyandottes. I just got a Black Moran, and I want a whole bunch of these things. They lay like dark chocolate-looking eggs, like chocolate eggs, which is kind of cool. Well, I don't want to have a chicken farm. I just want to have a few chickens. They and themselves do take a lot of work. I failed at that completely because we're, I don't know, we had a couple of them that, that checked out of life recently, but I think we're about to a hundred and twenty chickens. So, but we give a lot of food away. So, you know, there's, there's a lot of families in our area too, that, you know, that, that they, there's a, there's a couple of them that are, they're doing some struggling, you know? So a lot of times if you just can give what you have to people and they know that somebody cares. You know, enough to pay attention. It's not even what you give them. It's the fact that they realize that somebody actually, you know, gives a crap about them when the rest of the world is kicking them in the face. It doesn't take much, you know. It's helpful. Yeah. So yeah, this whole lawsuit thing, I got to tell you, you have taught me so much. It's amazing. And I am having fun with this. I am literally having a riot. They're not like sending the best of the best into practice law. That's what I do. They're all pretty much ignorant. They're ignorant. Most of the lawyers and therefore most of the judges. And I personally think that they're all ignorant. They're ignorant. None of them know what the law is. They think they do. One of their arguments was, well, that's what the law says. But if you read it, that's what the law said. This is exactly what they said. They said, that's what the law says if you read it. But we don't really follow the laws that's written because that would be absurd. john that's what they said those are the actual I don't doubt it I don't doubt it because I don't believe any of the attorneys out there really know what the law is they know what the law is by themselves what they think it is what they want to know what the law is What happens if they falsify documents? And they do that all the time, unfortunately. They do. You got to watch these buggers. They're like slimy swamp creatures. That's right. So if you hire one of these slimy swamp creatures, then what does that say about you? You're ignorant. And it's like, you know, if you're going to hire a slimy swamp creature or engage in them in any manner, you better know what the law says and actually read it yourself. You know, you're going to pay these people to subvert you. That's what's going on here. Right. That's exactly correct. And then they're meeting the judges. They're meeting the judges in the back rooms and doing deals and crap. And I can't wait for Alcatraz to be filled up, emptied, filled up, emptied, filled up. You know, how many of these guys can we cram into there? Hey, that brings us to one of the oldest case, one, not one of the oldest cases, but the oldest case. I want you to go to page ten first. I guess that's where we'll start. All right. Yeah, page ten. Okay. Screwed up for a minute, just hang on. That's all right, I told you a different page because I thought we'd start differently, but since you brought this up. Let's see if I can. Arbery versus Madison, still good law, still the law of the land, based on the Constitution, based on Article VI of the Constitution. But John, the Constitution's irrelevant. Ask all the Convention of States people. conventional states people so another morons out there oh they're nuts have you ever watched them too they're like mk ultra the ones that are pushing this stuff here here marbury versus madison says the government of the united states has been emphatically termed a government of laws and not of men it will certainly cease to deserve the high appreciation of Appalachian. Appalachian if the law furnishes no remedy for the violation of vested legal rights. And there it is right there. We are a law. We are a government of laws and not of men. And that takes us to page twenty. I think it was twenty. Yeah, I had this all lined out here. That's all right. I got it back. because you brought that up about not using the law. Page twenty-first sentence in the yellow, it is emphatically the providence and duty of the judicial department to say what the law is. And then that's worth reading later, but I don't want to take a whole lot of time on this because we can get into a lot on this one. Page twenty-one. which is probably the most important and most judges. And of course, Alan Dershowitz is an attorney, fairly popular, but a major moron. I met him in Mar-a-Lago. You did? Yeah. I can't believe that Trump still has him hanging around. He is an idiot. for several reasons, but one in particular is he says, oh, they all violate their oaths of office. It's no big deal. Yeah, it kind of is a big deal. Yeah, it says, well, Marbury versus Madison says, why otherwise does it direct the judge to take an oath to support it? This is the Constitution. The Constitution. This oath certainly applies in the special manner to the conduct in their office character. How immoral to impose it on them if they were to be used as an instrument and the knowingly instruments for violating what they swear to support. And this is exactly what's going on with the judges that are ruling in the Trump cases. The judges that are involved in my case, the AG of Michigan is a criminal. And I'm gonna bring her up on charge. I'm gonna file a lawsuit against her shortly because she believes that the judges have absolute immunity. She's an idiot. They don't have absolute immunity. They never did have absolute immunity. Only when they do what? When they follow the rule of law. And when they step outside the rule of law, they have no immunity. Yep, they're totally gone. There's case upon case upon case that spell that out. that they must follow within their judicial duties, their job description. And their job description is what? I swear I'll uphold the Constitution of the United States. And then they turn around and they violate their oath of office. They are criminals. Excuse me. And thank God President Trump is reopening Alcatraz. In fact, he ought to call it the Judicial Prison for Judges Alcatraz. Should have a different title. Maybe it will. That would be good, wouldn't it? Yes, that would be great. Put all the judges and all the attorneys and the AGs that don't follow the rule of law in Alcatraz. We only have like three hundred and some odd spots there, though, don't they? That's true. So we do need to add on because I'm pretty extra sure we can multiply that by, oh, I don't know, fifty? Well, probably more. But Alcatraz is a good start and certainly should be a good deterrent for any judge that may be sitting on the fence thinking, oh, well, maybe I could get away with this or maybe I can't. Do we want to spend the rest of your life in Alcatraz? And that'd be a good place for the judges to practice their law in Alcatraz together. Then maybe they'll understand why they're there. I think that qualifies as treason. So I'm kind of pushing that one just a little further. Well, people that are treasonous, that's the end of a rope. And that's a good thing for them too. And it's not soap on a rope. That's right. If we read on just a little more on page. Okay. The oath of office to imposed by the legislature is completely demonstrated of the legislature's opinion on the subject. It is in these words, I do solemnly swear that I, that I will administer justice without respect to persons and do equal rights to the poor and to the rich. and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge all the duties incumbent upon me as according to the best of my ability and understanding agreeable to the Constitution and the laws of the United States. This is a nation of laws. This is not a nation of men, as we have pointed out earlier. If we skip down a few words, in such be the real state of things, this is worse than solemn mockery to prescribe or to take this oath becomes equal to a crime. That's if they violate their oath of office, it's a crime. Go ahead, sorry. This is the supreme law of the land, Marbury v. Madison, still good law, just like Norton v. Shelby County, supreme law of the land. Can you shoot off the names of some other cases that follow this thought? About judges not having immunity? Yes. Uh, the, the one that really spells it out is ex parte young. Okay. Partay young says, if you step outside your judicial, if you step outside your job description, you will be stripped of your office, stand naked. and suffer the consequences, that's my paraphrasing, but that's pretty close to what it says. Ex parte Young is one of them. Norton versus Shelby County is another one basically that says if it's an unconstitutional act, it creates no law, it affords no office, it creates no protection So if you are a judge and you violate the Constitution, and it's an unconstitutional law that you pass, you have no recourse. You can't expect the state to protect you because it won't. It can't. So Norton versus Shelby County is very powerful. I always use that. That's always on the forefront of my case. I talk about usurpation. It's not overreach, ladies and gentlemen. And all the audience out there, there's no such thing as overreach. That's a made-up term. Again, if you... uh live in their language they control the narrative we got to live in the language of the law which is usurpation which is a legal term which brings us back to a crime usurpation used to pay usurping your authority is a crime in this country based on Martin versus Shelby County, based on Marbury versus Madison, based on Eileen Cannon, her brand new decision. Eileen Cannon brought it out that the judge or that Jack Smith doesn't exist because there was no office to fill. That's Norton versus Shelby County that she spelled out. So she took an eighteen eighty six case in nineteen or in two thousand twenty four and made it very relevant on on the timeline. If some stupid attorney and there are a lot of stupid attorneys out there that will say, oh, that's an old case and therefore it doesn't count. Well, the Constitution is older. You mean the Constitution doesn't count? How about Marbury versus Madison, which is one of the first cases. That's a seven, what is it, something or other, I can check because I got it. I got it. That's an old case too. But we are built on case law in this country. One case developed, brings the law out, and we follow those case law based on not time, but based on precedent that has been set. And if it hasn't been overturned, then who can overturn Marbury v. Madison? It would have to be Congress, wouldn't it? No, Supreme Court. Supreme Court, okay. So the legislature makes the laws and the Supreme Court could rule that it's unconstitutional, but they haven't because it's not. That's right, because it is the law of the land. Same with Norton v. Shelby County. Only the Supreme Court can overrule Norton v. Shelby County. and it's never been overturned. It's still good law and it's still powerful, but we need to understand it, we need to use it. As my co-partner that sits in the chair next to me during our Wednesday night meeting says, if you don't know Norton, you don't know the Republic. And he's right on target because Norton spells out the terminology, that we need to be using in our republic. Again, that's public functionary. They're not officials. They're not leaders. They're not whatever, what else do they call them? Public officials, leaders. Oh, I don't know. All of these other terminologies that are being used by the deep state and the republic and the democracy, rather, that they are the people we need to follow because they're our leaders. No, they're not our leaders. They're our representatives. They're actually public functionaries. And a public functionary has a function in government. I'm not seeing a lot of leadership qualities coming out of anybody in Lansing. Just saying. Charlotte said, good morning. A.G. Nessel violated her oath duty again, letting Palestine protest or go with no charges. All right. You know, this comes up all the time that we have the right to protest. We have the right to protest. I don't think so. I think we have the right to redress grievances. But they've turned this around into civil disturbing the peace. Let me tell you something. When you become a governor or a AG, state of Michigan, or a secretary of state, you swear an oath to the Constitution. Then the Constitution of the United States, on which you are to uphold the Constitution and all the meanings of the rules of the Constitution. When you don't uphold those rules, When you do not uphold the laws of the Constitution, you are violating your oath of office. You have created a criminal act. So when Dana Nessel or Whitner... Queen Gretch. Or Gretch, yeah, I was thinking of a different name, but I won't say that here. Gretch. I don't know, Charlotte just called them all hookers, so. Yeah, well, the whores of Lansing, the three whores of Lansing violate their oath of office. They have created a criminal act against the Constitution. And when you create a criminal act against the Constitution, you are treasonous, creating acts of treason. So when you swear an oath to the Constitution, you can't support Israel. You can't support Hamas. You can't support ISIS or any of the other organizations out there. You have to support the Constitution. Whether you in your heart believe that the Hamas people are good or not, you better not bring that out in the public because if you do, you're violating your oath of office. Right. It's like you've got to follow the rails. We can't even run our own country right at this point in time. So, you know, I'm sorry. I just want to see the killing stop. And unfortunately, I think it's our country that's behind most of it. Well, I don't want to say it's our country, but I would say it's the government, the global government, people in our government that are. Let's call them the deep state, which is still a pretty good term for them. Well, we're funding this and we're funding these fights behind the scenes. It goes back to the, not us, not our country is us, but these usurpers and pretenders that are basically foreign intervention. You and I are not funding them. No. The Federal Reserve Banking System that's funding them. It's the wide open credit card that's funding them, but they can print all the money that they want and distribute it the way they want and that's what they've been doing. Behind our backs, behind the public's back, because the public really knew what was going on, the public would be outraged and we would all be in the streets with ropes in our hands hanging these people. But we don't know because the news media is complicit or part of this whole system. And they spew propaganda, thanks to Obama removing the Smith-Monts Act, I think it is, that gave the news media the ability to produce propaganda. And the people that are buying it, drink your Coca-Cola, drink your... Fluorescent nanoparticles. Coffee. Made at my house. Nanoparticles. And watch the news. Watch CNN and NSNBC. And then you'll really know what's going on, right? You'll really know how you're being taken to the Cleveland's. And they're trying to destroy our country. And if people don't get that, I don't know what else we can tell them. If they don't understand that your country is being taken from you and being turned into a third world country, and you don't see that around you in every aspect, in the legal aspect, in the financial aspect, in the economy and everything, I don't know how else to educate you. You're missing the boat. You know what's really sad to me? I had this discussion yesterday with a friend who just moved up from Florida to Michigan. And we were talking about the area that I live in. It used to be very, very Dutch, very Dutch in West Michigan. I mean, that was the primary ethnic group that settled here, right? and when I grew up everything had order to it you could go into any dutch home and I could tell you exactly where the waste basket was going to be how they had the kitchen laid out and it was kind of funny because you know you could you it was a community that kind of functioned together so somebody was sick you'd go into somebody else's house know exactly how it was laid up and take care of the family it was a shame if you didn't have flowers planted in your yard or your yard wasn't taken care of because The people that came from the Netherlands, they were seriously into gardens, okay? And there was order. Things were picked up. It was neat. It was clean. And it was taken care of. Now, I hate to say this, but as I travel around and see just the degree of lack of adults taking care of business, of making sure that things are handled, picked up, clean, maintained and such, we've lost so much of that. Talking about going into a third world country, you can see the evidence of lack of pride in so many areas for their properties. It's not everywhere, but it's more. Like I said, when I was a kid, it was almost non-existent. people had farms and they kept those farms up. It was a moment of pride. Their houses were clean, neat, and orderly. Their yards, everything was in order. And there's a part of that that we've lost. And I'm sorry, but on an individual basis, we're all going to have to check ourselves a little bit. There was somebody that made a video. I think he was either a general or an admiral. He was He was in one of the militaries as an officer and he got up and he did a speech on get up in the morning. And I'm going to tell you right now, I do not make my bed every single day. OK, and it's my bad, but I do everything in the barn and everything else is taken care of. Right. But I think it's a good idea. But he said, get up, get yourself in a disciplined manner. schedule so that you don't just spend all your time like, okay, I'm going to get on my phone and I'm just going to play. Oh my gosh, six hours have gone away. He's like, get up in the morning, make your bed, have something that's an orderly process, and you'll find that the rest of your day, your focus will be there. You've got to listen to When You Get a Chance. It's a YouTuber. It's Admiral That was a Navy SEAL, and he talks about if you want to be successful in life, make your bet. That's the one I'm talking about. Who was it? I can't remember his name, but if you haven't seen that video. I just couldn't think of his name. I can't think of his name either. It's worth watching. yeah here you go I'm going to pull it up so that's the one I was talking about because it he's on youtube guys stop posting to youtube so if you want to change the world there you go start off by making your bed if you make your bed you will have accomplished the first task of the day it will give you a small sense of pride and it will encourage you to do another task and another and another and by the end of the day that one task completed will have turned into many tasks completed Making your bed will also reinforce the fact that the little things in life matter. If you can't do the little things right, you'll never be able to do the big things right. And if by chance you have a miserable day, you will come home to a bed that is made. That you made. And a made bed gives you encouragement that tomorrow will be better. To pass SEAL training, there are a series of long swims that must be completed. One is the night swim. Before the swim, the instructors joyfully briefed the students on all the species of sharks that inhabit the waters off San Clemente. They assure you, however, that no student has ever been eaten by a shark. At least not that they didn't. Okay, I've got to stop for two seconds or stupid YouTube is going to give me a strike here. But the point, the point, okay, William McRaven. us and so I think this is great and I mean you know if we don't want the united states to be a third world country and look at the third world country we're going to have to start acting like we're doing we're taking care of business as adults and educating ourselves making sure that we're not the baby that's sitting there like a freaking baby bird with our mouths open hoping hoping for somebody to feed us every day but be somebody that goes out there and makes the world a better place because we're willing to do the work and we're willing to be the adults that take care of things without expecting anything back. I need to go back to, are you going to play a little more of this? Yeah, let's do that. But you were also taught that if a shark begins to circle your position, stay on your ground. Do not swim away. do not act afraid and if the shark hungry for a midnight snack darts towards you then summons up all your strength and punch him in the snout and he will turn and swim away there are a lot of sharks in the world if you hope to complete the swim you will have to deal with them Dana Nessel, Gretchen Whitmer, Jocelyn Benson, Jonathan Brader, the majority of the people in the government of Michigan, both elected and unelected. So if you want to change the world, don't back down from the sharks. Over a few weeks of difficult training, my SEAL class, which started with a hundred and fifty men, was down to just forty two. There are now six boat crews of seven men each. was in the boat with the tall guys but the best boat crew we had was made of the little guys the munchkin crew we called them no one was over five foot five the munchkin boat crew had one american indian one african-american one polish-american one greek-american one italian-american and two tough kids from the midwest they out paddled outran and out swam all the other boat crews the big men in the other boat crews would always make good-natured fun of the tiny little flippers the munchkins put on their tiny little feet. Okay, that is funny. Okay, I'm trying to avoid a YouTube stream. That's why I'm pausing, but here we go. Prior to every swim. But somehow these little guys, from every corner of the nation and the world, always had the last laugh, swimming faster than everyone and reaching the shore long before the rest of us. SEAL training was a great equalizer. Nothing mattered but your will to succeed, not your color, not your ethnic background, not your education, not your social status. If you want to change the world, measure a person by the size of their heart, not by the size of their flippers. I want to meet that guy. I love that guy. Since I'm such a huge person, it makes me feel better about my little tiny flippers. Yeah, he's a good guy, and that's a great video. So anybody that hasn't seen the whole thing all the way through needs to watch it. Yeah, you know what? I'll do this right now. I'll put this in my Telegram channel. So just for everybody, there's lots of imposters out there, just so you know. You know how many people that are impersonating me in the world of social media, etc.? It's crazy. Yeah, it's like this is kind of sad. If you have to impersonate me, that's real sad. Well, let's go back to Marbury versus Madison if we can. I want to do the last two paragraphs. Okay, hang on a minute. I'm trying to post this to my Telegram channel. We'll go right there. Sorry, guys. My ADD is kicking in on me. Okay, I didn't tell you we were going to read a little further. Okay. All right, here we go. Stop screen. See, I got to do everything here. I need a staff. I don't have staff. So you guys are just stuck with me. Yeah, you guys are stuck with me. Unless somebody decides they want to help. Not likely. Hang on a minute. Okay, where is it? Where is it? Did I close it? Hang on a minute. Just keep talking here, John, and I'll get it figured out. Okay, well, it was the last couple of paragraphs in Marbury that I think are pretty powerful, and that's why I wanted to kind of read through those last couple of parts. There we go. Because as we've talked earlier. How far down? All the way to the end, page twenty-two. All right. It is also not entirely unworthy of observation that in declaring what shall be the supreme law of the land, the Constitution itself is first mentioned. That's the first document, first mentioned document that should be mentioned even in a court of law. And especially in the court of law, because that's what the judge swore an oath to, right? And not the laws of the United States generally, but those only which shall be made in pursuance of the Constitution have that rank. So if the law isn't in pursuance to the Constitution, it's really not a law. And that goes back to Norton versus Shelby County. An unconstitutional law is not a law. It promotes or it creates no office. It is an operative as though it never had been passed. Thus, the particular phraseology of the Constitution of the United States confirms and strengthens the principles supposed to be external to all written constitutions. That a law repugnant to the Constitution is void and that the courts as well as other departments are bound by that instrument. bound by that instrument. It doesn't say that they can use it when they think it's appropriate, but they're bound by that instrument. The rule must be discharged. Again, These are phraseologies that were set up a long time ago, setting up the character of our country, setting up who we are and what we are made of, and it's in writing. So the government, the public functionaries that operate in that government, that swear an oath to that Constitution, that may in turn violate that Constitution are creating crimes against the country and are creating acts of treason against the country and against the Constitution. The Constitution is the most powerful thing we have on this face of the earth in America. And so that is the function of government. We go back to the Declaration of Independence. And what is the function of government? What's the purpose of government? To protect our life, liberty, and our property. Our pursuit of happiness. And the government that we have had installed upon us by the deep state democracy is not doing what they're supposed to be doing. They're following orders. They're just order takers. And we have allowed them to get away with it. Yeah. I think too that we really need to get together, all of us, and hold these communities accountable because local action equals national impact. Well, they're doing it on the local level. It is the craziest thing. And you know what? We've been paying attention to the national offices so much that the local offices have been completely taken over by order takers. They're working with something, the zoning planning groups, which are globalists that they hire as consultants. And they're literally destroying our communities. and expecting us to pick up the tab for it, which is really kind of shocking and disgusting all at the same time. They need to be thrown into the treason barrel. Oh, yeah, exactly. It doesn't mean that only the whores of Lansing are criminals. Back to that Hooper discussion again. There's a lot of people below them that are criminals. There are a lot of people that have been installed into certain positions, paid off, compromised because of their immoral behaviors or whatever you want to call it. And therefore, we end up with the kind of criminals that are running our system. And we, the people, need to pay attention to what's going on. We're not, and that's the problem. We're following the behavior of the news media, which we know is criminal by now. You ought to know it's all fake news. We have fake news that installed fake judges that have fake governors and fake... bureaucrats, and so on and so forth. They're all fake. We need to fix this system. Bunch of actors. Bunch of actors and imposters. Imposters is a better word. Yeah, imposters is a better word. I don't know. I've heard President Trump call out central casting enough times. So, you know, I'm going to go there. I'm going to say a couple of words, and I think we're going to be rounding out of time, and I don't want to take Mike Bambus' time away. Mike Bambus is part of our group. He's getting traction with what he's doing. He's doing a good job, and he's going to probably talk. How are you doing, Mike? How are you doing, John? I'm doing good. He's probably going to talk about being a pro se, and I'm going to tell you right now, if you're pro se in the court, the judge can't control you. If you hire a bar attorney, the bar attorney can be controlled by the judge. So you are in much better shape going in pro se. But you got to know what you're talking about. You can't go in and plead silly stuff. You have to know the law, and then you have a good leg up on the system. But going in pro se, you know what? Since I started these lawsuits back in the federal level, they have never allowed me in court. Well, this is interesting. What's really amazing is if they'd been sitting here with us every Tuesday for two plus years, John, they'd probably know how to do this by now if they're paying a little attention. But you know what? I think all of us that have gone into this arena can tell you that it is a great option. There really is no other option because the courts are just absolutely refusing to to follow the law. They're just playing games with these attorneys and extorting money. Look what they've done to President Trump. It's terrible. It is. Well, they have people like Alan Dershowitz out there that wouldn't know the law if it bit them in the rear end. And he's supposedly a high class, high profile attorney. But he comes out, he lies after one lie after another. And he says, oh, they always lie when they're oath of office. It's no big deal. Kind of is. So, guys, I'm going to take a quick break right here. And then, John, thanks for being on today. Oh, I didn't put your banner on. Hold on. Yeah, I try to remember to put your banner on. I have tools. I have toys. By the way, we're reading Norton v. Shelby County and going over the particulars and important points of Norton v. Shelby County. We've been doing this for the last couple of weeks. It takes a while to go through the case and make all of the information available. known to everybody uh and this is like the third time we're doing it so people need to get involved people want to know what our cases like norton versus shelby county and the power of that case uh they need to come to our website or our email around our zoom and and get that information I will also send them a copy of that case if they send me an email asking me for it so they can follow along with us. There you go. Well, I tell you what, guys, I'm going to take a real quick break here, and then I'll be back in about one minute, and we'll be on with Mike Bambus. Thanks so much, John, for being on today. I really appreciate everything you do. You're just an amazing teacher and one of the best teachers of my life and how faithful you are to constantly come on, giving your time, in order to help educate all of us who have been totally abandoned by the education scam system, the indoctrination system, to try to get this thing figured out. So I'll be right back with Mike, and we'll see John next Tuesday. Bye, y'all. Bye. See you, John. Good morning and welcome to the second hour of Brandenburg News Network. I am Donna Brandenburg and it's the sixth day of May, twenty twenty five. Welcome to our show. And without any further delays, I'm going to bring Mike Bambus on. How you doing, Mike? Good, good. Glad to be on again. Hey, you know what? I just loved, Mike and I ended up talking yesterday, guys. And I got to tell you, all my buddies, I've got another guy that I'm going to bring on at some point in time. His name is Daniel Richards. And he's doing the same thing in another state that we're all doing, which is fighting in court in a pro se capacity. And we're learning from each other. It's really amazing. And Mike is just a wealth of knowledge. So I wanted to know, where do you want to go with today? Well, I like to bring you up. It's been a while since I've been on the show and a lot has happened. And what I'd like to do is I have a, believe me, everybody needs to take notes about what I'm going to give. I'm going to give information overload here. A series of events have taken place. The last time I believe I was on here, I was talking about three cases in Livingston County that I was involved in. and I had paid the fines in coffee beans. And this judge, Daniel B. Bain of the, uh, Fifty-Third District Court, Livingston County, he's got his panties in a wad because I paid him in coffee beans. which in a sense is a legal tender in the sense that in the case of Montgomery Warby, Eugene Glaser, in nineteen eighty two, which took place in Rochester, Michigan, the judge did accept coffee beans as payment for the court fines and fees. Well, Bain is now trying to put me in jail again, has been threatening me and doing numerous other things. And so what has transpired that this thing has manifested. And I ended up filing a federal lawsuit against Daniel B. Bain and the federal court. And this is where things are going to get kind of alarming. The federal court and I have a copy of the court order right here and. On page three, this judge, federal judge, Susan DeClercq, states that judges have absolute immunity, including criminal activity. Oh, my goodness. Is this the guy? It actually states criminal activity. Is that the guy? I'm sorry? Let's see. Hang on, I got to share my screen here. Let's give him the notoriety that he so deserves. Yeah, Daniel B. Bain right there. Yep. Okay, so that's Daniel Bain. And what's the judge from the... Her name is Susan DeClercq. How do you spell it? D-E-C-L. I got it. It's got a Q on it or something. Yeah, it ends with a Q. All right. Hang on here a minute. And we'll bring her up and give them the notoriety that they so deserve. Okay. There you go. So I'm going to just read the one paragraph on here. She's a Biden. She's a Bidenite. And so it's a Bidenite judge. So therefore, we can probably safely assume that there's probably some interesting connections behind that one. Well, she states in her order. and I'm only going to read this one paragraph, importantly, judicial immunity extends even to judicial acts performed maliciously, corruptly, in bad faith, or in error. So I had contacted the federal court, and in the course of a conversation, I point-blanked them and said, so let me understand this correctly, that if I'm in the courtroom and the judge decides to shoot me dead in the courtroom and declare it a judicial act, they are... immune from prosecution? And the answer I got back was yes. Well, last time I checked, it was arrested last week. So what happened to absolute immunity? So a series, again, a series of events have taken place here. And in a non-related case, It took place in Genoa Township here in Livingston County. A property owner decided to put in an extra deck. They live on a lake and they wanted to have an extra platform deck to oversee the lake. The zoning board came back and forced her to tear it down. This went to court and the judge ordered her to tear it down and the zoning board declared that she was not privileged to have a second deck on her property. She doesn't own her property. She owns her. She owns her property. No, I mean, they're stating that by default that she does not own her property, which is an issue with the constitution. So they made her tear it down. The judge on that was Susan Geddes of the forty-four circuit court of Livingston County. So this thing is just like, again, manifested. The attorney for Genoa Township, and my understanding is his law firm also represents Livingston County, and they actually have represented judges in the past, is Seward Henderson out of, I believe it's Rochester. And the attorney's name is David Burris. He filed a brief with the circuit court stating that the defendant in that case and is using what they termed sovereign citizen tactics and associated with the FBI bulletin of twenty eleven. And in that bulletin, the FBI demonizes sovereign citizens as extremists and terrorists. In addition to naming her as this, he went so far as to name myself and numerous others, stating that we are associating as extremists and terrorists. Oh, they're putting you in a group now, so now you're not sovereign. It's actually they're using it as a title. Yes. Nice. So I got... How can I say pissed off? And so I decided that we need to fight back. It's enough is enough. So I put together and I sent it to you. It's called sovereign citizen versus terrorism. And I break the whole process down. And I would like to have everybody, you know, share this with everybody that you can. And I will give an email address if you want me to send you a copy, I can. And it breaks the whole process down in regards to this sovereign citizen terrorist application. Now, there's a little problem with their whole argument. And it took place in nineteen forty, May third of nineteen forty. And what I'd like to do is read this so that everybody can hear this. And this is a public law. So this is not my opinion or anything else. This is public law. And it states, whereas some two million young men and women in the United States each year reach the age of twenty-one years, and whereas it be desirable that the sovereign citizens of our nation be prepared for the responsibilities and impressed with the significance of their status in our self-governing republic, Therefore be it resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled that the third Sunday in May each year be and hereby is set aside as Citizenship Day and that the President of the United States is hereby authorized and requested to issue annually a proclamation setting aside that day as a public occasion for the recognition of all who, by becoming of age or naturalization, have attained the status of citizenship and the day shall be designated as I Am an American Day. This public law clearly defines us as those who self-govern in the Republic, not as extremists, not as terrorists. Our job is to question our public functionaries. They work for us. We don't work for them. So this public law is nothing more than a shot to the heart of their rhetoric declaring us as extremists and terrorists. So Dave Burris in his brief goes on to basically implicate that all sovereign citizens are an enemy to their democracy. Well, wait a minute, let's take another look at this. If we the sovereign citizens to be celebrated under an act of Congress by public law are a threat to their democracy, then the equal can be seen and said that they are a threat to our Republic. So who exactly is the domestic terrorist here? So if we look in the doctrine, I break down what a domestic terrorism is. And that can be found. Give me one second here. You know what? I'm not seeing the email. Don't say what my email address is out loud, but I'm going to quick send this to you because I don't know where it is. Because I don't need like five million on my email, you know? Yeah. And I don't really, unless somebody calls me, I don't really use email that much. I'd rather do texts. I might have sent it to you in Telegram. Oh, TG? Okay. Let me look here a minute. I love Telegram, actually. Telegram's a great, great app. I mean, I know there's problems with everything, but you know what? I do like Telegram. I'm not a techie, so I... I'm counting all the board. So under U.S. Code, two, three, three, one, subpart five, defines by Congress domestic terrorism. And part A, involves acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or any state. Under section B, appeared to be intended, one, to intimidate or coerce a civilian population. Two, to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion. Well, when you put out this rhetoric and the drive-by media constantly puts out there and talks about, oh, how sovereign citizens are a threat to the democracy and such, they're trying to influence the general public. They're using tactics of intimidation and coercion. because they get people to believe, oh, I don't want to question them because I'll be labeled one of those sovereign citizens. I'll be labeled as an extremist. So they get you in a mindset that you don't challenge their authority. And that, to me, is, by definition, domestic terrorism. They're using this propaganda. Now, if the FBI is doing this, what authority does the FBI have? Where's their delegation of authority? They're actually de facto under Norton v. Shelby County. Because we're nowhere in the Constitution are we supposed to have a federal law enforcement agency. Federal law enforcement agency, actually. I mean, they have broken so many laws, it's not even funny. Right. Now, this also goes on to say that the FBI has been instructing the courts on how to react to us and treat us. And they are also informing and instructing the state court administrator's office and the Bar Association. If the Bar Association is enforcing this and judges are bar members, they're all part of the club. We're not part of that club. So that club, that association is demonizing us. Now, what are most of our politicians? They're bar members. The court's bar members, the prosecutor's a bar member. They're all bar members. So they're using this rhetoric to demonize us and then trying to force us into submission to obey whatever it is that they want to cram down our throats. And they just write it. They've got all kinds of time to write this stuff and change the law to suit their needs. Right. And most of it's administrative, which has no authority over we the people. So... What I'm looking at is that the Bar Association is the domestic terrorist organization. And I'm not even willing to go in so far as to say, why would any prudent man or woman walk into a courtroom knowing that if they're gonna declare absolute immunity for whatever it is that they do to you, including deprive you of your rights up to causing you a physical harm, why would I ever walk into a courtroom? These people are dangerous. And if they're going to declare this an absolute immunity, I'm sorry, we've got a real problem here. So I issued to, I went out yesterday to Judge Bain, the chief judge of Livingston County, Matthew McGivney, because he's been part of this, he knows what's going on, to the court and to the prosecutor's office, Carolyn Henry, an order from the office of executor stating that they are to cease and desist all unlawful acts. And that part of this is to that I asked McGivney to in the order that I sent to them because I took ownership of the case. I took ownership of all three cases and all three cases I put into a trust. So now they're dealing with a trust. They're not dealing with me as the man. They're dealing with a trust. This is a trust issue. By also putting it in there, they don't have and cannot do I a harm. If they do, then they're in worse trouble than they already are. but under eighteen USC twenty three eighty two, which is misprision of treason. So the chief judge is now required under the law to report to the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Michigan Supreme Court Administrator's Office, the Bar Association, Livingston County Board of Commissioners and Livingston County Sheriff's Department, all the activities of Judge Bain and all the criminal activities that he has committed now through these three cases. Otherwise, Chief Judge McGivney is also going to be charged with misprisonment of treason if he fails to do so. And they have to give me documentation showing that they actually did do this. So I'm putting the screws to them in that if you're going to call me a domestic terrorist and you're calling me a threat, well, wait a minute. Let's really look at this. Congress, under the intent of Congress, says that I'm to be celebrated. I'm part of the republic, which means you're a threat. Not me. So then the other question becomes, Dave Burris, who represents Genoa Township, is it the intent of the board for Genoa Township, being that the attorney is the mouthpiece for them, is it their intent to wage war upon the people, the Constitution, and this country? If they represent the Livingston County Board of Commissioners, is it the intent of the Livingston County, who declared that they're a constitutional county? Well, You've got an attorney saying that your guys are the terrorists because you're violating the act of Congress. You're violating the terms of the constitution. So they are the domestic terrorists and we need to start coming back after them. I also, and if I got to resend it to you, I will. A series of FOIAs. There's a lot of power that people don't realize in the FOIA. And I sent FOIAs to the FBI, to the Supreme Court Administrator's Office, the Bar Association, Genoa Township, Livingston County Board of Commissioners, the Sheriff's Department, asking, are they still enforcing, and I want documentation, are they still enforcing the FBI Bulletin of and to show whether that they are or not. If they are, then there's the proof. If they're saying, no, no, we're not doing that anymore, then that means they were doing it. So prove to me that you're not doing it. So we can pin them down on this. Now, as far as you were talking earlier about bar attorneys and that, understand that there's no such thing as a license to practice law. They're all fake, okay? And I have here a FOIA certified response showing that they are not licensed. The other thing is that I have a whole book here of de facto departments and agencies, one of which is the Michigan State Police. Now, the Michigan State Police were created by what? Executive order of the governor. It's one of her twenty departments that she's allowed to create. She can't create a law enforcement agency. They can be there as an advisory position, but they cannot do what they're doing. They can't stop, detain, arrest or issue security instruments in the form of tickets. Tickets are securities instruments. So they are totally de facto. So if you get stopped by a state trooper, guess what? You can bring a claim against that officer for depriving you of your rights. The DNR, same thing. You were talking about the DNR earlier. I hate those guys. I just hate the DNR. They are a criminal organization which is literally being used to capture the natural resources of the state. Four point six million acres, people, and they have claimed mineral rights and logging rights. Once I get past this terrorist thing and get this off and running, this campaign I've got going regarding sovereign citizen versus terrorism, I'm going to go back to looking at getting people back their property rights. I'm sorry. Lodeo titles. Lodeo titles. There's another form. There's another way of doing it also. And that's what I'm going to concentrate on is getting people back their property rights and stop the property taxes because property taxes are actually a violation of the intent of Congress. Yeah. The Northwest Ordinance. I'm glad you brought this up because Ask My Tax is property tax abatement for dummies because all they're going to do is move this into another tax. They have not done it the right way. And people are like, oh, no property taxes because we heard somewhere that property taxes were illegal. So yes, we're going to follow these people who couldn't manage an ant farm. Okay. And it is the dumbest plan. And it's going to come back if people follow this to bite them in the tails, just like the ERISA act of seventy seventy two seventy three. It's going to do the same thing. It is highly misleading. I've been to some of their seminars to hear what their pitch was, and I've questioned them on their motive and how they're planning on instituting this, and they could not answer the questions. They had no idea how to get this across the goal line, and I brought up about all the titles and such, and they had no clue what I was talking about. They didn't understand any of it, and I'm like, Here you are trying to peddle this proposal to ax the tax when there's already in place things that people can do to eliminate property taxes. Well, I got to tell people, remember the last three proposals that passed and everybody was like, how could they pass? Nobody read the language. Well, you know what? We're doing the same thing again. This is like something that is absolutely for a low IQ voter who looks at the headline and doesn't do a thorough evaluation. We gave them six months for the Constitution Party in Michigan where they came and they gave us their little presentation. It was very rude. And we gave him six months, just like a constant blah, blah, blah. And then we said, okay. I finally cut him off and said, all right, we've got ahead enough of this right now. I said, we'll come back. And we gave them the ability to answer questions they would not as Bill Moore said. pointed out to who was the chairman at the time, they would not answer the questions for six months. They were collecting signatures before they had it properly filed. They were collecting signatures after the due date to have it done. I'm telling you guys, there's some big problems with this. And we need to question and not just bite at the headlines. Oh, Donna, you're against getting rid of property taxes. No, I'm not. I'm against stupid. Okay. And I'm against using headlines to take us captive when they don't really understand what's behind it. Well, here's the question for everybody, for everybody listening. What are taxes? Taxes are a service that a community provides to you, to your location. Do you have a contract? Where are you obligated? Where's the contract of obligation here? There is none. It's assumed and presumed. So that's number one. Number two, are taxes considered a debt? They consider it a debt. Well, if it's a debt, well, how are we supposed to pay that debt? If we're not the debtors, we the people are not debtors, we're the creditors. So we can't behold both positions. So if they're claiming that this is a debt owed, well, gee whiz, I'd like to know, Mr. Tax Assessor, What specie of payment would you like me to pay this in? How would you like this tendered? Because gold and silver is the only lawful money by which we can pay a debt. Under MCL-XXI.XXIII, for taxes to be collected, it has to be in lawful money. Well, we don't have access to lawful money. That was taken away from us in XIX.XXIII, under Proclamation XXXXIX, Proclamation XXXX. So all debts owing are that of the United States. So wait a minute. How am I supposed to pay this alleged debt? And if you're going to claim that I'm the debtor, okay, I guess hypothetically, let's play that game. I could be the surety, in which case I'm going to invoke my right of subrogation. Now bring forward the ledgers of all the chattel associated with what you are doing. You must now bring the ledgers forward so we can balance the books. Well, they don't want to do that now, do they? under a twelve CFR one zero zero six point three eight. Who's the original creditor on this account? They have to disclose that by law who the original creditor is. Well, guess what? It's going to be you because we the people are the creditors. So They don't want to go down this road. I've had numerous arguments with them. And this is, again, I'm going to take on this battle again here shortly and pin them down because they don't have the delegated authority to do what they're doing. And they know it. But they try and bamboozle you and threaten you that, well, if you don't pay us, we're going to take your property. Well, you know what? That property is now in a trust. Now what are you going to do? Now you've got a trust situation that you're going to have to contend with. So the intent of Congress was that we are not to pay property taxes. It was never associated with that under the Northwest Ordinance. And when you look at tax assessors and the tax commission, if you look, where did they come from? Oh, either they were created by executive order or they were created statually, by statute, which means they're de facto under Norton v. Shelby County. They have no authority. And that's where we have to take this now. We have to get all our pieces in line so that when we take this into the courts, which will happen, there's no getting around it. But the first of us who do do this and get into the courts are going to expose them for who and what they really are. And that's how you ax the tax. So it's all pretended. And what what if we don't fight it at a structural level, this is just going to be like it's going to pop up in another way. And when you look at, say, BlackRock owning, buying up all of these single family homes, who's trying to get out of paying property taxes? It's going to go back. on the people of America in a discretionary tax. They've never done anything to prevent that from happening. Same thing happened with the ERISA Act of seventy two seventy three. They did the same thing for the unions because of the Studebaker that Studebaker pilfered their pensions. So they put that in place. But what they didn't do once again, we've got, you know, people who are finding legal ways to subvert the people they didn't plan on their own unions pilfering their pensions and leaving the companies to pay the bill. And guess what? The companies go under. If they put all of us under the F companies, guess where it goes? Goes right back on the taxpayer and the taxpayer becomes liable for their actions that they put in place. Now, what happens if that goes to municipal workers, the municipal unions, the teachers unions and such. What if they break their own pensions? Guess who takes it? It's going to be us to make up the deficit. And they walked us right into it. Axe my tax is going to be the same thing because they have not done a thorough evaluation of the deficits. It's just a headline. Well, one of my arguments I've always had is, can anybody show me anywhere in the U.S. Constitution or the state constitutions that Unions. Where does it say that our public functionaries are allowed to unionize? Can you imagine if the House and the Senate were to unionize under a corporate structure and say that, oh, well, we didn't get our pay raise, so we're going to go on strike? That would be so bad, right? But, you know, seriously, they're not supposed to be unionized. They're servants to the people. But they're acting as corporate bodies. And that's another problem. Because they're acting as corporations, you have corporations running this country, not representatives. That's why they don't like to answer your phone calls. That's why they don't respond. They don't think they have to because they're operating through by way of a corporation. The Bar Association is a private membership association. They don't have to answer to anybody but themselves. And that's why they claim that their bar card is a license, because they self-license. Well, gee whiz, I haven't got a company. Can I self-license? Can everybody self-license? If they're allowed to do it, shouldn't we all be allowed to do that? Where does it say that we have to go through the state for a license? Why is all commerce illegal? Well, where does that come from? Trading with the Enemy Act, where they created that and stated that all commerce is illegal, absent a license from the state or the federal government. That was in thirty three. That's where that came from. Well, originally it was in seven nineteen nineteen seventeen. And then they FDR, the socialist, changed it in thirty three. Oh, he was a traitor. But you know what? I hate to say this. When you look back through time, they pretty much were all traitors. You know, there were very few good examples of people who were trying to fight for the people of the United States and what the founders intended it to be. Yeah. Not all of them were clean either. So, I mean, even to go back and, you know, look at them, not all of them were clean at all. No. I mean, you're... you're never going to get the perfect, you know, no one's perfect, okay? Everybody's going to be, you know, off to some degree. But what you had is a manifestation from Mildred Wilson to, you know, through FDR. And, you know, World War II was a bit of a distraction for everybody. Nobody paid attention to what happened after the war. In nineteen forty six is when they instituted the Administrative Procedures Act. And that's where government just expanded exponentially to where you had all these departments and agencies creating rules and regulations. The courts are enforcing it as if they're legislative laws, and they're not. And it was a progression where they just slowly brought us down and started depriving us of our rights, our property rights, our God-given rights. It's just a system that needs to be, you know what, the pendulum has swung to its optimum, the one direction. We now need to swing back the other direction, start shutting them down. You see Doge exposing all the fraud in the finances and such. Eliminate all your administrative APA administrations and watch how much revenue is left over. I mean, the national debt would virtually disappear because they wouldn't be spending all that money. Charlotte just said that just found out the city public functionaries has a six figure income. City of Howell serves nine thousand six hundred people and they have a they they're they're operating with a six digit income. And that doesn't include benefits. This is absolute theft. Yeah. It's extortion, racketeering, and money laundering. And the courts are not courts. They're banks. And they're there to funnel everybody through securities instruments and milk you for everything they can. They're hitting your private trust through the bonds that they take out on the court cases. And that's probably why Bain has got his panties in a wide over the coffee beans. I mean, here we are. This case, this all started in twenty twenty one. Here we are, twenty twenty five. We're still dealing with this. Why? Because they don't want to set and show that coffee beans can be used as legal tender times. Yeah. You know, I thought, you know, maybe they didn't like the blend. I sent them or something. But I mean, but yeah, this is all about coffee beans. And now this is just expanded. And now this Dave Burris brings up this part about the FBI and we're all terrorists and extremists. Well, you know what? Guess what? Not so. Congress says so. So public law dictates what they're supposed to follow and do. And that says that we are to be celebrated. We are not to be demonized like they're trying. It's all propaganda. And we need to stop that rhetoric and turn it around and show and expose who and what they really are. The Bar Association needs to be terminated. They are a threat to our way of life. They are a threat to the Republic because they're the ones that are manipulating this whole affair. I've had meetings with the supervisor of Genoa Township regarding that case about the deck. And his first words, well, I got to talk to the attorney first. Right. They got to all reach up above them and say, well, we take in Byron Township. I listen to these idiots on our on our board say, you know what? We take our orders from the state. No, you take the orders from we the people and they wouldn't answer any of the questions or concerns that the residents brought up. None. Zero. Zip. They just rubber stamp everything. They got to run everything. In order to wipe their nose, they got to check with their bar attorney on retainer to see if they can do it or shouldn't do it or what they should do. I said, who's the elected official here? You or them? The people didn't elect that attorney to represent them. You're the representative. You need to start acting that way. Nope. In one ear and out the other. They have to go to the bar attorneys. So you know what? The bar is a threat. The bar is the problem. And we need to understand that. We need to eliminate that problem and that threat. You've got people right now, I've talked over the last couple of days about how the federal courts and even the state courts are piercing people's wills and trusts and stealing the assets. Claiming that, well, if your trust doesn't have a bar attorney associated with it, then the trust or the will has no voice. It's mute and we can do and take whatever we want. And they're looting and pillaging people's wills and trusts. Because when the trustee goes in there and says, well, I'm here to, you know, oh, no, no, you're not a bar attorney. We can't hear you. We're not going to recognize you and we're going to do whatever we want. And that's that's a real problem. That's a real problem. So people need to be aware of that. They need to understand that the Bar Association is a threat, is a threat to your everyday life. They're a threat to your liberties. They're a threat to your rights, your property rights, all your rights. So we need to start shutting down the Bar Association. We need to stop allowing them to dictate policy. and shut them down, start suing them, start exposing them. And yeah, that's that's what we need to start doing. And I sent you a series of FOIAs that can be used as templates that, you know, your audience can use to send to the FBI, to the local county boards, to your municipality, the township, the sheriff or whoever. Ask them, are you still enforcing that FBI bulletin that we're domestic terrorists or extremists? See what they say. And that's the first step in starting exposing them. I got the Michigan State Police. All I did was send them a FOIA, produce the documentation, show you are a jury department or agency. Their answer, no such documents exist. That means you're de facto. You have no authority. So this is how we start taking it back. This is just little steps at a time, but it will add up quick because now that I've shown and exposed the state police, that means every city and township police department is equally the same. They're all de facto. The only de jure department is the sheriff's department. I've had people say, oh, well, we're going to have, you know, anarchy. We're going to have looting in the streets. No. This isn't about eliminating the police departments. It's converting them back to a republic to where they're all supposed to be under the sheriffs. They're all supposed to be sheriff deputies. Right. Well, the police departments are policy enforcers. That's what they are. Where the sheriffs are constitutional peacekeepers is what they're supposed to be. And when you look at how they've shifted the funding around through Gretch the Wretch and her private security force and such, they have literally stripped the funding out of the sheriff's department and, and collectivisms, you know, caught, caught on and they put it through the state police and the sheriff's department gets the leftovers. It really needs to be turned around because, and this is the other thing they're doing too. They're doing a lot of training through the sheriff's department while the police state police offers more money. So people, not naturally will gravitate to something like that, which I have to say, you know, we got to stop being as a country whores ourselves and going for that money instead of sticking with the law and saying, you know what, I'm not going to sell my property to China. I'm not going to do it just for the almighty dollar. I'm going to stand for something and stand on it. It's an ethical question. Oh yeah. Well, that's why in the order that I issued yesterday to the courts, um, and the judges. That also includes the fact that if they are not, if it is not their intent to enforce that FBI bulletin, they must publicly announce it. That means go on two, four, seven, CNN, Fox News, all the internet media channels. and publicly announced they are not enforcing it or not adhering to it. And in addition to that, in order to gain more public confidence, they also must reject the absolute immunity doctrine. For judges, judges are supposed to be held accountable. Now, the immunity doctrine is something that was came out in nineteen sixty seven through the US Supreme Court. And what they had done was they decided to reinterpret Congress's intent under the eighteen, I believe, was eighteen eighty one Civil Rights Act. And they decided that, no, judges are supposed to be held in full immunity regardless. And because it used to be under eighteen USC twenty two forty one to forty two deprivation of rights by any public functionary was a crime. Well, now they've taken that away or they're attempting to try and take that away. And a couple of months ago, I was up in Lansing at the Bar Association and they were talking about a roundtable discussion, how they can get more immunity for judges. And it's like, you've got to be kidding me. So, yeah, this is what's going on behind the scenes. And if you're going to give that kind of power to someone in a black robe playing satanic rituals, you know, I'm sorry, that's, that's a tyrant, that's a dictatorship. And that is not all permissible and under, under our Republic, they are a threat. I figured out how to get this, these templates out over here. So there you go. Yeah. You can share that, share all that stuff with everybody. Do you have anything that is, do you have paperwork that you've put together to, to form private membership association? um I do have some templates on stuff like that um it's been a while since I've worked on that stuff but can you come on next week tuesday again and I want to follow up on this and maybe talk about private membership associations I think you and I should work on a curriculum on what to go through so people are actually educated on this in a very systematic way. Because every time I talk to you, I learn so much. It's incredible. And because we're working on the same path, I think that's really fun when we get to talk to each other, when we're both working in a pro se capacity and you kind of like pick ideas off of each other. And you've got so much experience. It's just incredible. I love it. And I think people need to know this. Well, I should have FOIA responses because I sent those FOIAs out last week. I should have the responses this week. So, yeah, I'll be able to give you an update on what the FBI and all the others have responded on those FOIAs. Are they obstructing that in any way? Because we've actually seen some obstruction for FOIAs in the circles I run in a little bit. Let's just put it that way with friends. We've seen quite a bit of obstruction. I've not had any problems. And every FOIA that I've sent out, I have gotten my certified responses. Are they charging you lots of cash for it? Not at all. Not a dime. So you're doing something right. So here's a question. Is that another thing that we could go through is the FOIA process? What does everybody want to see? You know, somebody get out there and start chirping at me in the chat. You know, what would you like to see? I've got my Rumble channels up right now. It's a little hard for me to watch all of them, but I've got both Rumble channels up right now. I can switch to a couple of them. But I'd like to know what you would like us to talk about. You know, you can send me a message. Send me a DM on X at Brandenburg for MI. They've got there's so many imposters out there. So you've got to you've got to be a little careful on what you're listening to here. You know what? I'm going to bring something else up here a minute. I've got my QR code that I'll put up there a minute. So if you go to, let's see if I can get this, I'll put it in a ticker here. I have some skills, not fantastic always, but I can make things work. Hillbilly math type stuff. OK, here's my QR code right here. And if you go there, you'll get all of my social media. And so if you want to get a hold of me, it's actually pretty, pretty easy. It's actually got my phone number on it, too. So if you want to call and and talk, there's your there's your way to get a hold of me. And we've got we've got all kinds of ways for you to for you to contact me. I do not respond much to Facebook because I'm still supporting a grudge match about this. And somebody added this on the bottom. Support us on BuyMeCoffee. I don't have anything on there. They just set it up. But the rest of the stuff down to Getter and such, you can find me there. But all of these are ways of getting a hold of me. Telegram is my favorite one to use if you want to get a hold of me. and or there's the phone number guys, ding, ding, ding, ding. And guess what? It does ring my cell phone and I do actually pick up or text messages. I actually like text messages better because I don't know, I can manage like ten calls at once by doing text messages. So, yeah, so I think I think all that would be really interesting. Go through private membership, go through FOIAs, go through all of this in the and the lawful basis of all of this. Yeah, I mean, they you know, a lot of the things that they've done, we got to take a better and harder look at because they're actually telling us how to actually work in the system and the Bar Association being a private membership association. And so I had a case down in Ann Arbor and the judge was challenging how and my structure of the business and all that. I said, Judge, I'm no different than the Bar Association. Well, as soon as I brought that up, it was like, oh, change subject. Didn't want to talk about that. Why did they, what was, what were they deflecting from? Because I took my construction business and I changed it over into and into a like a PMA and a trust. And they didn't like how I had it structured. And they're like, well, that's not how the state. And I said, well, judge, you know, you know, our associates, the PMA, isn't it? Isn't that how they do things? They're exempt from state and federal regulations. We don't want to talk about that on the record. So, you know, we need to change subjects. So yeah, once you know and understand what they're doing, they're telling us how to do it too, where we're not paying attention. So once you figure that out and you start doing what they're doing, oh, well, wait a minute, you know, we can't allow that on the record. You know, we don't want to talk about that. So, yeah, there's a lot of different things that people can do to protect themselves and stop them from taking advantage of everything that they're doing to you. So trusts are a big, big thing. Own nothing, control everything. And this Burris actually posted stuff about that and was like, oh, this is what he's doing and this is how he's getting out of having to do things and all that. And it's like, yeah, I figured you out. Deal with it. Well, we'll have to figure some more of this and this does not constitute, I'm going to give my little legal disclaimer here. This does not constitute any advice whatsoever. You come on my show, you're on your own. I mean, either you're smart enough to handle it or you're stupid. I can't help that. But you know, we put information out there and do with it as you wish. And this is, this is talking about what we do. Yeah. I'm not a bar attorney and I never will be. I refuse to lower my standards to that level. And so, um, Yeah, I don't. I talk about what I've done, how I've done it. And so it's based on my experience and my successes. And they're not always successes. I've had failures, too. But you learn from those failures. And, you know, because I get people say, well, you lost that court case. No, I didn't really lose the court case. It looks like I did. But I got the judge to say and do things he's not supposed to do or say. Now I can use that against them next time. So. Sometimes what looks up to be a loss really isn't because if you understand how to get and suck information out of them, then you've won because you've got information now that you can use the next time. And I've done that numerous times. I'll have a judge. I had Judge Brennan back when she was, you know, around and she stated that, well, the law is suggestive and, you know, it's not binding. And a year later, I'm before Judge Geddes, and she's issuing an order. I said, well, hey, thanks for the suggestion. She goes, my orders are not suggestive. I said, well, then we got a conflict in order. She goes, what are you talking about? I said, well, according to Judge Brennan, she said it's all suggestive. And she's like, well, she's no longer on the bench. And I went, oh, so when a judge is no longer on the bench, then those orders are no longer enforceable? And she realized she screwed up and got up and walked out. So, yeah, you can really frustrate them with some of this stuff because if you learn the language, if you learn how to use our own words against them, it just unravels them. Oh, use the words pro se on them, and it totally torques their whole reality. That becomes an absolute fit. When I did my latest one, they came back with five attorneys within the Attorney General's office defending somebody within the state of Michigan, which I don't see how they can do that. Why didn't they say maybe we should investigate this? No, they jumped right out of the defense. And it's like, that's not their job. I thought that, why are they using these state attorneys to defend somebody who, in my opinion, broke the law? Yeah. I mean, I've had, I've disqualified prosecutors first day on the court, on the trial. How did you do that? Judge, I object. You know, as soon as the prosecutor starts talking, I said, Judge, objection. What's your objection? I said, it's come to my attention that attorney is not licensed in the state of Michigan. So she swears him in, he swears in under oath. She asked him, do you have a license? He goes, yes. She was there. I'm satisfied. I said, I'm not, I still haven't seen the license. Number one, number two, I've got a FOIA here, certified response from the prosecutor's office where I requested a copy of his license. None exists. I FOIAed the AG's office asking for the same thing. Doesn't exist. And here's a FOIA certified response from the licensing department. Laura, and they said they don't license or regulate attorneys. So where's the license? What state department or agency issues a license to attorneys to practice law in the state of Michigan? Does not exist. He just proclaimed under oath that he has a license. He does not. A bar card is not a license. U.S. Supreme Court has ruled numerous times on this. So I cited one of the cases where it actually specifies that a bar card is nothing more than a membership card. And he's disqualified now because he's committed perjury. So he's done, he's gone. Okay, this is some boss level, boss level genius going on here. That's fun. So you can challenge their license. You can challenge, hey, under Article VI, Section XIX of the Mission Constitution, in order to sit on the bench, you're to have a license to practice law. So judge, where's your license? You're not a judge, you're an administrator. Where's your anti-bribery statement you're supposed to have on file? Where's your foreign agent registration statement you're supposed to have in file? Where are they at? You haven't fulfilled all your obligations. You haven't fulfilled your credentials. I FOIAed Shawna Murphy, Judge Shawna Murphy, Livingston County Courts. I FOIAed her oath of office. It came back unsigned. was never signed. So how would she be able to sit on the bench with an oath that's not been signed? None of the oaths of office are in compliance with Article XI, Section One of the Michigan Constitution, because they took the last sentence out of the oath of office. Which is? That they're not to hold any other title or office. Which? Which they take an oath. They're not supposed to take any other oaths, which they do to the Bar Association. The Bar Association is a foreign agency. That's why they have to have a FAR statement on file. How many of them have that? How many of them have the foreign agent statement? I'd have to find one. I can't find anyone. This has gotten really fun. Okay, I'm sorry, but I love this kind of stuff. This is amazing. So they're all trespassers upon the bench. So, yeah, they're all crooked. It's all fraud. And they're there just for the money. That's all this is about is money. When you go through the courts, it's all about the money. That's all they care. That's why all your attorneys play Bob Barker. Let's make a deal. It's all about the money. So, you know, there's the bonds that they take out on the case number to you paying the taxes because they make you the debtor. They put you in the debtor's position. Judge, I'm not the debtor. I'm the creditor. Isn't it your job? And Judge Bain lost it with me the one time. I said, Judge, isn't it your duty to protect the beneficiary? Now, my file is like four inches thick. He picks it up and just slams it down. We're taking a recess. Storms out of the courtroom. He's mad. But you know what? That's his job. He's not the grantor. He's not the beneficiary. I am. He's the trustee. He has the fiduciary responsibility here. And see, they're supposed to pay the taxes on those court cases. They're not. Where's the A.O. four thirty? The A.O. four thirty is a ledger that they're supposed to fill out and notify the secretary of treasury that this court case is a taxable event. They're not doing it. So they're committing tax fraud. But unless you know these things, unless you ask for these things, I've numerous times asked the prosecutor, produce this stuff. Oh, no, we don't know what you're talking about. Oh, yes, you do. Here, I got a form right here. You want to fill it out now? So yeah, this is all a scam. It's all fraud. It's all an illusion. And it's all about money. It's all about Kabuki theater is what it is. Yes. So yeah, a bunch of pretenders with pretended legislation who literally have walked in and waged war on the people through so many different methods. And we just really have to stop, stop all of this. Well, I'm, I'm, I'd like you to come on next week. I think that'd be fun. Let's talk. So, you know what we're going to do? We're going to say a prayer right now and then stand in the line. I'm going to stop, you know, we'll, we'll go on and we'll talk a little bit. After the broadcast and then everybody count on Mike being on next week, Tuesday. I think this is going to be fun. So I think this is fantastic. So anyhow, let's say a prayer and we're going to go on our day. Dear Heavenly Father, thank you so much for this day. I ask your blessings on Mike and on John and everybody else out there who is just a good person who loves you, who is living here to be with a servant's heart. and to do what's right. We're here to not only help our communities, but also to leave something to our posterity. And all these people that have broken the law that are pretending, who are in office, who are pretending, who are breaking the law, there's so many of them, I don't even know where to start. And I think all of us feel the same way, but you know what? We know that you're gonna guide us out of this. mess that we're in right now, and we trust you with everything. I ask that your favor would rest mightily upon everyone, and that you give everybody a good day. Help them to feel your peace and love and provision, and that they would reach out to you and spend some time with you this day in your word, and knowing that you are there fighting for them and showing them your love every step of the way. We thank you for being a friend to us, and we want to be a friend to you. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen. Amen. Thank you, Mike. So here we go. This is where we go to that part of the show, boys and girls. Ding, ding, ding, ding. Go to BrandonBurkeForGovernor.com because I'm the best non-conceder who's ever not conceded in the history of the United States of America. And I'd like to have a discussion with the rightful president of the United States, President Donald J. Trump, about this and Cowboy Boots. See who wears them better. Me. So at any rate, because I wear them like every day. So just so that everybody knows out there, this is going to be a fun process to take the United States back. It started out fun in President Trump's first term. It got a little weird for a while as more usurpers were brought to the surface. But I kind of think that's a sifting process that's going on. And I think we're still sifting, but we're learning. And in order to take the United States back, We have to be equipped to self-govern. That means know the law, be willing to stand when we're required to do so, to question, to not back down. And as the Admiral said, punch that shark right in the face, okay? I'm not advocating grab your torches and pitchforks, okay? That's not what I'm saying. But what I am saying is that the pen is mightier than the sword and we gotta learn how to use this and hold them accountable to be able to take this back, the country back to the republic it was intended to be. So tomorrow is going to be another fun day here on BNN. And next week, Mike will be back. So with that said, God bless you all. God bless America. And God bless all those whom you love. And God bless America. Have a great day. Make it so. Stay on the line, Mike. And you guys are going to miss some good conversations. But we'll come back to it.
